I couldn't have been happier with our stay. It started at the front desk. The person who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. The lobby is decorated nicely and modernly. Everything is clean and fresh. The room was spacious and perfect for us. Breakfast had so many choices. I really couldn't be happier - especially for the price. It's been a long time since I've been satisfied with a hotel stay.

Mixed stay over 4 nights. The hotel is hard to access if coming from the east. You have to either go past the hotel, make a u-turn and come in the main entrance, or sneak through the back of an abandoned Econolodge (or the back of a different property) to get in through the back. The breakfast was... disappointing, even for hotel breakfasts. For instance, the sausage was steamed, and therefore wet. One night, our toilet got clogged and the hotel had run out of plungers, so we were given a new room. The staff was helpful in making the switch, though. The pool had heated jets and was well stocked with towels. I probably wouldn't stay here again, but I don't think it was because of anything the hotel did wrong (other than a lackluster breakfast).

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was polite. Parking our car was a bit of a problem because you entered and exited in the same location, rather than driving around.

The bright side? Staff was friendly and kind. I will try to find a better place to stay as this is not Marriott quality. Or is it?

Very comfortable beds and I loved the pillows! Spacious room with 2 Qn beds and a sofa bed. Breakfast was good: eggs, omelettes, egg, ham & cheese muffins, oatmeal & toppings, bagels, blueberry muffins, fresh fruit, juice, etc. One of the better breakfast selections I’ve seen in a hotel. The stopper in the sink was not connected to the pop up control so I had to use my nail file to get the stopper up. Fridge was missing knob on temp control so I couldn’t turn it up to use it.

Breakfast is meh eggs salsa waffles some breads. We couldnt get near it due to kids and people parking at tables not eating soyou cant sit down. Village inn next door is fantastic!!!

For the most part it was good. Breakfast is not much. We went down and hour before close and really didn't have anything out. Went next door and had Breakfast.

Room was great. Big. Clean. Quiet. But breakfast was a disaster. Under staffed. No coffee, no eggs, very little of anything edible at 8:30. Trash can was overflowing. Like a plague of locusts past through.

Comfortable beds, clean room, pleasant staff. Breakfast was a good and varied buffet. Surprise was the free popcorn and free evening snacks (meatballs, mashed potatoes, salad) and three drinks made it easy to stay in and not venture out in a storm. Bartender nd staff all seem to be working hard to replenish things nd neaten stations up. Very impressed.

The pool was supposedly heated, but it was very cold. The associate at the front desk mentioned at least 4 times to my granddaughter not to pee in the pool. He was a a little creepy. We had handicapped room, but I thought it odd that there was no bath mat or decals in the tub for stability. There in not nearly enough seating for breakfast. Breakfast has a nice variety. we used the pull out couch bed and the extra sheets and pillow, but there was no pillowcase on the pillow. The bed was nice. The sitting area was nice.

There was hair in the shower, the popcorn ceiling was falling off, and the pool was very dirty/cloudy. The breakfast was good though and everyone was nice!

The room was nice. the staff was courteous due to no fault of the hotel. the power went out so we were without power one day and weren't able to have breakfast but all in all it was well

Power went off in the middle of the night. Apparently they dont have a backup. So had to shower with cell phone flash light which was a new experience. No breakfast obviously so didnt get what i paid for. Just overall not a fun time. Staff was friendly only reason the rating aint lpwer lol

Room was clean, but beds were very hard. Right next to the highway and was pretty loud. The soub proofing to the hotel could have been better. We didnt try the breakfast, so not sure about that. The staff was friendly.

Room was very clean. Not quite as big as the pictures but it did what we needed. The front desk staff was helpful and very friendly. The lobby and halls were clean and nicely lighted

The front desk staff - the night guy was very friendly. The day lady was a bit of a grump. Pool was nice - clean but super chilly. No hot tub, which is a bummer.

Everything was good except the tub was a little clogged and if you shower too long it may wet up the bathroom floor. Jason was cool and hospitable. I’d book again but will make sure the tub not clogged lol

Check in was fast and easy. Had a spacious room. Everything was clean and it was a quiet location.

Good breakfast, nice linens, comfy bed, very spacey room - though with the sofa bed extended out, getting in/out of the room was extremely difficult. And while it said whirlpool/pool, there was no whirlpool (which I interpreted as hot tub), so that was sad. Hotel was also very quiet.

I was very impressed by this hotel..service was great and the staff were so friendly. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. It was a nice touch to leave a bottle water and some snacks. The breakfast they provided was great! I will definitely stay here again.

Let me start out and say that the staff was excellent and very kind. We stayed only one night on our way home from a vacation. Unfortunately, our room was not very clean and smelled. Even my kids made comments about the smell. Reminded us of locker room sweat smell. Stains on the towels and bedspreads. Curtains were ripped. My kids were excited to swim but skipped it because the water looked green.

