    The room was quiet and clean and comfortable enough. The staff was very friendly, helpful! The room was somewhat outdated and quite as comfortable as other Hilton Garden Inns we have stayed in.

    Everything was good. The shower was a bit wonky. The faucet had exposed piping. The shower current was not long enough and the floor got wet. We mopped it up with a bath towel and then were short a towel. The air in the room didn’t seem fresh.

    Our overall experience was excellent, receiving a five-star rating. We did have two minor observations: there isn't a separate mirror or sink area outside of the bathroom, and the parking lot design at its furthest end, where vehicles are parked closely together, can make exiting challenging. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly, including the individual with the septum piercing. Additionally, a very kind lady assisted us at our table during the self-serve breakfast.

I expected that the second day at least the room would be straighten up and trash removed. I would liked to have clean towels for the second day. Covid was officially over in the US. On May 11, 2023. Tv had very poor selection of channels. If it was a smart tv you could sign onto some of the apps like Nexflic, Amizon prime etc. came back from dinner at 6:15 snd all the cookies and popcorn was gone. One elevator was not working and I am disabled.

    Had a pre-paid room. At check-in was told the hotel was overbooked and that there should be other hotels in the area that may have a room. They did not try to assist in finding another accommodation, nor did they offer anything to try to make it right (maybe some points?). In summary, they did us wrong and did not care in the least.

    I cannot review the room because despite having a reservation with Expedia the hotel claim they never got it and while I was waiting for them to resolve it they checked in and sold rooms to others and then the hotel was booked so the reservation was useless the staff was unwilling to help and I was stuck thousands of miles away with a confirmed reservation that was useless at a property that had no rooms they didn’t care if I slept on a front bench and Expedia kept telling me I had a reservation to talk to the staff and the staff told me they didn’t have it. To drop it off I got disconnected from Expedia three times while they put me on hold each time when I call back nobody had a clue Expedia what to do. Fortunately through the help of someone else a hotel was booked in another location and I was able to not sleep on a. park bench or sidewalk in Fayetteville Arkansas

    The lobby is nice, staff friendly enough. The room had a slight odor, maybe pet?, I think it was the carpet, but not bad enough to ask to be moved. We arrived an hour before check in and they accommodated us with a room, and we were recognized as Hilton members. Bedding was comfy, fresh, and clean. Both the Hiltons we stayed at have oddly curved up sides in the tub/shower and I found that very unstable to climb out of with wet feet, like climbing up something slippery with the added fact of wet feet. I think that’s an accident waiting to happen. Breakfast was very average, not the way we have grown accustomed to when staying at Hilton brand hotels. There is an extra room fee to have breakfast included, the Waffle House is a two minute walk if that interests you more. Overall the price was right and everything matched that price point, but there was nothing amazing to point out, it was all average.

    The room was nice and clean. We were put in a handicap room, for some reason. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Our amenities were lacking. We had to ask for coffee and our shower dispenser was empty. We would stay there again, when in Bentonville.

    What I did not realize, and understand there’s no control over this, is the amount of young kids, soccer tournaments, baseball tournaments! Very busy time, and very noisy. I do not blame the hotel at all they were wonderful, and if anything really showed a lot of patience with all these young guests! They were impressive!!!!

    The hotel overall was great. Special shout out for the excellent breakfast and the attendants as well as the front desk staff! We stayed for 2 nights and even the manager of house keeping saw us coming out and stopped to check in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Overall a great stay. I do have a couple of things I’d like to mention, if you are wary about the additional charge for breakfast please pay it while booking! It was $12 to add the breakfast on for my husband and I while booking but $16 a person per visit once you are already there. I would like to mention one of the main reasons I wanted to book was for the indoor pool. The pool was just okay. While the temperature in the pool room as well as the water was great, there was a very suspicious smell (not chlorine or chemical) just a nasty smell, the pool also looked clean until you went to the 5 foot wide where the poop light was and the water was murky looking, lastly the pool drains all had thick layers of yucky brown goo. Other than the pool the stay was amazing!

    I never got an invoice for my stay! I think their computer system was down or very slow or something. Will have to track down an invoice now. Indoor pool is not heated. Employees were nice but I think struggling with system. Breakfast was good, great biscuits and gravy. Property was clean and is next to a nice walking trail.     Easy to get to I-49 to go to Crystal Bridges but removed enough for quiet and privacy. Friendly and helpful staff! Clean pool, but the water was a bit cold for some kids. Many restaurants and services (wine store, etc.) nearby. We'll go here again.

    Cons: The room area was very noisy and had thin walls. Housekeeping cleaned the room above us at 9am on a weekend, knocked over a lamp and started vaccuming, it was extremely noisy and woke us up. Compared to many other stays at other cities in Hilton Garden Inn's, the room quality particularly as it relates to the noise and lack of sound proofing didn't live up to the Hilton Garden Inn name and was more like a Comfort Inn or a Hampton Inn.

    This property was very convenient to plenty of places to eat and to Beaver Lake. It was the cleanest property we had ever visited. Our room was handicap accessible and was easy to get around. The staff was very helpful! The only thing I would suggest would be to update the beds and provide a simple blanket instead of just having to use the heavy duvet.

    Great place to stay, will definitely stay here again but will ask for a front or side room. The back part of Hotel is by a busy street, trash collection at 5am is not great way to being woken up to. Otherwise than that employees were very nice and helpful. Hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants and right off hiking/biking/running trails which was a HUGE plus for us.

    The room was very small and so was the bathroom. They had a sliding barn door on the bathroom, which left gaps…so no privacy. The stool in the bathroom was extremely low to the floor and there was no vent. The housekeeping staff didn’t leave bath towels one day, so had to go to the front desk to request towels. On my confirmation, it said the room would provide drinks and snacks. We received fresh water everyday, which was nice, but there were never any snacks. I do have to say that the front desks workers were very pleasant. We have stayed at this location at least two other times and were happy with everything. Unfortunately, not this time.

    We told them there was 4 of us and asked what we were supposed to do , and they just said, “sorry”. I asked if they had any spare rooms or extra cots at least and they said “no, we do not. Sorry” I asked if they could give us a lot of blankets since my husband and I would be sleeping on the floor, and they did accommodate. They also did give us the room for only $50, but it was still quite uncomfortable as you would imagine sleeping on the hotel floor even if we did only pay $50. The hotel itself was extremely nice (especially once we got our junior suite with 2 queen beds the NEXT night) and we would maybe stay there again (if we ever had to be in Bentonville again) but the experience was just not pleasant at all having our room given away (when I booked it a month prior).

    I will never stay here again. We have used Hilton Garden Inn at several locations and in hopes that they will be better than the last and it never is. The check in staff were terribly rude and hateful. There were a dozen or more kids running all over the place and touching everything from the snacks to all the individual coffee cups for guest. The parking was terrible we had to park across the street in another business to even have a spot. The room was very poorly thrown together.
