Staff was great. Room was not cleaned very well. Dusty and smelled of wet rags. Ice bucket had a smelly, moldy something in it that was stinking up the room. Put it in the hallway and took 2 days before it was picked up and cleaned. Tv also did not work.

Clean and comfortable property. Affordable and convenient to the freeway.

The bathroom was definitely not very clean.

So close and convenient to our daughter's house. The lighting wasn't so great. We couldn't see into the closet, very dark. No cream or sugar for our coffee. We are older and the toilet is so low, it was extremely hard to get up off of it.

Amazing experience and definitely worth every penny. Mathew is a superstar ! The venue is super clean, staff courteous and polite and everything works! Definitely a 6/5 rating

Love staying here, staff is wonderful, great location and I thinks it's a value..my only complaint is that this most recent stay the hot tub was out of commission on a holiday weekend. I know this may have been something out control of the hotel but I specifically book here for the hot tub.

Anyways, there wasn't a waste basket in the room, and the toilet paper roll holder was missing as well. Additionally, when you sat on the pot after closing the bathroom door there was a bunch of hair and dirt in the corner for you to stare at while you did your business. The room was next to the outside door and was super noisy. Someone was parked outside for about an hour blaring music in thier car. I called to complain about the room and noise and was told something would be done, and nothing was. They were happy to switch my room to a better one the next day, but it sucks to have to go through that to begin with.

No Elevator!! Must arrange for cleaning , they don't clean daily. When we tried to arrange the same day cleaning at 8am, apparently they had no staff to clean. We asked for 3 new towels, we did not receive until our 3rd call to front desk. Hot tub was not working. Gym had a puddle of water by the water station, garbage overflowing - people left their garbage on the table by the garbage bin. Afternoon frontdesk staff was friendly.

We used to go to this location often. Was my wife’s favorite. They don’t have a free breakfast which is fine if other things are up to par. The hot tub wasn’t working. They charge you $10 to park. Staff was okay but probably just that. There was tear in curtains. The shower pressure was light. Firm bed reach she likes. Definitely won’t be first place to looking into on other travels

Very comfortable hotel. They take pride in their center garden walkway. It was very nice. Great staff, clean hotel. Found a few shortcuts their contractors took when finishing the rooms, but it was minimal stuff. Overall, a nice place that I will use again when we come to town. A+

BED BUGS. We saw a bed bug in our room and management refused to refund us. We had to heat treat all of our luggage. Management was very inflexible and seemed to treat bed bugs as a minor issue. The cleanliness of the room looked nice on the surface but while investigating for more bed bugs we saw disgusting floor with trash under the beds and gross bed liners. There was also a small hole in the wall behind the end table. Overall, awful experience.

The place was perfect for a quick overnight. I didn’t have a chance to check out many of the amenities, but overall it was an enjoyable stay. I think charging for parking at this location seems strange.

The room smelled like manure, but when I told the front desk, they quickly gave me another room and bottelled water and snacks. New room was fine.

The front desk was helpful, Valerie especially helpful to us. The bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet and relaxing at night. The lobby was equipped with plenty of comfortable seating and snacks the start the day.

Everything was clean and the staff was nice. Our TV didn’t work and the technician came immediately to fix it. We didn’t use the pool or fitness room. The only problem I had was the shower curtain. It was ripped and the curtain didn’t cover the whole shower and water was coming out. Overall everything was fine and affordable!!

The staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. My family enjoyed the free fresh popcorn in the lobby! That was a nice touch—along with the free beverages and protein bars. The fire in the indoor fireplace was very welcome (along with the outdoor fire pit).

I needed a room with handicap accessible bathroom and room for a walker to get around.i had a Dr. appointment at OPA Ortho in Seattle so it was not too far. It was a very quiet area so that was helpful to be able to sleep.

The hotel and room were excellent. I was never bothered by cleaning staff, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. My only problem was the wifi kept disconnecting every few minutes. At first I thought it was just my laptop, but then I noticed it on my phone too. I wasn't in my room much the first couple days, so I left it. I mentioned it on the 3rd day in the evening and they had a network engineer take a look at their router the next day and got it fixed up while I was away. Other than that blip, the stay was excellent.

Car is needed to get around. Stuff is very helpful and polite, pleasant to deal with. Shopping mall is in 15-20 minutes walk.

Staff was great. Room bathroom was gross. Mold and bugs coming up from the pipes. Also they rent out their pool to a swim class most days (late afternoon and all day sunday) making it tough to swim.

