Chalet Motel

Price for money was good. Rm 7 there was little to no internet and only one option given with low bands. Two more options were there but we weren’t allowed to use those. It was slow and would not let us stay on it for more than a few minutes and we needed it. The internet from restaurant next door worked better.

Mi didn’t like anything, the motel was so dirty. the Hotle was so dirty and have no soap or clean towel, so loud and the floor dirty and wet.

Comfortable bed. Large, quiet room. Responsive, helpful manager. Plenty of parking for our truck and trailer. Pour, cheap remodel. No toilet paper when we arrived. No hangers in the closet. Had to ask for wifi details. Small bathroom and sink area.

You do get what you pay for, so caveat emptor. The rate was cheap, close to where I desired, and had a clean bathtub. They advertised as pet friendly and I would describe the owners as pets tolerable. They charged $50 for two small dogs and they definitely are not dog people. They have an ill tended fenced lawn in front which had trash strewn about and no trash can for disposal of dog poop. The room was better than the exterior of the motel with some decent furniture and new curtains. The bed was comfortable while the pillows felt like flattened soft cardboard. TV, heater and fridge worked fine. Some of the floor moulding was rotting away. The carpets need cleaning. When we checked in in the early evening several sketchy men were loitering and smoking in the parking lot. I was told they were guests. There were cigarette butts throughout the parking lot and trash was strewn about. They have no pride in keeping the property clean. There is an abandoned telephone booth on the property with trash inside. Nearby is a market, Dutch Bros coffee and a convenience store blasting music at deafening levels. The motel is on a very busy commercial street with nicer looking motels nearby. This was a poor choice and I recommend looking elsewhere.

Staff and check in was good. It was a quick stay and didn’t use bathtub or anything but the rest of the room was good. I will stay there again with room rate via Expedia being reasonable.

We actually never stayed in this facility. We arrived and went to our room. Unfortunately it had a strong perfume smell. They gave us another upgraded room. Still smelled like perfume. The owner gladly and apologized returned our money.

The shower leaked onto the floor.

Large room and good location. The room smelled overwhelmingly of bleach, there was hair on the shower walls, and the beds smelled so overwhelmingly musty that the scent clung to my hair, skin, and pajamas. The fleece blanket on one bed was stained and there was a cigarette burn hole in it. Please do not stay here if you have other options.

The room was in good condition. It did not have a hanger bar at all. So the space was constrained, plus the stron smell of the paint carries over with everything that I took into the room for 2 days...not sure what kind of paint it was, but the paint job was good

What I liked about it was the friendliness and the rates above all everything everything was great at this motel I would recommend it indefinitely. Perfect location clean and pet friendly. Over all 10 stars

If I had not brought my clothes on hangers I would had no place to hang my clothes as it was I hung them off a shelf. No place to put your suitcase. They did have a microwave, mini refrigerator, and coffee maker.

I had to buy my own blankets because the fitted sheet was nasty with stains all over them, the walls were nasty with dirt and stuff all over it, the chairs had stains all over them. It was just gross. People were climbing in and out of the dumpster at all times. I wish I took photos but I do not recommend this place. I left it cleaner than when I arrived.

We were in town to see STYX at the Hayden Ampitheater and had a room with the kitchenette. We would stay here again.

Beds were comfortable, nice fridge with freezer, location was noisy, no electrical outlet in bathroom, light by one bed not working, electrical outlets were loose and not many in the room, décor was lacking, the light fixtures on the ceiling were splattered with paint from when they painted the ceiling, no hair dryer, tub was slippery, the vanity was crumbling, no ice machine (but if you go to the lobby you are provided with a sandwich sized zip lock baggie of ice), pipes made a lot of noise when other rooms used water (like wake you up noisy). Felt it was overpriced for the condition of the room.

It's a cheap motel, but it exceeded our expectations—a great place to stay if you're heading to Bachelor and just need a clean place to stay. Would come again.

Rented a room for a friend and could not visit for 10 min, even with the door open. My friend received a burn from electrocution because of faulty light wiring.

