    Room was clean (2 queen/sofa couch) and spacious- but too much furniture in the sitting room- had to move several items so we could fold out the sofa bed. Pool and hot tub were nice, could use a good scrub and sweep of the leaves and outside debris that had blown in.

    One small issue, I'm very sensitive and allergic to smells. The room or possibly carpeting had an odor that congested me. It was difficult to sleep and breathe during the night, otherwise it was fine. Updating by removing carpet like other remodeled hotels should be done in my opinion. Thank you.

    Shuttle driver was not polite at all. I on occasion the drivers didn’t pickup as he was not sure of the Hotel. Another occasion the driver did not turn up on an hourly shuttle service. Ridiculous, they don’t respect time & money of their guests.

    The room was okay for cleanliness(certainly not perfect), however the ac was broken(could not control the temp and it was 50 degrees in the room without blankets) and the management told us to unplug it(which was tricky since the cord end wasn't even visible to us). The next day they did fix it, but we did without any ac/air for the night. Additionally, there were many things broken such as the drinking fountain in the hall(only source of drinking water besides water for purchase), the sink(didn't drain properly) and the broken equipment in the fitness center(wires hanging out of the machine, signs missing from the wall(you could tell by the missing paint shaped like a square), no free weights(only a old and strange machine)AND it was dirty! The breakfast was marginal and the entire place could use a deep cleaning. The best thing about the hotel was the consistent airport shuttle. If it wasn't for this I would have rated it lower.

    it was overall decent i booked for 6 am and could not check in till 11....i should not of had the option to book that early and pay for early check in AND put 250 down just to have to sit outside for 8 hours after driving 8 hours...on top of that me and my family three kids btw had to sit outside while everybody else ate they said we could come eat at 1030 other than that it was fine

    This property is not advertised correctly. There was a torn couch and paint peeling off the walls. I called and Booking.com did nothing to refund my money. I am going to post it all over the Internet. Now I’ve been hung up twice by Booking.com and not returned a phone call. Apparently Customer Service or the kids today don’t wanna deal with somebody who’s upset about not getting what they paid for. I’m done with you booking. I’m not using you again and I’m gonna let the whole Internet know and I will post and repost.

    I came from Indiana cause the flights coming out of Notre Dame were expensive so decided to fly out of Chicago O’Hare the next day. I found this place. I was there for one night found the pool in the hot tub to be clean and working correctly. The only issues I had were I wasn’t able to watch any of the TV as the remotes weren’t working and someone was trying to get into my room. I informed the housekeeping person and they said they didn’t know who tried to get in so felt that was kind of bizarre please get better at people’s privacy when staying at your establishment.

    No stars. Filthy everywhere. Pool area was not sanitary. Food was disgusting. So few tables you couldn’t get in if you wanted to. Bathroom was ok but the tub filled with water when showering and there were no towel bars or even holes where they once were. So they fell to the floor. Room was equally disgusting. Changed rooms once b/c a/c didn’t work. We left a day early figuring if we lost money, oh well. Came home left everything in the garage to treat for possible bed bugs. Left tip for maids. Figured it wasn’t their fault, just trying to earn a living.

    The property itself was good. Free shuttle to/from the airport. Good room for the time we were there. The staff was awful. Rude and unprofessional. I tried calling prior to arrival as we were arriving late at night. First call was answered and was told I needed to schedule the shuttle asked me to hold a moment to being hung up on. I called back to no answer multiple times. I tried from a different phone for my call to be answered. When I have them my information again the lady on the phone turned extremely rude and once answered both questions hung up on me again. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE

    My stay was great. I had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The free breakfast was really good and had a nice selection. I only have one small complaint, my room was a little bit dirty. I also bring my own cleaning supplies so that wasn't a major concern for me but it's something to consider. The beds and pillows were soft and clean. Overall great stay

    Overall, I have stayed in worse, but there were multiple fine details that were less than par. I had to request bedding for the pullout couch. There was a wall repair in the bathroom that was very poorly done-chunks of spackling left unsanded. There were some stains on the towels. Also, there were hairs found in the bedding and on the floors. The pool had clumps of hair around the perimeter and several clung to me during my brief swim. Breakfast was cold, and the inside of my waffle was raw despite cooking the required time. Also, my room was rekeyed in the middle of my visit which required being fixed, yet once back upstairs, I had to go back down a second time because it still had not been rekeyed.

