The location is beautiful, but no elevators and the ice machine was broken. All in all, the serenity and river make it all worth it.

I had high hopes and was disappointed. The toilet was clean on the inside and dirty on the outside. The air conditioner did not work. Breakfast was only available for a fee. They charged me additional fees that weren't properly disclosed, including fees that were not included from expedia/hotels.com. They also charged me a $10 parking fee. I was not impressed.

Dog and kid friendly accommodations. Fantastic restaurant attached to the property overlooking the Deschutes River. The room was spacious and our granddaughter loved the bunk bed in the room. Fantastic choice for families with children and dogs.

Upgraded to a room with a fire pit!!! Very worth it. Room was huge and very clean.

We just stayed one night, as we were traveling through. But we were able to have a great dinner at the restaurant, swim in the pool, walk around the trails, and play the outdoor games without having to go anywhere. It was a much needed relief after 2 days of traveling and another one ahead. Would love to plan to come back and stay here longer.

Only downfall is, they don't have an adult time for hot tub or maybe they could add and adult only hottub? Again a great place to go!

We rented one of the 2-room suites with patio and fire pit. The room was very nice and the setting was nice, but not quite as private as it should have been. The fire pit is a nice amenity. The property falls in my review for several reasons: There is no microwave in the room; there was only 1 coffee pod left with the coffee maker; the refrigerator has no freezer; there were no bath linens upon our arrival and we had to seek those out; desk staff was too busy because of, evidently, several convention groups checking in at the same time. The property is pleasant only if you rent one of the river side units. The rest of the property is too "urban" looking - all parking lot with very little softening landscaping. Property is aging. Property is too close to a very busy road.

We had a family with small children next door that cried all night. We were on our anniversary trip and tried to enjoy the outdoor fire pit but the family next door was having a party at their fire pit and they talked loud. In exception of the neighbors we had a great time. Friendly and courteous staff and the Currents restaurant was fantastic.

Terrific location. Having the Deschutes running through the property was lovely. The restaurant is nice with a very attentive staff.

I am giving this hotel a low rating because the advertised room rate was misleading once the additional charges were added. Being hit with a $40 per night resort fee along with parking charges significantly increased the actual cost of the stay. Resort fees feel sneaky and dishonest when they are not clearly reflected in the upfront pricing. Because of that experience, I will not stay here again, especially since I travel to Bend frequently and have many other lodging options available.

It was lovely having a room overlooking the river.

The room was very clean and quiet - didn't hear a sound all night. All in all, it was a nice bed and shower for the money. It just could have been a little nicer.

Poor management. Zero service, keys malfunctioning severaltimes, no soap, dirty rooms, and common areas, dog poop in the hallway and all around very difficult experience from my previous visit just a month prior. For almost $300 per night, I expect better.

When I asked for late check out I was granted to do so with a fee. But was still harassed by the cleaning team 5 different times each time was a different person. The communication needs work on. I did ask for refund on my checkout later fee and got it with no issue. Overall the place is an easy 8.8 .

I stay every time I am in Bend for work. As a women traveling alone I feel safe & comfortable. The room is comfortable and cozy and nothing like the sound & view of the river view room. All the amenities are wonderful as well. I love the gym, bar, restaurant & snacks/ coffee in the lobby. It is such a peaceful stay.

Lots of food under bed and furniture. Was charged extra charges but I don’t know what for. All taxes and fees were suppose to be included. I don’t like how when I asked for places with a conventional breakfast and it popped up on the search with my requested criteria and they did not have this service. The staff that came to help when my daughter got sick in the room was very helpful and very friendly.

They do allow pets. Which is great. But maybe they should put them all on the same floor so that somebody that does not have a dog in their room does not have to listen to the barking.

Place was amazing and peaceful. If there was a fire place in the river front rooms, it would be even more peaceful and romantic.

