The bed was comfortable and there was a large couch built in along the window. Plenty of place to store luggage. There was an ice and water room a few doors down from our room. At reception there was water and apples. We didn’t use the bar or parking. The property was well placed for shopping and the cinema

During breakfast, a waitress made an error with our order. Instead of correcting it, she reported to her manager that we had used foul and abusive language—an allegation that is completely false. The situation escalated when the restaurant manager came directly to our table and confronted us with this accusation without making any effort to verify the facts. Being approached and accused while other guests were watching, was both shocking and deeply humiliating. We felt compelled to leave our meal unfinished and check out of the hotel. The experience was distressing enough that I later became physically ill. What is most concerning is the complete lack of accountability afterward. We requested a call from the GM, weeks have now passed despite our efforts to follow up, yet we have received none. This was not simply a service mistake—it involved a false accusation, and the situation was handled unprofessionally at a management level, followed by a total failure to follow up. For a globally recognized brand, this reflects a serious lapse in professionalism and care for their loyal customers. Until this is properly addressed, we cannot recommend staying here.

The staff was above excellent and very kind. Everyone from the valet to the check in person to the room service staff to the housekeepers were amazing. Definitely a 11/10

Took about 10min to get called up to the desk to check in but other than that it was great. I requested wine and gave permission to charge card but never got wine or charge.

Amazing location! Plenty of bars and restaurants, and best of all, everything is within walking distance. Spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, and easy parking.

The room was out of this world, staff was amazing as well.

Room was nice but they have their bar/restaurant and at night there was a DJ and basically turned into a club. We could hear it all from our room until nearly 1am. At the price point we paid for the room, we should have just stayed at the Westin next door.

The stuff over they’re very horrible. They don’t know how to make a customer service.

The location was nice and front desk was nice. I didn’t like the bed. It was too hard. The tv was really slow and I was told if I signed up for the rewards I wouldn’t be charged for wifi but I was still charged. Also I think the drawers were crooked because they didn’t close properly.

Staff and cleanliness were on point

Our room was on the 4th floor and it was still very noisy from the bar below. You would think spending that much for a room that the hotel would be able to sound proof the walls or floors somehow better. I also was not impressed with the shower that was huge, but had a very short arm on the shower head so that you had to stand way up right against the shower handles with a ton of wasted space that was unused.

Everything was great and all the staff is wonderful. Definitely will be making it a regular stop

Great hotel!

We stayed at the W Bellevue for the first time for our anniversary. From the moment we checked in everyone was amazing. They upgraded our room and left us complementary champagne with a thoughtful note which was so sweet and special. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Tiffany our girl at the front desk was really nice and helpful. Definitely one of the best hotel we’ve stayed at will be coming back 😊

Shocking they have bathrooms that both genders can use same time. A lot of women walked out because men were using the same bathroom as them. They can’t have 2 separate public bathrooms? I will never stay at the W Bellevue Hotel again.

Overall it was good. The bed wasn’t very comfortable tho. The shampoo and conditioner not good the shampoo didn’t get like soap at all

The yellowish stain part at the bottom of right corner side, it has been washed but still stain a big part of it.

The carpet floor was dirty with debris all over, chair also chips and debris.

I recommend The W In Bellevue 10 of 10.

The property is very well taken care of, very modern and very clean. This is our second time staying here and will definitely come back.

Hotel is driven by expensive, modern, status driven vanity over functionality. Thankfully they let us have our 50lb dog stay with us. She is a good girl!

Overall, I rate this hotel a three stars. Upon arrival, it was quite confusing where to park. Go into the wrong hotel because there is a Westin hotel near by. I then have to go two the 2nd floor, cross the "bridge" and then make a few turns to get there. Park down stairs, but have to move the vehicle after check-in to go park at P4 or P5. The room is dusty and there is a charge for internet usage. I will give them another chance, but not anytime soon. The front desk staff was professional and greet us with warm smiles.

Overall was a decent experience however a few days after I checked out I was charged $45. No idea what the charge was for. Was there less than 24 hours, did not eat or drink any of the stuff in the room, didn’t even use the toiletries. I already felt like the room was over priced but to then get charged for god knows what after the fact was disappointing. Will not be back to this hotel.

I love the W and Westin hotels. First time bringing my dog and I was shocked at the 100 fee. No other “dog friendly “ chain has such a crazy fee. The hotel is great but it will make me think twice when traveling with my dog.

I am familiar with Bellevue so I wasn’t concerned with finding the W Hotel or their parking, however I had a very hard time! If there is one thing I can suggest is to make your hotel and parking more visible for those trying to find you, please. Otherwise, I absolutely LOVE your dog-loving hotel, the staff, room service, the quiet rooms, the ease of checking-in and checking-out. Thank you!
