I think it’s a two star motel and that’s what we got. Inexpensive lodging with some dirty baseboards. Otherwise it was just fine.

Easy access. Very clean and quiet. Staff very friendly, helpful, and polite. Would stay there again.

For all the bad reviews that this hotel was getting was because of the old owners! I booked this hotel back in October about for two days for a Bailey Zimmerman! Upon my stay in Bend with my best friend we enjoyed the beautiful decorative room and the staff where so very nice! It was very cleaning when entering check in and it was really cool that they had phablets of local activities you could do in Bend! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Parking right by door . Location not bad. Bed was ok. Strong shower. Small; dirty; someone sleeping on sidewalk; no blow drier; no ice bucket; two tiny pillows for a king size bed; shower handle falling apart; no stopper in sink; small thin towels.

The room was very small but it did have a cozy kinda feel to it Other guest hanging out in parking lot made me very uncomfortable didn’t feel safe taking my dog out potty

Cleanliness Before checkout at 11, I ventured over to the nearest Laundromat. When I returned around 10 I found that my room had been invaded, and my belongings thrown away. When I found a cleaning lady they kept transfering my belongings from the trash to the next room they were cleaning, no management on staff, they were aggrwsively following me refusinf to return my stuff. I had to call the police, one arrived within 30 seconds and the next a few minutes later. The one who arrived early, dubbed, "Martin" insisted he needed my birth date in order to assist in retrieval of my belongings: needless to stay I won the dispute with my card company. Photo of trash bag deleted from my phone. I am not here for your children. Criminals. Moral of the story: don't go to Bend if there is little or no snow- the entire city gets cranky living a normal life.

Do not recommend the staff were extremely rude, hotel was dirty and had some sort of bugs, I took photos and left a google review and got a refund. Spend the extra 15$ and go across the street that’s exactly what I did after the staff yelled at me for asking for new bedding I had just came back from a funeral and it was late I wasn’t even being rude - I didn’t notice the bugs until after removing the sheets but on the sheets were dog hairs that made me think to check. Never again.

Everything, from finding drug paraphernalia, to standing water in the shower, to having the front desk refusing fresh towels to my husband, because he, supposedly wasn't even supposed to be there, but yet I reserved the room for 2 people.

It's got everything you need in a motel. A good amount of space, a fridge, a microwave, a TV and a bathroom of course. The price is great for what you get and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. N/A

For the price I was very impressed, cute rooms not fancy but also not super outdated I will say the room was dirty both days we stayed in different rooms and noticed small things dirty sheets / bathtub not being cleaned out I believe it’s a mom and pop hotel, I did enjoy it and I will be back.

The place has friendly staff, clean rooms, and an overall good atmosphere. The fridge is a nice touch. It's my go to Motel when I'm in Bend and the price is great for what you get.

Found Motel shortly after 8:30 PM, all was dark, doesn't look like the pictures on the website. Short time later light in office came on and I could check in, friendly staff, clean room. This is bare bones, no coffee/breakfast service, no Iron. Check out is 8 AM........

A very basic room. Clean and functional but no frills. Room needed some updating--old grout, no towel rack next to sink.

The towels they had out were thin and worn. They need to get new towels, no coffee pot, no hairdryer in the room very noisy neighbors that came in the second night that went on for about an hour. Nothing done about it. On the positive side, comfortable bed air conditioning very noisy. TV should be all set up and ready to go. You should not have to mess with it.

This property is a scam. They are using false pictures on Expedia. The only valid picture is of the outside. Every other image is from a different property. Way overpriced. Don’t waste your money like I did.

For the amount they increase the room rates during concerts here you'd thinglk they'd have some extra money to spend on a steam mop or something. The rooms were dirty and one of them had an air conditioner that blew moldy air that was barely cool.

Reasonably priced, basic room. It was clean, the bed was comfortable with nice bedding. Less than 5 min from the Amphitheatre. The gentleman who checked us in was nice, But, the woman I dealt with the next day was abrupt and wouldn't n't give us any extra towels said we had to wait till the next morning to get some. Other than that it was an overall good experience.

From the start the gentleman was very welcoming and friendly! Older property so condition of room was ok. Bed was very comfortable.

