    We got to our room, and the air conditioner did not cool properly. Called the front desk and the desk clerk came up immediately. She agreed with us that the unit was not working, offered to switch rooms for us but all she had were smoking rooms. We said we would move to a new room. She got back with us shortly and said she did the sniff test on the rooms she had available, and let us have the least objectionable one. Happily, the room we got did not smell like smoke at all, although the hallways on the floor did. We had a pleasant stay and were so greatful for the helpfulness of the desk clerk.

    The WiFi sucks . Can barely search a site without the page crashing or refreshing . On either end of the building the WiFi lags badly and it’s hard to connect to anything . Rooms are fairly clean upon arrival,parking is tricky and there is limited luggage carts . There is an elevator on site so if you need to take extra trips but forget about using the luggage carts because they don’t work. But easy check in, clean rooms , laundry on site , vending on first floor, and kitchenette provided . Just not good WiFi , if you’re planning to get any work done on a trip, this wouldn’t be a good stop to make .

    Very old, the a/c was so loud and didn’t cool we had to leave the window open. No breakfast and a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot. Didn’t feel safe.

    Nothing Reservation was guaranteed with my credit card yet they still gave our room away. Got there at 8pm and told "you didn't pre-pay". Staff was rude and not helpful at all. Ended up having to drive 40 minutes because everywhere else closer was sold out.

    Property needs to be updated. Had several “workers” hanging out in the parking lot drinking beer and playing music. Next morning there were empty cans littering the area. The bedside light only partially worked. Had to unplug it to turn it off. The tv remote had buttons that did not work at all. I guess you get what you pay for.

    The biggest issue was the cigarette burns in the comforter, especially since this was not listed as a smoking room. (Or that I noticed (it reeked of smoke through out the whole floor.) The door latch area was also damaged, (was ripped off) which made me question the safety of the room. The bathroom was concerning as well. The toilet moved when you sat on it, which did not feel safe or sanitary. Outside, the property wasn’t well kept either, with visible trash in the parking area. I also heard screaming and banging from a neighboring room, which made me feel unsafe. I would have checked out but between having to travel here for treatment and paying for multiple stays I didn’t have the money. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

    Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few maintenance issues that could use some attention. One of the lights in the room wasn’t working, and the AC unit appeared to be leaking slightly during my stay. The TV remote also didn’t function, likely due to corroded batteries. Additionally, the toiletries provided were quite small. With a bit more upkeep and attention to these details, the experience could be much more comfortable.

    The internet is more than terrible. The download speed today is 0.87 mbps other word not useable!! Funny part is the upload speed is three times as much 1.74. If I could get my money back and move to a different hotel I would!!!!!!! This is just ridiculous, having to go to a coffee shop to text and email. Telling people I can’t video chat because I am in a coffee shop to get at least internet that is useable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Parking was overrun with company trucks that wouldnt park in individual stalls as well as drinking and loud music at late hours while trying to sleep. Left early because i was having to get up at 1 a.m. and was unable to get any sleep because of the drinking and noise

    It was the cheapest option, the room was spacious, and had a Holy Bible as well. I consider the Holy Bible as very thoughtful for those in a journey. The A/C was pretty good too to warm up the room. It has everything you may need like iron. The room smelled cigarette smoke, and the corridors also had a smell. The bed felt a bit itchy some time. The fridge has rusty stains on the side. The water wasn't that warm. The Wi-Fi was slow from time to time.

    Staff was nice 2 days of cold showers. No coffee. Dirty room. Everything falling apart. Thug grabbed me in stairwell. Loud music and stomping late night from long term residents. Suspicious activity from all tenants I interacted with. Upon checkout multiple sheriffs were on site. I would not recommend this place and won't be back. Fix it for Bentonville sake!

    Laundry was clean & appreciated the ac working very well!! The room was “clean”” but then I could tell it hadn’t been used in a while. There was dust on the wired clothes pole. The bathtub was handicapped accessible, & thus the shower head should be able to accommodate by having it go up & down the pole. However it wouldn’t tighten & could only use it when it was at its lowest. The tub wouldn’t drain & dirty water pooled on my feet/legs. Also the bath curtains was way too low…sitting in the bathtub which is dangerous when showering as I stepped in it several times if I were handicapped it could become a fall risk. AND…it rained & the water came in all on the floor from around the ac & I had some items that got soaked…water pooled on the window ledge water coming in from the left side of the window! It was very humid in the room & I realized it was because there was poor seal around the ac unit & window.

    Needs a deep clean. The noise from a gang of Harley motorcycle riders, 15+ cruising the parking lot all night was unbearable. Didnt get a wink of sleep. Complained to front desk, they laughed it off. I was supposed to stay 2 nights, I left the next morning and found a different hotel. They had no issues with their motorcycle guests making excessive noise. I will be applying for a refund. Hoping I can get a hold of someone at expedia to help me.