Front desk always answered, even when I checked in after 10pm. Bedding and bathroom was all clean. It had a microwave, coffee machine and fridge. Biggest negative were that the walls were dirty. Wifi was not high speed either.

Easy to book and check in

When I first arrived, I was informed that I booked a single room and all they had was a double. They said that was no problem, but asked for my credit card, stating that they would charge me $20 extra if I used the second bed in the room. I pushed back on that stating that if I accidentally brushed up against the covers, I did not want to be charged $20. He went ahead and gave me my credit card back and said never mind. I did think it was a little bit of a quirky rule. The rule also gave me pause, how many people had obeyed this rule in the room that I was staying in which means one of the two beds may not have been laundered? How do I know which bed they didn’t use but we’re still in the room with? The room had a strong scent of cleaner or bug spray not sure. The rooms were clean and pretty nice. Definitely worth it for the price if not for that quirky two bed rule.

Clean. Bathroom sink fixture was loose but functional. Overall room was comfortable. Multiple dining options within walking distance.

It was great until the cleaning lady decided to come in when I was in the bathroom. Felt like my privacy was invaded, And I unfortunately didn't get to experience the room fully being that I ended up in the hospital.

The person in the office did not speak good english so had to keep repeating questions i had. Toilet was cloged when we used it and had to use the plunger beside the toilet so guess its an on going thing. There was construction going on outside the motel.

The stay was good, room clean and good service. The big problem was that there wasn't a closet or a drawer. I was there for a ski trip and that made my experience problematic not having any place to store regular clothes and ski gears. Overall I'd recommend it.

It was a nice, quiet place (inspite of it being next to the busy 3rd Avenue), and an easy location both to find and to get around Bend from. I enjoyed my stay there and would like to come back some day.

Totally adequate stay for the price. Nothing fancy but clean and cozy room and super comfy beds. A/C and Heating unit works well and is quiet. Wifi is really good.

This was my first and only time staying at this motel. Our room had cockroaches hiding in the appliances and the management was not kind to us. The room did not have a full kitchen with an oven as advertised and costed more at the property than we were originally quoted online. The host also said they would work with our specific payment situation using someone else’s card and to just come by, then when we showed up told us it was impossible. Very disappointed and disgusted by this motel honestly.

Property was pretty clean and presentable. Room was clean. No countertop in bathroom and no extra toilet paper though. Didn’t restock towels on second day. Had to ask for them at the front desk and manager was hesitant to give them to us. The manager DID let us use iron when we asked at the front desk. When asked for a final receipt of the total bill, it was completely illegible. When we asked for a clear, legible copy, the manager was rude and refused to give us one.

WiFi does not work. No cell phone service in our room in the dark dank corner. Bed hard as a rock. Tiny heater in the wall for the entire room. Faucet dripping all night. Smelly. People smoking right outside our room. Neighbors making noise all night.

Some people need a hotel room with "ambiance." I don't want to pay extra for that... I want a room that's clean, with a comfortable bed and a shower that has nice warm water. This hotel fit the bill nicely. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Room was big and clean. We were worried when we got there because it’s a strip motel. But noticed the outside door was freshly painted and the room was updated and nice. Mini fridge and microwave was very nice to have also. TV was very small and didn’t have many stations. So far away it was hard to watch. Restaurants in the area closed really early so we had to drive to dinner.

The good: Beds were confrontable, wifi, coffee maker, TV, A/C, nice manager and location. The bad: The bathroom door could not stay shut due to missing parts, weird crunching noise from a spot under the carpet and some cosmetic things.

The shower was not high enough and the water pressure was extremely high. Other than that it was a very nice place and would stay there again.

Delightful once I stepped inside the room honestly super clean super comfy everything seems super updated the owners/staff are super family oriented, owned, and operated! My family and I find it most enjoyable a little home away from our home ! So thank you from the current occupants in number 19 ! Again, a big thanks from our family to your staff at the motel!:)

Coffee pot missing "Glass bowl". No Toilet paper, toilet seat broken. Hooker came to my room. Very loud neighbors. A/C, Heater didn't work. Most lights did not work. Worst Dive Hotel I have ever experienced. Do Not Stay.
