We enjoyed our stay here! The staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean…loved the bathroom. The shower was huge! The breakfast was good with plenty of options. It’s just a short walk to the Hayden Homes Amphitheater. Wonderful experience!
- 2/5
Intermittant noise coming from what seemed to be a pipe with a wall not far from the bed. The first night I only got 2 1/2 hours of sleep partly because of this noise. Every morning housekeeping would forcefully try to open our door without announcing themselves and then just leave and never return. When I tried to take a shower, I discovered tge shower gel dispenser eas empty. I had to get out of the shower and get the hand soap from the sink to use. The towels literally felt like sandpaper when drying. After tge shower and dressing, I was able to locate housekerping in the hall to refill the shower gel. She said our room was marked as "out". Does that mean they thought no one was staying in it? Why did they try to come in every morning with no discussion as to when we would be out of the room? The building and rooms all look nice and well maintained but we will chose another hitel next time we are in Bend. Too many things that shouldn't be for the price we paid.
- 4/5
No housekeeping unless you stay for more than 5 days but I asked for a towel refresh. Overall nice place to stay.
- 5/5
Absolutely loved
- 3/5
Not everything was bad. The room and bed were comfortable. The staff were friendly. The layout of the bathroom and walk in shower was nice. The outlets on the nightstands were very convenient. Overall, I felt like you tried but ended up doing everything on the cheap. The price seemed only based on location; it definitely wasn’t based on value. Expedia rated you an 8.8. I don’t agree. I don’t have high expectations, but don’t be so cheap.
- 5/5
Would definitely stay again. Restaurant was really good too!
- 5/5
Great location and great breakfast andcoffee
- 5/5
Great little place. Pool, hot tub, weight room, bike security, restaurant on site, breakfast.. ya did good.
- 4/5
Nice property, newer built. Great location with an adjacent restaurant. Only complaint is that the upstairs flushing toilet sounded like a waterfall inside the wall.
- 5/5
Everything. From the front desk staff, the room, the breakfast. It was all wonderful. The front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was great. From setup and display to how it tasted. We will definitely be booking there again. The only thing that I would say I didn't like is the bathroom door. It should not be a barn style door.
- 5/5
Great for business travel.
- 4/5
We stayed one night while traveling and were very comfortable. Nice large bathroom and shower. Will stay again for sure
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
Nice hotel. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim and had a bit of a musty/wet feet smell. Would have really loved a good cup of coffee. Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. Location was perfect for our concert at the Hayden Amphitheater.
- 3/5
under-staffed front desk
- 5/5
We were very pleased with our hotel experience. Friendly, helpful staff, along with comfortable and quiet.
- 5/5
Nice hotel and amenities.
- 5/5
Ac was great and the staff was very helpful
- 4/5
Brkfst fine. Air conditioner was turned off by me as i prefer th window open….which it did & i was glad!!! Loved our stay w/u all & will rtn. 4 rating instead of 5 as there were crumbs under th sleeper sofa.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. The room was very comfortable.
- 5/5
Location, aesthetics, dog friendly, killer breakfast, great shower and rooms.
- 5/5
This hotel exceeded expectations. We were there for a tournament in Sisters, and the pool, breakfast, and game room were huge hits for our pre-teen girls. We would stay again! The second day the hotel seemed to be short-staffed, as I had to get my own towels and blankets from the front desk. Not a HUGE deal, but just don't expect to do my own work when I am out of town.
- 4/5
Room not as quiet as I’d like. Also a/c didn’t cool down sufficiently even though temp was set lower
- 5/5
Rooms were very nice. The location was great! S nice walk to the river walk and mill district.
- 4.5/5
Location was good didn’t make it to the breakfast. Ur did smell good :) Toilet flushing upstairs sounded like it was going to flood our room
- 4/5
The breakfast was average. The location was exactly what we needed. It was very easy to find and close to needed facilities. The room was spacious with a good view of the mountains. I spilled water on the bathroom floor and had to clean it up with a white towel. The towel came up black. Please clean the bathroom floors more. There is a lot of traffic noise.
- 5/5
The breakfast buffet was well stocked and generous and open from 6-10 am making it accessible for all plans you may have. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. I could have used more USB charge ports.