    No coffeepot in room, no cups in room, no ice bucket in room, paper thin bedding, & no hot coffee in lobby as advertised. Upon asking, no extra pillows or blankets, received 3 pitiful cups, & the world's smallest ice bucket that looked like it had been beat with a hammer. Pictures on this site are quite deceiving. Room was "Meh", certainly NOT a three star hotel or worth what I paid for the weekend. I'm not picky but there are certain things I expect for my hard earned money & this place did NOT deliver. Cities of Rogers & Bentonville, AR were awesome. We'll be back, just not to this hotel or any other hotel owned by Red Roof ever again. Do Better, HomeTowne Studios & Suites.

    It was beyond gross and unprofessional. We came for a football game and it was reasonably priced compared to everyone else. Big mistake!! It was rusty, moldy, burn marks, floors not clean, toilet clogged and I had to unclog it myself, staff was unfriendly, never made our beds nor gave us new towels, they gave me a plunger to unclog our own toilet instead of sending maintenance. Never again!!

    I would not recommend this property. It was not very clean. The floor was sticky and they sprayed air freshener or something to cover up smoke smell. The outlet in the bathroom did not work and the only way to shut off the lamp next to the bed was to unplug it from the wall. There was rust all over the outside of the refrigerator door. No cups in the room and no toiletries.

    We were only there for 1 night and do not need the kitchen but we did notice that there were no items stocked in the cabinets for cooking. All of the metal surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom had rust on them. All of the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom were particle board and seemed to be falling apart, there was lots of glue holding things together. We had a double room for 4 people but only 2 towels so we had to ask for more. Beds were ok but they only give 2 pillows per bed. We did like that there was no carpet, that does help with cleanliness. As soon as we walked in there was an overwhelming smell of bleach and cleaner, which did give us hope of cleanliness but it was very strong.

    Other than being close to where the medical appointments were, this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The employees, other than the maintenance guy, were rude and not helpful. To start at check i - because we booked through a 3rd party they would not honor a sr. discount so I didn't even ask about getting my points. Upon entry to the room, the GM was checking the room. She only caught that the light in the bathroom was out, when the maintenance guy showed up that afternoon to fix it, I showed him the sink. He said he would return the following day, which he did. When he arrived I advised him that the TV was only in spanish and was dark and not watchable, the AC unit didn't cool. He fixed them all and he also changed the light in the refrigerator. THEN, at 3am the fire alarm goes off - we finally get back in the hotel at 4am and it goes off again at 430 and doesn't go off. We went and slept in the car but you could still hear the alarm. I checked out at 9am and it was still going off. I asked for a refund and told that because I went through a 3rd party to book it, the answer would have to come from their corporate offices and they took my name and number. I have yet to hear from them. They have until Monday, and I'll call the attorney. There is no reason at all that they could not have disconnected/disabled the water motor gong on the sprinkler system to silence the alarm and do a fire watch, they refused. I want a refund for both nights!

    Very basic. Interior rooms are not updated at all, a bit shabby. Could not get water to get hot for a shower! This is maybe a $65/night hotel at best, and I paid $107 on a Friday night. But hotels in America are rediculously overpriced. Location is not bad. Not too far from Bentonville and off the highway so noise not bad. Working class type crowd stays there.

    Well the hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and weed. The room was dirty overall. The fridge is covered in junk and doesn’t appear to be cleaned,counters had sticky substance all over them,the floor as well. It was noisy to the point the cops were called and asked guest to leave.     This was the worst place I have ever stayed, and I can handle motel 6. We cancelled the rest of our week stay and they promised to reimburse us, then lied and kept our refund. The place was gross.

    Property was dirty. When I arrived in my room. I noticed blood was on the bed. I was in a forst floor room at geound level and the wondow lock was broken open so the window was not secured. The refrigerator was stained with food and dirt. The bathroom had water damage and mold on the walls. I checkes out immediately and still have not gotten a refund. The room was dosgusting and unsafe.

    We booked through Expedia and part of the process we booked a room Non Smoking. I arrived with my wife, 4 month old and 7 year old at 11:00 PM or so. We got our key and went to our room. The floor our room was stank of heavy smoke, our bed was disheveled, and sheets were everywhere with trash in the trash cans. Room was not ready for our arrival. Understanding that mistakes happen and someone must have just not read the rules on smoking, we went downstairs and got another room that was said to be cleaned and ready. I gave my wife the key and then I went to the car to get the rest of our stuff. My wife calls me and states that there is hair all over the bed and the room is even smelling of smoke. I went and spoke with the front desk again. In this conversation found out that the floor we were on is a smoking floor. After confronting with the fact that we were not told this I informed the property that I could not stay with my kids in a smoking floor and that we had specifically requested a non smoking area and no one called us to let us know that this was not available. We booked our room a week in advance and no one told us this was not available. Now after speaking with the manager we are only being refunded the one night. I feel this is wrong and this is the reason why I am drafting this review. Please be careful in booking this property because they will not make things fully right. Although we appreciate the one night refund, I feel we deserve a full refund of our stay.

    No plates, cups,pots and pans in the kitchenette. I asked at the front desk and she said they provided towels and bedding only. We were here on business for 5 nights and I didn't want to eat out a lot. Thankfully Walmart had pots and pans for $20.

