Our room was clean and had everything that we needed. Although we didn’t use any of the kitchen amenities it was nice to have that ability. We did get to enjoy a nice continental breakfast in the morning. Parking was easy and there were plenty of spots available. The staff was nice and helpful, they made it super easy to check in and out.

No dishes, etc. in the rolm - you need to pick them up at the front desk. Would have been nice if the desk clerk had mentioned it at check-in so I didn’t have to make an extra trip.

Grab and go b'fast is OK, nothing to write home about. My wife (who has high standards) didn't think the room was clean enough.

I guess it was fair for the price. Was a little run down. They gave me a handicap room when I am not handicapped. The showerhead wouldn’t attach to anything and I had to hold it. The sink was extremely small.

El, the receptionist/front desk superman, is simply a National Treasure!! He puts customer first and always makes sure every customer has the best experience during his/her stay. I can't thank him enough for making this hotel the best place to stay in the Bay Area.

Staff was friendly but the overall experience was not good.

The property was clean, room was perfect. This location was definitely better than other Extended Stay properties I’ve stayed at. The front desk guy was very nice with top notch customer service. When I checked out he bid me farewell by my name. It’s something so minor but really gave me a good departing feeling about my experience. I would certainly recommend this hotel and will happily stay here again.

Picked this place because previous reviews said it was exceptional. It was not family friendly, beds were uncomfortable and there was dog urine in the elevator.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable stay, could use a few options for breakfast. It is just packaged oatmeal, coffee, apples and oranges, and if you get up early….yogurt. The hotel is also located close to some walking paths which were pleasant.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but we found several women’s hair between the sheets. Also one evening we couldn’t get the shower water hot enough to shower. Must of ran out of hot water. Parking lot was safe and easy to find parking.

It's interesting how there was a stove but no pots/pans. AC/Heat worked perfectly. I felt the hardwood floor felt a little dirty but other than that it was good for a short stay!

Clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms feature hardwood floors big windows that can open, updated furniture and bathroom. It’s perfect if you just need a place to call home for a few days or few months. However, this hotel does not have public lounges or outdoor areas. The small lobby has maybe 4 chairs. Breakfast includes coffee, packets for hot chocolate, tea bags, nutrigrain breakfast bars, packaged muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fruit, packets of instant oatmeal. By 7;50 am, all the eggs and fruit have already been taken by other guests. Get there early.

We were there for just one night before flying out. We checked in at about 9pm so it wasn’t busy. The room was clean, but definitely dated, needs a refresh stat. The beds were not as comfortable. The “breakfast” is an overstatement of black coffee, tea, and granola bars. That’s all there it is. I wasn’t expecting much, but worse complimentary breakfast in the history of ever. Might as well not offer anything. Not sure if I’ll stay here again.

We ended up having to add another night that we couldn't have in the same reservation, so we got a single bed room. Sadly, the room smelt of cigarettes, but we knew it would be fine as it was for one night before we moved to a two bed room. We also were very tired from the drive and moving our luggage .We ended up checking in early to our other room. Sadly, the hotel only has two luggage carts, but both were taken, so we had to have one person stay in the room while the other had to make three trips to move our stuff to the other room, as our room key had stopped working. This is all happenstance, not anyone's fault. Once we got into the two bed room, things went much smoother.

Own stay was 25 days and the maids cleaned once a week, which is reasonable but can be hard if you didn't pack anything to clean with youor plan to bring a broom. We were in the hotel most of the time as my wife was recovering from surgery. If you plan on staying long and stay in, to bring a few cleaning items. All things considered it was a nice stay with nice people and little issues. I will gladly return.

Overall a good place, but not excellent.

Staff is very friendly. The room was clean but there dents in the fridge door. Very bare minimum furniture. Kitchen are has full fridge and two small hotplate like oven. You have to ask for kitchen stuff at the front desk. It was easy on/off highway and budget friendly. There is no gym, but they have a coffee, tea fruit and muffins breakfast. At 11:04 AM the front desk called me. I thought that was strange. I was literally walking out the door. I figured it was due to daylight savings since clocks moved forward. Over nice stay. I wasn’t in the room much. So it was perfect for me.

The hotel property was generally well kept. The room had the basics and was clean. There were no surprises. This property isn't fancy. Rather, it provides a good experience at a price point that few hotels in the area can compete with.

Great value, no issues with noise or safety during my stay. Good service from front desk. Wifi worked well. Only downside was slight smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom from a previous guest. The breakfast is pretty wimpy, don't count on a big meal or anything.

We liked everything about the location. It was close to the freeway. Easy access to it as well. We will definetly be booking again for future trips I really can say nothing bad about it. There was not much to say. You would be now nit picking everythingto try to find something wrong.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. In our first assigned room, the bed was dirty, hair on the bed, and the cover was dirty. The floor in both rooms needed a good scrubbing. Upon telling the front desk, they kindly moved us into a new room.

