The breakfast was very nice with lots of options for ages young to old King size mattress was sagging in center, dusty end tables on lower portions, edges around shower don’t look very clean, and bottom of inside bathroom door is rotting wood that’s been painted over

Clean, comfortable acco.odations. Good location for us. Good value too. The breakfast was great. A perk we had not expected. Hotel needs a better "snack" store. Very little to choose from. We were too tired to go out so went without. The only choices were some chips, 1 choice of frozen Lean Cuisine Spaghetti and one type of candy. Disappointing

The hotel was meh to say the least. The cleaning service was not great. The bed was never remade and garbage wasn't taken put if the bin wasnt full. We only got the towels replaced and it was like they didnt bother doing anything else and they were not short of staff. We asked for additional pillows amd were told "they had no extra pillows" which was really odd. Price wasnt bad but I would rather pay a bit more for better room service and pillow availability so I dont have to buy one at the store.

It's a very comfortable place to stay. I liked my room and the breakfast area was nice. Good food offerings. Bed was comfortable. Pretty quiet building and surroundings. Windows need cleaning and the coffee maker wouldn't work but those are the only faults.

The beds are comfy, however unimpressed with the rest. This place was packed due to a tournament and the floor above us was super disturbing all night long in the late hours and early morning. I did not get any sleep the first night. I paid almost $1,000 for 3 nights and they put us on the first floor. We had spider webs in the corner. The view was the beautiful Space Age gas station. Breakfast was average at best, rooms were loud, and front desk was even worse. We had 2 nights of loud neighbors and the manager said we have to call in right when it’s loud. So he wants me to call in at 2am or 5am and wake up my kids and family…instead why can’t he just call them and tell them that last night they disturbed neighbors and to please keep it down? Then I asked if we could kindly get late checkout and the answer was flat out “no.” No reason except everyone is checking out at the same time?! The customer service here is awful. I’d rather give my money to another budget hotel that has much better customer service. I also work for a large corporation and I’ll kindly pass on this bad review. Customer service is not that hard and it goes a long way!

There should have been soap for the shower. The soap provided was very meager.

This is a nice place for a quick stay. Good beds & decent breakfast. Close to gas stations. No restaurants or bars within walking distance.

The staff was fine, the check-in process was smooth, and the location was convenient for our trip. One of the beds had a strong urine smell, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in. After a long drive, I was hoping to rest well, but unfortunately I was unable to relax or get a good night’s sleep. I was unable to report it that night because everyone in my family was already asleep.

Great location on the edge of Bend, the front desk lady was excellent- especially when the lobby was full with a sports team checking in and she had a line up. She was calm and collected-even under pressure. The breakfast was great and the beds were comfy. Would stay again.

Room cleaning was haphazard, some days the beds were made and the room cleaned, on others only the trash cans were emptied or the room was not cleaned at all. The elevator and hallway in front of the elevator had quite a bit of trashes that never got picked up. Breakfast is typical sparse and crappy American foods, albeit a little more choices than a sugary donut and cheap coffee. Hotel does provide full amenities like a swimming pool and small gym. The location is in a nice quiet place on the fringe of town, but no restaurant within walking distance.

There were tons of people and down to half a bisquit. The kitchen staff came in but didn’t add anymore for quite a while. They were like dry, cold and stale. I’d say if you got better quality biscuits and the gravy wasn’t flavorless there was good options. Loved everything else about our stay, location and or room.

The rooms are in need newer flooring, curtains, wall coverings, etc... I'm sadly thinking I may consider changing my Hotel choices in the near future. I've been a loyal customer for years...but sadly, i'm disappointed in the stays. Hope you can consider keeping your loyal guests rather than join the Motel 6 clientele.

Hotel is rundown, definitely needs refreshed. But the worst was, I left the hotel at 8am and returned about 6:45pm to find my door ajar. The door has to be pulled tightly to latch and when the maid service came in (roughly 9:30 by what the afternoon manager said) which meant that my room door was open all day. And the manager acted as if it was no big deal. We have cameras so no issue. The lack of concern was irritating to say the least. And to top it off, all the maid did was replace 1 hand towel and didn’t remove any garbage from the room. Beware is my best advice. Maybe hang the tag for privacy so you’re guaranteed your room stays locked.

Newer hotel in good shape for a reasonable price.

Over-all it was a good stay. Most frustrating was getting in and out from property, but that has more to do with location than the property itself.

I arrived a bit early, tired and Asked to check in 30 minutes before check in and was asked to pay $20.00.