    Staff were kind but the room was disgusting. I am not exaggerating when I say I peeled back the sheets are there was tons of hair everywhere. Almost as if cleaning staff just remade a dirty bed. The shower also had TONS of hair in it. Floor had big debris all over it so no one clearly swept. Imagine the other things that probably were not cleaned. The sink faucet was falling off as well as other fixtures. Hallways looked like they hadn’t been swept in years. It was so bad all me and my children could do was laugh until we left. I am not sure what was offered for breakfast because I wouldn’t dare attempt it after what we seen. Overall save yourself and skip out on this place.

    The hotel shuttle was a bit disorganized. For the park and fly program, we asked to add it but the property never charged or gave a hangtag til we asked the next day. Good thing we asked, otherwise the car would've gotten towed. Woman working desk at night was not knowledgeable; but the man working mornings was helpful. Good value/convenience for flying o'hare but not sure I'd pick this one again.

    The property was nice and clean. However, when it came to our room, the mattress was exposed because the mattress covers were ripped and torn. And the fact that housekeeping make those beds up everyday and don't change the mattress covers is nasty and lazy. My kids couldn't enjoy the pool because there were people having a party in there. They were drinking and smoking. The breakfast was good.

    The only thing we noticed when we arrived for check in was, from the pool to the elevator, there was water all over the floor from ppl coming out of the pool. Someone could've slipped. And, the room we got, the bed was hard as a rock to sleep on. Other than that, the staff at the front desk was helpful and nice. We would stay again.

    The front desk people were very unhelpful. I presented them with pictures & videos of rodents in the bed. They said I can reach out to Expedia for a full refund, when I reached out to Expedia they said the hotel only approved of a $24 refund. This is completely ridiculous. I didn’t pay to sleep with rodents. I then called 3 days later because I’m on vacation & the lady took my information down & said I would be getting a call back. I’ve now been waiting 3 days for a call back that I have yet to receive. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Terrible empathy from both parties.

    The hotel does a pretty good job servicing those that are transiting from O'Hare. They have a free shuttle from the airport. My room was a good size and was clean. The hotel offered a decent breakfast. I had a chance to check out the pool and whirlpool. The pool was about the warmest I've ever been in. They keep it at 86-88 degrees. The hot tub was also quite warm. I also used the fitness center, which had a handful of pieces of equipment .The only downside to my stay was a fire alarn in the middle of the night. Otherwise, it fit the bill.

    This is the 5th year I have stayed here for a local event. There were a couple hiccups this year, but nothing major. Loud people is hallways late at night, tv remote not working, and some confusion over housekeeping. But matters were addressed and taken care of quickly and I will be back next year! I feel safe and secure at the hotel and am always treated with respect and friendliness. Thank you to everyone and see you next year!

    Bathroom was really dirty. The hotel looked so dark and shady. Room didn’t had enough light either. Asked front desk that bathroom is not clean, the answer was there is no one available to clean and didn’t offer different room either instead offered extra towels.     I have been using this hotel for about over 7-8 years and every time I travel to Chicago I look for this one particular hotel. I want to only go here is relaxing is clean. The breakfast is everything and it’s till 11:30 in the morning which is great as more than enough time for me to get up if I get up late and eat, I really like it here

    This was our second time staying here, and both experiences were great. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, always very friendly. I've used the free shuttle service every time and it's greatly appreciated, it's always been on time and the drivers have been nice. Breakfast is fine, the pool and hot tub are nice when they aren't too busy. The wifi is good, had no issues with our phones or Nintendo Switch. The room was clean and everything we used worked (outlets, USB ports, appliances), but we didn't try everything. In two stays I've had no issues with this hotel, I'll be staying again in the future.

    Hotel was overall, OK. Informed staff on MULTIPLE occasions we wanted a full service between the 2 night stay. Even after staying our first night we informed FD we wanted service while we were out. FD staff said he had it wrote down. Came back after a tiring day of sight seeing to towels just inside our door. No bed made, no trash removed. Informed FD and they “apologized for the mis-communication. Requested a small partial refund and was denied. Careful booking here. Promise one thing and cant deliver one it.

    The pool was murky cloudy so you couldn’t see the bottom and I’m glad because there were bandaids all over in it along with weave hair and trash around the pool, the bed room had blood on the corner mattress sheet and the room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or wiped down… breakfast was average and they did changed my room after the first night to a much better room.

