Holiday Motel

This was the 3rd time I’ve had a multi-night staye at this Loma Linda location, which is basically across the street from the Loma Linda Medical Center. I felt very safe in the neighborhood, and there are 3 other hotels in the complex, making the area feel even more safe and secure. The staff at this Holiday Inn Express is always very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast always has everything you need, but this last time the cardboard turkey sausage patties get a thumbs down, but everything else was just fine. Location is very convenient to the freeway. I’d definitely stay here again.

VERY RUNDOWN property. Small room for any amount over $25.00. blinds what there were of them dirty, carpet is disgusting as well as the shower floor. Will NEVER stay here again or recommend. I recommend that it be taken off your website. I have pictures of Hotel.com is interested. Sleep in your car first before staying here.

This hotel is a bit run down. I was out in a room that was very run down and didn’t have a working tv but then they changed me to a room that was updated a little. Appreciated that. Would not stay again just due to the condition of the hotel, the street noise that was clearly audible from the room, and that I felt a bit unsafe as a solo female (location on a busy road but a tad bit sketchy). Staff was very nice.

It was over-priced - we payed >$130/night so the rest mattered more than if we payed $50/night *Lacked: sufficient lighting around the room & luggage racks; coffee maker cord did not reach outlet; bright lights outside the 1 room window, screen on bathroom window was torn, metal shelving to hold toiletries in bathroom is rusted *They would not honor a lower price found online @ $100 less *mgr pounded on the door when we were a few minutes late leaving the room and angrily yelled that they would give us “5 min to get out!”

Location Could use some black out blinds on the windows.

There was a small room adjacent to the main room with an additional queen bed, and that room was dark and cozy. The window a/c did a good job of cooling the room on a hot day. There was a small refrigerator, a small microwave, and a small drip coffeemaker with 3 packets of coffee and an assortment of sugars. The bathroom had complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body soap and a hair dryer and the towels were of decent quality. The showerhead was fine and the water was hot enough. The room was quiet and in an area close to shopping and dining and not far from downtown. Unfortunately the bed in the small room was too firm and I couldn't sleep, so around 2am I moved to the bed in the main room and its mattress was better. The large screen tv stations did not match the stations provided on a list. A curtain covered the air conditioner when the curtains were drawn, defeating air flow. I solved the problem by folding the curtain, but it was tricky to get it to stay without falling. It would be better if they could sew a larger seam in that one curtain to clear the a/c. There were no napkins or kleenex in the room. There was no place to hang a towel in the bathroom. The towel bar was missing.

This motel had everything that I want in a room-the essentials, plus a microwave, hair dryer and mini fridge. Don't expect luxury here-this is a basic older motel but it's clean and the staff will take great care of you. I'd definitely stay here again.

Room was good, just had issue with adjacent room noise as guests left their children in room by themselves for extended periods and pet they were not supposed to have and they were very loud and kept banging and hitting walls.

Basic older motel. Room was small, but clean. Bed was a little on the hard side, but comfortable. Room had a small TV, coffee maker and refrigerator.

I love this place and have stayed, and will stay, there many times.

The room was very clean, the water was hot and the bed was comfy. No issues there. But the wifi didn't connect and as a result you couldn't use the TV--the Hulu logo just say frozen on the screen and the "broadcast TV" image never got as far as actually loading the channels. I also couldn't get 5G on my phone from inside my room--it was sort of an internet dead zone. No TV isn't really that awful I guess, but it would have been nice. The walls were pretty thin as well so I heard every snore and cough (there were lots) coming from the room next to me.

Rooms are clean. Water is hot. For $55 i got two bed rooms, bathroom, living room, and a kitchen/dinette. Quit, didn't hear any outside noise.

We left and did not stay after finding pet stains all over the carpet, a horrible animal funk smell in the room, a deadbolt lock that our motel key did not fit (only a weak handle lock for security), bed sheets with dirt and public hairs and a stained mattress with pee and bugs. Stay far away from this place!!

To start with the attendant, who checked this in was st0ned and the same man checked us out the next morning a day early because we couldn’t handle this dirty uncomfortable place was smoking p0t outside the office while we were checking out.

2) Dirty floor and carpet. 3) Poor wiFi connection, almost not able to read an email. 4) No drape in front of a small window, the only window, making it hard to sleep at night as the outside light was lighting the room.

It was easy to find and check in. Simple motel, giving us exactly what we wanted on our road trip.

Not good nor bad. Looked like blood stains on the bottom of my quilted blanket. And possibly a cigarette hole towards the top. The dark stain on the carpet right when you walk in to the left made it difficult to want to walk anywhere with shoes off inside due to also looking like blood. (Maybe coffee?) Not mad at it for the price. The staff seemed nice enough! :)

AWESOME location! Room was on the 2nd floor, quiet, had a BALCONY!!! Beautiful room, comfy bed, did I mention the BALCONY! Easy 1 mile walk to the outdoor amphitheater. Going to try and stay here every time!!!

