Reviews
The hotel staff is frequently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, there are mixed reviews about the cleanliness and condition of the rooms. Some guests have reported issues with the rooms not being ready on time, noise, and uncomfortable beds.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Good location
- Rooms not always clean or in good condition
- Issues with rooms not being ready on time

The staff were very friendly, kind and accommodating. Unfortunately it seems that not enough is getting reinvested into maintenance. The room had a number of poor cosmetic repairs/patches... at some point, you just need to replace all the flooring, and all the wallpaper. The linens were pilled or had holes and clearly aren't being replaced frequently enough.

It was clean Toilet wouldn’t flush, tub wouldn’t drain
- 1/5
Nothing. Wall paper peeling, mattress worn out, carpets worn out. This hotel should not be on your list.
- 5/5
Saltwater pool was awesome. Friendly staff
- 2/5
Nothing The fact that I paid for a deluxe queen room and got a standard room is very frustrating. Also, the place wasn't very cleab

Good location, good breakfast Toilet was coming off - it had rotten bolts. Decaf coffee was out. The tables could have been wiped down when the people were finished.
- 4/5
Staff immediately addressed our issues for spotty bedsheets and helped us move to a cleaner room. Continental breakfast is nice and fresh water always available from the juice machine, great for a refill!
- 4/5
Was very disappointed that the price listed on the website was not the price we were changed. I've used booking.com, never had any issues in the past. Considering using a different company upcoming, as the price we paid was almost doubled from the price listed on the website.

Room smelled weird upon entry. The shower rod was barely attached. The bathroom fan was completely covered in dust and dirt. The desk chair was missing padding on one arm and looked like the other was chewed on. Beds were uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Our stay was amazing, staff super friendly and helpful, the day manager was extremely nice and helpful, he always went above and beyond, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the amazing experience and stay

The view The entire toilet moved from the floor and the toilet seat did not line up so you sat on the porcelain toilet bowl. The sink did not drain, and for over $300/night.

I paid for a mountain view room. We were denied this room because of our service dog. We have stayed in these rooms numerous times previously with our service dog. I even emailed ahead of time to be certain that we would have an upstairs mountain-facing room. On arrival, we were placed on the ground floor by the parking lot. To make matters worse, there were homeless people directly outside of our window. To say the least this was not a quiet room. Having homeless people looking in our window. Not getting the room that I paid for.
- 4.5/5
The pool temp was great. the breakfast had more options than a previous Quality Inn with eggs and sausage. everything was clean and also I like that the sink is outside of the bathroom. There was a freezer in the fridge was great for traveling with some food. The king size bed had two small pillows.

