I am a repeated traveler. I love this place since I was a young lady. Now I am close to retiring and enjoyed staying in our 2 room condo with family. If you have troubles climbing stairs, make sure you ask for a bottom unit. No elevators. The rooms are cozy and the beds are comfortable. Our room is or was big enough for three adults.

The bathrooms are TINY. You can't close or open the bathroom door while sitting on the toilet. The paper products are a bit too cheap as are the toiletries. No blackout curtains in the bedroom, only blinds. If you like it dark like we do, good luck... The cheap, plastic-y carpet is noisy to walk on and disturbs people trying to sleep. The wall mounted thermostats are nightlight bright. If you like it dark.... Wood burning, not gas fireplace? Fine if it's a truly rustic "cabin", but surprising at a "resort" suite.

Check in time is 4pm. My suite wasn't available until 6pm. Refrigerator was defrosting and had a puddle of water in the bottom of the fridge that leaked out onto the floor in front of the fridge and the adjacent cabinet. Called front desk - service request was assigned to a maintenance worker that had gone home sick a couple of hours earlier. Maintenance worker showed up around 8:30 and was only able to mop up water and turn fridge up - food was lost :(

We stayed in building 3 which was very close to a trail that takes one down to the Deschutes River and walk for hours in a southerly direction towards the Deschutes National Forest. We also enoyed the pool and two hot tubs. This place is about a ten minute drive south of Bend and is thus very quiet.

Unable to confirm I had paid on-line ahead of time, even after showing my electronic receipt. Then there was the part about me owing additional funds, which I refuse to pay b/c I had already paid. Then I was told I'd have to come back and speak to manager later at inconvenient time for my vacation. In the end, they were "able" to confirm my receipt was valid and all this grief went away, but it basically spoiled my stay with worry. Felt very much like a SCAM, given they had to "move" our room last minute and then it was a smaller room with a loft, which sucked on a ski trip. Some lady was high pressure selling us a Wydham membership, which I assure you I wasn't interested in at 10PM at night check-in. Very unsatisfied and way too much stress cast on me for nothing in the end. For what it's worth , the Monday moring lady when I went to speak to manager was super nice and confirmed all had "been cleared up", however, why if cleared wasn't I notified??? All the better, now they're flagging this post and asking me to edit it. Bet it never gets posted.

Wonderful accommodations close to Mt Bachelor. One bedroom with Murphy bed, kitchen, fireplace etc. This is the third Wyndham time share I booked through Hotels.com in late 2024 and I was very pleased with the accommodations in all of them. And the prices are very reasonable in the off season. The only discouraging aspect was time share hoax. If you sit through the spiel, they offer you a 7 day stay at one of their time shares. BUT, when you look a little deeper, you can stay in Timbuctoo in the off season anytime for free, but anywhere you really want to go you pay extra for. Best advice, avoid the second stop in the office and head out as soon as you get your room key.

I was surprised to be confronted with a timeshare sales pitch at check-in. They pressured me to change my 1 day schedule to attend a 90 minute sales presentation. Several polite refusals did not dissuade them until I finally demanded my keys and walked away. After that poor beginning, the room was fine, but I was left with a sour opinion of the resort.

one of the two swimming pools and two of the three hot tubs were "down for maintenance." the one running hot tub had loose cement on the edge of the stairs going down into it, tiles broken off the side, loose surface tiles around it, and a sign where the button for the jets is, "jets out of order." the one operating pool also had loose surface tiles around it, saw people tripping over them. one hot tub down for maintenance is in the open area where families are using the one operating pool and there is no fencing or even tape around it to keep children from falling in it. very dangerous. saw lots of small children around the area. NO WAY should you be renting this property while it is in this condition.