- 5/5
Thank you ! Very nice room , clean, cozy and loved the fireplace, great location. Thanks! Preston ! I can't think of anything we didnt like about our stay and it was close to all amenities. Thanks ! Preston M.
- 3/5
The hotel room was large with great views but there were quite a few broken things, including the shower head and fireplace. Also the front desk seemed overwhelmed due to the fully booked weekend and so it was hard to get help. No towels at the pool and after calling we were told someone would be in with towels when things slowed down but eventually the pool was closing and we had to walk dripping back up to our room. I think they were understaffed for such a busy weekend but I probably wouldn’t go back.
- 4/5
Plenty of parking. Convenient location. Next a busy intersection so could hear some noise. Rooms were clean and spacious.
- 5/5
Very quiet and clean
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable room. Parking felt safe and in nice location
- 5/5
I was surprised to find that 2018 was the year this was built. I world have sworn it was only a couple of years old. It was clean and well kept. The breakfast had something for everyone.
- 5/5
Very clean hotel
- 2/5
I paid $200 for a romantic stay with a Fireplace 🔥. The fireplace did not work at all. It was not romantic.
- 5/5
Parking free Dog friendly
- 5/5
Clean, great sleep, close to everything!
- 5/5
Close to downtown, amazing views and nice staff Nothing
- 5/5
Great customer service. Everyone we dealt with was super helpful and friendly!
- 5/5
Parking and location is excellent.
- 5/5
The room was large and clean with a full kitchen, and the parking was easy.
- 5/5
Everything is in the right place. We had a great stay am will come back for sure!
- 5/5
Clean new hotel
- 5/5
Wonderful stay! Would definitely come back!
- 5/5
Few things not given like they used like dirty clothes bag
- 2/5
As soon as we walked in there was a kiosk to check yourself in but I needed help so I had to ring a button and wait with other people standing behind me. Went to our room and the top blanket was dirty so took that off. Black hairs in sheet. Bed and pillows were horrible, no extra blankets or pillows. Didn’t sleep at all. No fan . I was never explained where the pool or breakfast was so didn’t use any of it. Wouldn’t stay here agian . The only good thing is they text you for communication which is nice .
- 5/5
Great location. Our room was on the road side and it was surprisingly quiet. Room was nice and spacious. We did not eat there so unsure about that. Pool was nice. Very close to our room which was nice
- 5/5
Quiet. Easy to get to. Clean. My elderly father prefers this spot.
- 4/5
Comfortable and clean Nothing
- 4/5
The staff was incredible. Shout out to Riley who was brilliant and incredibly helpful. The room was clean the breakfast was lovely. The only downside was the tvs which had some issues with the remotes. The remote wouldn't work to control the volume of the power. Not the end of the world just a small annoyance, everything else was incredible.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly. Easy check in, great breakfast selection rooms were clean and nice. Bed was firm i like a more soft type
- 5/5
Clean room, very nice and upgraded, and incredibly friendly staff
- 5/5
Our room when entering after registration was clean, fresh smelling and very comfortable.
- 0.5/5
The location was nice and quiet a good stopping place Service was bad. Breakfast was absolutely terrible.
- 5/5
We did not need to use the laundry, but it was available. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty, and there was high-speed Internet.
- 5/5
Great property loved having the Mexican restaurant close by to
- 4/5
Always enjoy my stay at hotel Peppertree. Clean, quiet and has all the amenity's I need.
- 5/5
Clean! No issues
- 5/5
Not enough drawer or closet space
- 5/5
access to Mt Bachelor Skiing was great by car 20 min; close to river walk in Bend +restraunts
- 4/5
Did not have room service this week.
- 5/5
Very clean room. We had 4th floor with a higher than normal ceiling.
- 5/5
Verry vice stay
- 4/5
The staff were friendly. The facility was nice and in good shape. It had a fitness room and pool. The t.v did not work right away and had to call an employee upstairs to fix it, but they were very friendly. The in-room phone did not work.
- 5/5
Very nice. Excellent location with beautiful outdoor views. Low traffic volume. Excellent service and beautiful hotel. More than usual amenities.
- 5/5
Bathroom spacious!
- 5/5
Always a great place to stay
- 5/5
Thank you!
- 5/5
Yes, clean room
- 4/5
Decent location and easy parking. Wished there were rooms with one king and one queen bed.
- 5/5
Easy check in and out system. Room was clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