The room was clean, the staff was helpful and fun. We especially loved the morning guy singing through breakfast. He was awesome! The breakfast was one of the better "cheap hotel" breakfasts we've had. The parking was convenient. Food places were close. It was a great place to stay!
- 3/5
I was there with my grandkids, the first night the room they put us in the t v did not work, they could not fix it.So the next day, they put us into another room and in that room the microwave didn't work. And nobody seemed to care or want to do anything about it.
- 4/5
It waz ok,
- 1/5
Breakfast was a standard breakfast but either burnt or over cooked. Morning staff had music so loud could understand him or talk amount selves and inappropriate music for a kid.
- 2/5
The continental breakfast was nice. The indoor pool is well maintained and gave my daughter a place to play, though the provided activities were limited. The doors were loud and were slamming constantly from other guests. Called the front desk twice due to teenagers racing through the hallway at 11pm while my toddler was trying to sleep. The closest shop was a gas station, but the hotel is equal distance (10min) from Bend or Redmond.
- 3/5
Older hotel needing updates. Breakfast was standard offer nothing special. Bathroom floor was dirty, 1 lamp wouldn't work, internet wouldn't connect. If your going N on Hwy 97 there is no turn in to get to hotel, inconvenient to reach.
- 3/5
At first it was upsetting as, The housekeeping needs to be more thorough, as we had to move 2 different times as the rooms were not cleaned very well. The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful. The breakfasts were really good, the pool area was really clean and well taken care of. It was in a convenient location!
- 5/5
Pool and exercise room (we did not use these, but they were available), and a very nice morning breakfast bar with lots of choices were included. It can be a little tricky to get to the parking lot or from US-97, as the highway has a center divider that blocks turns in one direction. Staff was friendly, parking ample, and the lot was clean.
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay and the staff.
- 3/5
Staff was nice. But we had to change rooms after getting all unpacked because the toilet wasn’t work. No fun. We were tired from traveling all day. The breakfast waffles were great!
- 5/5
Building/grounds clean, pools clean, hot breakfast better than typical.
- 4/5
It was good, good price and clean room. It one thing the internet connection was so slow.
- 5/5
Staff was Awesome at check-in. Next morning Met Owner and he was a pleaseure to speak with. The breakfast was hot and they go all out with condiments. We will definitely be back!!!
- 5/5
The breakfast was ok the gravy was sour but everything else was good
- 4/5
I'm in the process of moving. I've stayed at SEVERAL motels in the Redmond area. I'm so glad I found one in Bend. Quality Inn is my favorite!! The experiences I’ve had staying at 7 different motels, I will not go back to any of them. Thanks Quality Inn North Bend!!
- 2/5
I had a boot on and needed to makensure i had access to the room with it only being stairs and no elevator it didnt help. They did graciously move us to a room but that it would take an hour. Left for longer than an hour, came back and the room still wasnt ready. They were put towels and cpuldnt offwr anymorw to any guest. Lobby atra very cramped. Room was ok but still felt diety. Decided to justveat thw mowny and go elsewhere.
- 5/5
Room comfortable and clean. Indoor pool looked nice (didn't use). For an affordable accommodation, breakfast offering was well presented and tables cleaned after use. Plastic cutlery.... I think it was excellent for the price. Will stay there enroute again.
- 4/5
The front desk was so kind and helpful. Our room was clean besides a dirty fork on the floor but cleaner than most places we have been. The only issue was our sink drained extremely slow. But I like how they lock the lobby doors at night as it helps keep the homeless out. We felt very safe here and were very happy with our stay.
- 4/5
Nice room. Good and friendly staff.
- 2/5
The room was prepaid and they held $150 on top of that...hot tub wasn't hot, blanket had stains, there was patching spots all over walls and in bathroom, hair dryer did not work, only 2 towels for 2 people for 2 nights, breakfast inedible, besides yogurt cup and waffles

- 4/5
Clean rooms, friendly staff, plenty of safe parking. Good value for reasonable accommodations.
- 5/5
All around good stay!
- 4/5
Little tricky to get into the hotel from the road due to new over pass and off ramp
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and so quiet. We were very comfortable staying there for 4 nights. The vending machines came in handy for a late night snack. Nice that there was an indoor pool, but we didn't take advantage of that. I like the idea of needing your room card to be able to get into the building itself, it felt safe. Although the road along the back side of the hotel had trash and I really wasn't sure about walking back there too late at night. Not the hotels property though.
- 4/5
Was OK. Property strating to show its age.
- 5/5
A pool and free breakfast is always nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!
- 1/5
My bad experience was with you guys at booking me from the same room twice for one night you guys are going to rip me off not them
- 2/5
beds were too hard, the pillows too small and the shower hardly had any pressure.
- 4/5
Building is aging but well kept. Beds were comfortable.
- 4/5
It was ok
- 5/5
It is a very quiet and safe hotel, clean, I recommend it.
- 4/5
Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good but the carpeting needs to be replaced due to dirt dust stains possible contaminants as the cleaners are not cleaning it as they should.
- 5/5
bed was the comfiest

- 5/5
They were able to accommodate for me and my family. We all appreciated it thank you so much! It all worked out. And again thank you!
- 3/5
Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean. Furniture dated and dusty, carpets need to be cleaned. Overall it was suitable for our quick stop night stay as the price was good. Staff was very friendly, pool was nice.

