The minute you walked in your smelled cleaning products. Cleaning the lobby and ensuring it was picked up to looks nice. Room was as deceived. Pool and hot tub were nice. Good breakfast every day. Staff was all helpful.

This is a business hotel with a standard breakfast selection. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff members are all very friendly and supportive.

Couldn't ask for a more quiet accessible hotel in Bentonville. You're literally within rock throwing distance of the Razorback Greenway. Room was clean, staff friendly and the breakfast was top notch.

Everything involved with our complete stay was excellent from the rooms to the amenities, including the staff were perfect.

Room was clean. But we had to ask for toliet paper..someone to come take our trash out and get us clean towels after 2 days. Day before we checked out someone finally sent housekeeping. Very disappointing. Now I know why I always stay at Marriott.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! We stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago. When we arrived, our grandchildren were very disappointed to learn that the pool was closed. We booked the hotel again in May of 2026, and guess what! When we arrived, we were informed that the pool was closed yet again. Then when we got into our room, I wanted to take a nap before going out for the evening. When I pulled back the covers on the bed, it was disgustingly obvious that the sheets had not been changed! I went to the front desk to ask if housekeeping would please come change the sheets. The lady at the desk was very nice, and said it would be better if she just put us in a different room, so we moved rooms. This time the bed sheets appeared to be clean; however, the room smelled bad, and it was obvious that the carpet had not been vacuumed, Needless to say, we will not be booking this hotel again in the future.

Breakfast ok. Beds are hard. Room was not the cleanest…pop can under couch and floors needed a serious shampoo. Hot tub wasn’t working and the pool closed after one day here.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in in this area! It is very quiet, clean, has everything we needed, convenient and priced right. The breakfast was much better than most hotels. We have finally found our home-away-from-home!

The room was spacious and clean, but they could do a little better at keeping the hall carpets shampood and the elevator floor clean. We were in the area on personal business and were staying a week, and we had 2 disappointments. First, they put us in a handicapped room which we did not request, and the bathroom vanity is very small in those bathrooms so there wasn't adequate space for 2 people to have their hygiene items out, requiring me to put items back in my duffle bag every day. 2nd, on Monday we went down for breakfast at 8:30am, and there was no hot food left for us or others who arrived directly after. Breakfast is served until 9:00am, so it was disappointing that when they ran out they didn't prepare some add'l hot food items. However, this was not a problem the remainder of the week. In addition, when we had an issue with a leaking handle on the sink, it was rectified quickly. Overall, the hotel has nice rooms, friendly staff, and is good value for the money.

Staff were SO friendly, especially the 2 ladies checking us in. our room and the breakfast area was very clean. Beds were clean and comfortable except don't think an adult can sleep on the sofa bed, although the sofa bed mattress was fine for our 9 year old. the hot tub was hot, the entire pool area was full of kids at prime time because it was spring break. The breakfast bacon was my favorite of the daily fried pork product, the eggs were so-so. for less than $100/night, I highly recommend this Comfort Suites

Our room was clean and in good shape. The bed was a bit firmer than I like. The halls seemed a bit rundown and could use a refresh.

I thought it was a great hotel in appearance. The only complaint I have is not enough insulation between floors. The neighbor directly above us was up walking at 5:30 am on a Saturday. Honestly it might have been children because it sounded more like stomping than walking. But Saturday is my only day I can sleep late(7:30am). We did ask for a quiet room.

The pool is VERY small. The breakfast was alright; it is included in the stay. My main issue with this hotel was the shower/tub--the water was very high pressure. One day it was hot, another day it was very cold. Since it's a "suite" there is a sleeper sofa. The mattress was awful. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

The staff were kind, helpful, and efficient. The room and hotel was clean. However, the hot tub was dirty/cloudy which made me not want to use it. That was very disappointing as the hot tub was the main reason I chose this hotel. I was also extremely uncomfortable with the way my 4th floor, corner room shook several times throughout my stay. I could literally feel the room trembling with no obvious reason. Breakfast was good and plentiful with biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, potatoes, and more.

Went in and the bathroom was still dirty. The shower still had water in the bottom of the tub when I walked in and there was dirt all around the tub drain like it hadn’t been cleaned. The sheets and blanket had hairs on it like they hadn’t been cleaned either. Bad place to stay

First off… I feel like this hotel is falsely advertised. The swimming pool is “Barbie doll sized” seriously it doesn’t even compare to the photos… it’s actually more like the size of a hot tub! And the room was kind of shabby. Plus I had no hot water the next morning as I was getting into the shower. The amenities were not that great either. The whole hotel smelled, well, like an old hotel… just stinky & stale. We checked out early because of no hot water. They didn’t even refund or give discount for the night. But we at least got refunded for the other 2 nights that we bought in advanced. We moved to the Embassy & it can’t even compare!

