Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Location is convenient to concert venue View from 3rd floor faced west and was of an ugly rooftop of vents and fans. There was some kind of constant motor cycling up and down the entire time. Very bad coffee setup. Only paper cups in the room. The worst was the surprise charge of parking for $12 a night !!!! That is crazy, and we were there just about a year ago and that wasn't a charge. I would have expected more from a Hilton chain motel

They were quick to repair the air conditioning unit as soon as I mentioned that it was making an odd sound that woke me up the previous night, and all was right as rain before I got back to my room. There was nothing that I didn't like. The stay was very comfortable.

I can't believe this was a Hilton property. The room was cramped, the sound on the TV was so bad I couldn't hear 50% of the programs I tried to watch (I couldn't get closed caption to work). There were minimal light fixtures. I can only wonder about the noise and chaos when there is an outdoor concert or event right next door. Being charged $25 per night to park in the hotels parking lot is disgusting. If you have dogs with you beware that the grounds are dirt, small bushes and boulders (somewhat dangerous in the middle of the night. The complimentary breakfast was one of the worst I've ever had. For me, most of the food was inedible.

You have to pay extra for parking but since I had a race and I was able to see the start line from my room this was all and all still rather convenient. Loved that I could walk to get lots of thinks within an 3-15 minute walk and great area for runners. Staff was wonderful at check-in but they don’t have a late check-out option. The breakfast is basic but good.

Wow! What a great stay. When we walked in everything was clean and tidy and we were greeted by friendly staff so off to a good start. We walked into one of the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed in, fabulous AC, comfortable bed and great shower with lots of pressure. On top of the great hotel it is located right in the old mill so you can just leave the car parked and a great walking trail is 100 yards away as well as many shops and restaurants. We will be back for sure🙌

Excellent location, clean room with all the amenities and friendly staff. Pool and hot tub were a bonus as well as laundry onsite. I especially enjoyed the location along the river where I was able to walk and run on miles of river path.

Hotel was in very good condition except for the leaking showerhead. Breakfast was above average. The four deer eating the shrubs in the parking lot must have agreed. There was an unexpected $12 per night charge for parking which wasn't clear on the Hotels.com site, so when they say "what you see is what you pay" that is not entirely accurate if you are driving.

A wonderful stay. Super friendly staff and very helpful. The room was, except for the squeaky ac unit fan and the shower fan unit, just great. Breakfast was a really well supplied variety of choices and very tasty. Access to every place or event was easily made with its location. The weather cooperated and visibility of the nearby mountains was greatly appreciated. Will certainly return to this gem.

The gym was small but enough to get a good workout. The breakfast was lacking having biscuits and gravy, sausage links but no scrambled eggs or bacon, some normal included items at other places. Staff was helpful except for one-there were loud, extended periods of noise above our room and the staff member acted like I was making it up, couldn't have happened because they didn't have any 'workers' making noise that early in the morning. I can tell you the thumping and noises were there the 1st day and early the next morning. The pool was good and the children had a good time.

The staff were great - very helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. Location was very convenient as well. It was great to be able to walk along the river right from the hotel.

We had to go through the front door which took us longer to walk our pup. We were at the end of a hall. It was inconvenient to walk the dog down the elevator and through the lobby every time she had to pee. They started charging for parking, $12 a night. We did not have to pay for parking last year. One more thing that was just annoying, there was no juice for breakfast I bought a four dollar tiny orange juice from the lobby. It was just a disappointing stay and the bill was a little higher than I expected because we had a dog that wasn’t added when booking and parking fees for 3 nights.

We have been staying at this hotel for years. I have always enjoyed staying here with great service and location. However, the hotel is in need of a renovation with some lights being out in the pool area, mis-matched light bulb softness and wattage in the rooms, broken , I was disappointed to find out there is now a parking fee. The hot tub water was quite dirty

This is the perfect hotel in the ideal place for my annual trip to Bend, but new money grabs and unnecessary charges will stop me from going there again. They charge to park your own car in their parking lot ($12 per day), provide free, terrible Internet that is unusable — forcing you to pay for the Wi-Fi that works —and authorize $30 per day for incidental charges instead of a single flat amount. When noting the differences from the last time I visited, I was met with defensiveness rather than acknowledging the differences and understanding how they might not be received well. Sadly, greed and hotel-first thinking are taking over, and I will now stay elsewhere.

You could improve by not charging me to park my car overnight at the place I’m staying! How else would I get there? Seems ridiculous when you could just raise the price by 20 dollars and not look greedy. Will be looking else where now. Don’t shy away from the hotel because it is centrally located and a nice place if you don’t mind paying to park

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and beautiful, and the bed was so comfortable! We will stay there again, and will recommend this hotel to anyone we know that is staying in Bend!

I love the proximity to shops and restaurants. The hotel is weaved into the area’s trails and pathways. A nice bridge takes you across the river to restaurants like Monkless Brewery and Gourmet Burgers and Brew. Right across the street is a large dog and separate small dog park, which was great for our little mini pup. If I ever stay in Bend again, I will definitely make staying at the Hampton with its nice hot tub, 24/7 front desk, and yummy breakfasts.

Had a good stay. we have been coming to this location for over five years and a recent policy change was disappointing at best. Why start charging $12 dollars a day for parking. They have not done this before. Terrible public relations and what idiot in marketing thought this was a good idea for your guests? If you need the money (???) add it into the room price not a tacky add on when you visit and check in. Nice reward for being an Honors member being billed $12 additional dollars a day for parking in a lot that you own with no security. Sad and unwise decision.

