The location was convenient. The price was high. The breakfast was lacking, coffee was just blah.

We had a pleasant stay. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and everything worked well during our stay. The only disappointment was the breakfast. The pancake machine was out of order, and there were very few other breakfast options available.

Perfect location for us. Very simple breakfast.

Loved Jaimee at the front desk. The breakfast is packets of oatmeal, cereal and a pancake machine and some yogurt. The hot tub isn’t very hot. Pool and hot tub hours close at 10

Located in the central part of town and easy to get to from the highway. The room was quiet and comfortable. Fast food restaurants are nearby. It is a two story building and no elevator so if you have difficulty with stairs, let them know to put you on the first floor. Also the breakfast offering was minimal.

The hotel also had a lingering skunk odor, but that was likely all the concert goers there for multiple memorial weekend concerts (including Primus). The breakfast was a joke, even for a cheap motel. Consisting of Cereal (Fruit loops & Raisin Bran) Apples, yogurt, instant oatmeal and an automated pancake maker. There wasn't even a microwave to thaw the frozen butter. (You had to make a choice between warm pancakes and frozen butter, or cold pancakes and thawed butter...not very good either way!) On a good note the staff was nice, and the pool was warm and had a nice indoor/outdoor shaded patio. It was also decently quiet except for the kids the floor above! However, the AC unit had to be run on high to keep the room cool and that drowned out EVERYTHING...including the TV at full volume, and possibly a locomotive (or nearby Primus concert). ;) (The TV may have been volume limited for the other guests comfort.). I bring my own fire stick so connected my Bluetooth headphones. Typically Wyndham hotels are pretty decent...but this one needs updated badly. I would likely stay somewhere else in the future.

The maintenance guy checked me in cos there was nobody at the front desk - but he was fantastic. No usb charging in the room my fone was nearly dead and the only way I could charge it was in the car. Get with the times! Room was very motel 6 like

Upon arrival the front desk man wasn't very helpful. His English wasn't the best either and he spoke quietly. But the room? Disgusting!! The whole room smelled like animal urine and it was the most foul experience of my life. The Costco chicken bake in the vending machine was also expired, which I found out after I paid for it. This is my second terrible experience at a super 8 and I have yet to be refunded for either. I will not be returning and I'm warning everyone about my experiences.
- 5/5
Stellar hotel Staff! So very professional and helpful!
- 4/5
For a budget hotel, this property was well cared for and had shown signs of some recent upgrades. My expectations are pretty low at a Super 8 motel, and while the bed comfort and bed linen quality could certainly be improved, overall it was a comfortable stay. The shower curtain was surprisingly free of mildew smell and there were adequate outlets and good lighting. Once they upgrade from old carpeting and stained linoleum, it will make a big difference.
- 5/5
All in all, very nice place

Hot tub is down, the continental breakfast is on the 5th floor and the internet is the slowest I've ever seen.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a fun pancake maker in the dining room. A solid stay for the price!

I love staying here with my kids! We always feel very welcomed and we love the pool and hot tub!
- 3/5
Great staff, requested non smoking room, it was a smoking room, room was cleam but smelled terrible, pool and hot tub was great, breakfast was not good at all, no orange juice in machine, no pancake batter in machine, everything else was ok. Things could have been better. Location was good for us, rate was good as well.
- 5/5
The Staff was great!! They were helpful and friendly, and always had a positive attitude. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, especially with kids from Spring Break leaving their squirt guns and floaties behind for other kids to enjoy. The breakfast was not too bad, just right for kids. The amount of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths was the perfect amount in our room. Being on the 2nd floor, it did get extremely loud above us for an hour or more due to I'm assuming kids rough housing, but the noise eventually stopped so that then became a non issue. There was ample parking too, and Super 8 is in a great location, close to everything we need. My husband's gym, grocery stores, dessert shops, and even my new favorite coffee stand!! Looking forward to visiting again soon! A couple suggestions to make the rooms even better for guests going forward would be to provide pump hand soaps in the bathroom along with a towel ring on the wall next to the bathroom sink to hang up hand towel. Thank you.

