It was okay. A slow on service, showing its wear, but overall clean and comfortable enough.

The property looked new and clean, and the staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good and kept coming out at a fast pace.

They had a pool I guess Wasn’t clean, front desk lady was rude, no towels in pool area, mattresses were terrible, room wasn’t clean when arrived, they never cleaned the room the entire stay, parking was extremely small.

Great staff. Breakfast buffet was tasty, as was the managers social hour. Easy to drive to and just far enough off the highway that you didn't hear the traffic. Suite kitchen was nicely stocked and so convenient.

The breakfast is complimentary and not very good. I'd advise you bring your own to cook or head down the road to the nearby place. Everything else was perfect. Spacious, clean, decent gym, nice pool, I had no regrets or complaints

i left my belt bag in the room but they said that it was not there i’m 100% sure that i left it in the side table of my bed. i didn’t even use that belt bag out . when i called them . they didn’t even called me back when they said that they will check, so i have to call them again. then they said that the person who clean my room was off for 2 days . now i can’t even go and check the room because they said that the room was occupied. how can i get my belt bag in the room.?

The property was very nice, liked he indoor pool although the heater was not on and it was 68 degrees. They fixed it the same day. The rooms were very nice also. Loved the full kitchen. The breakfast was very good too.

The room was clean amd comfortable, my daughters loved the pool and the yard. The front desk staff exceeded my expectations they where excelent and even game me an extra hour to check out. I will definitely come here from now on.

The free and awesome breakfast is one reason we choose Homewood Suits Checking in at 3pm or a $50 early check in. We arrived from our flight at 9am & had to wait with our luggage until 3pm. Seems there could’ve been a way to accommodate the situation a little differently. The hotel wasn’t at full capacity

I do appreciate the convenience of having a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator. The room itself has a nice layout with a modern feel to it. Although our shampoo/ conditioner/ lotion bottles were practically empty. The breakfast buffet was ok, except the staff seems to have a hard time keeping it stocked. There is no way to wipe down tables yourself after someone eats there so we ate on sticky tables. The garbage cans were overflowing in the buffet area, it seems very poorly managed. They charge $20 for parking per day but there aren’t enough spaces available so we had to park on the street a few times even though we were charged. I think hotels charging for parking is a crime and the hotel industry should be ashamed of themselves. It’s just a cash grab for them

From the outside it looks beautiful however once in the room there was much that needed to be worked on. Cabinets had stains. Dishes were dirty in the shelves. Stains were left on the walls. It felt as if they didn’t properly clean the room before we checked in. This was to be expected as they didn’t have a room available for us when we got there. They had to call someone to come and clean one fast even thought we had booked weeks in advance. Altogether I won’t be coming back to stay at this specific hotel.

The room and hotel was super clean which was nice we had a 1 bedroom king suite. Unfortunately our ceiling light and tv in the bedroom didn’t work. The other room tv worked when we called the desk they said there was no maintenance. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Hot tub wouldn’t turn on the first day but worked the second. We also phoned the front desk for more towels were told to come to the front desk and I did immediately and no one was there I waited for 15 minutes went back to the room tried calling the front desk again and wasn’t answered for the remainder of the night.

Pool for child The Alarm clock in our room had been set by a previous guest. It kept going off this morning every 5-10 min. I tried to turn it off, but it came back on, I unplugged it, but it still kept going off, and unfortunately it was strapped to the table otherwise it would be in the hallway right now. Staff offered to move rooms, as there is no engineer on site, but I am now awake, and can not get back to bed. Let people use their phone, or request an alarm clock. This review could have been avoided, and I am waking up angry, not rested.

The room was clean. The kitchen had necessary items stocked. The toilet in our room was had low water pressure in the tank so the toilet would not move waste. I called the front desk twice. No maintenance on duty. Check out is in an hour and a half. We can't flush the waste from the toilet. Were using the bathroom over waste.

This property was perfect for our family of 6! The rooms were spacious with a fully stocked kitcken. It was quiet, safe and great. The breakfast in the morning was also really good.

Location was great close to surgery center where my husband had his knee surgery. Breakfast was ok, not the greatest. Breakfast could be improved. Parking should be free since it is on site.

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Only one restaurant in close proximity. Care has to be taking to walk to other locations as you have to cross freeway ramps to get to them. That is assuming you don’t mind walking a mile each way. Despite the close proximity to the freeway, we could not hear traffic once inside.

Over it was a comfortable stay with a few hiccups. The heater did not work. The front desk was contacted and maintenance attempted to fix but was unsuccessful after several attempts. The unit should have been replaced. I was offered a room but was quickly told that the problem could be resolved. Changing rooms was never members again.

Our dishwasher went out and leaked all over our room. We cleaned it up called room service in which they told us they were unable to change our room since they were full and didn’t offer any additional service or discounts. They sent a person from maintenance named Elvis who did not touch the machine and so it was out of use the rest of our stay and they really didn’t bother to address the issue or check on us our remaining three nights. This was a very nice hotel. We got in late and had to get up very early to catch our flight so we didn’t venture out in the area but we topped our rental car off at this exit then returned it the next morning and it stayed full enough to not be charged. Everything was very clean. We were short a pillow since we needed to make the couch out into a bed but a quick run downstairs got us what we needed. The fellow at the front desk was pretty numerous and gave me a couple complimentary waters which I felt was very nice. We left before breakfast but the did have coffee out that early and he said if we found an attendant they could get us a bagel or toast for on the run but we didn’t have time to even run down and see. Our flight left at 8am and we left at 5:45a and we had plenty of time to return our rental car and take the tram to the airport and plenty of time to potty and get there with a half hour to spare. The hotel was very nice ( seemed pretty new) and spacious and great amenities and great staff. Would highly recommend. Thanks!

