My stay at the Oxford Hotel was actually the result of a booking mistake—and it turned out to be a wonderful stroke of luck. I had accidentally reserved a room at a nearby 2-star hotel. When I tried to book a room there on Memorial Day weekend, they quoted an outrageously high rate—more than twice the price of the Oxford Hotel. Instead, I decided to give the Oxford a try, and I couldn't have been happier. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was impressed. A professionally dressed concierge warmly welcomed me, and I was even offered a complimentary beverage while checking in. The level of hospitality immediately made me feel valued as a guest. The room was immaculate and beautifully appointed. Everything—from the bed linens and towels to the amenities—felt luxurious and thoughtfully selected. I especially appreciated the welcome chocolates, plush bathrobes, and comfortable slippers. Every detail reflected a commitment to quality and guest comfort. What impressed me most was that despite the busy Memorial Day holiday weekend, the Oxford Hotel maintained fair pricing rather than taking advantage of travelers. Receiving this level of service, comfort, and luxury at a price lower than the nearby budget hotel felt almost unbelievable. The location is another major advantage, situated right in the heart of downtown Bend and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Thank you, Oxford Hotel.

Joshua our valet gentleman was so kind and helpful. He even cleaned our windshield without our asking! Our housekeeper was also very accommodating to our crazy schedule, wish I remembered her name! Anywho, which ever staff member we came across or asked questions were all very helpful and considerate.

The Roam restaurant was excellent. The staff, superb!

The staff and service are excellent… Food service is wonderful and room service is also wonderful. The rooms are excellent and they have a lot of amenities the weight room hot tub on the seventh floor are very special good location close to everything downtown and a lot to offer.

The Bellmen were very helpful and cheerful.

The room was big and the bathroom was really big! The amenities were great - soaps, shampoos and the oversized tub was luxurious. The blackout curtains did their magic and we slept great. Can’t wait to stay again (which we will in March!)

I’m afraid breakfast was a disaster. The coffee is not drinkable (the waitress shared that the Staff walks across the street to Thump Coffee for theirs, so we did, too.) The food was equally inedible—greasy and bland. When I asked for a replacement, the very young, indignant chef CAME TO OUR TABLE to huffily respond “It’s BUTTER.” Hmm. Not any butter I’ve tasted. Nevertheless, for the price point the food should be amazing (it used to be), and the service should be impeccable (it’s not). I love the idea of the Oxford, but not the experience itself.

The staff were extremely attentive! Jason was very friendly and we loved the holiday decorations! The room as well as the gym and hot tub were very clean. We really appreciated the card they left for our anniversary and our champagne for New Year’s Eve upon our arrival!

Loved every detail! Soooo comfy and they offer free laundry down the hall so I got to freshen up my clothes for the rest of my trip. In room French press and coffee is a nice touch. The convenience of walking to shopping and restaurants is PERFECT! I will return.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! We came back from a dusty hike and they cleaned our windshield. Also, on the way to our hike they offered us waters. The only thing was the decor of the hotel was dated, carpet was old and the ac unit was loud in the room. The stay was very quiet though!

Excellent hotel. Our room was spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The bathtub was wonderful. Staff were pleasant and helpful. So many wonderful eateries within walking! Everything was 10 out of 10. Oh, and the bartender made a phenomenal espresso martini!!!

Disappointed, as I booked this stay for me and 3 girlfriends for a relaxation night in as we are moms and no one told us none of the amenities worked except the sauna which we found out on our own. Nothing was posted online. Just printed signs on the doors.

The Oxford is always amazing! Rooms are spacious and super comfortable with everything you need and nice extras like locally made soaps, robes, slippers, coffees, teas an electric kettle and a French press. Service is impeccable and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel special.

I have stayed at the Oxford a few times, and the excellent service and accommodations are very consistent. Check-in is always very efficient, which I appreciate because traveling can be exhausting and it’s nice to finally get to our room after a day of traveling. The location couldn’t be better, as you are in the middle of the best of Downtown Bend. The public parking lot is adjacent to the hotel, which often (by luck) is free. We visit Bend often and I always look forward to staying at The Oxford.

We have a small concern with the room when we first arrived, and the staff quickly responded to our concern and fixed the issue. We could not have been happier with the service and staff. The place is really amazing. Just had my third visit and I'm always amazed at the consistency of the hotel. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful- often going above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and taken care of. The on-site restaurant provides a delightful room service. The rooms are clean, tasteful, quiet and oh-so luxurious!!! I look forward to my stay every time I'm able to book the Oxford Hotel!!!

This was my 4th stay at the Oxford Hotel Bend and I absolutely love it. Clean, spacious and modern rooms combined with fantastic service and a great location. I really love their attention to detail and pet friendliness. Everyone was so eager to greet and spoil our pooches!

Service is always amazing at the Oxford Hotel in Bend. I really appreciate how everyone there goes the extra mile to make my stay easier. I rolled up with my wife, baby and 2 dogs in our car and they got us unloaded and comfy in our room in no time. The crib was also already set up in the room, which is a huge relief. I can't tell you how frustrating it is to show up at a hotel after a long day on the road and have to immediately engage in a wrestling match with a broken or almost broken pack 'n play. Having it already set up is a huge help.

Loved the Oxford....a glass of champagne at check in, nice clean rooms, great location. Our only complaint was noise both in the early mornings & late evenings. Finally figured out we were above the restaurant. So all was well except a shortage of sleep. Would stay again, but not in the same room.

Extremely friendly and attentive, front desk and ballet staff. The little custom touches, including soaps and coffee, as well as add-on amenities. Such as champagne were perfect for a anniversary staycation.

It was a great place all around. Easy walking to shops, activities, waterfront and restaurants. Staff was super nice and large room with amenities (coffee, bed linens, shampoo and conditioner!) were all great.