    We checked in late. They put us first in a room that smells moldy, paints are peeling off the walls, especially at the bathroom and bathtub. There were hairs at the shower, bed was soggy. Then no lamp at the table, AC was not working. The following day we asked the front desk to transfer us to other room and they did. A little better… But a hassle to pack all the stuff again.

    Only one staff person who was overwhelmed and made everything confusing. I had to call 4 times to get an answer about the airport shuttle. Not enough room on the shuttle and had to sign up on a tablet, but then told to just get on in the morning - FCFS. It appeared to be a newer building, but it was pretty trashed. My room didn't have any towel hooks or bars (you could see where they used to be and bad drywall patches were obvious). Elevator was not working.

    Breakfast was good, delicious waffles and coffee. The pool was way too hot, dirty and no towels. The kids didn’t want to play longer than 20 minutes in the pool. The room was ok, the air conditioner was very loud. We got locked out of our room at 9am the day of checkout. The elevator broke down. Staff was nice, but I will not be back.

    I chose this property because of its proximity to the airport, the free shuttle service, which is 24/7, free hot breakfast and price. I checked in around 2am. I'll start with the good, the room had plenty of towels. The issues I experienced immediately were remote wasnt operable, but front desk staff came to the room and after fidgeting with cable box got the tv to come on, but couldnt see anythjng on most channels. The toilet ran all morning due to the push button on top of toilet getting stuck. The thermostat wouldn't adjust the temperature in the room so it remained hot. Breakfast was fair, but the juice was good. All in all, I felt the hotel room was unclean and shabby and the pictures on Expedia arent inline with what you get! I would NOT stay there again, but If you're just looking for a basic place to stay and have low standards, then this would work.

    Wonderful staff and thankful the pool was nice and warm granddaughter had a blast and it kept her occupied when our flight got canceled, only issue was the shuttle driver I am used to driving in big cities and dealing with crazy drivers but this man scared everyone to the point people got out before there terminal and chose to walk the extra because of his erratic driving.

    Hot tub was warm but not hot. It was actually kicking out colder water. Pool hours are great. They have really nice finishes.... But they didn't get completed well. Calk looks bad, paint isn't great, patch jobs on the walls aren't great. Overall it's a good stay. Breakfast was good. I would stay again. They just need to hire professionals to do work around there.

    Parking is horrible. My daughter and I had to walk from 2 parking lots away. They allow people to park and take shuttle to airport. Plus, there is a sports arena next door. Those 2 combined, we could not park near the hotel. The hotel itself was great. Clean, friendly staff and great breakfast. Just be prepared to walk to hotel if you arrive later in evening.

    Really convenient airport hotel with great service. Staff communication was quick and clear, and the pet policy/check-in process was simple. Comfortable beds, spotless room, and easy parking. The shuttle setup is a big plus—transport for flyers and also round-trip rides for those accompanying you to the airport. The things I’d add is a small air freshener and fan in the bathroom.

    Cleanliness-I took photos, the floors were "sticky", the breakfast bar was a mess, there was garbage in the corners of the lobby, scrambled eggs on the floor of the elevator. Furnishings-The couch was actually put together from two couches. The back cushions were clearly from an entirely different couch. The recessed lighting had bugs in it. The bathtub finish was peeling. The toilet seat was attached in a crooked way and could not be straightened. Safety-I actually got shocked by electricity trying to plug in my phone charger as the outlet was not securely attached to the wall. Although, obviously, I would expect a room to be smoke free, clearly someone had smoked in there and there was a burn mark on the floor. I have pictures of all of this. VERY GROSS!

    The room was recently renovated, but whoever did the renovations wasn’t that great. The television wasn’t hung straight. The plug for the lamp and usb outlets was coming out of the wall. I found hairs in the shower and stains under the toilet seat. The sofa had some stains on it too. The extra door latch lock didn’t work properly. It just felt like the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned like it should have been. I was put in a handicap accessible room when I specifically didn’t request it. I thought maybe it had something with me checking in early. But other than that it was a good stay. The breakfast was hot and plentiful.

    Not great communication with the front desk. My daughter is a 20 year old flight attendant flew in at 12:40 am. The shuttle took almost 1/2 hour and multiple calls. When she got to the hotel he would not check her in. When I called he disconnected me. Phone at 3% Finally let her check in This was a nice enough hotel but not a great feeling that late at night.

