We love the location and most everything about the property. The bedding wasn’t the most comfortable.

Great experience—not sure why there is a fee for parking though since it’s not in the heart of downtown.

Really clean and spacious rooms; we enjoyed the pool. The location is great, really close to everything: Old Mill District, downtown Bend, etc. We will be back.

Great place to stay in Bend. Only a short walk to the cinema, Mill District shopping and Hayden Amphitheater for concerts. Room was clean, comfortable with a fridge, two-burner stove and microwave. Included breakfast was very good.

Room was big, staff was very friendly and helpful. Non service dogs allowed to stay there that barked at night and was left alone in the room the next day. I told the night staff at the desk about the barking dog and she did nothing about.

Very clean, amenities great. Front desk reception was responsive at initial check in , never made eye contact and ignored each time we entered and exited facility. Not a good experience for being in the hospitality industry.

The breakfast bar was extraordinary; best I've seen. Room was clean and staff friendly. I'm going back if the opportunity arises.

This was probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff was incredibly friendly, it was pet-friendly, and in a great location. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything was great here. My personal opinion was our bed being too hard for my liking. Otherwise everything else was great. Great location, next to food and shopping with in walking distance, no issues with noise from other people or the highway. The breakfast ontime, fresh, fully stocked and a variety of options. The front desk lady was incredibly efficient and kind. There was a shortage of luggage carts and I saw staff dillig3ntly looking for them to help us and others out.

We were unpleasantly surprised to learn that parking was an added fee - $15 per night. That too, was not in the ad and made Expedia's claim that the total price, fees included, was $150.

Love this hotel, definitely our favorite in Bend. Great location, clean, and amazing staff. Two downsides were breakfast and having to pay for parking. Breakfast wasn’t as good as expected, not a ton of options. Parking was unexpectedly $15 a day.

Stayed for a few days while visiting friends and having access to a stove top, dishwasher, sink with garbage disposal, and refrigerator made it really easy to prep quick meals and snacks for our toddler. The breakfast provided by the hotel was great with common items, and food items were restocked as they ran out. Parking was easy to access and the hotel was conveniently located in Bend. Would recommend!

Loved the spacious rooms with a nice sized kitchen and "living room" space. Felt more like a studio apartment than a hotel room!

Large suite overlooking the mountains. Complimentary breakfast with lots of choices. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The only complaint I have is the shower door is one of the open shower doors so water gets all over the floor

Great spot in Bend, conveniently located near the Old Mill, Box Factory, Crosscut, and The Warming Hut. It’s an excellent place for a family getaway. The Old Mill is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to enjoy shopping, dining, and the river trail.

The only polite people employees we encounter was 2 maintenance and the 1 employee running the breakfast. I would never stay at this hotel again and will advise my family and friends to also not stay there.

The room was spotless, the staff was friendly. Again, enjoyed the stay. the breakfast area is a little busy, particularly with the small children running amok. No problem we simply grabbed a hot tea and headed to the Pancake House.

One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection of items to start my day off right. There was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Additionally, having a bar on-site was a nice touch, providing a perfect space to unwind in the evenings. I also took advantage of the hot tub, which was a wonderful way to relax after a day of exploring Bend. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to de-stress. Overall, I can't recommend the Residence Inn Bend enough. Great service, superb amenities, and a welcoming environment made my stay truly enjoyable. I will definitely be back!

Staff was nice, breakfast was great, the rooms are nice but it’s sooo loud at night. You can hear everything. There is flashing fire sprinkler lights in the room, and the light shines under the door. Our neighbor’s dogs barked. It was just a super loud hotel.

Overall a great stay though I expected more options for breakfast. Most importantly, since the reservation was made through Expedia, they do not award any Marriott Bon Voy points for the stay and/or honor any of the perks that come with being a member. This to me is a deal breaker.

Mahalo! Our family enjoyed two nights at this property. We didnʻt ecpect our room to be so spacious. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the fitness center. This was a great place to stay while we visited friends in Bend.

Great size room that was very clean. Great amenities and very close to outside restaurants and shopping. They do have a bar with happy hour and food if you want to stay onsite. People were friendly and the breakfast staff member was amazingly helpful.

It was well maintained hotel. We liked our stay and will come back. We had a car, so I don't know about walking around, but withing 5-15 min drive you had restaurants and shopping centers and lots of rivers.

