The amazing front desk woman on Saturday the 6th was very helpful and considerate. She greeted us on our arrival and was very helpful to nearby restaurants. Probably the most awesome hotel front desk person I’ve ran into in 25 years. This woman needs a raise!

The room was dirty cigarette butts behind the couch old toast behind the nightstand old champagne bottle in the cabinet. My dishwasher was broken the pool and hot tub were out of use "broken"

The breakfast was really good, and it was comfortable. The room was a good size, and the staff was really nice. The parking was free and easy enough to find a spot. The furniture in the room looked dirty and stained. The bed sheets kept coming off the bed with just regular sleeping. There were hairs on the bathroom floor and the toilet didn't look very clean. The carpet in the hallway definitely needed to be replaced. The hotel was set back off the street, so it was a little hard to find with navigation. All in all it wasn't too bad of a stay, but the facility was worn and dated. I would like it to be cleaner for the price I paid. It was a last minute find, and though it was a concert weekend, one night was $291. It was the cheapest decent looking place I could find, so it served its purpose.

Lots of pros ... clean, convenient, dog friendly, comfortable bed. We were only there overnight so we didn't take advantage of any of the amenities other than the breakfast, which wasn't so great. Would stay here again if we happened to be in Bend.

The room was spotless and super comfy! The staff were so friendly and ready to lend a hand. Plus, breakfast was amazing, and we were thrilled they let our dog stay.

The place was dingy and the lobby smelled stale and old. The hallway carpet was disgusting and bubbling up. I thought I might be leaving as soon as I saw the hallway but the room was surprisingly clean and fresh. Everything was still old but in good shape. Definitely over priced.

Got there late. Was all locked up. Couldn’t get anyone in the phone. Never could get my room. Slept in my truck.

Overall we were satisfied with our room. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a good variety of hot and cold options and they were quick to refill the coffee when it was out. I would have rated this place higher but I was very disappointed that the hot tub and pool were not available. We visited after Memorial Day and they still had a sign up with a winter picture on the door saying it was closed for the season! The temps were fairly cool but I would have at least used the hot tub if it was available.

Unfortunately the wifi was not working and that made a huge difference to me. I stayed here for three days so I could have some quiet time to catch up on computer work. With no wifi, that didn't happen. I was told no one would work on it over the weekend. Boo hoo! The gal at the front desk suggested I try the wifi in the lobby. I tried it, also not working there. Hard to believe that in the middle of a big city you can't get wifi. It felt like Radisson doesn't care.

shower head in rm 210 was awful. dribbled out water. Provided breakfast was meh quality, but was hot.

The hotel is a very good value, but could use a refresh. The only negative was internet access, which was very unstable.

Our stay went fine, and we were comfortable. We appreciate the variety at breakfast, and the staff was helpful. Furthermore, the price was reasonable. The property is dated and in need of a pick me up, especially the carpeting. We would, however, return on our next visit.

Great value, very nice staff, excellent breakfast! Only downside was the mattress – dished and hard, but maybe that was just our room? Alleviated with a pillow top borrowed from the in-laws. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay!

The breakfast was good for a motel buffet. The property was pet friendly at $30. vs. $50. For others I looked at. That pricing and proximity to the hospital were deciding factors.

Room was showing age. Staff was reallynice. Breakfast great. Front of hotel area had garbage. Jacuzzi was broken. Check in took over 30 minutes because new front desk person could not get our key card to work! But I don't think that was necessarily all her fault.

The staff were very nice and the rooms were clean. Its a dog friendly hotel with a couple of pet stores within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was great and they bake cookies for the guests which are also complimentary.

The mattress needs to be replaced….. worn out. The bedding, including the mattress cover came off 3 times in the night. The staff were very polite and accommodating.

The room and breakfast were fine but the internet did not work. When I complained they acknowledged that they had had problems with it and said they would reboot it. It did not change. This is a case of I didn't get what I paid for so I will not recommend you stay at this place.

There was a loud humm that you can hear and feel vibrate the entire time you are in room 228. I was okay but my husband tossed and turned the whole time . Hot tub was out of order and the pool is outside so it's seasonal and was closed.

Hotel Location is close to the conference we were in town for. It has great choices for restaurants/shopping nearby.

No USB hookups? Really!? How 1980. TV remote was obnoxious, had to manually turn on the TV. The extra blanket was welcome, and the unit was spacious.

It wasn't a hotel that I would choose for an extended stay, but was nice enough for one night.

Very comfortable stay on our way to California. The front desk clerks were very helpful as we had two rooms reserved through Hotels'com but only needed one. They quickly resolved the situation. Breakfast was very good, and the room was perfect for use

Overall, a nice room & an excellent breakfast. Our only complaint would be the air conditioner system. There were no instructions & it was impossible to calibrate effectively. It made for a restless night unfortunately.

Good breakfast options and a kid-sized table and chairs perfect for our grandkids. Also had milk available when our granddaughter needed a bottle in the middle of the night. Nice pool, spacious suite. Only things we didn’t like were that the a/c unit was not sufficient to cool the room (it remained hot and stuffy unless you sat next to the unit) and the hide-a-bed was extremely uncomfortable. I had to put the mattress on the floor to get relief from the springs and rods in the bed. Staff were very patient and place was clean.

The staff over-promised and under-delivered regarding our ability to check in at 4:00pm. We were told repeatedly it would just be 10 minutes before we could check in. The staff were very courteous though.

Aging infrastructure makes it second rate and over priced. Late evening arrival found a serious continuous vibration in lobby floor. My room on ground floor and adjacent to lobby had the same vibration but more intense, so intense it was felt through the mattress. Neither the night or morning desk clerk had ever heard of it or cared to learn more about the sensation. As an engineer I could have shared info they might have reported to management.

My room was wonderful and it being a suite, it met my expectations . I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I'm in the area.

The manager was very visible and caring to all guest. What a great employee!!!

On Wednesday morning what seemed to be the manager was everywhere making sure things were going well during breakfast- great smile and conversations! She even offered us water to go after we checked out- she was amazing- I hope you can recognize her work ethic and genuine customer service!

The headboard was so dirty with other peoples head oils, nasty stains onthe ch a id and foot ex tool, wouldnt sit on it. Small for a room at this price too. We are booked for another night on our return trip here non refundable but we wont stay here again. Staff is great.

It was a holiday weekend so the prices were definitely inflated. The Hotel is definitely dates, carpets need replaced. In our room the sink plunger was broken, no blow dryer and tv didn't work. We were busy so these were not life altering but for the price we paid these issues are unacceptable.

We didn't like the back door was not working correctly and the ice machine wasn't working. All else was very nice. Thank you.

Front desk staff was very nice, but I tried 3 different rooms, and they were all terrible. The hotel is dirty and extremely worn. The rooms seemed like they had been quickly cleaned with sections forgotten/skipped, like beard hair all over the bathroom sink, long hairs on the sheets, and lots of stains/handprints. The location is ugly and surround by parking lots and fast food.

The rug in the hallway and steps leading to the hallway to my room (as you leave the breakfast area) appeared to be falling in disrepair, definitely aging and dated. The lobby also appeared dated. It was clean and noted two persons actively cleaning. My room was also clean. I would consider staying again. The breakfast was generous and thoughtful (I had items furnished which I haven’t seen elsewhere). I think with some mostly cosmetic changes, new carpet in hallway, the property goes up in perceived value.

The only issue was the hallway carpet was in need of replacing.