We were checked in this hotel 2 weeks before because my grandson was born 3 months early. I in my frantic state to get to bend I accidentally booked the wrong weekend! However I was told that I could not change my reservation or cancel it without loosing the entire cost. I rebooked directly with the hotel where I paid 3x the price of Expedia for a room that had mold, blood on the floor some sort of rust/blood on the door frames of the bathroom. It was horrible!!! When I complained and asked to be moved I was told “only if you have not touched anything because we are booked and would have to put another family in the room”. I was beside myself how are they going to put anyone in a room that is clearly filthy and a biohazard!? I do not recommend this hotel to anyone at all
- 1/5
Hair in the tub dirty toilets. We paid 1100.00 for each 2 night room. Price gouged !!!!!!! The police were called for some drug doing people in the lobby!!!! We were there for an all-star Baseball tournament! Disappointed that Expedia is letting this hotel in this area represent their quality of service! Not a complainer as a rule. But $2,200.00 for my kids to be scared to sleep in a dirty room! We also never received any housekeeping! At the very least a refund is in order! At the least I repeat. If I would have had any other choice trust me I would have taken it. Music festival in town allowed for this. Is no stars not a thing?
- 3/5
Typical Quality Inn. What you would expect. Nice breakfast. Typical chain hotel room. It was clean and enjoyable for the one night we stayed. Close to shopping and some restaurants.
- 4/5
Good place
- 4/5
Have a good breakfast, and good stuff :)
- 5/5
Comfortable & clean
- 2/5
The Bend, Or. area is extremely expensive for rooms. I am on a 3 week trip. The room was twice as much as any place else I’ve stayed and the hotel was easily the least modern and aged/tired property.
- 2/5
Incredibly noisy- all doors slam loudly, bathroom shower had some hairs, sink wasnt cleaned, and pretty rundown furniture & appliances. Staff was nice though.
- 1/5
I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. Any other place in the area would be better.
- 3/5
Having no elevator is inconvenient. The sausage at breakfast was undercooked. The food was not hot.
- 4/5
The hot tub was great, room was clean and comfortable. There was a door leading outside that slammed shut, but otherwise it was quiet and the sunset through our window at night was absolutely gorgeous. We were just laying over for the night, but this was a great value for a nights sleep.
- 4/5
It was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful! We loved the Delorean in the parking lot! The hot water was not great in the morning however. Biscuits were rock hard. And the eggs and sausage were empty. Overall we had a great time just some things to improve on :)
- 4/5
The Hotel is very very rundown and needs desperately.
- 5/5
The staff here was pretty nice and friendly they are what made the experience
- 1/5
Absolutely filthy
- 5/5
We were pleased from everything from the front desk staff to the breakfast. Our only complaint was that the kids upstairs were running around till midnight and made it hard for us to sleep. Other than that everything was clean safe and the staff was kind and helpful.
- 4/5
The room was nice. The complementary breakfast was good. The Jacuzzi did not work right but that’s OK. I slept well.
- 4/5
New area. Not close to dinner.
- 4/5
Great front desk lady. The hotel itself was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as the free breakfast. I would definitely stay again!
- 4/5
The pool was nice, and the staff was perfect. Excellent and caring. They were friendly and enjoyable. The breakfast was good, biscuit and gravy.
- 5/5
The room was very nice and clean. I will definitely recommend them if you want a excellent experience.
- 5/5
I would rate breakfast as good and within expectations for continental style BF. Eggs were good which was important to me.. I was not a fan of the coffee but that’s a personal taste item.. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool.. For me the bed was comfortable.. Quiet neighborhood and near shopping..
- 4/5
Lots of spots on carpets and furniture upholstery. Smoking staff made lobby smell loke cigarettes. Grounds not manicured bit for the price, we got what we expected.
- 5/5
New route off of highway 97 that the state installed or changed creates an issue trying to get to the hotel. I am sure that this impacts the number of guest staying at the hotel because now it's difficult To get to.
- 5/5
Great front desk service.
- 4/5
I wish I could have rated it better, however, I was given a king suite room with a jacuzzi tub in it which was great until I saw the sign hidden behind the shower curtain that read "Please use tub only to shower as tub leaks." I would think they would only use this room as a last resort, but they were not that busy.
- 4/5
Ok hotel