Never serviced my room so I didn’t have coffee in the morning. Air conditioning unit was so loud running that I couldn’t sleep with it on. I couldn’t sleep with the sliding door open because the screen was taken off and just propped up on the patio. Seems to have a homeless issue. At dinner there was a homeless man smoking pot next to the tables and hanging out around the tables. The staff had to run him off at least 4 times during my dinner. The next morning there was a different homeless man in the lobby.

Our favorite! Can’t beat rooms and price!

A good location, but off set by petty charges like for parking fee. Stayed in a ground level room at the end of one of the buildings. People coming and going through the card controlled entry exit door make lots of noise I could hear inside my room. I could easily hear another quest walking around in a room above me. When checking in, they also charge me one hundred dollars for said room deposit in addition to the quoted price I initially reserved the room for online. Was told third party reservation booking wasn't ideal, got the sense it was not preferred at this establishment.

The person at the reception desk when I checked in was less than friendly and the complete staff at the Currents Restaurant and Lounge need some education in etiquette, we are in the food service business and do own a restaurant, the professionalism was poor at best. The outdoor pool was recently opened, but currently a bit cold to use after sunset, the indoor pool, hot tub and weight room were perfect.

I loved everything about this place. It’s gorgeous. The only complaint is that the hot tub has so many chemicals that it limits the time you can spend in it because it burns your eyes and consumes your senses.

We had a fantastic stay. It’s so beautiful outside the Currents restaurant with the river flowing right below you. The room was had was very clean and the kids loved the bunks above our beds. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Hot tub was not working 1st day

Overall such a lovely stay! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was clean and comfy. The fire pit by the river was so relaxing. The only recommendation I might have is keeping a few rentable dvd/bluray players guests could check out if they want to stop by blockbuster. But that's just an idea. :-).

Lovely staff. We only arrived later at night so didn't get the chance to fully explore but we thought the room was large, clean and modern. Nice view from the deck although maintenance needed on the screen door that fell off. We did love the fireplace in the room. We would stay here again.

Room on the river was awesome.

We got in late and the staff were at the desk waiting to check in, checking in was easy and directions were good to the room, room was just as pictured, a bit of a smell, probably from animals that are allowed, not terrible. Quality furniture and decor, no wash rags though

The food service was slow and the bar made a terrible Sangria. Our room was large and well appointed. The bathroom vent fan was loud and vibrated. Scared me when it first started to run. The room next to us had the same bathroom vent issue plus it rattled our bathroom walls. The walls of the rooms are thin and we could hear our neighbors walking. There is no complimentary breakfast. That is okay because we were afraid to eat there again.

Wonderful. We also love the Shrimp & Grits on the happy hour menu :)

The river view room was amazing

This property charges a 19% resort fee. I asked why and was told it was for the "pool, etc". The pool was closed. There was no hot water in the morning. The lampshade was marred with some sort of burn mark. The interior lock on the door did not work. When I first checked in, my room key would not work; there was a big kurfuffle before they found me another room. The room was noisy. I have stayed here every single time I have come to Bend for 25 years. No more.

I had an issue with the noise causing very unpleasant sleep. At 5-6AM, people walked and ran outside, talking loud, slamming the door. Very bad noise insulation system. Beside that, everything else was great, nice bar, good restaurant and beautiful view.

This Lodge was very good. Lodge checkin and lobby staff fantastic. Restaurant was very disappointing. Hotel offers a shuttle service (sometimes) to Old Mill if they have staff. We used it one time on Friday and our driver Ranato was super pleasant. He gave great service. It was not available on Saturday, no staff. Parking fee is ridiculous since property has plentiful parking everywhere. Our spacious room was right on River and had balcony that was very nice. If we would have received better service at restaurant and bar we might have utilized the property more. We walked to downtown (approx 2 miles). Not bad walk, but not scenic. Since we stayed off season I’d say the price was great value. If you’re gonna pay peak prices, I’d stay closer to downtown. The river running through property and big balcony was a huge plus. Bed comfortable, room very clean. Sliders to our patio needed updates, one slider wasn’t working and hard to enter the very nice balcony.