The hotel in general was nice. Staff was friendly. Specific room was not so good. 1st floor, next to stairs, but worst part is plumbing from above runs down the closet, next to the bed, so everytime the toilet was flushed upstairs it sounded like a thunderstorm. No exaggeration. Loud enough to wake us up each time. Also, not enough towels to last us 4 days. Did as instructed on mirror sign, left outside door, however then werent replaced. Nearly ran out of toilet paper also. We did ask for a different room at check in (not knowing about the thunder plumbing) but was told nothing else available. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again. Just a bit annoying to experience some of these things that I would expect them to pay more attention to. Hotel and room was clean. Bed comfortable and breakfast offered several choices.
- 4/5
Facilities were great Long time of check in
- 5/5
Can't say enough good things about the Peppertree hotel. Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. Property was perfect location for skiing at Mt. Bachelor and great dining options.
- 4/5
Very clean, great design, nice pool/spa and gym. Room was spacious and well equipped, good bed. Breakfast was in a stark contrast with the rest of the hotel - just a very basic selection, with terrible powder-based omelet
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Unfortunately the hot tub was broken:(
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Room, Staff, Breakfast, Location!
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff was amazing and helpful
- 3/5
Large bathroom in a well-designed room. Fairly comfortable bed. Not as well kept as it should be. Shampoo container was empty and the conditioner was gunky. Part of the bed sheet came off during the night. There was no laundry bag, and breakfast was mediocre.
- 4/5
Hot tub was like a lukewarm bath. TV streaming services didn't work in my room but was able to find some shows using the DirectTV guide. Other than that, the hotel was very clean, comfortable bed, decent breakfast options.
- 5/5
Very friendly and wonderful accommodations. Nothing was disliked
- 5/5
This hotel is great- great parking, great rooms, plentiful breakfast am great, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Super clean, great location, safe, welcoming staff, has all the necessities for a longer stay.
- 5/5
Staff and room were both great
- 5/5
Warm, friendly service! Elevated breakfast with optimal seating and many food options. Fantastic pool and hot tub—The grandkids ASK to stay here when we are in town.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, very clean and lots of amenities
- 4/5
I was really happy with the room and amenities. I used the gym to do my PT , and also the two queen beds were so comfortable.
- 5/5
Very clean, easy check in!
- 4/5
hotel was average for the price. lobby area very nice. staff were friendly, rooms were okay, i think maybe it was an older hotel that had some surface upgrades to look nicer and more modern. Bed was pretty comfortable but bed pillows were small and flat, so we had a rough nights sleep spent readjusting them trying to get comfortable.
- 5/5
The breakfast can be better, the place is so much better than I read.
- 5/5
Great hotel, amenities and location
- 5/5
Jo at the front desk was amazing!! I had a 24 hour delay in SF and he made sure i had keys and was checked in. Riley also was an awesome receptionist as well. Loved the room too!
- 5/5
Very clean room, helpful staff and great breakfast
- 5/5
Great room, location and employees!
- 5/5
Joe at the front desk was exceptional dealing with our 24 hour delay in SF. Riley also went out of her way to welcome us. Our room was awesome, new, clean and comfortable. We will stay here again. Thx to all staff!
- 5/5
I had a great experience with the hotel! The room was really nice and spacious! The bathroom and shower was very nice. It all looks new. The breakfast was great and the coffee was good 😁 all the people that worked the front desk while we stayed were very friendly amd always wore a smile. I would absolutely stay here again!
- 3/5
Pretty Average. At checkin (not before) we were told our 3 bed room type we paid for 3 months ago was 'overbooked by the booking website' and we would be swapped to a 2 bed and sofa bed. Clearly they just sold the room, as it is now $100 a night dearer online. No reimbursement either, plus I had to walk down after check-in and ask for linen for the sofa bed. Breakfast was poor and the coffee was the worst of all the US/Canada hotels over the past few weeks. A shame, as the room was clean. I won't be back.
- 5/5
The room was clean. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The pool was clean. Very pleased and will stay there again.
- 5/5
Was great. I would stay here again.
- 4/5
Good location, quiet area
- 5/5
All of the above.
- 5/5
Great room!
- 5/5
Room was spotless, they did a mid stay clean as well. Breakfast was great and staff very helpful
- 5/5
Everything perfect as always
- 5/5
Clean, hotel, great amenities, friendly staff. Nice neighborhood. Love that there was breakfast buffet. Unfortunately awful fake eggs
