It was close to restaurant and fast food places. It is a great value. The person who prepared breakfast has a great personality. The waiting at the front desk to checkout, when there was no other guest waiting. There was one man sitting in a chair, but I didn't know what his dilemma was. When the clerk finally emerged from the back, she didn't look happy. I don't recall a "good morning" or "how was your stay". As I was leaving, I heard her say to the man, "I can help you now".

The room that was reserved had a toilet that did not work at all and with a late arrival, this was really lousy.. The room that we reserved was deluxe. There was nothing deluxe about that room. We were given another room that had filthy rugs which were not properly vacuumed, and bits of food were scattered throughout and left from former occupants. The faucet for the sink was disgusting with mold and grime. The grounds around the facility were not cleaned from dog feces and had broken glass on the sidewalks. This was a disappointing stay as we have stayed three times and most likely will not return.

This isn't a "bad" hotel but they could definitely do some updates in the rooms and the elevator.

THE staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fresh and a good variety. The only negative was the rooms . especially the rooms above.