The rooms were cute and very Bend-y. I loved my outdoor fire pit, and having a sink outside of the bathroom was awesome. Will stay here again!

My only critique was that I believe the cleaning could be better. I noticed there were hair and bugs (small mosquitoes) stuck to the ceiling above the shower area which made my shower quite unpleasant. There were also leftover candy and small food crumbs on the side of the bed when I went to pick up my AirPods that I dropped. HOWEVER, I would like to make note that this is an easy fix and I would be willing to give this resort another chance in the sometime future. TLDR; Cleanliness needs improvement

It’s an older hotel but the have updated quite a bit. The location is great, and the restaurant and bar is very convenient with amazing views of the river. Cocktails were perfect! Only recommendation would be to add more appetizers to the bar menu. The pool was great, and the room was very cozy and quiet. Definitely will stay again.

The bed is too low and you sink in it making it hard to get out of. The Ada design in the bathroom needs improvement. The shower water leaks into the room and the bath mat gets soaked and floors get slippery.

The room was very spacious and comfortable and clean. The views were beautiful. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The bed could’ve been a little more comfortable, I think but overall, it was fine.

Overall pretty good, the pool was nice. The hotel was also really nice. Some things in the room didn't work but they moved us quickly. Would be nice to have a free breakfast or at least a complimentary coffee bar for the price of the room.

The property is great for pets and is close to a lot of stores. The view of the creek from the balcony was awesome as well as the fireplace in our room.

The room exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room and kids thoroughly loved the bunk beds. Walk to the lobby was enjoyable with the bridge over the river and provided beautiful views. Only downside was the pool room didn't seem to match the standards for the rest of the property and the hot tub was cool instead of hot.

Such a great property! The Deshuttes river runs right through the property. Two great pools, one indoor and one outdoor. The hot tub is actually very nice as well. Always enjoy my stay here!

Restaurant - 16 oz vanilla latte was $9 - happy hour wasn't bad at the bar. Pool/hot tub/sauna/steam room - areas ran out of towels in the evening, used towels were not swept up regularly causing for messy scene. There was a movie put on in the pool area Friday, projector was not aligned to the screen. No instructions for steam room made is challenging to use. Sauna didn't get hot enough, tried to text front desk per instructions on door but no one responded. Hot tub needs more jets and longer timer. For the price paid,

The room itself was fine. Liked the fireplace. Liked the view. The mattress was the worst that I and husband had ever slept on though. The carpet on the floor was also lumpy in places, like the padding underneath the carpet was breaking up. Also charging for parking??? I felt I was being charged for every‘nickel and dime’.

I live in Bend and had a staycation here. Amazing river views….The rooms with a patio and fire pits are awesome. They have a great restaurant snd bar. It’s a couple miles from downtown but an easy uber ride and you dont have to pay downtown hotel rates.

Also no pool towels available. Made for a long wet cold walk. When we called the office, they did move us into another room, which was nice. The inconvenience not so much. I had stayed there two weeks previous and really had a great room and enjoyed our trip.

The room was nice, I liked the bunk beds & size of the room. But the floors (both ours & our upstairs neighbor) were very creaky. One morning at 6:00am a diesel truck parked in the parking lot right outside our room started his truck & idled for about 20 minutes. Within just a few minutes our room started to smell like diesel. It was too early to wake up my kids, so I opened the front door to ventilate. Once the truck finally left & my kids woke up (at about 7am), I turned on the fan in the bathroom & ran the hvac wall unit to try to get fresh air into the room, while leaving the front door open, but unfortunately the smell didn't dissipate much. I'm not sure how the hotel itself can address this, but it made for a really bad start to our day & unfortunately we were there for a really long wrestling tournament!

Our room was very nice, clean and spacious. The restaurant at the lodge was excellent. Our toilet was leaking from the base and we had to be moved. The staff was prompt and polite. They moved us to another room that wasn't as nice and clean as the first. At that point it was late and we were exhausted so we just went to sleep. They compensated us for the resort fee but said that since we booked through Expedia they couldn't do anymore for us.