- 5/5
Room was clean, facilities were all operable, staff were nice and helpful breakfast was good
- 4/5
Practical location and comfortable
- 4/5
Central location, dog friendly, and close to OSU Cascades
- 5/5
When you stay at a dog friendly motel, you don’t have high expectations. The room was clean, ample in size, convenient internally and externally, and staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! Peppertree is now our go-to when traveling with our furries.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 4/5
Breakfast was good, check in was quick with very friendly staff. Liked the renovation of the rooms spacious with nice walk in shower. Would love to see more comfortable mattress & pillows. Nice lobby & sitting areas. Overall a great place to stay & will definitely be back! 😊
- 5/5
And updated.
- 5/5
We accidentally left some items of clothing behind and the staff informed us the same afternoon and were able to arrange to get them shipped back to us. 10 out of 10 for service!
- 5/5
Breakfast, decor, bed comfort
- 4/5
The room is great but no tv. Something about the contract not being renewed.
- 3/5
Lights in bathroom shut while taking a shower
- 5/5
Courteous, helpful staff, easy check in. Phones don't work in room (she says they are being replaced) and TV channels don't work (she found a way). So all is will.
- 5/5
The staff members were helpful, kind and professional. Our bed and room were very comfortable and clean. We’ll return.
- 5/5
Absolutely
- 4/5
good place
- 3/5
It is a nice clean hotel . My disappointments where in the listing it says restaurant however the restaurant was closed for Reno and continental breakfast shut down at 9am and I would have liked 10 am
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 4/5
I think overall the hotel is good. I think the housekeeping could be better. The shower needs to be scrubbed once in a while as there is mold in the grout lines. The pillow cases come not pressed. Just little stuff like that.
- 5/5
didn't use the hot tub and it not have breakfast
- 4/5
Mattress was showing age - sides were showing age.
- 4/5
Great hotel! I had vowed off staying at Western westerns because of a past experience, but this one knocked it out of the park!
- 3/5
The refrigerator and safe didn't work, the air conditioner sounded like a truck, the shower only had a handheld shower head and was mounted to the wall facing the curtain, so it leaked water all over the floor if you put it in the mount and tried to use it like a regular shower head. The fire alarm had a red flashing light directly over the bed and flashed a few times every minute. I was told by the staff it was required, but i have never seen that in a hotel before. At least the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.
- 3/5
The property was nice and very close to our next day appointment. However, the HVAC system was not working. Our room was 62 degrees at best. We tried to call the front desk but apparently the new phone system to the room we were in was not working. We reported our issues to the front desk, but apparently, she was the only staff member for the entire hotel working that day. She said she would come check it out, but 2 hours later she still had not come. So, we contacted her again and she apologized about forgetting about us and then came to our room and made the same determination we had that HVAC system was not working with no easy fix. She did upgrade our room at no cost, but we had to give up our view of the mountains we paid extra for. The heat and a fireplace did keep the new room comfortable. We also gave up a King bed for a queen. However, it was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was geed as well.
- 5/5
The restaurant was being remodeled so can’t comment on that. They recommended eating at a sports bar called Lifty’s near by and we did get a discount for staying at the Peppertree. Good food, fun atmosphere.
- 5/5
Clean room. Nice location for a morning walk. Quiet, Comfortable. Room. We weren’t able to use kiosk to check in but a nice gal at the desk took care of us.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel & nicely decorated. In a great location walkable to the Deschutes river.
- 5/5
Really nice place to stay very clean
- 5/5
Loved having the washer & dryer amenities! The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed.
- 5/5
This is a fantastic hotel to stay in when I come see my daughter! Thank you!
- 5/5
Lovely room, clean, nice towels and sheets, comfy bed. Breakfast was not great. Although it had scrambled egg, bacon, potatoes (from frozen), they were not very good.
- 5/5
First time stay. Reasonably priced and well appointed rooms! We reserved a double queen standard room. Very spacious bathroom with walk in shower! Comfy beds. Would stay again.
- 3/5
You can hear everything from your room. The people flushing the toilet all night above us, people talking in the room next to us. Nothing crazy the guests were doing just paper thin floors/walls