Elevator stopped working while five of us were in it. Tried to call staff to discuss issue and they refused to engage in conversation. Simply stated that help was going to come. In general staff were not prioritizing the customer experience at all. Especially During breakfast time. Overall, the hotel is nice and is clean, but the Customer service was very poor.

The room was dirty, there was a wash rag near the shower curtain that was USED and they hadn’t even moved the curtain apparently. I typically don’t complain but this room was awful. They need better housekeeping and customer service.

Cleanliness is pretty good. The housekeepers are on it and I appreciate how thoughtful they are when you ask for assistance. The front desk is okay, they’ll serve you but not right away. I just needed the keys so you’ll have to wait for the guy front desk to take his time and not really greet you. We loved the pool and hot tub (pretty hot). The pool is not really warm, just adjust. Breakfast is pretty good; eggs, bacon, waffles. It’s all setup I pretty decently.

Room had stains on carpet in multiple areas, box spring of both beds had multiple stains. Hotel is older so maintenance has done a lot of work which you can see because all of the work stands out, not in a good way. Check in was slow and unprofessional. TV channels were annoying with no guide, had to channel surf like back in the 90's. Definitely didn't feel like a hotel, never stayed in a motel but thats the feeling I had. I would suggest traveling 15 minutes south to the Best Western PepperTree, same price and a much better overall stay.

Tv didn’t work and staff did nothing to fix it after I reported it 3-4 times. Ask for a discount but they did not do anything.

staff was amazing the toilet handle was broke and the bathroom was a little dirty and we found an old pork chop bone on the floor by the head board.....maybe vacuum a little better.

My room 206 had the ceiling coming down from a flood from above, the sink did not drain, the bed was in need of a new mattress, shower doors didn't slide properly, one door felt like it was going to break if I tried to slide it, coffee and toiletries were not stocked properly. We had multiple conditioners and no shampoo, coffee had all decaf no regular. I told the manager and he mentioned he would tell maintenance but that was the last of the conversation. The breakfast was amazing and the rest of the place was very nice. Wished our room was a better chosen for us.

The gentleman at the front desk (I wish I could remember his name) was hard working friendly and kind. Breakfast was great, again hard working lady who made sure up to closing that all food was at its fullest! Room was clean bed comfy, and when short staffed one day they let us know and had anything we needed at the front desk. Will definitely stay there again!

Great assortment for breakfast! I could've eaten there all day. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The only thing i noticed was someone left some garbage outside there room and it was there for atleast 2 days. But overall i would stay there again.

The counter staff was great. Last minute reservation as Klamath Falls city was out of rooms. Breakfast was adequate. Good but not great. Room was clean, comfortable. Parking was limited but parking on near road available. Safe area, had no issues parking on street. Lots of truckers and working folk staying there. Would recommend for quick stay.

We always appreciate generous counter space in the bathroom, which provides room for toiletry bags. The breakfast was tasty (especially the omelets), and the person staffing the breakfast room was great at keeping food replenished and even wiping down the tables.

The breakfast was very good and varied. Unfortunately, the second key card stopped working the second time I used it, even after charging it twice. I reported it to reception. I hope it will be withdrawn from circulation. The stay was very pleasant.

Just in town one night for the Neil Young concert. Very nice hotel, new and modern. Its in a newer development on the north side of Bend, shopping and restaurants will follow soon but for now you'll need to drive a short distance for that. Its tight off the main highway and about a 15 minute drive to the amphitheater.

No blinds on 2nd floor a street lamp shinned on my face all night. recommend spending the extra fifty bucks on a better place. hotel experience didn’t like the lamp.

Breakfast was better than average for this type of property. My first room had a puddle of water on the bathroom floor, so they switched me to a suite. The location was convenient, accessible from the main highway, but there wasn't too much nearby except a gas station and a convenience store.

The AC did not work well, room was worn and dirty, the front desk was understaffed, the hotel smelled musky, the room smelled a different musk from the hotel, the bed was like a piece of plywood, but on a positive note there were no bedbugs!

The room I had was spacious for two people. The hot breakfast was really good and the pool and hot tub was great too. This place was a bit hard to find in the dark off of I-97. There is no direct sign to show you where to go right at my GPS. It is close to a gas station and if you are into Dutch Bros they are not to far away.

We’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always very nice. This time we got a third floor room which was the best yet. The beds are comfortable. The view was beautiful. The breakfast was OK. The room has coffee maker and refrigerator. The water straight from the sink is fantastic.

The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a downside...no working fan and previous signs of mold on the ceiling.