Great staff
- 5/5
The staff is beyond excellent and communication was prompt and timely during a brief emergency that occured not far from the property. The manager stayed late into the evening til sure all was well. Nice place with a pool and hot tub and an excellent breakfast. We come to Bend regularly and will definitely return
- 5/5
Thank you it was a good stay
- 3/5
it was average
- 5/5
Access to the property is/was limited due to highway construction, but this problem is only temporary and certainly not the fault of the Inn. we would stay here again should opportunity bring us this way.
- 4/5
This hotel is not recent but maintained in pretty good conditions. Confortable bed.
- 5/5
Great price, room was clean, the lady that checked us in was super helpful and friendly! Breakfast was as expected. Would absolutely stay here again.
- 5/5
Good place for an overnight
- 1/5
People were RUDE
- 4/5
Front desk clerk very welcoming and helpful. Pool was clean with salt rather than chlorine. Jacuzzi was just right.
- 4/5
Cleanses
- 5/5
Overall, good place to stay with my family. Some construction near the exit off the hwy making it harder at night to see where to go. Breakfast was good too.
- 5/5
The front desk person that works the night shift went above and beyond to accommodate me during my stay. The hotel property, room etc was nothing special just a bland room no elevator to crash for a night type place but the front desk manager was EXCEPTIONAL and would make me prioritize this hotel to rebook if I end up in Bend again because she was THAT amazing!
- 4/5
Overall, the hotel was clean. The hotel staff was great. The breakfast was also decent. The location was on the very north end of town amidst lots of road construction and traffic changes which made accessing it difficult. I also chose it because it had a pool and hot tub that unfortunately were closed the entire time I was available to make use of them.
- 4/5
We stayed for the weekend to visit Bend. Customer service was absolutely amazing. The hotel is a little older and could use some upgrades but it was great for what we needed.
- 4/5
We stayed in one Of the upgraded/remodeled rooms and it was beautiful! The fog did roll in so our view from our ocean side deck was minimal, but we did sleep with the door open and listen to the waves all night. It was amazing.
- 5/5
Pool and people are nice
- 5/5
The pool and the people
- 5/5
I was a little upset to be woken by a crying baby who cried for almost 2 hours straight. It's like they align all families in one section of the hotel. We had zero silence. It was loud families around us. I was not pleased with the noise.
- 5/5
The place was nice enough. Breakfast was good and the staff were very nice. I’d rather stay here and save $100 bucks a night than go to a nicer cleaner hotel.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. Kudo's to Tamra and Deanna. Pool was open and refreshing to after a hot day exploring the area. Definitely would stay again
- 5/5
Great place to stay very quiet and clean.
- 3/5
No elevator, inconvenient for a solo traveler.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and watched the parking lot overnight. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Just a few miles away from restaurants and a lovely park. Dog friendly :)
- 3/5
The staff were all very nice and accommodating, the grounds were nicely maintained, parking, location and affordability were great, but…. The beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Lumpy and worn. Don’t know if we would ever stay there again, only because of the beds. Everything else was great.
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful!
- 4/5
They charge an extra pet fee on top of the room. Even though we booked it as a pet friendly room. It was an extra $27.
- 4/5
Very nice staff. Breakfast was good. Overall room cleanliness was not great, no hotel should have beds that have an open bottom. You cannot expect housekeepers to move or pickup the mattress every time they clean a room. But my 2 year old kept getting under the bed and pulling out trash that had been there for who knows how long.
- 5/5
Convenient
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
The property is a little 'tired' but overall satisfactory. Very friendly and welcoming upon arrival, the staff was always cheery and accommodating. No complaints about noise in spite of the hotel being filled with families attending a state wide baseball tournament. Beds were on the firm side , which is my preference, and I slept great. Breakfast was on the minimal side, but ok. I'd stay again. Sad that they had to just about double their normal price due to the Memorial Day holiday. I normally would not stay here at that price but the demand for rooms gave me no choice.
- 2/5