- 5/5
This is a great place to stay, hot tub is open till midnight.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, attentive staff.
- 3/5
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We were disappointed that the restaurant and pub were both closed since this is one of the reasons we chose the hotel.
- 5/5
Very nice modern hotel with large rooms, comfortable bed, and nice amenities. I appreciated the spaciousness of the bathroom and the room overall. The lobby makes a nice place to hang out with several seating areas and a large two-story glass wall, giving a great view.
- 4/5
Good location near Old Mill and conveniently located near the road to Mt Bachelor and Cascade Lakes. The room was recently remodeled, clean, modern, and lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Snacks and beverages were easily accessible in the lobby. I'd stay here again.
- 4/5
Nice room but the shower definitely needs grab bars. The shower is long and narrow and the floor is very slippery. I almost fell 3 times.
- 5/5
Easy check in n out, great location.
- 5/5
Very nice place friendly staff
- 4/5
Well kept, new hotel in a good location close to the river. We stayed when on-site restaurant was closed, so we got a discount at nearby Lifty’s Pub (good food!) The hotel has a bike storage room, indoor pool & hot tub (with great jets) good rooms and nice decor. What it doesn’t have is much staff/service. More of a DIY place, you can grab snacks and beverages and purchase on a tablet and be on your way. If that’s your style, this is a very good spot.
- 5/5
Clean with good amenities. Great location.
- 5/5
Pool
- 5/5
Nice property in a nice area. Staffing is not the best as there was rarely anyone at the registration desk. Room was comfortable, but things like soap and lotion dispensers were not filled. It will be even better when the new restaurant opens as food options are not convenient at the moment.
- 5/5
Very nice place. The staff was great. Had a early check in
- 5/5
good facility, reasonably priced for Bend
- 5/5
Dog-friendly hotel. Excellent overall.
- 4/5
It was spacious and clean and you can walk to the Amphitheater from there.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay at the Peppertree Hotel in Bend! The location is perfect—just a short drive to some of the best hiking trails and right near tubing on the river, which made it easy to enjoy Bend’s outdoors. The rooms were impressively large and comfortable, giving us plenty of space to relax after long days out. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I really appreciated how convenient it was to purchase extras like candies, waters, or even an additional room through their self-service iPad system. Overall, a great mix of comfort, convenience, and easy access to Bend’s natural beauty. Highly recommend!
- 1/5
The check in is at 4pm. At 3:55 the room is still not ready, because they want you to pay early check in. At 4:05pm still not ready
- 5/5
Loat a star due to their breakfast not so great. I was excited when i booked this place that there was a restaurant and bars. Turns out they dont. No restaurant or bar. They have a little 3 seater in the front to serve a couple alcoholic drinks. So for food either go into town or take a short walk up the hill for food.
- 4/5
Property advertising a lounge with food and drink options, staff informed me it has been closed for quite some time, little disappointing as this was the reason we chose this property over others, and paid more for it.
- 5/5
Would definitely stay here again! Everything was nice, modern, and clean! Hotel was dog friendly and great to know for next time! Check in to check out was super easy. The bed was a little too firm for us, maybe have a matress topper as an option. But other than that everythingnwas great even breakfast! Wish i would of taken pics of the hotel, everything was nice and decorated very well throughout the entire hotel!
- 2/5
I’m actually planning on making a formal complaint with Best Western. Smoke rolled into Bend from a wildfire and the staff had no idea how to switch the a/c units to recycle internal air and thus were flooding the room with smoke. It woke me up in the middle of the night. They had no portable air purifiers available. This is a place that gets wildfires every single year. They should be prepared to make their internal space as livable as possible.
- 4/5
Good
- 3/5
It was overall okay.
- 5/5
Great place to stay didn't care for the breakfast it was pretty uninteresting and Bland dining room is way too small for the amount of people I would not recommend the breakfast
- 4/5
Room was very nice with a great bathroom and comfortable bed. Light housekeeping would be a big improvement - just emptying trash and making beds would be nice. I like that it is ecological not to change towels and bedding, but just checking to see if we need more tp and emptying trash for us would be nice.
- 4/5