Dog hair was all over our sheets. Got in late so didn’t make a fuss. Just felt not cleaned very well. Wall heater very loud.

We prepaid for room using Expedia and then was also charged on card at check-in. We followed up with hotel twice and they sent a folio where it shows a credit was finally sent 12-31 (10 days after stay), but it was never received on our end. Crazy to be charged twice with no follow-up on the hotel’s behalf. As of 1-6-26, the credit still has not been received. I am not sure why the Expedia credit was misapplied with this hotel.

It was a nice place to stay while traveling through bend. However if you do book a room makesure you tell them you want a river view and not one that looks over the parking lot.

This lodge is cute and modern but the rooms are stale and outdated. There had a prior guests hair in the blankets on the bed, many of them. Clearly not washed. Carpet was musty and the hallways were freezing. Would not stay again for the price with all the fees. Across from a strip mall with busy street and lots of traffic.

There was no heat on in the hallways so it was 30 degrees. The ice machine was turned off. There was no soap in the room for washing your hands. Also the refrigerator would only stay on for 2 hours at a time so everything was warm. Highly disappointed

Clean comfortable room

This place is beautiful, peaceful, and clean! While we initially had an issue with a 3rd party booking, the staff made up for it immediately by upgrading our room to a river view with balcony and fireplace. Yes, there were a few minor complications (WiFi connection to the TV didn't work at first, the coffee maker kept spazzing out, and the maid kept forgetting to clean our room despite requests) however, those things were fixed quickly or handled immediately. The world is has lost its patience and expects everything to be perfect or all hell breaks loose, but if you approach things calmly, and just breathe, everything becomes okay in the end. I'd highly recommend this place. Their restaurant has equally excellent service and delicious food at a reasonable price for atmosphere, quality and quantity. Charged me a $10 parking fee. It's Bend, not downtown Seattle. Poor form.

Nice rooms, always enjoy the stay!

Location was amazing. I love falling asleep to the sound of the Deschutes River passing by. The staff was great, the room spacious and clean and the grounds immaculate.

Every year we stay here for our Christmas party and they are always great. Staff is very attentive. Rooms are always clean. The new renovation is great as well. Thank you guys to keep up the great work.

Beautiful location. Nice service. The property is a big long in the tooth.

One area that could be improved is towel availability around the pool and gym. After 9:00 pm, there were no clean towels at the hot tub, and the next morning some used towels were still left in the pool and locker room areas. After contacting staff, only three clean towels were provided at the pool. Our room was on the first floor, and some noise from footsteps above could be heard.

We didnt stst for breakfast however the stay was pleasant.

The floor shakes a little when other people are opening/closing doors or walking heavily. With earplugs, it was a-okay.

Love staying here just this one time we had tons of ants in our room. They did come and spray something for them but they still managed to show up. Still love staying here and will in the future.

Really great place to stay - super clean, comfortable rooms. Loved how dark the rooms are for sleeping without a million little annoying lights from different sources. Best sleep i've had in a hotel room! Really nice staff and a great price.

Food at Currents was very good, the hostess could have been friendlier - the bar had very few people in it for the two hours we were there, yet over half the seating was marked as reserved, which limited our seating choices to high top seating versus more comfortable lounge areas.

I found this lodge to be a good value and the customer service to be excellent. While the facilities were very clean and well kept, some of the rooms seemed a bit tired. I would definitely stay here again.

Didn’t have coffee cup, cant watch any of the program on TV at all. Try to restart multiple times - still didn’t work. room was clean but not spotless. The kids love the bunk bed. Bed is comfy

very responsive to our needs, from TV remote issues were address quickly, totally forgot your fan and they provided one for us. the food at currents resturant was awesome, over all a great experience

The river from my balcony was beautiful

It would have been nice to know we were getting charged for parking when we checked in, instead i found out when we were checking out. For the price we paid parking should have been included.