We couldn’t ask for a better post‑ski stay at such a great price—clean rooms, a quiet hot tub and pool, an amazing pancake machine, and super friendly staff. We’d happily come back every year!
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Quiet stay. Enjoyed the hot tub.
- 4/5
Great staff and nice breakfast.
- 5/5
Yes room was spotless. The staff was very helpful. It was a good experiance in every way.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Pool and hot tub open until 10pm, was well kept.
- 1/5
The hot tub was colder than the pool. That was the main reason for the stay was the hot tub and it was horrible.
- 4/5
Tom at the Front Desk was very helpful, and a friendly face. Really appreciate the cleanliness of this facility. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, the quality for the price was very good. Best part of this location was the proximity to all the places around town we planned to visit.

The staff was very helpful, room was clean, love the fact that your pet friendly.

Such lovely staff!
- 2/5
The room smelled very overwhelmingly of dog. We were in a pet friendly room but the odor was so strong it almost made it hard to breathe, even with a fan going all night. I suspect it was the carpet in the room. The other areas of the hotel also seemed worn down and not maintained. Staff was very friendly though and the surfaces of the room was clean as were the linens.

The front desk staff were amazing, very comfortable, safe, and homey feeling. I would definitely stay again
- 5/5
great spot
- 5/5
Shopping and dining were a simple hop skip and jump away. The parkway was easily accessible which saved travel time to meetings. Stall was helpful and friendly. I will use this hotel anytime I have to stay a night in Bend Oregon.
- 4/5
the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. it was surprisingly easy to access the hotel from 3rd Street.
- 2/5
Bed was very uncomfortable and the breakfast was so limited, you should not advertise you have breakfast
- 5/5
Nice rooms and staff was very good.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable. Guest service was exceptional.
- 4/5
The pool had a lot of chlorine, and just being in the room burnt my eyes. The bed was not the best, but everything else was great.
- 4/5
The stay here was great! My kids loved the pool. The only complaint I have is that the rugs and carpet could use a little remodeling.
- 5/5
This is an amazing property. The staff is very accommodating to people's needs. I definitely recommend this motel
- 4/5
The office afternoon clerk was especially friendly, efficient, and considerate. She arranged room assignments for another family member and I to be closeby and on the ground level.
- 5/5
convenient, but has a difficult entry! Parking lot needs maintenance
- 4/5
There is not enough seating in the breakfast room during peak breakfast hours. Staff at check in and housekeeping were very friendly.
- 3/5
Low staffed, plumbing issues, saw placed in room not cleaned and the reason we stayed here, for the hot tub hours, were non existent. We were unable to use it at all but kept being told in a few min.
- 5/5
the rooms lighting was dark
- 5/5
I have been staying here every summer for the past 4 years. The front desk people and housekeepers are wonderful. I always have to have a bottom floor with a mini frig and microwave and they go out of their way to accommodate me.
- 5/5
The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating
- 4/5
Overall staff was awesome
- 3/5
They need to replace the carpets in the entire building. Apparently it used to be a hostel and every room had animals. My brother in law dropped some cheese on the carpet and when he used a white washrag to clean it up it came up black. Our stay was good other than the carpets and smell.
- 3/5
Pool area was nice, rooms were nice for the price of the room, but the mattress needs to be replaced to conform to todays style. It felt like a foundation, not a mattress. Time to upgrade.
- 1/5
Gross and bad customer service
- 4/5
No handicapped parking by main entrance and also limited veteran parking.
- 2/5
Bend is an expensive town. If you want a nice hotel you will need to pay for it. Our room smelled like dog pee so bad we left to go buy room spray. Breakfast was cereal and a pancake machine. Front desk was nice and friendly. Neighborhood wasn’t great but also didn’t look unsafe. The smell was the worst part. Carpet isn’t the best choice for allowing pets.
- 1/5
We first checked into a room for pets. Not sure why, I did not have a pet. It smelled like pee really bad. We walked 2 ft into the room and walked back out. They gave us an upstairs room. They did not care that it smelled like pee. They just said it’s a pets room. Other room smelled musty. Couldn’t use air conditioner. Made it worse. Filters or something needed to be changed. We had to leave window open to help clear out the musty stale air smell. Overall experience was not very good. Will not stay there again.
- 1/5
Worst hotel stay of my life. They advertized as pet friendly. After my stay they bitched me out about having a pet dog, then charged me $25 , after I told them upon check-in I had a dog. The front desk lady was a total female dog to us. The managed acted nice and then never lowered our bill for the lesser room, and he smiled as he charged me extra for their so-called pet friendly room extra charge. The suite I reserved wasn't available when I arrived and they downgraded me and say they lowered my bill, but they didnt. Apparently some crack head had stayed in the suite and burned holes in the floor. Sounds like they cater to crackheads at this dump, read all the ither negatice reviews. So I paid for a suite and got a basic room for the same price. There is no parking at this dump at night, no elevator, and they put me on the 3rd floor. And I am handicapped. DO NOT STAY HERE. THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND THIEVES. Stinky, loud, scary place to stay. All kinds of people living in their cars in the parking lot taking up parking spots meant for the hotel guests. AGAIN, WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE, AVOID THIS DUMP AT ALL COSTS.
- 5/5
Property is good enough and better than some. Staff, especially the current manager Tom, was excellent. Encountered a problem with Expedia and Tom made it right for us. Thanks again!!
- 5/5
The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and attentive. There was a billing error and he fixed it with no problems. Walking distance to Fred Meyer. Plenty of parking. Will stay there again.
- 3/5
The area wasn't the best. The hotel is kind of old. The breakfast sucks. The staff was ok. Overall 6.5 points/10.
- 4/5
For what it was it worked out just fine
- 5/5
Housekeeping failed to pick up a towel from a previous guest. Facility and surrounding were good. I would visit again.
- 5/5
Room was clean, breakfast options not so great. Quiet and comfortable.
- 5/5
Fast checkin and friend staff
- 5/5
Vicinity to be about a mile to the concert venue.
- 1/5
The managers were wonderful. They worked to get me a room reserved when they had little availability. The room was very quiet. The check-in process was extremely long. The facility was very shabby. It was very used and old, beat up. I realized it was probably a very sports oriented place that had lots of active people. I have a feeling it's in line for a remodel.
- 2/5
This was not what we expected as we were expecting something more comfortable and clean. I have stayed at a super 8 before and my experience then was much better.
- 1/5
The manager on the 2nd night was extremely rude. There was stains on both beds, the floor was absolutely disgusting, there was stains on both chairs. I paid way too much for that bad of a hotel.
- 3/5
Cranky receptionist, stains on tile in bathroom. Could hear drums from a rock band until 9:30pm. Okay place to sleep for the night. Did not partake in breakfast.
- 5/5
Loved the indoor pool. Laundry facilities . Staff was super friendly. Just wished there were elevators. But, we managed!