The second thing we were looking for was a working hot-tub. You would think that wouldn't be hard to find, but it actually was. All the other places that listed having a hot-tub, said it wasn't working when we actually called and asked them about it!! I don't even think the hotels.com site for this hotel listed a hot-tub. So, we were really excited that they had a working one! And of course, the location and the price were great. It was a great experience!

The bed was old and very hard and lumpy. Didn't get much sleep. Curtains did not block the light. Shower was not very hot. No fruit on breakfast bar.

But I need to say that our room was the last room next to the exit away from The entry receptionist. Long walk for my 76 year old husband and I.. Secondly, room 116 did not have hot water. It had less than tepid water. We let the faucet in the sink run 10 minutes. We let the shower run 10 minutes and still no hot water. My husband took a shower in cold water I couldn’t do it. I did lean over and get my hair washed, but I couldn’t do it. Lastly, the breakfast bar is something to be less than desired. The the gravy was watery So maybe the breakfast bar we’re being a little picky about, but it was because of our really bad non-showering experience. The room, however, was excellent beautiful room, big spacious clean, and the and the staff were friendly. But it’s not enough to make us want to stay here again or to have had a good experience.

Pool was closed and they said “we are canceling if you want” which is frustrating because this was already booked and im standing in the lobby. Then the internet isn’t strong enough to load a single website, so I couldn’t get any work done. There are also 8 cars in the parking lot and they put people right next to each other, so I had to listen to someone else’s tv and conversation all evening. Really disappointing.

Plenty of plugs and charging ports on nightstands. Multiple lighting options in room. Shade and curtains worked well to block light coming from outside. Fair price. Good location; felt safe; close to attractions. Would stay here again. Cons: Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Had to request enough sheets for the sofa bed, as the bedding pack provided did not have enough sheets. Sofa bed mattress was not very comfortable. Breakfast coffee was instant coffee from a machine.

Everything was great. The elevator going out really sucked, but we made do.

Elevators were down, hot water took forever to heat up in our room, and we saw a roach in the bathroom.

I stayed here during Bikes, Blues and BBQ. It was a very nice room and very clean. The service was good and the breakfast was descent for continental and included. The only complaint is that there is onely one way out onto a very busy street and turning left out of the parking lot is dangerous. It would be nice to have an acces road that ran along the back side of all the hotels there to allow access to them without having to risk your life to enter and leave the parking lots.

Staff at Check In were very friendly . I had a problem with both my phone and TV not working in my room. Both were corrected immediately by the lady that was also working at the front desk . She was extremely nice and very knowledgeable in how to fix the issues. The room had been recently remodeled and was clean and very comfortable. The only negative I had was the Air conditioning unit leaking onto the carpet . I discovered it when I walked around my bed and steeped on the wet carpet while wearing socks. I reported it to the Front Desk and the gentleman informed me that there was no maintenance person on duty after hours - but that he’d leave a note for him to look at it the next morning. That was fine - but the AC unit continued to leak onto the carpet throughout the night. I left early the next morning and the maintenance person had not yet arrived. I assumed the man at the Front Desk would have offered me a different room immediately after I told him about the leaking unit - however - that did not happen. I could have requested to change rooms but I did not feel like arguing with him - so I just stayed in Room 233. The breakfast buffet was very tasty with a variety of breakfast type foods and friendly service from the kitchen staff .

It was great, very clean, seemed new or kept up very well. The ppol and whirlpool was small, but it was perfect. It was very quiet and we had it to ourself both days multiple times. The only complait was the pull out couch. It was worst than most, could feel the springs and made for crummy sleeping. Everyone else in the queen beds slept great though!

The check in and helpfulness of the staff checking us in was amazing. The guy answered my questions and assisted us several times with various things. However when we got there, a lady was in our room (a worker) and we couldn’t get in, mind you this was at 4:45pm check in is at 3p. She finally unlocked the door and told my husband oh sorry I was eating and didn’t think anyone had this room booked I didn’t make a mess. Uh why was someone just eating in our room?! Anyways I asked the guy at the front is our belongings safe is someone can just sit in our room like that, he wasn’t happy that someone was in there, offered to change us rooms and we explained that wasn’t necessary and he said no one should have been in there. This was our first time so unsure if we will be back, kinda left a bad taste in our mouths. The rest of the stay was great and everyone was really friendly and the rooms are very spacious

Good place to stay close to Fayetteville. Clean and well kept with restaurants nearby. The breakfast was spare, but that’s a personal preference.