Love an all-suite hotel. Quiet even with baseball teams in town for games. Very efficient front desk person.

The only thing I didn't like was the entrance access from westbound 71B. That's not fault of the hotel, it's easy access from the east bound lanes.

It was great, told me all the information i needed to know and got me the key to my room in a few minutes. Mentioned the long ride i had the next day and the front desk worker let me have a free drink for the ride. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Will come again.

A bit narrow of a parking lot and very easy to miss. The actual hotel was very clean and pleasant.

It’s hard to tell where to turn into the property. Check in guy was very nice and welcoming. Room clean but odd configuration and sink is broke.

Located on a heavily traffic street which made exiting difficult.

Will stay there again. Rooms spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. Only complaint was parking lot condition after recent sniw storm. Location convenient to get to.

The location was extremely convenient - right off the highway. The room was very clean and the staff friendly. Pulling back out of the parking lot in the morning is a bit difficult as visibility of on-coming traffic is restricted.

I was amazed by the spacious room & how clean everything was. Front desk service was excellent. We had to leave an hour earlier than the breakfast start time but the hot coffee was already set out. The pool was clean: chlorine very strong.

I was in 203. And the tub had a slow drain even with a quick shower the tub filled up. Otherwise I had a nice stay and enjoyed the free breakfast

All was good with the exception of the water pressure and access to amenities… water pressure was brutally strong and when I opted for a bath I couldn’t access what I needed because it was mounted to the wall. Epic fail on the bathroom.

I didn’t like how light was not blocked out under the door from the inside.

The hotel was clean, close to many choices, and personnel at checkin was friendly, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices and easy to access. The rooms were comfortable, clean and felt safe.

Pillow case was dirty. Other than that everything else was fine.

The front desk was amazing and helpful. We got in at 1 am and he was very polite. We got into our room and next door had there tv blasting to where you could even hear it down the hallway. We were wiped out but I banged on the door and yelled for them to turn it down. After awhile I went and told the front desk. That guy tried knocking and calling them multiple times. By 3 I had accepted we were just going to sleep through it. Right after that it turned down around 3. I can't rave enough on the front desk. He was so nice and accommodating. Maybe him trying was why it finally got quit.

The hotel was great. The service was not. We had a late arrival and the doors were locked and no one was at the front desk. The phone number on the door went to a generic voicemail. Marriott customer service called the hotel on repeat. We started looking for a new place to stay. After about 20 min someone passed by. No apologies or explanation.

Beds were not comfortable. Shower malfunctioned.

Very nice hotel. The breakfast could be better but it’s still good just need more options. There is a Waffle House next door that is awesome! Will stay again if I’m in the area

The hotel needs to be updated badly. The room had a musty smell, the beds were cheap feeling and uncomfortable and the shower was a real problem. The water pressure was almost unbearably strong and when our neighbors used their shower, it was so loud, you couldn’t concentrate.

We could not get to the hotel from the one side of the street. We had to go to the next light and make a U-turn in order to access the hotel driveway.

It is a great, convenient option and an excellent location.

It was a quiet place by a ton of places to eat! The highway was close, so I didn’t feel it was hard to get anywhere locally!

Internet on tv was not available the romn smell a little like humidity part of the carpet was wet don't know why

Convenient location for our visit with our family.

Room was in good condition with a lot of space. Very well furnished. Rooms were setup very nice. Management was very good and helpful.

The bed was awful. It was like I was sleeping directly on the board.

The curtains did not cover the window and the street light shined in the room all night. There was a big wade gum in the corner of the elevator the whole day and a half we were there.

Need to supply hair dryers, and the price i considered was too high for just one night

Getting to the hotel was not straight forward. They do have morning breakfast, but the way it is laid out is horrible. It only allows for one person at a time in an area so there is quite a wait at times.

Clean, convenient

It was really clean when we got there, pretty decent room. We stayed four nites. After we got there the room was never serviced except once, and they only brought new towels nothing else was done, we emptied our own trash, straightened up each day some. We had to ask for wash clothes. Bed was never made or sheets changed, which is ok, no biggie, we was ok with that, because it was just me and my wife. Room was never serviced at all only to bring towels once. Over all it was a clean place, bfast was pretty decent. Folks there were nice, the maids just didn’t do their job.

Pool walls and water had algae growing. Mentioned it to front desk…..but not corrected durning our 3 night stay.

We got the 2 queen bed “suite” since that’s all they had left for the night. I was thinking, for the price, that the room would come with perks! The body wash in the shower was watered down. The beds were HARD. The a/c unit worked half ass (we brought a fan) and they forgot to mention that there would be renovations going on next door to our room. By the time we settled down and went to sleep it was after midnight. And we were woken up to hammering well before 9 am.