Great location, walkable to many places including Hayden homes amphitheater. The beds were pretty uncomfortable for how much I was charged to stay there. But the staff were nice and the cold water by the elevator was a nice touch.

Spacious room with living room area and kitchen just great for our family. Two queen beds were not super comfortable but otherwise wish we could have stayed longer. Great shopping and river walk nearby. A fun place to stop.

We liked the easy check-in, we were allowed to check in a little early when we arrived and staff was friendly and welcoming - the room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast both mornings we were there and the lady helping out in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful.

Within walking distance to Hayden Homes Amplitheatre, which is a huge selling point for me. Family enjoyed the breakfast, something for everyone. Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms clean and beds felt so soft after a day of traveling! This was the second time staying here, and we plan on staying again for future events.

My daughter and I come to bend every 4-6 weeks for medical care. My daughter has a Service Dog that accompanies her. We have always stayed at Residence Inn. Out of all the many stays we have had only 2 bad experiences and both from the same person checking us in. Everything from asking about my daughter and her disability that qualifies her for a service dog, to complaining about not having a room to meet our reservations that are typically made 2 to 3 weeks before our trip.. very frustrating. Telling us that we have to stay in a particular room or go somewhere else…not pertaining to our request previously.. ultimately we are given a room after much frustration checking in.. at the last time checking in.. one of the elevators were not working properly to stop at a certain floor that we were first given a room for. Not telling me ahead of time. When I attempted to get to our room we had difficulty and was told to use the stairs. That’s when the clerk started to get agitated. We couldn’t use the stairs… again.. have only had issues with this one person in all my stays over the past two years.. every other time we have had awsome experiences…

I’m only sorry that I forgot to leave a tip for the cleaning staff. I left the room in good shape and declined service during my stay, but I would love to find a way to tip whoever cleans up after me when I forget.

Nice surprise of a hotel. We went for skiing at Mt Bachelor and it was a high quality, low price place that included breakfast and a kitchen in our room. Nice and spacious for all the ski clothes and boots. Would do it again!

Did not like having to pay for parking. The pool towels are not very large and no bathrobes are provided. So be sure to pack something to cover up for the pool. The hand soap irritated my hands. It should be replaced with something more gentle like neutrogena

Really great place to stay with the kitchenettes in the room quick and easy to get either to the mountain or around town.

The room was nice. Except for the excessive amount of dog hair everywhere! Our suitcases and clothes got covered in long dog hair. Very disappointing after paying over 250 dollars. Will never stay there again. Only thing the lady said was sorry.

It is less likely I will stay here in the future because of the charge. It’s a silly thing that irritates me. There are other choices in better locations which I will utilize next time in Bend.

Lots of amenities

Close to the Old Mill shopping mall and paths along the river. We were there a couple of days and never moved the car. (Unfortunately they charge for parking, $12). Still a good place to stay.

Only negative thing was the pillows. Awful! Everyone was uncomfortable. And that was out of four. Need a better pillow - more firm. I woke up with head on bed and pillow around my face. Husband too

Nice room, but glad I wasn’t booking it for the stadium view. Could only see the side of the stadium. Warm(ish) pool, but the hot tub was broken. Overall excellent property.

The Hotel is a great place to stay, I always stay in Residence Inn, however this hotel made me feel like I was in a luxury hotel. You will know the feeling from the second you walk in.

Awesome place, people, location, food, vibe, etc…. Only criticism is: there is dog poop everywhere around the property. Not really the hotels fault. It’s the dog owners who don’t clean up after their dogs.

I was very disappointed that we had to pay 12.00 a night to park our vehicle in their parking lot. Just a regular parking lot wothout a cover. This was a first for me! I was expecting our car to be washed and shined in the morning since we were paying for our car to be there too.

The only small issue we had was with towels at the pool.. I took my 5 yo to the pool several nights in a row, admittedly within the last 90 or so minutes before it closed, to find no towels at the towel station. Normally not a huge deal but after being in the snow all day the kid just jumped right into the pool and then I'd be kinda stuck hoping for someone to come by. I ended up just calling the front desk two nights in a row and towels were brought within a few minutes. On the 3rd night we just brought the towels from our room which was good because again, no towels at the station. Awesome pool though! And staff was apologetic and helpful whenever I did call.

Room was great. We had a short stay so didn’t use all the facilities but the property looked great. Dog friendly and the dog fee wasn’t outrageous.

It was comfortable ,clean, and safe. Staff was great. Just stayed the night it was just a pit stop. Next time we will stay longer