We enjoyed this hotel a lot. It was conveniently located to restaurants and the Walmart Amphitheater. It was clean and very comfortable. Our only complaint was that the pool and gym did not open until 10am and checkout was at 11am. The gym also appeared larger in the pictures and did not have any weights.

Overall great for what we needed. Main reason we booked here was for the hot tub, only to find out it wasn’t working, so that was a huge bummer. It’s off a busy road so depending on when you leave it may be tricky getting out, but the parking itself is fine. The staff was very friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

It would have been nice for Expedia to post on their site if and when a pool and spa is closed and had been closed for months. When you take your kids to a hotel expecting it to have a functioning pool and not have one it is disappointing and frustrating. Shame on you Expedia because you were notified and did nothing about it on your end!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. But didn’t find out until checking in that the pool, hot tub and fitness center were closed.

We planned ahead for this property to stay because of the indoor pool for pur kids and workout center but all if it was not working due to renovation in borh areas so beware to check ahead if you are wanting that as part if your trip otherwise it was clean and safe and had nince beds for sleep.

I liked that it was conveniently located in Bentonville, we usually didn’t have to drive too far to arrive at the places we wanted to go to and I also enjoyed the room. It seemed fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. I did not like that the pool and the gym were closed, they told us when we arrived but it was not mentioned when booking the room. This was our second time staying here and over all is decent for the price.

Our overall experience was below average and needless to say we will never stay at this property ever again. With many hotel options within 1 mile, there are much better and comparably priced places to stay. Do yourself a favor and find something different than Comfort Suites on Walnut in Rogets Ar.

We enjoyed our stay. We were a little upset about the pool and spa being shut down but we were directed to their sister hotel 5 min up the road.

Shuttle service was truly lacking. Doesn't start until 10:00 a.m.? Sunday service was iffy, so was Mondays. I ended up keeping my rental since they could not promise me shuttle to and from the airport.

When a property advertises a pool and hot tub, those need to be working. They are not working at the moment. These are major amenities and there is an understanding that these will be available. Nothing was mentioned at checkin- I had to find out the hard way. When one amenity is out, it makes you wonder how much effort the management really put in to making sure what they promise is offered. Nice burn mark on the carpet as well. And why would you book the room next to the elevator and ice machine first - almost no guests here - that's the worst room. Now I have to go down and ask for a new room. Nice. Never again. Yuck.

The shuttle service was not up to other hotel's standards. Lisa picked me up on Nov. 13. She was wonderful. However, when I called the hotel that afternoon, I was told the shuttle ran til 10:00 p.m., however, when I landed, I was told that it was no longer available. The clerk, however, was able to catch Lisa, who then picked me up. I was also told that the shuttle service on Sunday (to pick me up from the airport after dropping off my rental car) was iffy, as was the shuttle to take me to the airport on Monday. Therefore, I had to extend my rental until Monday.

The property is set back off the road. The parking is kind of off to the side and not well lit. Not very safe parking. The inside lobby is nice and the breakfast area was clean and well stocked with choices in the morning. The room was filthy. The cleaning crew left a cut up cleaning towel in the bathroom, there was a new pants size sticker still stuck on the wall, hair all over the bathroom floor, carpet was all stained and something smelled like dirty feet near the beds. The room was big and the way it looked when walking in I expected better but it was kind of gross. Wouldn’t stay here again. The staff at the front desk were nice.

We were only offered an apology for any inconvenience. We were not looking for a free stay but we booked here because of all the amenities, especially the pool. The pool area had been closed down weeks before we booked! Yes, we could have gone to another hotel, but we arrived late from a long drive for a two night stay and no refund was offered.

This is the second time ive booked through hotels.com and when i check in, they tell me the pool is closed for maintence, and that is the sole reason I picked the hotel.

Bedding had urine smell, housekeeping failed to clean room or replace towels after we specifically asked at the desk, pool closed/broken, breakfast mediocre at best, location behind old Chinese restaurant a little sketchy.

Computers were down on check in. Elevator quit working so we had to do the stairs to our 4th floor room. Grandparents with small grandchildren. It was not a good experience. Breakfast was good, but the area was way to small. Had to stand.