    1) My 89-year-old mother was put in a room with six steps to get into it (we were told “one, maybe two”). Once in, she couldn't really leave. 2) My room had someone else living in it, and the door between our room and the next suite had no functioning lock. 3) My room was filthy. 4) My room had no clean towels, someone else's clothes, and dirty laundry in the hamper. 5) My room had no telephone. 6) My room was on the third floor, so I had to go down two flights and across the building to my mom's room to use her phone to report problems (and I have a bad knee) -- three times! 7) The bed had some sort of biting creature in it (I woke up covered with bites). 8) The mattress was so bad, I threw my back out after sleeping on it.) 9) I asked the front desk for a phone in my room and was told there were no available phones. 10) I asked to be switched to a clean room and was told it wasn't possible. 11) I went to the front desk and asked for clean towels and was told it wasn't possible. 12) A pocketknife on the bedside table went missing, while housekeeping (or the people in the next room) came in to clean out the clothes and other personal possessions from our room. 13) After housekeeping "cleaned" our room, the bathroom was still dirty, no clean towels, and someone else's toiletries all over, tables were layered in dust, etc. 14) There were no chairs, table, microwave/mini-fridge, coffee, etc. in our room; it was just a bed & bathroom.

Our family had a wonderful time at this place. We were on the top floor of a building in a two bedroom condo. It had high ceilings, kitchen and two bathrooms which was great for our family of four. Balcony faced greenery and there was a common laundry unit at the lowest floor of the building. Our family enjoyed the resorts clean swimming pools, hot tubs, sauna, and mini golf. Hot tub though looked like need little attention to maintenance as we saw cracked walls. There were several more family fun games we wish we had time to enjoy, like badminton, basketball, volleyball, tennis and other field games. It had BBQ places to hangout and a nice restaurant as well. Location is close to NewBerry volcanic monuments, High desert museum and several more local adventures. Short distance away from bend downtown as well with breweries.

Avoid. A beautiful location for an extremely underwhelming "resort." Once we got past the impressive (expensive) lobby with awesome reception staff, this place felt like a desperate attempt to emulate the Dirty Dancing lodge had failed but someone just can't let go. It's not any better than an Extended Stay America, at an eye-watering premium price. The "restaurant" was the MOST disappointing aspect. Less than 10 very disappointing outsourced menu items, awkward order/pick up process, and you have to clean up after yourself. No breakfast or lobby coffee (which even Extended Stay provides) but free coffee grounds to entice you to attend a timeshare purchase sales pitch. I'm ashamed I spent that much on this sad accommodation, especially after staying at other very nice Wyndham resorts and thinking I knew what high quality their brand name meant. I'll definitely come back to Bend but will never stay here again.

Had no idea this location was a time share. Check in process took forever to go through as we had to keep declining that we didn’t want to attend some 90 minute sales pitch seminar. I just wanted a place to stay, not put into a high pressure sales situation. The room was some what run down. Rips and tears on the couch and the fold down bed felt very low rent for a “resort”. We spent 20 minutes at the pool area but there was grounds keepers using leaf blowers to blow dirt around that created a cloud of dirt in the whole area. Would never stay here again.

Accosted at the door for Covid protocols. A bizarre moment to start the process given packed stadiums across the country and literally only 10 people inside a very large check in area with 4 people crowded behind the counter! Basically treated like a vaccinated leper with a mask on. A bit surreal two years into the pandemic. Then, when going to other parts of the property (skating rink, bar) virtually no-one wearing masks or really social distancing. I guess the check in is the most important? Got to the room and discovered the TV on the ceiling and I do like to watch TV in bed to relax. It was perched on what appeared to be a bunk beds top bunk. When I asked the front desk if they could move me to a different room I was informed that I was staying in a "private" room (one owned by an individual) and that I had booked through a third party app (Expedia) and that I could go pound sand. Funny, because through the entire experience, from the booking (even on the app) to the visit alerts, to the emails, text messages, and actual check in it was ALL 7th Mountain (Wyndam) communication and representation. I understand what a VRBO is and this was NEVER represented as such. But still, sorry can't help ya but is there anything else I can do to make your stay better?!?! Anyway, let the buyer beware, when booking a stay here you can't trust what you see. This used to be a nice property and still is from the "digs" themselves but there is a huge disconnect somewhere.

It's pandemic time and everywhere is short staffed. But I wished they could plow or shovel the snow more on the paths more frequently. The stairs in building 5 are very slippery, my toddler had a fall. It's lovely to have the outdoor jaccuzi, but again, the snow around the pool and jaccuzi is dangerous. Also the same issue for the path between the ice-skating rental shop to the rink, the snow makes it very slippery to walk with the blades on. Staff is friendly as before. We loved the tap near the sink which offers hot water. lovely one bedroom condo. But the real wood fireplace can't be used (I assume). Balcony is nice. Bed is so comfy. Heating is consistent.