    Parking nightmare. You have to sit and wait for a shuttle bus to come from the airport then follow people to their cars to get a spot. Parking on the grass, double parking, etc. The extra parking lot has no stairs, so you risk the mud slide down a hill or walk the distance of the parking lot twice. The overflow lot is full of airport parkers as well. The other hotel next to it shares the same lots. Room heater/AC rattled loudly non-stop. No way to turn it off. Overall, a super frustrating debacle.

    Refrigerator had leftover food and drinks inside when I checked in. There was garbage behind the dresser . Hair inside the bathroom left behind by another guest. The carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced considering a good cleansing would not even touch the surface as far as helping it goes. The breakfast was the exact same as when I arrived. The sausages is undercooked and biscuits were hard as a rock. I constantly would ask the employee for assistance with refilling milk pitchers she would do so with a complete attitude. The only thing keeping this hotel busy is the pool. Not sure when the cleaning is done, so swim at your own risk there was no pool towels available. There was no bedding or sheets for the sofa bed . You had to return to the front desk for every little amenity. Elevator says 3-4 people max so you must wait about 10 mins to use it. Staff was very unfriendly accept the front desk agent taking payments. DO NOT BOOK.

    The heater didn’t work properly. It took about 3 hours to even warm up the room. We also called the desk and asked for toilet paper and the man on the line didn’t say anything, he literally said no words but hello when he picked up. We called said what we needed and someone just showed up at the door and also said nothing, just handed the toilet paper roll. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable.

    Arriving to the hotel there was next to zero parking available. Entering the hotel there was a smell of Fabulosa mixed with a scent of smoke in the air. We checked into the room and into the room identifying that it was not in great condition. The couch was torn, they were stains on the sofa seat, TV was mounted crookedly.and TV was mounted crookedly. We overlooked the presence initially understanding that we were only planning on staying one night. We got ready shortly after checking in and left to carry out our evening plans. Upon returning to the room, there was a pile of bugs in investing, the linens in the bathroom. We reported these on cemetery conditions to the hotel staff, and they informed us that there was nothing that they could do about the reservation and did not offer any potential solutions due to the unsanitary conditions, we elected to leave and find an alternative place to stay.

    Airport Shuttle was no where around the location they were suppose to be.     The staff was very nice, the young receptionist was happy and energetic even when we checked in at midnight. The only suggestion I have is that the rooms had an smell like humidity. The rooms are clean but not a lot of lighting. For one night it was ok.

    Excellent customer service. This is my second stay stay at country inn but the location is different. I am never disappointed staying here. The rooms are nice and clean. The only thing is I wish they had steaming services. I don't like the cable channels. I wish they had apps like the DoubleTree hotel.

    There were 12 underage children in the pool and hot tub with no adults supervising. There was garbage and wet towels on the floor that were not picked up until the next day. I would never recommend this hotel. Plus, it was so cold and the front doors would not close in the lobby.

    Everything was terribly dirty. The elevator, room, bathroom, walls.. all need a good cleaning. There were large tears and stains on all the furniture. The breakfast was muffins, bagels and fruit. No juice, no hot food. The free shuttle to the airport was scary. We could see the spedomoter and he was doing 70 in a 35 weaving around people. Driver seemed angry. The only good thing about this hotel is the hotel staff are very friendly.

    Everyone was very sweet. I came in with my two kids, younger then ten, and my husband. I left my card in the car so I had to leave for a second. My husband as we were walking to the room went on to tell me how the nice man at the check in desk saw the kids staring at the pool and asked my husband if we would enjoy a room close to it. It was a small thing but my kids got even more pumped that we were so close to pool, only two doors down. We will definitely be going back just because of the kindness of the man at the desk.

    Room is falling apart. Phone did not work. Staff were horrible. Did not provide extra towels. When I asked for them I was told “they will be coming”. Never came. Hot Tub water was green. Room needs serious work as well.

    There were no paintings in the hotel room. Very strange. I felt like i was in a prison. All inn all i will be back. They are very friendly, helpful and made sure the breakfast item never ran out. I'll mention it again VERY wonderful staff.

    - The entryway door to the room is difficult to open. You can’t simply turn the handle you have to pull the door before pushing it to get in. - There’s a loud tapping of water against the window sill when it rains that mashes it difficult to sleep. - There’s no proper ironing board in the room - The bathroom towel/toiletry rack is damaged and barely hanging from the wall. - Requiring to hold a button for 30-40 seconds to get water from the public fountain (as described on the sign) demands an inspection that’s ridiculous.