Budget cost means budget room. Found black hair on the bed when I pulled the blankets back, I suppose could’ve been from putting the sheets on. Generally kind of grimy, dirt on walls, floors. Gentleman at front desk was polite but the woman was short with us. Overall, if you need a last minute room and don’t want to pay $300/night summer rates it’s okay for one or two nights.

It was a small hotel but convenient and clean for our 3 night visit.

When I checked in I was told I would be charged $250.00 deposit. Room was clean. Air conditioner sounds like a semi truck is in the room with you and the shower kept running all by it self.

Very kind owner/managers. We slept well and comfortably in our room. We arrived late so just brushed our teeth and whatever to get ready to retire for the night. Jumped in our comfortable, clean king sized bed and fell asleep right away. Woke up and showered,etc.. Exellent water pressure and temp. We got what we were looking for at this little hotel. Much less expensive than most of the other rooms in Bend. We weren’t spending a lot of time hanging out there, we just wanted a comfortable place to sleep.

The bed/bedding was clean, but other parts of the room not so much, including the toilet, bathroom door and door handle, walls, etc. When showering, at one point the water suddenly got scalding hot (I hadn’t touched anything). Also only one full size bath towel in the room to start. Zero counter/shelf space in the bathroom - just the edge of the sink, back of the toilet or the toilet lid when closed, made it not very convenient to get ready. Lots of noise - road noise from cars passing by (maybe also street racing at night) but also you can easily hear neighbors. Only chatted with staff at check in and check out - they were friendly.

The price was $195/night. Ridiculous. Prices are inflated because there’s a musical festival. Don’t stay here. No hangers, glasses, etc. very third world.

These people didn't even speak english. Let alone have a heart to listen to me and my family story. Wouldn't even let us talk and put their hands in the air as if they didn't understand. They did not let us get our room, because I lost my wallet at the beach. I did not have ID to be able to get access to the room and they wouldn't take any other form of ID then the ones that I lost at the beach. I even had pictures of my real ID that I took a while back for getting some other license stuff figured out. When I pulled them up they spoke at me, not to me, in Spanish with their hands up in the air as if they didn't want to even listen to my story. I already paid for the room and everything. My 7-year-old son and my wife were very disappointed when we were unable to access our room. On a side note, the entire town was rented out and we ended up having to rough it in the Oregon Badlands. What a terrible set of human scum to not even be able to let me access a room I had already paid for.

Perfect for passing travelers. Front desk man was extremely patient with me. I was confused about if I already paid through expedia or needed to pay at location. He probably deals with a-lot and I want to personally thank him for his kindness and patience.

We came here for a 2 night stay. The staff was very rude. We asked for more towels the following day after we got there, they said no. We then asked for some wash clothes and the staff lady rolled her eyes at us and walked away. The bathroom fan doesn’t work. Overall, the stay was very bad.

Very clean room! Updated room. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. It is an older, roadside motel so don't expect the Four Seasons, but for the price and cleanliness... can't be beat in Bend. Oh, one more thing... the shower's water pressure will push you out the back wall! Very nice change from typical water stingy fixtures. Talk to Jose at the front desk. He is amazing.

We’ve stayed in nice hotels for the price we were charged here. We don’t recommend the place unless it’s all you can afford. Tip: turning the fan on high helps mask the road noise.

This is a quaint little place. Very clean. Bed comfy. Shower is awesome. Park right outside your room. It’s our favorite. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Was a cheap room but the house keeper opened the room at 7:30 while I was still sleeping. When check out is 11am wasn’t happy with that at all

The management is here. Here is really nice and friendly and if you ever needed anything, they were here overall very pleased.

Absolutely the worst experience. Upon check in the owner demanded a CASH deposit. I did not have cash. He refused to use the credit card I used for the online reservation for the deposit. He handed my id and credit card through the window and slammed it shut leaving me to find another place to stay at 1100pm. I attempted to get a refund through hotels.com- while they were very helpful the owner refused to provide any refund on a four night prepaid reservation because I did not have cash on my person.

Price waas good, but TV didn't work and desk clerk could only speak limited English, no reading light, no tissues, couldn't get the heater to work, so IO moved.