The staff, when I let them know we had dogs (to pay the fees) she asked if we would like a ground floor room, which so happened to be a huge upgrade from the one we booked. Very happy as always with Hampton. Also the breakfast, top notch as always.

This hotel is in a great location but otherwise is pretty shabby. I’m surprised it meets the Hampton Inn standards. Rooms are small and laid out weirdly with the tv on the side of the bed. The bed felt old, hard, and lumpy without any cushion on top. Linens were old and thin as were the towels. We could hear doors closing all over and an alarm from the room next door woke us at 6 am. It seems this place used to be a Super 8 style hotel that got new carpet and floor tiles to qualify for a Hampton Inn badge.

Great stay! The man who checked me in was very nice and helpful and I think it was a less busy night so I got to pick what side of the building I wanted on which was super nice! The saltwater pool was great and the pool room had lots of windows in it which made it really nice and pretty. The location is nice. You can walk to concerts and the old mill district.

Disappointed after price gouging, charging >$388.00 for a one stay during an local event. They now have an additional $12.00 parking fee per vehicle, per day. Absolutely ridiculous and will be staying at a more reasonable near by hotel in the future.

Very disappointing stay. An hour before checkout, housekeeping banged on our door over and over, even though we were well within our checkout time. It startled and upset my husband and I. It completely ruined our last morning. We felt rushed, unwelcome, and disrespected, definitely not the relaxing experience we paid for.

This is my favorite place to stay when I come to Bend. The staff is always amazing and helpful with whatever is needed. The rooms are always impeccably clean and comfortable. Love that I can walk everywhere in just a few minutes to get delicious food, coffee, ice cream etc. or shop for pretty much anything I want or need. Everything is right there.

If you’re not there to see a concert you probably won’t be happy how loud it can be during a show. Also they charged us $20 a night for parking. Love the location and breakfast. Nice big rooms.

We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. The breakfast was delicious; with new options each morning, the rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location can't be beat, we were able to walk to shops and restaurants, float on the Deschutes, and didn't have to worry about parking or fighting traffic for the concert at Hayden- this hotel is right next to the venue. We will definitely be back!

The bed was quite comfy and the complimentary breakfast was well presented & yummy. Enjoyed the firepit area. So close to our room & what a great place to meet other guests! Being next door to Hayden Homes Amphitheatre completed our birthday weekend. A convenient easy walk to & from our concert.. Bonus was getting to hear Sound Checks which was the icing on the Cake!

Everything was great but the tv brightness goes down with the sun. Bad sensor. When mentioned to front desk she says all the tvs are like that and only solution was to shine phone flashlight at the tv but that didn’t work. Also the elevator down button is broken.

My daughter & I had a lovely visit to Bend, OR to attend a concert at the nearby ampitheater. The only slip-up was the room location. We were placed on the 2nd floor directly above the automatic doors on the ground floor. We realized the problem of the noise of the doors opening & closing only after we’d gone to bed & again in the morning with the early risers. It really impacted our sleep.

Great location for attending a concert since the gate is practically at the end of the parking lot. Clean, comfy beds and a good breakfast. All we needed. It will cost you but what doesn’t these days.

Walking to the amphitheater for a concert was absolutely perfect! Used the grubhub coupon for a quick bite of dinner while we got ready for the concert. A perfect place to stay for a quick trip and a summer concert!

I had called earlier in the day to request a first floor room near the lobby or elevator due to problems with my knee. When I checked in the desk clerk assured me it was near the elevator. It definitely was not. It was several doors down from the elevator. In addition the room had to be the worst in the hotel. The window view was completely blocked by a brick wall. I am surprised they treated a Hilton Honors member this way.

Our room was clean, with plenty of towels and basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc...). Breakfast was the standard Hampton fare, enough to get you going in the morning. Coffee was was good. Within walking distance to the Old Mill Shopping/Dining area And the river. Gorgeous area to take a nice stroll. You are right next to the Hayden outdoor Amphitheater, so if you are going to a show there you can walk, you can really hear the concerts from inside the hotel room. I imagine it can get very busy during concerts or other events in the surrounding area.

We have stayed here several times over the past few years and really like this hotel. Great location just on edge of Old Mill District. You can walk to shopping from the hotel. We like the free breakfast and that makes it quick, convenient, and easy to get on with your day.

This is our go-to place to stay in Bend. The parking is easy. The location is excellent. Every room we've had has had a good bed and good pillows. Breakfast is tasty and well stocked. Service has always been stellar. Kayla at the front desk is our favorite! She went above and beyond making sure our room was exactly what we wanted.

The check in person could have been a little bit friendlier. Also I don’t know if there was any other rooms available for the one we had prepaid for ( which your desk person let us know that we had booked through a third party) …. I am disabled and cannot walk without assistance our room was 247 clear at the other end of the hotel. It would have been nice to have a room closer to the elevator if it was at all available. Other than that our stay was ok. The room was clean and breakfast was good.

The guests next door had kids and were very loud beginning at 6:00 am. They were even banging on the go between door. I said something to the front desk and they said they would take care of it except they did nothing and every morning was the same. A simple reminder to parents to keep their kids quiet and to be respectful of others was all that was needed and the hotel staff chose to do nothing!

We come thru this area a few times every year and always stay at this location. The staff is friendly, we feel safe and you are walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

I booked this hotel due to seeing the large parking lot that looked like it was apart of the property so I could park my trailer. This was not the case. Thankfully I asked the wonderful front desk gal and she steered me the right way.