I really enjoy staying here. I reserved a 1 person room with a queen bed, which was great, but there was no other furniture other then a murphy bed, and small table with 2 chairs. An oversized chair or small couch would have been nice.

When we were checking in, the staff was over the top friendly, almost seeming scripted. A lady told me that I qualified for 5 nights on them and it was the first time she had ever seen that. All we had to do was make a list of 5 places we'd like to go and go to one of their seminars. We chose to pass on that. After our first night, we had to change rooms due to a maintenance issue. That was no problem for us and our new room was fine. However, there was a bag of bedding and towels outside our door. I called the front desk and was told to just leave it there and someone would come to get it. No one ever did, so it was just there for the remainder of our stay. For the inconvenience of having to change rooms, they gave us a gift bag with a bottle of wine and snacks. Also discount cards for their Outfitter restaurant. We tried to use them for dinner, but the restaurant couldn't accept them because their kitchen was shut down and they were using a different company's food truck for their food. They did comp our beers with the discount cards. Our stay was overall good, and we would go back. It looked like a great place for kids with the pool and ice skating rink.

Room had no phone, cobwebs, no hair dryer. Asked staff for hair dryer. They said would deliver and never did. Asked a 2nd time and it was delivered the following afternoon. Rooms were older and not maintained. Heater/ AC unit was loud and could not adjust temperature. Towels were cheap and thin. No shampoo or conditioner as well. No cable as well.

Very nice stay at the resort. We were at the end of a long trip so didn’t use many of the “amenities “. Our condo was a bit “worn” - mismatched furniture and very small (?) TVs- but otherwise very clean and comfortable with a great view off the balcony!

When we checked in, our registration could not be found. I'm not sure where the error occurred, but I have never had an issue with hotels.com in the past or at any of the properties on this trip. We were told the room would not be ready until possibly 7pm (it was ready at 6pm). Nick, ther assistant manager was very nice and helpful, but not once did he apologize. We were then sent to Wes, the concierge who gave us the hard sell about attending a session to get a free trip. When we said no, the attitude immediately changed. At this point, the kids had been in the car for 30 minutes and we were just tired after a long drive.

I think something to improve about is the homepage. People write terrible reviews, but I think the service was much better than the reviews, so I think they should write more specifically about rooms, put more pictures about the room, and so on. Thank you so much for making our stay a amazing and memorable one!!

Our stay was amazing, so many activities for the kids (12 yrs old) to do so they never got bored. There are two pools and three hot tubs, mini golf, tennis courts, basketball courts, horseshoe, and lots of wide open spaces to run around. We felt safe and comfortable there each day. The room was clean and offered great amenities like a kitchen, two bathrooms, and separate bedroom away from the kids. The staff was friendly and helpful, but they do try to encourage you to go to their timeshare promotion workshop (we did not attend). Overall, we will be going there again next summer.

We have come here 3 years in a row. Very nice facility and the staff is great. Loved being able to just text questions or housekeeping needs. The full kitchen was a plus and our room had 3 beds so we all got to have our own. Views are lovely from every balcony and the river is so close.

Resort facilities were really beautiful. The room furniture, flooring, and carpets were worn, torn dirty, battered. The Murphy bed bowed, squeaked, sheets thread bare & dingy. The window shades were broken, didn’t close properly and the draw strings insufficient. Ants crawled the counters and on our belongings, the front door creaked like the night of the living dead. Again, resort was beautiful, the room certainly not.