This hotel is not as advertised. The rooms are not as pictured and are not clean. There are safety concerns and overflowing trash cans throughout. The trash in each picture was there for our entire stay. The outlet was in the bathroom by the sink.

PROPERTY- Elevator was very startling with more than 3 people in it. Would jolt and make an awful noise at level 3. People would be startled every time. I originally booked this hotel since we were on day 8 of a 15 day road trip and they had laundry on property- BUT upon arriving, all machines were out of order our entire stay. Management said “yeah it’s broken. Sorry”. The screen to our window was very torn up with large holes, so we could still get airflow but the rest was so worn, we couldn’t see thru it well. CLEANLINESS- Our room had lucky charms on the floor and IN the AC unit. Remote control had something crusted to it. Had to clean it twice with Lysol wipes to get it all off. Floors in the hallway had stuff all over the first night we arrived. Thought surely was due to it being end of day and ok- but not once was it vacuumed by the day we left, 2 days later. Pool was murky and VERY strong chlorine odor in indoor space where pool is. There was dirt on window sill/window track and crevices on elevator- not a dust- dirt built up. The room was quiet enough and we had a decent stay due to location and that we weren’t there a lot during our visit to Bend. I would not stay again unless in a pinch or it was updated/cleaner. Maybe they are doing what they can but certainly not to reasonable standards. People were friendly enough. Breakfast was fine- par for these types of establishments.

The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The hotel is definitely an older hotel that they have tried to maintain.

The Internet via wifi failed. The front desk verified it was down and asked me to phone the provider. I spent more than 20 minutes on the phone and they confirmed the whole property was affected. They got it going again about 2.5 hours later. A big diesel pickup truck idled outside my room from about 10:30 till about 11:15. The fumes came into my room irritating my head and throat.

Overall, customer service, when I arrived was very nice. Welcoming, got me in a little early. It's an check out time. Downfall is the first morning. I woke up. Went and use the restroom pee to be exact. The toilet ended up overflowing, called the front desk guy, and he directed me, I had to come and get the toilet plunger to fix it myself. The beds need to be update uncomfortable you definitely feel thw springs

Unless you are familiar with the Bend area or use GPS, the hotel is hard to find. Due to Oregon advertising laws, signage is very lacking to find the building. The room keys (electronic cards) did not work and had to be reprogrammed. This was a common issue that day for others, too. The bathroom sink stopper got stuck and was not repaired until late into the evening. The hotel had only one staff person on-site in the late afternoon/evening to take in arrivals and handle issues for all the rooms thus putting too much stress on the employee. Building was nice but hallways needed vacuuming. Stay was comfortable and rooms were up-to-date with furnishings. We'll give it one more try.

I liked the fact that it isn't downtown but out of the way it kept the traffic to a minimum other than that it's not spectacular but clean quiet and reasonably priced just what we needed on a through stop

I’d recently had my car robbed, asked for a room on bottom floor with window and parking right outside so I could see my car. Was totally accommodated!

It's was very nice. The room was comfortable, beds were great (best night's sleep we've had a long time), friendly and helpful staff, Keurig in the room (which I love). The breakfast had a lot of different things, much better than most. I would definitely stay here again. They need to do something about the tv remotes though (we had two rooms, and neither remote worked-- it was very frustrating).

The first room we checked into had a loud noise from the HVAC unit outside our window that went off every other minute that you could also hear from inside of the bathroom. This room also had leftover food from the guest prior in the refrigerator. The second night we checked into a second room, however, the inside of the toilet was dirty. The third room was fine.

Upon check-in we were greeted with a very friendly front desk host who was very cheerful after a 16 hour drive. Got us a great clean room, quiet, and can't wait for breakfast!

Lo unico que me gustaria que cambiaran es el tiempo del calenton oh del aire que esta adentro de los cuartos se prende solo y se apaga. Luego abienta aire frio. Deben de cambiar ese modo. Otra cosita. El televisor que nos toco ni servia para ver los canales. Por ultimo deberian agregar algo mas de luz porque con las lamparitas que tienen todabia se ve oscuro el cuarto.

This hotel was very dirty. There was rotten food in the fridge, the bedding was stained with what looked like blood. There was also a lot of pee around the toilet. Very unsatisfied and will not be staying here again.

The TV selection was very poor. This hotel needs new TV's. Couldn't get onto the internet to sign in for Netflix.

Reasonable price, very nice room, comfortable beds, outstanding continental breakfast. But -- coming from south with no left turn because of concrete barriers, we had to drive 15 miles north to Redmond to turn around and return for a right turn into the property.