Dirty… unwashed sheets, dirty towels, no cups or glasses in rooms… you have to request cups from the desk. No coffee maker. But mostly it was just dirt and gross.

Overall I am satisfied with my stay although I have spent little time in hotel due to a business trip. I want to emphasize the friendliness of the reception and helpfulness that contributed to most of my satisfaction.

Surprisingly, nice room. We’ve tried two different kinds the one with the king and the one with two doubles. Definitely like the king room better as it leaves enough space to walk around. This is an excellent choice for a budget hotel where you need to stay for a little bit. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful.

To be fair, I have never stayed at extended stay.. and never will again. Property was right next to Freeway, and very noisy. Room only gets cleaned if you ask for it. The smell from people cooking was awful. For the price, it was not what I expected. Staff were very friendly however.

I am surprised this hotel is quieter than what I thought although it is close to the highway. The price was affordable, and I got all I needed.

My room was not clean, there were crumbs and hair on the floor of the bathroom when I arrived. The furniture was scuffed and tattered and the chair had patches on it. Walls are paper thin and my neighbors were up talking loudly until 2:30 am so I got very little sleep.

The breakfast wasn’t what one would call a breakfast, more like a coffee and or packed Hostess style granola and patries. Which for someone with dietary restrictions, that’s not really breakfast. It’s sugar, but we had the ability to cook in our room so I don’t make anything of it. On our second to last day, the elevators went down without notice- I was in the 5th floor and have a disability. I can’t clins stairs, defending them is difficult. I defended the stair way, and informed them- the front desk person who also happen to be the maintenance person, took some kind of key to the elevator box and started it. That left me feeling uneasy- because it shouldn’t be that easy to have an elevator malfunction. Also, mold in bathroom. The laundry facility is really clean.

Overall this property is a good choice to stay. Room is clean and spacious. Easy and free parking is a plus. The breakfast is minimal, and orange and yogurt are all gone by 8:20 and no refill, although the breakfast should open until 9:30. Only coffee and muffin left.

The entire hotel is old and the hallways stink of food. Very noisy. You can hear everything outside in the hallway and noise from the freeway. I noticed the window was slightly ajar but could not close it. The bed was old and uncomfortable. Th only nice part was the hardwood floor. I did not like that you had to go to the front desk for everything even shampoo. The room nightly cost was overpriced.

We tried to grab breakfast before 9am, there was no breakfast.

For the price, little to complain about. The room was spacious and the bonus kitchenette had a full-size fridge, a microwave and a 2-burner stove. The bathroom was clean but toiletries like soap and shampoo had to be gotten from the front desk. The floor was sticky next to the bed, as apparently someone hadn't cleaned up a spill completely. My tablet could not connect to the wi-fi but it was unclear why. But even so, we would stay here in the future, as the price was very reasonable and we got a good night's sleep.

Expedia lied saying the place i needes to get to was 2.7 miles away and it was 4 miles away A big difference when im thinking about timing!! The 2 stars is soley on the cleanliness of my room. I appreciated the breakfast items available 😊 The staff was super frieny and nice :)

Breakfast was a joke. Only had coffee, breakfast bars,and prepackaged tiny muffin..they shouldn't even advertise free breakfast. Nothing walking distance for food .

Way too expensive for a plastic coated mattress pad that was so uncomfortable. Old, run down, bad neighborhood, old rooms, smelled and very expensive.

There was plenty of room for me and my stuff. There was fresh coffee every morning, but there could have been some more breakfast products. You have to ask for dishes, cutlery and stuff so that I didn't care for. Wish that would have just been in the room. Overall, good place to stay.

An older man at the front desk was very helpful and hilarious! Great sense of humor and had excellent customer service. Parking was free, which was awesome! The hotel room was also very clean and quiet. Definitely worth staying here if you’re just trying to find somewhere nice to crash for the night.

frequent non-hotel guests entering and leaving the property, loud moaning noises from neigbor rooms, raising suspicions about inappropriate activities, potential prostitution.

Located in an industrial part of town, area is safe. A car is needed to get to downtown or anywhere. Hotel is basic but very clean and the staff was great.

It is described as "Breakfast included". Completely incorrect. There was a card table set up by the check in desk that had coffee, bars and small miscellaneous items. "Breakfast" it was not. Deliberately misleading.

Stayed for over a week do to needing to be local to Stanford hospital. For all you get at the price you get it for, you will not find a better spot. Location is close to a lot, no homeless encampments, staff was helpful and friendly, no drama or problems with guests either.

Extended Stay is clean, quiet and inexpensive compared to nearby alternatives. No restaurant on site though there are plenty of eateries within 10 minutes. The staff was very helpful.