Beautiful hotel right on the river!!! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We loved listening to the river flow as we fell asleep.

Check-in was quick, easy, and smooth. Staff were kind, efficient, and friendly at both the front desk and at their restaurant, Currents. The food and drinks were delicious. Our room had a fireplace and we were right on the river. The room is very spacious and cozy. Highly recommend!

They where nice rooms the view and the sound of the river running through the front of our balcony was all worth it next time we are going to try for the bottom floor to get the fire pit

Great staff, very helpful. Small menu in the restaurant. Used to be much larger. When you pay 18% for a resort fee and then have to leave to get to a steak, chicken or fish entree is unacceptable.

Loved the room we stayed in with bunk beds, comfortable and cozy. Two sinks more than we needed in the bathroom but lovely to have! Indoor pool was great for the kids and hot tub a not too hot temp. Wish they had a breakfast bar or coffee available all day, but otherwise loved our stay. Bend staff always friendly and kind.

The staff was friendly but a little slow in my opinion (could be a culture difference as we’re from the Bay Area). The rooms could definitely have been cleaner! Some of the available amenities were subpar; steam room, spa, dog relief areas. I liked that they are dog friendly but weren’t transparent about the additional pet fee of $40 per night along with the resort fee and nightly parking fee on a 3 night stay it was almost $300. Something to keep in mind when weighing options for economics. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it stays busy and can cause parking issues around dinner time.

What an amazing property and the suites are large and very clean,staff is excellent! Everyone was very friendly,highly recommend this hotel,located in the river both sides.

We paid for a waterfront room and were given a parking lot front room. Front staff seemed bothered that we were there to check in. Building is very dated and not at all worth the cost. It is advertised as a “nice” place but it is no better than all the hotels/motels on 3rd street

Average hotel. Couldnt hear my partner talk at dinner from the man vacuuming near us at 9pm.

Room was generally clean but we were surprised that housekeeping has to be scheduled so came back the 1st day to find we had no towels, no coffee, and no body wash in the shower. Staff were generally friendly but took forever to check in. Big line and only one person running the desk. Quiet area, no noise from other rooms or traffic. Overall the property is dated, but they've done a good job upgrading the room decor. Never got to eat at the restaurant because we were unable to get in for breakfast due to a convention. Did have a drink in the bar/outside deck, which was nice.

When you pull in it has a motel feel but the interiors of the gym, main lobby and restaurant are very nice.

All went extremely well from the minute we arrived to our departure. We were in town for a dear friend's funeral but the accommodations here made us feel comfortable.

Very smooth and enjoyable stay. Will be passing back thru in a week and plan to stay again. Very pleasant.

Spotless room. Beautiful area. View over pool was nice and staff found us a first floor so we didn’t have to carry luggage upstairs. However, AC was broken and the bed needed to go back to 1969. Inner springs were poking thru and the mattress was very hard. It felt like I was sleeping on a box spring mattress. Ended up sleeping on top of all the blankets, since the room was too hot anyway.

I really didn’t like that we were there 3 nights and our room was not cleaned or restocked. On the second day we asked the housekeeper if we could get towels and the soap in the bathroom restocked. She said she would do when she came to our room. Well it never happened. It was quite disappointing.

Property was nice. Our room was large and clean (other than a few stains on the carpet). Views from the dining area were great! It was very nice there in the evening along the beautiful river that flows through the area. Breakfast was also very good.

Hotel is in several different buildings spread across the river. Grounds are nice. Wish we'd had time to try out the hot tub. Restaurant was a bit overrated - food was just ok.

Beautiful place with great accommodations. The service varies depending on who’s helping, with some being great. The cleaning staff is the worse thing about this place… very inconsistent day-over-day.

Good location. The bad: had to ask on three successive days to have the room freshened up. It was finally done.