Rooms was nice, heater worked well to keep room heated. Property is a 2 level building. Came here during a later winter business trip. Big issue was the sound proofing was terrible. Could here upstairs people walking around. Biggest issue was the room next door decided to have a business phone call at 5 AM for 15 min, where I could make out half of the conversation. THis was the biggest issue of the property, and would not come back here again due to this.

I stay here once a year for work and I really enjoy the property and what it has to offer. Although I was surprised to find out that the hot tub is no longer accessible. I guess there are new owners and there will no longer be a hot tub available. Other than that I love how its close in proximity to food and shopping. I love that it has a mini fridge and microwave which is often not available at other places. Definitely will stay again in the future.

The room I was in was fine when no one was next door, but the second day a family checked in and were incredibly noisy. Some of this was they were just loud peoplle, but some is related to their being an adjoining door between our rooms. If booking here, I would ask if there are rooms without adjoining doors and request one of those.

Everything was very nice.

The location, room and staff were great. The $50.00 to park when there a minimum of 50 empty spaces available seemed a bit much and the $6.00 for a dry Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich? Other than that it was perfectly fine.

The room was great. The bummer was they were holding swimming lessons at the pool and my kids were not able to swim and enjoy the pool. One of the main attractions of why we choose this hotel. Was super bummed!

The hotel was definitely value for the price paid. The location was great, just a short drive away from Bellevue.

The bathtub hadn’t been cleaned when I checked in. There was hair from the previous occupant. It took two requests over two days to get that addressed. Also HBO wasn’t working for the entire 4 night stay. The place is usually pristine. I’ve made this my regular spot for at least 6-8 trips to Bellevue. So hopefully this is an isolated incident.

Staff was nice when we arrived that night. Breakfast selection was limited at a cost no hot coffee was available when we went for some in the lobby. It was empty. Front desk in the morning had no idea what to do.

The hotel advertised as having a spa hot tub and was the reason I booked there. Upon arrival realized the hot tub was broken and was informed there was no intention to fix it.

There is very limited staff. I asked at 11 am to get a sheet change in my room and they told me it was too late in the day. Too late? It’s still morning! No housekeeping ever came around ever. Check in process took a very long time. We had to pay for parking, which was weird since there were absolutely no cars in the parking lot whatsoever. It’s not in a city setting, so what is the need for a parking fee? The staff just did not seem to care about our needs whatsoever. There was also no breakfast attendant. If you did want breakfast, have fun paying for overpriced milk and cereal. I felt like a burden asking for anything. Room is fine. It’s weird that the microwave and fridge is next to the toilet room. Listen to me. Do not come here for your next business trip or if you’re wanting to visit Bellevue or Seattle. You will not get your needs met. Go somewhere that has a staff that gives a d*mn.

The room had mold growing above the bed, there was hair inside the refrigerator, the spa was broken. They advertised breakfast but it consisted of cereal and oatmeal. Not even a single fruit. This place was super disappointing.

In a very nice clean and relatively quiet, former high-end hotel. Plenty of parking and relatively quiet except for the midnight to 4 AM crowd came and went every 15 to 20 minutes.

We arrived on a Sunday night after a long drive. We were greated by a very freindly front desk perso. He checked us in and noted we were eligible for a room upgrade due to our vip Status with an affiliate hotel rewards program. We loved the Garden patio room. The room was clean and had a very comfortable King bed with a Large sofa and desk . The bathroom was clean and plenty of room to move around. My waife and daughter checked out the Pool while I got linens for the Pull out bed. Unfortunately the Hot tub was out of service. I saw a huge outdoor seating area with a large firepit. In the morning I tried the coffee shop. The Cofee was good and hot. The room was clean and Affordable and the staff was very friendly. I wi be back on further visits.

The fire pit, indoor fireplace was golden. The pool was nice but the hot tub was roped off with caution tape and closed and unattended, which was very unfortunate. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

It was very quiet and comfortable

Laundry was adequate & the pool and hot tub were great. I was offered a bottle of water after we settled into our room but not any extras. Matthew was very helpful with our questions & offered us a cord to charge my fone when there was no outlet for charging in our room, he deserves a raise! This is our 1st stay at a Sonesta & it was an impressive facility, however, we were surprised there was no complimentary coffee or breakfast.

