Also the bartender at the downstairs bar was phenomenal , a little fly landed near my drink and he immediately swapped it out for fresh ice and cup , I felt truely so taken care of and as though the staff truely cares about our experience !!! I did not want to leave and will definitely be coming back with more friends next time !!

The bottom sheets came off the top of the bed each night because they have shrunk from washing. However room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful! Thank you.

Room was extremely clean, beds were comfortable. My only piece of advice is regarding parking - the garage beneath the hotel is tight/small. If you have a larger vehicle, you will need to plan on alternative parking (there is a city or county garage across the street that may be better suited).

The garage parking is way too small and dead ends with little room to turn around. Hotel was very clean and close to Metro stop. No room service. Brekfast at hotel okay but nothing soecial.

The staff was great but the rooms on the lower floors do not get much sunlight. They can be very dark and one suggestion my wife found it really difficult applying her makeup due to the lack of light. Each room should be able to order a makeup mirror from the hotel to make up for the lack of light. Also the pillows were lumpy and not soft. Overall the hotel and room were clean and the staff were all very attentive and helpful.

Loud music from a speaker near our room (Room 605) kept us awake late into the night and woke us again at 4 AM. Despite multiple complaints, the issue was not properly resolved. When we requested a room change, it was denied, and we ultimately had to check out early due to lack of sleep. To make matters worse, the checkout time on our receipt was incorrect and could not be adjusted. Overall, the hotel failed to provide a quiet and comfortable stay, and customer service was unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. PS: the follow up from hotel management the following morning has not met our expectations. They tried to balance shift to other guest and offered $35 discount which was complimentary to start with.

The facility was very clean, close to shops and restaurant and also the metro. The staff was friendly and attentive. They have a pretty good gym with peloton bikes available and an are for yoga. The gym has great views. The rooms are pretty big and I loved the bathroom. Shower was perfect and had great pressure. I had an excellent stay. Highly recommend.

Everything! We were in the heart ❤️. Across from the metro which takes you into DC. Location was amazing Small entrance into parking garage using a pickup truck, but we did fit with a careful entrance.

Gabrielle safely retrieved our valuables, despite the fact that another guest had occupied our previous room. She conscientiously assured that we received our valuables. Thank you Gabrielle!

Amazing room, location is a little ugh but it’s downtown so you can’t really complain. Their parking garage is tiny, but doable.

My favorite place to stay when I visit Bethesda. It’s always so peaceful there. Walking distance to so really nice places. Nothing!

The room was very dusty you can see the particles in the air, the ac did not work and when calling the front desk they said “just turn it all the way down”. No fan in the bathroom also. Would not recommend.

I found the staff very helpful and pleasant. I think you get a better deal if you don't pay for breakfast in advance. You would have more choices. BUT the fritata I had was excellent. The area is in the middle of a spotted lantern fly invasion so patio was not usable. Not hotel's fault, mother nature's.

I normally do not take the time to write reviews, however, I have stayed here at AC Hotel Bethesda, before and had a wonderful time, which is why I came back when I visited Bethesda again. This time, was even better. The atmosphere is amazing, it’s very comfortable inside the lobby. After walking all day in DC it’s very nice to come sit and cool down in there. The room was as amazing as I remembered. The front desk staff I checked in with were all so kind and friendly, and made sure I had every thing I needed and wanted. I also had the best long island iced tea I probably will ever have at their bar. I will definitely be staying here again for my next weekend in the DC area. Thank you AC hotels!!!

We were at the bar Sat night (9/6) having wine and watching a football game. A bar waitress, who I think was on duty, stood very close to us and talking very loudly to a couple of guests, probably her friends, at a table next to us. She talked for over half an hour, so loudly that it definitely affected us and perhaps another table (who moved away). She did absolutely no work during that 1/2 hour period. A guest from another table went to the staff and complained that they had been waiting for a long time and had not been served. It was a very annoying experience for us. Finally, in our room, we were given two micro-sized bottles of water. With the amount of money we paid for the room, the hotel could do better than that.

Be very attentive to the guests. Yesterday , Sunday we decide to stay one more day. We went to the Front Desk. They help us but they easily get distracted. I thought when i get a new key card . Its Automatically Access to parking lot. So, we trying to come out and Hold and behold we are stuck. There was 2 Cars behind us So, i had a chance to reverse and park the car. I Send my Husband upstairs to fix the problem and let them know the situation on parking gate. It is disaster, 3 cars trying to get out and one trying to enter. The parson who supposed to be at the gate station. Late to show up. Things like this need to be paying attention. Other than incident. Everything is perfect at this Hotel. I Totally recommend it. Definitely coming back here.

This a nice place to stay. The restaurant is decent. The lobby is very clean. I think that the brunch buffet price is worth it. It is just better to order what you need for breakfast at the cafe. There a lot of restaurants in the area and it is very clean. I really liked walking around there.

My tv didn’t work and my bath would not get hot so maintenance had to come to fix both issues. While he tried his best, the bath never got hot and the front desk never tried to make anything right with me. Then, I went to the restaurant for Happy Hour/dinner and was ignored over and over. It was weird. I sat on the outside of the restaurant, in that section between the restaurant and the computers. I was told I would get service and I noticed everyone else had service so I figured I’d be ok. The young man passed over me several times and came to a young blonde girl immediately when she sat down to ask if she needed anything. She said no, she wasn’t eating, all while I was and really wanted service. He hesitantly came over to me and when I ordered a drink, he rudely asked for ID. I didn’t see anyone else pull out an ID. Mine was in my room but I went upstairs to get it. I eventually was serviced, received my meal, and waited forever for the gentleman to check on me, see if I needed anything, or bring me my check. I eventually found the MGR.

The place is spotless—like, “you could eat off the floor, but don’t because there’s an actual restaurant” kind of clean. And speaking of the restaurant: the food? Chef’s kiss. I still dream about the breakfast. If I could marry a plate of pancakes, I would’ve left this place with a ring on my finger and syrup on my face. The location? Prime. You’re close to everything—entertainment, food, and fun—yet it still manages to feel like a calm oasis away from the chaos. It’s like the hotel went to therapy and learned healthy boundaries. Now let’s talk about that bed. I sank into it like it was made of clouds and hugs. I don’t remember falling asleep, I just remember waking up and wondering where my life had gone so right. And the bathroom! That rainfall shower was basically a spa moment—like Mother Nature herself decided to wash away your stress in one glorious cascade. Honestly, if you’re thinking about staying here, stop thinking and start booking. Your future, well-rested self will thank you.