    The airport shuttle was easy to find. The hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport and is a convenient place to stop by if you have a connecting flight with over 10 hours of layover. The carpet in the lobby needs to be replaced and the wifi reception in the room can be way better.

    Shuttle didnt have enough room and we had to wait while they called a taxi to come get us, room door didnt shut all the way and had to be lifted to close properly, about an hour and a half after we checked in we were in our room and the maid just opened the door ( No Knock) and came in to give us towels that were never asked for, got there at 4:30pm (After the 3:00pm check-in time) and had to wait to see if our room was ready, room had a funky smell that seemed to have been masked very heavily by cleaning supplies or air freshener and window was open. Breakfast had potential to be something but was not to pleasing. Was not as nice as pictures make it out to be. Will not be using that hotel again.

    Well, I stayed here this weekend with my husband. Starting off with Saul g that we using stay at the holiday in next door but we wanted to give the country inn a try. We regretted that the second we walked in! We waited a a good 5 min until someone finally came to the front desk! Cool no issue! So we talk the front desk guy which I would hope has nothing to do with the conditions of this hotel! He gives us our room which was 116! It was on the first floor! It smelled like they have never changed the air filter, wet dog, and must! Probably MOLD! We could not believe that this hotel was right next to the very awesome hotel! We asked for a room exchange and they gave us the room right next to us 115! It also smelled bad but it wasn’t as bad considering it had vinyl floor! We deciding to stay and just open the window which completely aired out the whole room! Both rooms had couches with stains. I have pictures of proof is ever needed! Later our cards stopped working. 3 times we had to reactivate them! The last time, a different front desk guy told me it would be $50 to reactivate. I told him after so many inconveniences you want me to pay to get into my room that I payed for??? He apologized and reactivated my key! Later on Saturday, felt like a daycare! Why is there kids going up and down the elevator with no adults? Water everywhere from the going in and out the pool running around the halls. Anyway TERRIBLE ! Shut this place down please! It is ridiculous

    I have many complaints I only stayed 1 night due to the smell in the room it smelled so bad like mold I went and bought incenses for the smell it did not help. I woke up with a stuffed nose it made my allergies flair up bad. I brought a friend who is very cold all the time she asked for an extra blanket we never got it . EVREY thing was moist the air the floors etc like water damage. The hot tub was cold like a pool. Also when you pull the sheets back the beds are dirty very disgusting! I was very disappointed.

    The room had dirt and hair on the floor. The bathroom was old, outdated and scary. The water pressure was awful. The temperature of the room was either freezing or hot- the common room with the sofa had jo temperature control- had an oscillating fan hanging in the corner. The “blanket” on the bed was paper thin. The beds were beyond uncomfortable. The sofa pull out was basically a sheet over some springs- awful. The mini fridge decided to defrost and we woke up to a puddle of water. Parking - good luck- shared a lot with Holiday inn, so you had to walk to a neighboring lot to park. We left our room for 6 hours and utilized the DO NOT DISTURB sign, when we returned housekeeping had been in the room and an item of my sons had been knocked to the floor, partially under the bed and was broken. We still had over 8 hours until check out- but decided to check out early. We literally couldn’t take it anymore. We did not choose this hotel to use for airport/shuttle service. We were in the area for work and honestly this was a horrible experience.

    Gym was closed and under construction. Room was dirty with hair and some bodily fluid under the toilet lid. I about took the hide off from the underneath of my foot with the transition strip being pulled up from the floor going into the bathroom. Bed wasn’t too bad. Staff was friendly.

    The shuttle service is horrible, on the airport pick up they didn’t have available seats for us!! And that was after 40-45 minutes waiting outside!! Over that the driver was rude and disrespectful. On the next day the driver who should drop us off at the airport started running his mouth because the app doesn’t work and he made a U turn in the parking lot to pick us up, as soon as he ran his mouth I was ready to fight him so he shut his mouth and started apologizing. I don’t recommend this place, but if you did and choose it make sure you’re ready to fight and you could get arrested if they call the cops on you.

    We had a wonderful stay. The front desk manager and team were very supportive and welcoming. The property and rooms were clean, and the food options were excellent. Staff went above and beyond to help us on several occasions. The complimentary shuttle service was very convenient—even after checkout, we could drop off family and return later to pick up our car.     Upon arrival, a sketchy group of individuals were hanging around outside the hotel. I was scared to leave my Uber. The attendant was sleeping when I arrived. The hallways were very rundown and noisy. The room was extremely rundown. Things had lots of wear and looks grubby. There were people seemingly staying here long term - as in living here. The wifi didn’t work whatsoever. I would not recommend.