Then we went to our room. The hallways are very dark and not very well lit. The room had issues. Its definitely dated and worn. There was wallpaper near the shower curtain rod that was peeling away. Also where the wallpaper on the walls joined, it was starting to pull away.. There was a lazy boy office chair in the room that had paint spatters on it, I'm guessing from when some room may have been painted? And a chair in the corner where the seat tilted downward from being broken and may have been badly repaired. The bed was not very comfortable and there was hair between the top of the mattress and headboard that was there when we arrived. Also, one morning we asked the front desk for more toilet paper and a few more towels as there were only two towels in the bathroom and I asked if we could have a couple extra pillows as the pillows were a little small. They said they can get the towels and toilet paper but not the pillows as they didnt have enough. We got back to our room at 10:00p.m. and there were no towels or toilet paper brought to the room. I called the front desk and he said he didnt get the message to replace them but he did bring them to us then. Cant say anything about the breakfast as we didnt eat there. We had the room for five nights and we feel that was five nights too long. There are many hotels in the area and we feel we'd rather pay a little more for a better quality hotel next time.
- 5/5
Serves the purpose, cheap, clean. Good for an overnighter, and breakfast in the morning 😊
- 5/5
Room was really clean, bed comfortable, shower was wonderful. Breakfast not so good but everything else was better than expected.
- 5/5
Pet friendly. Good price, great location, nice staff. Room is perfect for family traveling (especially with a dog)
- 4/5
Great place with nice staff. The pool and hot tub were clean which usually isn't the case for a room at this price. I would come back again
- 1/5
The two gentlemen at the front desk overnight were very kind. During the day, the women at the front desk were not as nice. One would allow people to take their dogs into the pool, yes I mean swimming, but we were not allowed to bring beverages or snacks to have on the tables. The room was not clean, there was dirt on the bathroom floor, old food in the fridge, the towels were stained, and there was a weird questionable blood stain on the ironing board cover which clearly had not been washed in a very very long time. The worst part is we had two adults and two children with us and 4 days after we checked out they charged us for having dogs in the room. After calling and speaking with the manager and proving that I paid over $300 to have my dogs put into boarding, as well as sending the time/date stamped camera images of the inside of my car from the rear view mirror showing that my giant dogs were not in the vehicle for our trip, they refuse to reverse the charge saying that we must have snuck them in. This property will be hearing from my lawyer.
- 2/5
I’ve never felt more like an intruder than we did while staying at this property. The staff, while nice enough, seemed pretty unprofessional, hanging out in the lobby constantly. Walking through felt like you were walking through someone’s living room. The room was decent for the price, but there was dark hair in the bathroom, on the tv stand, etc. The edges of the room were dusty where the vacuum doesn’t reach. Just overall didn’t feel super clean. Smoke detector started beeping from dying battery our second night. Overall, it was.. okay. But I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 4/5
Good Hotel, clean, quiet, but take your own cutlery for breakfast as the plastic knife and fork are useless. Why hotels still use these pathetic single use plastics beats me.
- 4/5
The road constrution, and crossing traffic. The hot tub was the best.
- 3/5
Very old and run down. There were very few options for the free breakfast. No elevator. Although staff were very friendly and made it a nice stay.
- 4/5
It was convenient. It was our 1/2 to our destination trip.
- 5/5
This was exactly what we expected for the price! Perfect, no, but friendly staff, clean rooms and a cheap rate, YES. 0
- 5/5
The people that work at this hotel, make it a great place to stay, prices very reasonable, and location is excellent
- 4/5
Great place to rest for a night. Pool was under renovation. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
The front staff was super friendly and helpful. She gave us great ideas of things to do while we were in town. I would definately stay here again.
- 5/5
Chris at the front desk provided outstanding service
- 5/5
very nice people
- 3/5
Convenient. Friendly staff.
- 3/5
Rooms could use a fresh coat of paint or new wallpaper. The staff was great, breakfast was delicious. Was a good stay.
- 5/5
All was good except there was no elevator. The staff kindly offered us assistance with our luggage.
- 5/5
Nice location and quiet.
- 4/5
Super friendly staff. Lexi was amazing. No elevator but staff offered to help carry stuff up. Room was clean but could tell the cleaners don’t pay attention to the doors. There was tissue in the peep hole and a towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Kinda makes you wonder what else wasn’t cleaned
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
Very nice!
- 3/5
Rooms smelled very strongly of a cheap smelling cologne which made it hard to sleep. Not sure if this was the cleaner smell? My window did not lock and I was on the ground floor. I put a few items in the window sill to feel safer so the window couldn’t be opened all the way. I had some ants in my room in the bathroom and I found a few in my bed. The pillows were comfortable. I liked that they had a microwave and fridge in the room. I paid $250 a night and it felt like a $70 night hotel. I will pay extra to stay at a nicer hotel next time.