What a great find! The variety of seating areas to have a drink or meal by the Deschutes River were so relaxing, lovely lanscaping, and not crowded feeling. A small thing, but the lavender local Bend soap was a nice treat too! We didn’t take advantage of the sauna or nice pool area, but we did enjoy drinks and several rounds of shuffleboard! Loved the board games and common area provided. Bed was very comfortable, and room temp great.

We spontaneously booked this hotel for a night get away and were NOT disappointed!! The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! They have an indoor & outdoor pool that we got great use out of as well as a on site restaurant that offers great food & even outdoor seating overlooking the water!! totally recommend this place!!!

Being on the river was beautiful.

Weather was good only for one day the rest of the stay was cloudy. Facilities are good. The indoor pool and some of the room furniture needs updating. The hotel did give someone else a key of my room by mistake. That was a big error. Overall the stay was good. Great location.

We booked last minute after learning our concert was cancelled and wanted a nice evening at a local hotel. We loved the river view, restaurant on the property, and the hamburger place next door was great!

Room was nice overall. Service left much to be desired, for example: putting a young family on the top floor when there’s no elevator and staff telling you incorrect directions. These sound small but show a lack of attention you’d expect from the price paid.

Liked the setting of this hotel by the river.

Beautiful property right on the river! Bike rentals as well and only a 15 minute ride along the river trail to downtown Bend. Courteous and friendly staff.

When in Bend this is where you should stay. Staff is great and the river…the RIVER.

The hotel was very nice. It was clean, easy to find. The staff was nice, the room was wonderful. The balcony was nice. The hotel had an outdoor and indoor pool, sauna, and “yard games”. Next door is a great restaurant for burgers, seafood, and ice cream. The area (Bend,OR) is bustling with people. We had no complaints, not even when the super loud “BOOM” woke us up at 5:30am! It was a blown transformer or something near by. It shook the whole town!

Terrible. I was charged $10 a night to park outside my room. There was no soap in the shower dispenser. The room was not cleaned or made up on the second day. The restaurant was impossible to make a reservation. Seems like it is run by inexperienced teenagers. There was a train close by all night long.

There’s a big difference in experience between rooms on the river and all others. Otherwise it’s just a tired motel. Rooms need updating. Balconies need cleaning and the screen doors replaced. Good restaurant on site.

I decided to write my first review while trying to fall asleep but can't since the floor above has been squeaking going on 2 hours and then when the A/C shuts down it makes with big chunky sound... so I am pretty disappointed with the amount of money this hotel cost at $530.00 a night so I paid $1060 for 2 nights... I wanted to have a nice place to stay since my son had to come to Bend for a surgery so I thought I would splurge a bit and boy did I get fooled.. don't waste your money... this place is sooooo over priced for what you get which is a dirty old smelling room, old bathroom, the shampoo containers in the dirty bathtub didn't even work, no lotion, etc.. then to top it off after we left all day to be at the hospital we came back to a still dirty room with no beds made, no fresh towels, etc... I was shocked to say the least... I would have had no problem with paying what I paid but this is pure price gouging and don't be fooled by the pictures... Super disappointing..

Loved it and enjoyed the property

Should have stayed somewhere else. The girl who checked us in was very short and rude, didn’t explain anything. Had to pay for parking where there is no valet, had to pay for the amenities such as WiFi. No breakfast!! Our room smelled like smoke and you could smell the smoke from people next door. The shower had no cover for the drain. Room smelled weird. When I checked out no one asked how we enjoyed our stay. Overall not worth the money. Could have stayed at super 8 or motel 6 and got better service. Oh and the a/c only blew between the curtain and was loud and didn’t cool well.

Really pretty place with amazing views from the bridge but there was so much black and pink mold in the bathroom, very dirty. The room smelt like animal urine and there was a huge bush right in front of our “river view” so we couldn’t see the river from our room/patio. Really disappointed all around. Would have been great if clean and had an actual view of what we paid for.