The only two thing I had a problem with was first thing was on line it said it was a continental breakfast and when we front desk ever said that we had to pay for breakfast and all see said was breakfast is from 6:30 AM to 10 AM. I was never offered a VIP drink package. The second thing was when I booked this package I realize that it book wrong two rooms and from what I click on. So call Expedia and they said I would need call hotel. So when called the hotel they said that I would have to cancel it and I would get a refund. So I did that and rebook the two room I was wanting originally within first 15 min of booking this. So wait few day to see if the refund came and it did not. So called on this and they decided to tell me then that first booking that I made was not refundable and that there was nothing I could. So now I am playing for 4 rooms and only able to use 2 rooms. I even try originally to ask if they could switch the original booking and they say no I would have to cancel it. So when I call about the refund and found out it was not refundable I asked if I could use it since I paid for it and just use for other trip and they also said no. Please make sure you’re paying attention when u are booking with this place because they don’t care if they help you fine a better solution. They got there money that all that they care about. I would never stay here again.

I enjoyed me stay here, the room was clean and comfortable and the hotel had plenty of parking ($10/day, which is super cheap in my experience). The walls are very thin - I could hear the person in the room next to me singing to themselves, which was weird, and if anyone was in the hallway, I could hear them clearly as if they were in the room with me. Thankfully, I went during a time where it the hotel wasn't very busy, so it wasn't a problem for me, but I could see where it might be if it had been busy. It's also in a weird location - kind of at the back of a series of hotels and buildings all in a clump. Maps led me to a random building and at first I thought I was totally lost, but after I drove around the area for a while, I finally found it, so be aware if you're using a GPS, you may get led to the wrong building. My son and I were very much looking forward to our stay at the Soneta. The images of the property online were beautiful. When we arrived we were not disappointed. Beautiful spot. Check in with Valerie (I believe) was very pleasent. She was a highlight. The room was a great size and the beds were excellent. All good. The first issue arose in the fact that although being in one of the tech hubs of the world the room was very low tech and dated. There were no USB ports for charging or convenient plug ins for chargers. The old light fixtures had outlets but overuse has rendered them all but unusable. For three of the nights we had rain; not much opportunity to stay out at night so we stayed in. Night one several tv stations stop working. All the majors. We couldn't watch the Mariners clinch a championship berth in their own city. This wouldn't have been such an issue if there had been a way to cast to the TV. It was too old for that capability. Highly disappointing. When we asked the staff each day we got the same reply, "We don't know. Sorry." Aside from Valerie at check in they were not helpful. I have been in customer service for over twenty years and I couldn't let any of these issues stand at the rates we paid to stay here. Anticipation of customers needs before they even arise is a hallmark of a customer service oriented team. I expected better.

it’s not very business friendly parking is 11.00 dollars a day and it advertises parking no where did they say they charge for it. This hotel is not directly downtown bellevue so i would expect parking would be free there is no extra protection provided for my vehicle it’s not in a garage or even covered area unnecessary charge to customers

We have stayed here many times. Most of the time the stays were good. This time I was disappointed. Our room had an insane amount of gnats, but no food or anything was out. They seemed like they were coming from the vent. I counted 8 on the mirror. The main light flickered when it was on and made a clicking noise. Our room was next to an entrance, my mistake. I'll never get a room next to an entrance again. Way too much commotion. Folks talking, which I understand. The door closing was extremely loud as well. So overall, not our best visit.

The hotel is quiet and in a safe area. Parking is free and easy. The only (minor) downside is the lack of elevator to the 2nd floor. This is a great place to stay in Bellvue without breaking the bank and with easy driving access to dining and shopping, parks, playgrounds etc.

Stayed one night and had to utilize the hide a bed for my kiddo. Bedding was missing from the room for the bed, but was easily remedied at the front desk. Staff was super nice.

Its a quiet place except for the room next to us. These girls showed up drunk at 3am and were super loud. The staff came up and talked to them to quiet down. They moved us the next day across the facility to be away from them which was awesome.

I had a great time here for an amazing price. The staff was extremely friendly, allowing me to change my room to one that was closer to the inner courtyard without problems. The pool was open from 6-11 pm and nice and warm. The whirlpool was also great! The only thing was that there was no breakfast buffet, however the options were ok for around $10.

Our room was clean and the property was quiet. We were allowed early check in and late check out - so much appreciated, thank you. Our hallway was colder than a freezer but the room temperature was controlled. The breakfast was warm and delicious. Hot tub was not working last day and we sat around waiting for the maintenance person to arrive and they never did so we left. It was in working order our first night. It was quite nice.

Fitness center was small but had a good limited range of equipment. Laundry facility was a bit pricey for the quality of equipment, but it did the job for a longer road trip. Would certainly stay here again.

This is a basic 3 star hotel with nothing so great to call out. The stay was good and quiet for the most part. Walls are paper thin and the internet was just bad. Apart from that the rooms are decent and clean. The area has a lot of dining and shopping options around. Customer service is ok and I didnt face any issues. For the price i think this is a decent place.