    I booked a room 2 months in advantage, studio with two queen beds. Was given one bed, and when addressing this with the staff was advised if you book online there’s a chance those rooms would be sold out, although I specifically booked a 2 bed room. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. The room was nasty and dirty, and smelled musty, the floor was filthy. The hallways smelled like marijuana the enter stay. Only positive was the cute dogs at the dog park across the street

    Check in was easy. property cleanliness is poor. trash around the property, room was clean-ish. fridge needs serious wipe down on doors. sheets needs replaced. you could tell they were washed, but still something to be desired with the stains on them.

    Tv was unhooked, inoperable. Lights bulbs burnt out in several fixtures. The door hinges look as if they’ve been loose for some time had to lift up on doors to get them to close. Was told they would change rooms, but that didn’t happen.

    Room door had to be slammed to close it from being kicked in, room was nasty, everything had grease and dirt on everything (doors, refrigerator, microwave, etc). It’s one step up from motel 6. Mostly Hispanic guest. Parking lot looked like a block party.

    Absolutely no checking before 3pm. The side door near the elevator didn't closeall the way, so security was not good. Broken elevator buttons. No coffee in the room, nor any in the lobby or within walking distance. The stopper to direct the water flow to shower was stuck and unable to use the shower before we had to leave on the morning. No time to remedy any of in our short stay. We'll not be coming back. At least it was clean. We'll give a couple stars for that.

    Bentonville and Rogers were hit by 7 tornadoes on 1 day over Memorial Day. Hotels are filled with construction workers and newly displaced homeless. Whole area under cleanup. This hotel, 4 levels 1 ice machine. Always empty. Workers filling coolers. I DO NOT BLAME THEM. Temps were high 90s. Workers come 1st I bought a bag of ice at gas station. No ice bucket in room. Had to ask for it. I feel the front desk and staff are overly stresed by all whats happening in town and some residents.

    This is an "Extended Stay" facility. It had a full kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, and cabinets. No coffee maker, no coffee in the room, and no coffee in the lobby. All there was, was a snack machine and a drink machine, and guest laundry.

    Reserved a Non-smoking room and was put in a smoking room on a smoking floor. Addressed it with the lady at the counter and she lied to me saying that a non-smoking reservation online can not be honored because the online booking is wrong and there are no non- smoking rooms. Although i can see the entire first floor is all non-smoking. Stayed here a few years ago and was had a decent stay, in a non-smoking room on the first floor. This time was a different story. The door to the room was warped, or sprung, and had to be forced open or closed. Had two ceiling lights in our room that didn't have covers. Cabinets were dirty. Cook top had sludge around the edges of it. No screen on the window, so trying to air out the smoke smell wound up with a ton of bugs in the room. At least the bed was clean and had clean linens on it. Only seating in the room was two dining chairs that were not in very good shape. Overall the entire building is in a state of disrepair. We were very disappointed with our stay. If i could rate 0 stars i would. Would have gone somewhere else if there had of been anywhere that was less than a 30 mile drive. I will for sure never reserve a room there again.

    Booked a room for a business trip, arrived and asked to check in early, and staff was incredibly rude. She told me to come back at 2:30. When I came back at 2:30 I was informed that they were overbooked and didn’t have a room for me. Every other hotel in town was fully booked, so I had to sleep in my car in a Walmart parking lot. Yet, this hotel still showed availability on hotels.com and on their website? I wonder how many people they left hanging since they were still actively booking rooms when full? 0/10. Do not recommend. Will never stay with this chain again.

    The exterior was not kept, ie. Spider webs on door handles; garbage cans full/overflowing. Appeared like people were living in the parking lot. The elevator was missing button covers and the elevator itself was filled with debris and dirty handprints, debris on floor…needs a deep cleaning.

    I liked howbclose it was to everything. However the hotel could definitely use some renovations and the 4th floor smells really bad. My room was very dingy and dark upon entering. There were 4 light bulbs out, the refrigerator was dirty and the burners was missing one knob. The showerhead was terrible and the bathroom couldve been cleaned better. One of the side doors on the 1st floor doesnt close properly and i was worried about my family and I safety being that anyone could walk in who was not a guest there. I knew it wouldnt be a 4 star hotel but expected it to be better than what it was.

    Had black mold, seen a roach, unclean, food or drink on walls, sink was loose and coming off, outlet didn’t work, lamps by bed didn’t work, air filters were sooo dirty, and just felt unsafe! Even seen 2 police officers roll through within 5 minutes of being there! The young man at the desk was polite

    It served our purpose of a short overnight stay, but I would never go back. It was dirty. Basic things were missing or broken. The toilet paper was on the sink because the place it should go was missing. The sink was clogged with hair. Dead bugs were on shelves. There were stains and marks in the carpet. Not a pleasant place to be.

    The phone was not plugged in. When we did, there was no signal. We had to program the TV. The biggest negative was that there was no sign at the intersection of Hwy 71 and Suburban Drive. The first thing we saw when we pulled onto Suburban Drive was a "Road Closed" sign and no indication of the hotel. Only after driving to the closed sign did we see the hotel. Not very inviting. Probably will not stay there again.