The hotel had a nice outside sitting area and the food was good. The hotel itself had an awful smell to it, almost naucious. It was the cleaner they used. The room was disappointing as it had a low ceiling, very little good lighting and the bed soft and mushy. The air conditioner blew air on the bed near the sliding glass doors so I had to stack the pillows between myself and the AC to keep from the air blowing on me. The room could use a renovation. For the price very disappointing.

We found the only blank we can use for my kid had hairs on it. We called the front desk. The lady answered the phone apologized and agreed to bring clean blankets right away. We waited for one hour and nothing showed up. My kid fell to sleep with just clean towels on him. The hotel is pretty empty. I don’t think they are busy at all. Not sure how much they care. Will not go back again.

Limited food item

Staff is rude. Sat at the restaurant for 20 minutes and no one took my order so I left. Let the front desk know and they snickered and said “wow that’s weird”.

Too expensive. Old and damaged. Sinks didn’t drain. Stained carpets and ceilings. Sheets were also stained. The 18% resort fee is ridiculous. You are paying that for a pool and some corn hole sets. They also charge $10 a day for parking. Do not recommend.

The property is nice, situated on the river, but access to the river is hazardous. Room was nice, with a nice porch facing the river. For the price I would have expected every day room cleaning and amenity replacement without having to request it.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Only downside is the restaurant on site was spendy

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Great for families, tons of amenities, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, nice gym, excellent restaurant. Lots of games and chill spaces around the property. Really felt like a resort. We will definitely be back!!!

Incredibly helpful and personable staff. Amenities are great - riverfront location is incredible. Pool scene is great! Great music/food/drinks. Restaurant Currents is gorgeous and fun! Food is good, service is great - especially the bartender (I think his name is Neil). Only reason for not 5 stars is because the rooms could use a refresh. I would not say they are old, but for the rate, I would expect a bit nicer. Lobby lounge is a great little hang spot.

Amazing property

The Riverhouse Lodge was a good base camp for our Bend adventures. The good: Pools were awesome - big, heated and well kept with fun pool toys and plenty of towels. Cute games by the pool as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Coffee and tea options were tasty and appreciated. The microwave and ice machine were a short walk away. Security is great. Employees were warm and kind. When we asked for extra amenities and new towels, they brought a good amount to get us through our stay. We were right across from the pool - loved that. Quiet at night, which we appreciated. Shopping and eating options close by. Improvements: Replace the beds - some lumps and dips. Update the popcorn ceilings. The toilet seat kept slipping to one side. The air conditioner worked wonderfully but froze the person sleeping next to it because it is aimed right at the bed by the wall. Reconfiguration? One of the two pools or hot tub were often closed. While we were there, the glass door in the unit beside us was shattered and two screens were off the doors so a bit of an eyesore. Lastly, we didn't realize we were in a pet-friendly building. Would have preferred non-pet. The good things would certainly bring us back to the Riverhouse Lodge. Thank you for a nice place to stay.

We had a lovely time overall! Just a couple of little things to note—the hair dryer wasn't quite working as it should have, and the carpet could use a good clean.

I would have given this a 5 star but the TV was really spotty and hard to use. Outside of that it was perfect and I’m sure having a tv isn’t everyone’s first concern when in a beautiful outdoor city.

The room was great, clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pool. Only issue was when checking out they had my room at a higher price then quoted on Expedia. Luckily I had my receipt so they lowered the price for two of my nights, but not my third because I had added the third room later. Plus pay for parking. A resort fee everyday. Which increased everyday. So ended up costing way more than planned.

Amazing place to stay!

Nice view of river, has pool, and In house food. Short drive but can’t walk to other options for food. Older outside but inside is updated.

We’ve stayed at multiple hotels on our road trip and this one was by far the best. As a family of 5, we loved it. The pools and hot tub were great. There was lawn games for the whole family. The fitness facilities had many options. And you can’t beat that it is right on the river.

Best stay of our road trip so far. Defiantly raised the bar for our upcoming nights. Would definitely stay here again, wish we spent longer here.