I loved everything except the lady on reception.. ( Kate) she was very unprofessional, ignorant. When we came to check out she was already on the phone. People were waiting, we started to wait to. Nothing was said to all of us, such i ll be with you, nothing. Then she was rude to the guy that came to check in. Us were quick, but by the time it was our turn i was already frustrated. Other then that everything else was great. Guy at the cafe area was super helpful and nice, cleaning people to. Very nice , joyfull even.

Toilet flushing didn't work had to manually flush very inconvenient. Not even free breakfast for how much they charge! You can find a better hotel for the price.

The Manager, Ms. Robyn, was outstanding. I had booked the room for our family. But due to scheduling, my wife reached the hotel a few hours before. She guided me to change the reserveration (made on Expedia) to my wife's name and resolve the issue. My apolgies to her for not understanding the problem at first and and thank her for her kindness.

This hotel is very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the sofa and desk, plus refrigerator and microwave were also good to have. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were very popular. I would recommend this hotel!

The hotel was located in a very good spot, quiet and peaceful, which made our stay relaxing. Convenient location and comfortable environment.

The stay was very nice. The staff was adequately friendly. There were multiple instances where the breakfast was out of some offerings, but that wasn't a large inconvenience, and some of them were remedied before the end of our stay. However, there was mold on the ceiling of our bathroom that should be addressed. That was the largest complaint though, and most everything else was very lovely.

The room initially signed to us had bad smoking smell, but switch to another clean room quickly. It must be previous customers faul to smoke inside room.

Everything had that extra polish that makes for a great hotel. Clean and comfortable, and the bed was so soft. The view was great as well. I was almost sad I wasn't staying for longer!

This was a fantastic hotel for our stay! It was within walking distance to the train station which was handy to get to Seattle and other nearby cities. The rooms were nice and staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that they didn’t have extra blankets, sheets and pillows in the room for the pull out bed, we had to go down to the front desk and were told we might not be able to get a pillow as they are short on them (we did get one though so that was good). Also, one of the rooms we rented had a weird sticky spot on the floor, but otherwise was fine. The location was really nice and we felt super safe, but there isn’t any restaurants nearby, which was fine for us as we walked or ordered in. The pool was really nice! Overall very happy and would definitely stay here again.

Nice propert, good location

The courtyard at night was beautiful, and I enjoyed my takeout dinner there. The rooms and the whole facility were clean, and I’d love to stay there again.

Affirdable, beds were comfirtable. Loved the outdoor seating around the firepit.

I liked that it was in a quiet area. Not so busy. The only thing I didn't like was the placement of the room we got, it was right beside an exit which was busy. People are always coming and going. It would have been more restful if we are far from that door.

I reserved a king bed room but when I arrived they let me know they only had queen rooms available. I am a 6’5” man. It is uncomfortable for me to sleep with feet hanging off the bed. On top of that the room they gave us had stale air and bug carcasses in the crown molding.

Cost to park. Why? Deposit on the room . It's kinda behind a few buildings. A better sign would work

Courtyard was very nice, but the grounds around the parking lot could use a little more maintenance. It was a hot weekend, but we don't think the hallways needed to freezingly cold. The room was very nice, but we could hear the guests' footsteps upstairs every time they walked, and the walls creaked so loud, it was hard to sleep until they went to sleep (after midnight). We would consider staying again.

Goid affordable, clean place

Stayed at Sonesta a couple weeks back and went fine as we were only there to sleep. We decided to book again for two nights. Maintenance was being done. Brown water was coming out of shower head. Toilets weren’t flushing for hours and water faucets didn’t have pressure for hours. Tried to speak with a manager Alexa on 4 occasions and she was not available the first time, then she was writing an email, then once again not available to speak with us. We were able to get our room changed, however also had brown water coming out of our faucet. We went due a swim just to be told that we could only swim on half of the pool due to them holding swim classes. Class after class occurred from about 4pm-7:00pm. Will never stay here again!

Sonesta Select Bellevue Washington It was easy to find a room and pay for it online. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. Its a very spacious room. Clean room and quiet area. Absolutely amazing place to stay I will definitely come back again.

Good place to stay in Seattle area.

The manager on duty was Ryan. He checked us in and was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. He went out of his way to arrange the cancellation of one of the rooms we had reserved and the didn’t need due to a illness. The property itself was clean, safe and conveniently located near the highway. Food options were within a 15 minute drive. The pool was fun for the kids.