Was clean. Staff were excellent...breakfast was nothing but carb options and boiled eggs, but my bed was clean and thats why i was there.

- 5/5
The staff were so nice
- 3/5
We have stayed other places that were much better value for the same price.
- 5/5
My sister and I stayed here for three days while we attended the big quilt show in nearby Sisters. We really couldn't have asked for more in a last-minute booking during a very crowded weekend. The bathroom, room, and pool area were immaculate. We had a refrigerator and a microwave. They had a good breakfast with several options. The pool and hot tub weren't open when we checked in, but became available a couple of days later, and we really enjoyed using them. The only criticism I have is that the carpet and rooms in general could use some updating, as they really are showing some wear. We felt lucky to have gotten a room here for the quilt show.
- 5/5
Nothing fancy and price is right
- 2/5
I prechecked in the night before yet it took 30 minutes to finally get my keys. I had to wait while the only staff member ranted on the phone with another employee about a non-emergent issue then hear her complain about it to me after the call concluded. I didn’t feel safe seeing guest names and room numbers written on a clipboard for anyone to access. The pool was great but everything else was terrible. Breakfast was limited processed foods. Our room had gritty, sticky carpet and the toilet overflowed. Bed was hard, dirty linens. Walls were thin, very noisy. We all slept terribly. We’ll never return.
- 1/5
One of the beds looked dirty w Crumbs
- 3/5