Super convenient location for my plans in Bend, with everything I needed nearby. Very friendly staff, well maintained property, and a nice clean room. For a relatively inexpensive stay in a great location this place was a pleasant surprise.

Great staff and good price, but the room did need quite an update. overall, it was clean, but certain areas were dusty and broken shower was not acceptable, leaking and floor very porous and DIY, makes you feel like it can’t fully get clean. Just a few tweaks and this would be the perfect location and space.

I stayed here tp go to a shpw at the amphitheater, 25 minute easy walk, check in was quick, staff was friendly, would definitely come back for another overnight stay after a show!

I booked on Expedia for an employee travel. I called to request a cc authorization for the guest & one person at the front desk was pugnacious, for someone that was designated to answer the phone. It may have been the owner/manager, but I just didn't see the necessity in being assumptive that the guest would be destructive of the room. She offered to waive the deposit but from there escalated to promising that I would hear from her, if my employee did anything to the room while staying, & then hung up on me. Per the guest, the room had a musty odor, likely because of the dripping faucet in the bathroom tub. Everything else, was just fine.

This property is desperately in need of updating. Rug is filthy. Tile is chipped. Cleaning inadequate. Room furnishings sparse and inadequate. Teeny tiny room. Bed creaks with each movement. Pillows are from paleolithic era. Has the vibe of the Bates Motel straight out of Alfred Hitchcock’s “Psycho” and the cost for this is outrageous. I have no idea how this property has received a high rating on this app.

The room was not what I had requested. They acknowledged it was wrong but did not make it correct. Stated nothing they could do. It was also very small and the sewer smell in the bathroom was strong. The carpet in the room was gross. I was very surprised it had a good rating.

Older hotel with obvious quick patch repairs throughout. Pillows, beds, and bedding might be the original stuff. Good sized refrigerator and actual coffee creamer pods were a plus. Thin towels, empty body wash in the shower. Ok for the night but wouldn’t intentionally book again.

Kind of a round area and the room was mussing a drawer and light fixture in the bathroom, AC barely worked, check in was late because rooms werent clean but it was cheap and the staff/owners are nice.

People sleeping in cars on side street, no safe place to park. Sirens and cars racing. DID NOT STAY!

My son and I traveled to Bend for a concert. We needed a place that was close to the venue that wouldn't cost a fortune. This place was close enough to walk, the room was WAY bigger than we expected. Everything was clean and Joe, the guy that checked us in and out was incredibly friendly and even asked how the concert was when we checked out. If we need to return to Bend we will absolutely stay here again!

I had a memorable stay . My Best friend and i had a great time . We got really close and just made lots of fun . We walked to Don Gambinos and had some Great Authentic Mexican food . Its an unforgettable time and worth every penny . I would say it was the best time I have ever had .

As the situation escalated, she continued to shout at me and demanded my receipt. Eventually, she wrote one out, still screaming at me as I left. This was hands down one of the most unprofessional experiences I've encountered. I paid $186 for an outdated room with no hot water, and to be treated that way was completely unacceptable.

With that being said, you do hear everything: conversations in the next room, when the next room flushes the toilet, or when a vehicle arrives or starts up to leave. We utilized Lyft for access to the other districts: old bend, or old mill. Fine place for an overnight stay.

This is a budget motel so expectations should be reasonable but we found the experience to be overall pretty unsatisfactory. Bedspreads and pillow cases that never get washed are not what you want to have on your bed and the WiFi coverage and service was maddening. Sometimes connected, most times did not.

Nice people! It's your basic motor inn package, clean, comfy bed, good quality towels, decent cable TV, air unit in window can freeze you. Old school and homey, and a bargain value, even in July with summer vacationers everywhere in Bend.

Uncleaned room - fake nails that flung off the covers when we went to get in bed - hair in the bed that wasn't ours and stained sheets. Check in was good staff was good but the room was dirty. Couldn't wait to get out of there. The "garden" is a smoke patio and has trash and storage of old items. Gave the benefit of the doubt and was sadly disappointed.

Overall, this was an affordable stay in a good location in Bend. Stayed here for a couple of days. The room was small, but reasonably well maintained the staff is very friendly. Our only issue was the intense smell of weed in the hallway leading to our upstairs room. Not sure if it was another guest smoking downstairs or an employee, but it was very strong and was wafting into our room. We had to seal the bottom of our door with towels to try to keep the smell out. Finally, the WiFi was not very good.

This is the cleanest motel we have ever stayed at. It is a 50’s look to the hotel. There is a very nice courtyard for relaxing and a short walk to downtown Bozeman.

Seriously the cleanest room I've seen in years! We were so impressed that I stopped in the office before we left to let them know that it was appreciated, and to keep it up! Highly recommend, and we'll be staying there when we go back to Bend!

Perfect adequate for a quick overnight stay

An affordable option if you are making a quick stop in Bend. The room included a decent microwave and refrigerator, and the bed was comfortable. Some furniture could use updating, and I would not bring little kids who are likely to spend time on the carpet. I would stay here again if I am passing through.