    We stayed a few days here during our trip to Chicago which worked great! We didn’t want to deal with Chicago traffic so used uber some of the days to get to downtown ($35 one way/ 1 hour trip) and other days utilized the free shuttle to get to airport which was easy to access the CTA ($5 all day use) to downtown. The staff was very helpful and friendly, felt like “ home”. Hot tub was very hot which was nice and pool water was slightly warm which felt amazing! Also only 20-25 minutes drive from medieval times and Lego land.

    Negatives: We walked in to NO a/c on and a heavy scented cleaning smell. The a/c worked great in our room after a few hours but that was it. Even with the door open, the front room (where our kids were) didn't go below 75⁰ and that is being generous. Our bathroom was the same temp. The pool room was easily 80⁰. Just walking into the pool your eyes started burning from the chlorine. The hot tub jets were messed up and had water spraying all over. The breakfast would have been okay but they were out of just about everything at 7:30 on Saturday morning and they have you crammed in there. The elevator needs some work also. Everyplace in there smelled like weed. The restrooms downstairs were about 80⁰. The positives: The AC worked well in our room. The shower pressure was good. If stocked, the breakfast would have had biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, waffles, fruit and all the other basics. The cost was appropriate. Convenient location and it seemed to be a good neighborhood. Good food nearby. It was an okay stay but for the price, I would have preferred working AC and a better pool and breakfast set up.

    Been a few years since we’ve come. And this will be our last stay as it seems things have gone downhill. The check in process was okay. Quick. Friendly. However once you get to the room…. Bathroom door doesn’t close, no toilet paper, the carpet is wet in large spots and it smelled like mildew. Was under the impression that there would be an extra pullout couch but there was not. The pool was okay. Hot tub had questionable debris. I didn’t like that guests with shoes on had to walk through the pool area to get to the back “deck” area- this made the floors disgusting with whatever people tracked in and then it would get into the water from people walking through the same areas to get in and out of the pool. The breakfast area was SO cramped and crowded. There was not enough seating for the amount of guests staying and you really couldn’t eat in the bedrooms because there was no space. Just overall disappointed with the stay this time. Will find somewhere new when visiting next time unfortunately.

    The room was dirty and worn down. The chair in the room had some substance on it we couldn’t even use it. They canceled our booking and gave the room away and we had to get another room with only one bed. The pull out couch was a death trap. Never will stay there again.

    Had to take a taxi and it cost me $35. The hotel is not close to Chicago O’hare and don’t count on the shuttle service. There was a smell at the reception area and the common areas. But thank God not inside the room.

    Our room was decent, but I notice after a few days I had flea bites on my legs. The pool area is nice but needs air conditioning , was very hot. Our door would not work, it was annoying. Lots of construction in the building as they are trying to make improvements, thats good.

    The room we were given was slapped together from being a storage room. Bad ventilation, very humid and smelly inside it. Next to the pool so it was getting environmental spill from that. The recent construction on the room meant poor molding, cracks in the walls, crappy paint job. Only fluorescent light bulbs and some light switches did not work. Not a fun stay at all and I paid $350 for it. Want my money back.

    The pictures make it look great but the elevator smelled like mold, the hallway smelled and the carpet was stained and dirty. There were holes in the bathroom wall and the sink was slow draining. Very run down compared to the pictures. The beds were nice but absolutely not worth $240 a night and couldn’t get a refund to change hotels once checked in

    This is an airport hotel and that's just what I needed coming in quite late before a short road trip for a meeting the next morning, so my expectations weren't high to begin with. Even still, this property is showing its age. My check in experience was not great, the room was barely comfortable, I stood on a towel to take a shower because the bathroom grossed me out. It was "clean" but when something is this old, there is only so much that can be done. Some things in the room had been updated, so it seems like efforts are being made, but this place was a little icky. If these kinds of things don't bother you, and you're looking for a close, "cheap" place to stay near O'Hare, this might still be for you.

    They sent a text saying ask for anything you need. I sent the text saying our room was completely out of the body wash that they provided in the shower, they never filled it and it was a hot and humid muggy week in Chicago and we needed to shower daily. So having to use bar soap and shampoo to wash our skin really sucked.