We were super excited for our stay, but was disappointed among arrival. We were called by the resort a couple days before we arrived asking us when we would arrive, we told them between 3:00-4:00 and they said that would be great. We arrived with an ANGRY toddler at 3:45 and didn’t have our room ready. They told us to go play on the playground and would give us a call when it was ready. After a long drive, we all just wanted to relax in our room, but instead we had to wait 30-45 minutes after we arrived for our room to be ready. In addition to the room not being ready, the check in process was RIDICULOUS. I felt so pressured into listening to their sales pitches... all while my toddler is outside screaming. I finally just set an appointment to hear it later so we could get out of there (I later cancelled, not interested). Once we got our room, we were shocked to see that the room looked nothing like the photos. It was dirty and outdated. We paid the high $ for a resort and got a cabin-type room. There was MOLD on the walls in the bathroom and the dirty bath tub didn’t hold water, which was a huge negative for us with a small child. The amenities were nice - playground and pool were a hit with our kiddo. Overall we were really disappointed l.

Check in process was confusing. They told me I could get an early check-in, but when I arrived I was told room was not ready. Had to wait almost 2 hours, which disrupted the rest of my day and plans. should of been honest from the beginning if the room was not going to be ready at a certain time.

I love the Seventh Mountain resort. I have stayed there numerous times over the years more than I can count and always have a good experience however this time I was hounded by the concierge about attending a time share meeting and she would not take no for an answer which made my stay there a little disappointing. I went there to get away from meetings and time schedules and she would not stop calling me to get me into a time share meeting and would not take no for an answer! This was disconcerting.

Excellent value as long as you do not mind very persistent invitations to attend a sales presentation. The setting is beautiful, most units have fireplaces, the staff is nice but not always helpful: if you need help getting that Smart TV to show evening news -- you are on your own.

The negative: Our suite accommodations could use updating. Furniture was worn and slightly dirty. One bath tub had anti-slip strips that peeled back showing mildew underneath, though the rest of the tub was clean. I saw a few dark specks under the sink when we checked in, and two days later with increased amount, it was clearly mouse droppings. As to the service, everyone was friendly during check-in until we declined the Worldmark sales meeting. We were also interrupted with phone calls to the room offering a noon instead of 10 am checkout if we would attend the meeting. Rather uncomfortable, as we were simply looking for hotel accommodations. We will not book stays at Worldmark owned properties in the future.

7th Mountain Inn has a great location. The ice skating rink is fun. The restaurant is decent. The Staff is nice. Though the pool area was closed due to Covid, we know from previous experience they are awesome. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 7 pm, and still not super clean when we finally got into it. Had to request they come and clean again. The housekeeping leaves something to be desired. Super gross and dusty behind the bed. The kitchen has a decent amount of cooking supplies. Unlike Air B & B places, there are no supplies like spices, oils, ice trays etc. There are no modern ammentities like Bluetooth music or on demand tv, just as an FYI. The room was very basic. Didn’t feel Covid safe like other places we’ve visited. Oh, and the pictures online are not even of this condo. So to be clear, this is a studio condo with no breakfast bar and a torn couch. I wouldn’t want to pay what they charge a night for this.

It’s a nice place, a good location. We don’t like a very squeaky beds, a loud heater (like in old motel 6), stains on decorative pillows. People (front desk) are very friendly and helpful!

The staff was friendly. The initial check-in was easy and the staff was excited to do their job. The unit was as described, but it was clear some regular maintenance and complete cleaning was needed. There were cobwebs in the window sills, a door jam wasn’t trimmed out, the tub needed new caulking...things of that nature. The bed was very firm. However, for the money we paid, it was very well worth it.

The property was large and our one bedroom condo room was great. We never heard any of our neighbors whether that was next door or upstairs. We liked that we had a patio to enjoy the scenery our back. Small things like having two full restrooms and two doors to get into the condo were also great. I would recommend this place if you don’t care about being right in bend. It is about a 10-15 minute drive into downtown. The furnishing is a little outdated, but it gives the room a cabin feel. Great price for what you get! Definitely can’t beat it.

Comfortable space with the right amount of amenities. Close to down town. Safeway is just down the road for a grocery run. Unfortunately, due to covid restrictions, we didn’t get to utilize any of the extras such as the pool, gym, etc. otherwise, the resort was quiet, clean and comfortable.

It was good. We were able to get a “bottom” floor even though there were so many more stairs going down then it would have been for the second floor but the lady was very nice and moved us from the third floor to the bottom floor. I am on bed rest and she did amazing to make it work. So thank you very much. Everything there was beautiful and wonderful. Lots to do there.