Front desk wasn't very kind, breakfast was normal things. Bed was very uncomfortable. They do not change your sheets or towels and we were there for 4 days had to ask for new towels.
- 2/5
Dirty sheets , closed restaurant and a million text from the dang place asking me all kinds of questions. They also tried to ask me for money every chance they could .
- 3/5
Room was spacious, well appointed and clean. Unfortunately, two issues spoilt the stay for us. Whenever, the toilet was flushed in the room above, it sounded like thinder. And the a/c compressor was right outside the room window, and very noisy when it came on. Both issues were a problem to getting a good night's sleep. We reported them to the front desk. Except for promises to look into it, no compensation was offered for such a highly rated and expensive room. We would not stay there again
- 5/5
Nice property
- 4/5
Bed was comfortable
- 5/5
Very nice and clean room. The staff was very kind and helpful. We were travelling with our grandchildren and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Beautiful property great staff
- 3/5
The staff is hard to work with when you don’t book through them. We had issues with our reservations and the front desk staff were very rude when trying to resolve the problem.
- 5/5
Great location near trails. Clean comfy beds, updated rooms, staff was kind and helpful.
- 4/5
The only feedback I would give regards the breakfast. I felt it was a little lackluster.
- 5/5
Beautiful room, friendly staff, and literally across the street from the bike path thru town.
- 1/5
Room is noisy. I can not fall to sleep.
- 3/5
Good
- 5/5
The hotel is very modern and nice! The rooms are well maintained. The bathroom was really big and very modern! The breakfast options were good... Eggs, potatoes, meat, pancakes, bagels, toast, oatmeal, cereal and yogurt. They had regular coffee and a specialty drink machine. The location was good. It was easy to get where we needed to go and it was in a quiet area. We enjoyed our stay!
- 4/5
Our room was not serviced at all during our stay. Not expecting much, but some fresh towels after the 3rd would be nice, especially for what we paid for each night. The breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast staff was fantastic.
- 5/5
Great central Bend location to stay close to all the amenities
- 3/5
I've stayed at this hotel several times, but
- 1/5
We Booked for the restaurant and bar full of beer on tap they posted the video of. Guess what? CLOSED & CLOSED. Okay well then I asked the front desk about maid service in the morning and again afternoon. I also texted. She says oh sorry they left it’s a Holiday. Ok well I said send them tomorrow. Guess what?? 3 days NO SERVICE. We put bags of trash in hot hallways.ran out of TP so had to ask. Needed wash cloths towels had to go ask. We paid almost $800 oh and full breakfast? There was no meats for the first 2 days and we had to wait 15 minutes because coffee was always out down there. We walked in/out for a total of 4 days NOT ONCE greeted by staff. It’s a BEAUTIFUL PLACE and great pool but no customer service or customer care whatsoever. I’m even a rewards member and wasn’t given water so I asked later that day she said they gave it to you on check in wellll no they didn’t and seriously fight about a water bottle? Expedia asked them to partially refund us and they denied that beware everyone!!!!! Oh I have a picture of spew all over wall by fireplace and bathroom floors haven’t been swept ever.
- 5/5
Great place to stay with 3 year old.
- 2/5
For the very high prices charged, I felt the value was completely out of line. When we tried to check in around 9PM, we waited over 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk. We used the check in kiosk, which worked fine, picked a room for us, and made our keys. As we headed to the elevators, the front desk employee appeared, apologized, and said she was "fixing a television". Our room had a broken window handle that prevented the window from being opened; we reported it the next morning early(with two nights still to go) and not only was it never fixed, we were never told why. When I asked the next day at the front desk they said they didn't know. For nearly 300$ a night one would think that their policy of servicing your room every 5--FIVE---days and not touching your room to empty wastebaskets or vacuum or remove dirty towels under the pretense of "disturbing your privacy" is a bit self-serving--when we followed their instructions to leave the wastebaskets and towels in the hall after 9AM, we returned after 6 pm to find the same half-filled wastebaskets at our door, towels gone, but never replaced. We had to ask for two clean towels at the front desk. Overall the hotel was clean & the breakfast good, but the entire stay it seemed the idea was to get by with as little help and service as possible--which makes me feel badly for the desk clerk, who evidently has to fix TV's, serve breakfast, and clean bathrooms. Won't stay here again.

Hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable.

Now for the not so good: the on-site restaurant was under construction and unavailable. I just went up to Lifty’s up the street, but I wasn’t notified of this when booking or during check-in. Would have been nice to know. The free hot breakfast is always a nice benefit, but it wasn’t good at all. Imitation eggs were so overly salty they were barely edible. Sausage links were undercooked. Bagels and muffins were stale. The pool and hot tub were crowded the two times I tried to use them. The “gym” is a joke - a resistance machine, one treadmill, an elliptical, a stationary bike, and a set of kettle bells. No actual free weights or bar sets and it was extremely hot in there. The wall thermostat in my room didn’t work at all and I had to manually adjust the AC and fan on the unit. It’s pretty evident that this hotel, which isn’t very old, is already showing its age. Lastly, the staff weren’t terribly friendly nor did they seem to care too much about my experience. I understand the hospitality industry is difficult, but folks who work the front desk should be - you know - hospitable. Or at least just personable. This is the most convenient hotel to my office by far, but I think I might try somewhere else next time.

When we checked in the toilet paper rolls were pretty low. Room was spacious and clean. But, walks are paper thin and could hear everyone speaking and flushing toilets.

The room was comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around town and to outdoor activities

Absolutely NO customer service. They do not have a person greet you at the from desk, only a computer kiosk. They will not answer the phone, the recording says they will text you, and then never do. Need help with Wifi, dirty pool, towels, or ANYTHING and they are absent. I spent $2,400 this week, and over $15,000 at this property in the past but will NEVER stay there again. They HATE PEOPLE!!