- 4/5
B minus. We’re not accommodating when I was using the hot tub, no elevator and the keys never worked
- 5/5
We had a great experience and were thankful for the clean room, pool, hot tub, breakfast and friendliness of staff. Christina, laticia , and Angelica helped us during our stay and were wonderful.
- 1/5
Needs to be remodeled! Rooms have a musty smell, still has old carpet! Room keys stopped working! No maintenance on staff in the evening, staff had no spare keys to unlock bathroom door. No elevator and no warning when you book! Area outside has homeless. Feels unsafe!
- 4/5
Comfortable
- 4/5
The check-in process was a bit slow, and the room was small, but overall the day was fine.
- 5/5
Easy access, clean room, comfortable beds what more can you say.
- 5/5
Conveniently located
- 4/5
I love the facility, pool for my grandkid and friendly folks who's kids are willing to play with her!! Checkin was understaffed so a long line up. Counter person was great given the situation!
- 2/5
If your lookijg for cheap and safe good spot. If your looking for a small amount of comfort dont stay here.
- 1/5
I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The wait to check in was ridiculous, I have never had to wait that long just to check in. We pre checked in like it suggested but come to find out that system was down and the staff working was unprofessional. Seemed like they were short handed but it all could have been handled differently.
- 1/5
Leaving and driving the 3 hours back home. There was no way we were going to stay in that disgusting place
- 1/5
Staff was rude, key cards for our room stopped working multiple times, beds very uncomfortable, bad smell in rooms, sink didn’t drain, only has stairs, no hot food, ice machine but no way to get ice, and our room slept like weed all throughout the day and it was coming from the staff room on our floor. Would not recommend and will never return.
- 1/5
I checked in at 3 am u asked for 45 min late checkout I was meeting someone at noon
- 4/5
Good basic motel. They had some problems with their key machine, but all good otherwise
- 5/5
Amazing, friendly staff. Went above and beyond helping me with booking issues. Highly recommend staying here. Clean rooms, decent little breakfast, wheelchair access to bottom floor through back side of building.
- 1/5
Key cards didn’t work. Breakfast room doesn’t even have floor , the juice looked rotten at breakfast ,
- 4/5
Staff were incredibly nice. Only hiccup was the electronic room keys weren't working the night I stayed. Made it a little inconvenient but front desk staff were available to let me in at any moment.
- 5/5
Everything was good except the rooms seemed to get a little humid.
- 4/5
Nice people, convenient, affordable. Noisy air conditioning, old room door I could see under.
- 3/5
The card reader for the room keys wasn’t working, so it was an inconvenience for everyone and a bit of a hassle. The breakfast was ok and could use some improvement.
- 4/5
Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

- 2/5
Not the best
- 5/5
Easy to get to from Redmond airport. Also close to my family.
- 3/5
The staff was amazing but the property needs a complete facelift.
- 3/5
The good: We got an ok price since we booked a bit in advance. Staff was good. Has a hot tub and pool and nice seating area. Our bed was decent, although our friend's that stayed there had issue with their bed. They did move rooms. The bathroom was ok size and bath tub felt bigger than standard. The not so good: The room was tiny. Barely enough room space for the pack-n-play, which was right next to heater/air conditioner. Room is not updated. No usb ports, so bring a block to charge phones. Did include breakfast, but no hot food except pancakes, so we ate elsewhere.
- 2/5
Gave us a room that had dirty toilet, messy bed! clearly used, front desk acted like it was my fault, or i was exaggerating! Told someone else "she apparently feels its too dirty!" The beds werent even made. Breakfast started at 7am and blocked off, not convenient for early morning softball games.
- 2/5
The property needs a major renovation. At least replace chairs that are peeling apart and hair dryers that are out dated/don’t have power or very hot air. The blankets were thin and towels thread-bare. Carpets really stained. Staff wasn’t very friendly. No one checking on breakfast items regularly. Both juices were out and we had to ask front desk to help. Not a lot of options for breakfast as others have reviewed. Nice they did provide shampoo and conditioner. Water was hot in the shower. Tv did work. Fridge and microwave in room but they made noise every time you walked by like they weren’t on level ground. I’m not expecting the Ritz but stayed at the La Quinta for $30 less in Bend a week ago and it was way better (they were all booked up for my return trip). I wouldn’t stay here again if I could help it but it got us through the night.
- 3/5
Staff was nice. I paid for a single king, but got a single queen, which was ok, but not ideal. The room seemed clean, but there was a wet spot on the carpet. I would have liked blackout curtains, because Dawn comes early. Simple room without microwave or fridge.
- 4/5
It was comfortable.
- 5/5
Stay was comfortable. Room was clean even though it was a pet room and the fleas were obnoxious. Staff was amazing.

Savanna, the attendant was the spare saving grace. The door key and the internet connection did not work. These issues took an hour and 20 minutes to resolve. The connection ounce running was extremely slow to upload photos.