This was a very nice hotel. We got in late and had to get up very early to catch our flight so we didn’t venture out in the area but we topped our rental car off at this exit then returned it the next morning and it stayed full enough to not be charged. Everything was very clean. We were short a pillow since we needed to make the couch out into a bed but a quick run downstairs got us what we needed. The fellow at the front desk was pretty numerous and gave me a couple complimentary waters which I felt was very nice. We left before breakfast but the did have coffee out that early and he said if we found an attendant they could get us a bagel or toast for on the run but we didn’t have time to even run down and see. Our stay here was great, the staff were genuinely so nice. The man that greeted us was super apologetic for our "long wait" yet we quite literally only waited like five minutes at most. The room was clean and you couldn't hear other people. I wore earplugs to sleep because of the airplane noises but I am a very light sleeper. The hotel had a good free breakfast selection I was genuinely impressed. I didn't get to use the hot tub, pool, or deck which was a shame yet it did look nice. There were no bed bugs. 10/10

I also wonder what goes on there that at 430 in the morning cars coming in & out of there with loads of people??? Reason we know this is we woke up checked parking lot from our room & now parking spaces came available so moved our car back over. I don’t think I would stay again with all this activity going on at a Sunday morning??

Great place!!

Our stay was really great except for the fact that people are reservations put me down for two days running three days. I had to book an additional day separately, which caused a lot of issues. Then when we moved, we asked them to hold some meat for us because we were gonna use the barbecue which we tested out the day before they lost the meat, it took about an hour to find it. The guy seem like he really didn’t care and then once we got up to the patio, the barbecue wouldn’t like there was two of them both broke very disappointing.

Would stay again

Adam deserves an extra "shout out" for going above and beyond to meet my family's needs. He was superb. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Definitely coming back.

Drawbacks: The pool was a bit too cold and they couldn't adjust the temp, traffic noise at night from the freeway (I used earplugs), free breakfast was not as shown (no waffle machines, always a breakfast burrito bar which my kids didn't care for), ADA accessible rooms have a flat walk-in shower which always let water spill out onto the tile floor which is slippery. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we really enjoyed having a 2-bed suite with separate kitchen and living room area. Great for a family with kids.

It's close to the freeway entrances and close to food places.

Some staff are rude, the only guy who was awesome was Sheldon. I stayed two weeks, I also had multiple instances where the towels were dirty. Also cleaners will knock on doors regardless of whether the privacy sign is on.

I booked 2 one bedroom suites with 2 queen beds in each suite, because of the number of people we had. Instead, they gave me 2 one bedroom suites with 1 king bed each. So, my family of 4 had to share 1 kind bed, which was a disaster. I didn't sleep for 3 nights. In the other room, my elderly uncle had to sleep on the sofa, which left him with an achy back during our entire vacation. What's the worse is that I left several messages for the manager, and never got so much as a courtesy call back. I definitely recommend that you don't stay at this hotel given the poor management and how they treat their guests.

The air conditioning unit was making a funny sound and the toilet took forever to fill. The computer system was down so the nice gentleman had to check us in manually which took a bit.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The perfect place to stay the night before surgery in the Bay Area.

The property is good. Need to work on making sure the provide clean towels

Spacious suite near Redwood Shores Lagoon where I went to watch a college rowing event. Met my needs perfectly.

This hotel looks nice, but wasn't very clean. The pool and hot tub would have been much more enjoyable without all of the hairballs we found everywhere. The hallway rug wasn't vacuumed at all during our 2 night stay. The chairs, couch and rug in the room were heavily stained. The person staying above us was moving furniture around at odd hours of the night and sounded like they were exercising in the room. In all, it was fine, just not as nice as it could have been. I've stayed in equivalent hotels for 1/3 of the price.

Great hotel stay for our family! Spacious rooms with everything you need for a two day stay for a volleyball tournament. The kitchen was a big help for our stay and had everything you needed.

We had an actual suite with a full kichen and large refrigerator. Dishes, glasses and cooking implementa included! The bed was around the cirner from the kitchen, so you werent really looking at it. Goid size living room area with corner sifa. Everything was ckean & comfortable & it was on the front of the hotel facing highway traffic, but the noise was barely noticeable. Great hotel, would definitely return again.

Very quiet and clean

Unexpectedly dirty overall...lack of attention to detail. No dish soap...only given a single pack of dishwasher detergent. Had to ask for another pack each day. We got stuck on the pool level in the rain because the door sensor wasn't working properly. Front desk seemed very aware of it and didn't seem overly concerned. Overall lack of expected service for the price. Not impressed.

Not what I expected for the price, or for a "Hilton". I've been in cleaner Motel 6 ...I've had better service in Best Western. I'm simply disappointed for the price point.

Wonderful hotel, I celebrated my bday. I will return, my family and friends already heard from me how nice is to stay at the Hilton in Belmont, I am definitely returning.