Great property. The breakfast could use a bit of an improvement.

The hotel and nearby surroundings were beautiful. Clean and well kept. Close to a lot of food and activities. Only complaint, which is minor, is the pillows are all firm and thick (not for side or belly sleepers). Would stay again but bring our own pillows.

Would definitely stay here again. My husband and I

Check-in was slow due to computer issues. Room was right next to pool and jacuzzi. Jacuzzi pump ran all night and was very noticeable in our room. Breakfast was not ready 30 minutes after scheduled opening. Outside trash cans near main entry were overflowing and gave poor first impression of the property.

This is a very nice hotel with great staff.

Our sink wouldn’t drain and water kept being held in the sink. They didn’t get it fixed until the morning

This js a great hotel. Clean grounds and rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Room was very nice. Very nice rooms, with great A/C and large bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was nice. Very clean. We had an issue with check in. We did the online checking but the QR code didn’t work so got our keys from the front desk only to find someone was in the room when we walked in-the reason the QR code didn’t work. They did give us an upgrade to a bigger room. The EV charging station wasn’t working. Nice location. Can walk to the river

Clean property and rooms, friendly staff, not your standard room bathtub/curtain situation. Instead, nice walk around corner, tiled entry shower. Small upgrades that make a big difference Pet friendly place, but doesn’t look or smell like it. Will absolutely stay again.

Pleasant surprise in a good area.

Really convenient.

The hotel is located in a lovely, peaceful area! My room was mostly clean, although the sofa did have quite a bit of dog hair. Thankfully, the check-in and check-out processes were really easy and convenient. Overall, I had a nice stay!

The place was very modern and clean. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was wonderful. Beautiful Bend, OR location, with plenty of food options in the area.

The hotel is in convenient nice location. Parking was easy. Room was modern, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast room was nice too.

Loves the breakfast. Place was clean, suite was spacious for family of five. Just didn’t like that bathroom door did not have a lock to it and there was no privacy really between the king bed space and that of the two queens. Aside from that stay was enjoyable. Would return.

The quietness. We were there for boys travel lacrosse tournament, and let’s be honest. We know boys are noisy. You couldn’t hear Cummings and goings out of doors up and down hallways. The cleanness and modernization of rooms were also great.

Clean, comfortable. If you have food allergies the only food availed is fruit. Plenty of regular food options. Only alternative milk is almond. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly

Everything Excellent

Was nice and clean. Perfect for the money. Only down fall was that restaurant/bar was closed the entire time we were there.

We really enjoyed our room. Very clean and spacious. Hotel staff are friendly and hotel has a decent amount of amenities. Good for families. Free breakfast was disappointing due to running out of items, long lines due to high guest capacity.

Old needs total update not just some new fixtures

Excellent service and staff. Very clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Very satisfied.

The front desk person when I arrived was amazing. Refreshing in the customer service realm.

The hotel was clean and pretty. Also nice to see a place where you can actually control your room temperature! There is no noise reduction and all night long toilets flushed loudly, traffic noise was through the roof, and the upper floors could be heard moving around. They only clean every five days, and complained a bit when asked for trash and towel service before then. They wanted all communications by text message, and made it clear they didn’t want any in-person interaction between staff and guests. It was weird. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut and we tripped on the lip of the step coming out of the shower.
- 4/5
Overall a good experience. They did run out of a few things with continental breakfast and towels at the pool but overall satisfied.

Nice new area

You had an amazing time the breakfast staff was a hoot. I really appreciated all this stuff really and I like how it was kind of in It's own little area.

Great stay in a great area

I really wouldn’t recommend, the comforters are very thin, the tv remote didn’t work and when we went up to our room it wasn’t the one I booked . So when I went down and made sure I wasn’t being charged extra , the guy said oh let me fix it, I wasn’t happy and his response was, it happens! Nobody told me at checkin that I had a different room and I didn’t want that room but still had it. The handicap space wasn’t plowed as well and I just had a hip replacement. Bad all the way around:( very disappointing I wanted to like it as I’m a loca and always wanted to try this hotel but wouldn’t recommend