The beds only had a sheet with below freezing temperatures outside. The bathroom had no vent fan, causing everything in the bathroom and sleeping quarters to be soaked in condensed steam. The bathroom ceiling was dripping brown droplets of previous tenants scum. The bathroom and hallway windows had layers of BLACK Mold. The scum dripping on all surfaces could have costed me an undue fee, due to thier lack of cleanliness and lack of no bathroom fan, i cleaned up the stated scum that they did not, so i could not be held responsible for their lack of cleanliness. I will not be a return customer and will not recommend to anyone even if they are in a pinch. I took photos of everything stated here accept for the rude customer service.

The pictures are not of the actual hotel it is extremely rundown and surrounded by homeless camps. The front desk woman was extremely rude. She Requested a cash deposit. Although this is not listed anywhere. She refused to take a card payment for the deposit, she was extremely rude demanding to see the ids of everyone in my party, which included two children. She said they could not stay without id. I asked if I could cancel with a refund, the front desk clerk said I had to go through Hotels.com. After trying to resolve the matter with the online representative. they called the hotel and the front desk clerk said That she would not refund the money. That I refused to pay the deposit. Do not stay here.

It took a while to work out how to get hot water in the shower. Other than that, it's not fancy, but it was a fine place to sleep for the price.

The air conditioner is a room air conditioner somehow inserted into a wall, but it did work. The bathroom was basic but it works. Good stay if you’re on a budget. Walkable from the Bend Ampitheatre.

Overall, the hotel room offers a delightful experience

Very clean but the shower water valve was partially disassembled although it worked, and the floor in front of the shower was very soft and flexible.

The cleanliness of the room was very iffy.

The person at check in was extremely unhelpful and almost annoyed that I was there. She was very upset when I asked for things as simple as two key cards. The rooms were clean, but not well maintained.

Great value stay!

Noted small bath with stand sink only. Very reduced flow sink which probably reflects what plumbing could handle. Didn’t use shower but expect same situation. Modest remodel done and feel overall was overpriced.

Stayed in Room 21 on Sept 7, 2024. Staff was kind, room seemed decently clean but woke up in the middle of the night with several bites on my arms, figured it was mosquitoes. By time I left I had hundreds of bites all over my body. Worse bed bug experience of my life.

I was sitting in my car, they made the bed without taking my dirty sheets off. Do not recommend this place. Very dirty.

The location is the only good thing about this place. The people are rude, the bathroom floor is caving in, in front of the shower and I was hung up on twice.

No frenly staff, my room never got clean service. When i went to the desk, the person at the desck she was very rude when I ask for room cleaning service, she only put clean towels and dump the trash. That was all no shampoo refill, no bed was made and floor still the same at my return. I will never stay again. I choose the location becose my event was close from there. But i saw others hotels in the close area.

The staff is short and sweet and check and very specific with the rules and ways you will get fined. They also have a flew of pictures of people not to rent to sitting out on the counter. But, it is a room and a bed and nothing got stolen or broken into.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of the photos vibrant bright colors attract us but upon arrival we thought maybe we where at the wrong hotel boring and blah is what we where met with apparently the pictures of the hotel are from a different hotel in florida we decided to try to get a refund and stay somewhere which that in its self was almost impossible and after traveling so long we decided to stay the front desk lady was friendly and informative that was nice but our room was another unpleasant story very dirty like it was never cleaned our feet where black like we where walking outside squished bugs on the bathroom ceiling the room smelled of mold constant shower temperature fluctuations bathroom window didnt lock bathroom was in between 2 bedrooms i feel like we where decieved from the beginning and would not recommend or stay here again sorry for the negative review but its the truth and maybe it will help people after a long trip you want to stay in comfort

Stay was mediocre. Stayed 2 nights and no one came to clean, refresh our bed and provide new towels and other necessities. Room was non smoking but had hint of smoke smell. Only one tiny trash bag with a bag that was too small. You get what you pay for.

Floors were pretty dirty; the refrigerator didn’t work at all. The woman at the front was somewhat rude and difficult to understand because she spoke broken English. Lucky for us, their was a Hispanic person in our party to interpret what she said. And…there was no closet to hang our clothes.

Clean and cool in mid-summer. Owner/mgr extremely nice and helpful. Least expensive decent motel in whole Bend area. Convenient location off Hwy 97. Quiet.
