Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating its quiet location, comfortable beds, and spacious rooms. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with the outdated facilities, cleanliness issues, and unfriendly front desk staff.
- Quiet location with beautiful surroundings
- Comfortable beds and spacious rooms
- Outdated facilities and furnishings
- Cleanliness issues reported by multiple guests

My room was definitely 2-star in terms of cleanliness and it looked like the bathroom had undergone some very sloppy repairs. The $15+tax per night parking charge feels very nickel and dimey. Unfortunately, there's nothing nearby that is very walkable (Safeway + CVS about a mile away) and doesn't feel particularly safe to take a stroll by yourself. Be aware.

Well-appointed 'executive' room had everything an '80's executive would need. Mini-sink, generous work surface, two mesh-style office chairs, a big(ger) screen TV and a separate bedroom with its own smaller flat screen. Only things this suite didn't have was USB charging facilities in the main room ... and a HVAC system that worked (!). Controller did nothing except display the current temperature. None of the buttons did anything. Checking the wall mount Amana AC/Heater, there were no signs of luge there, either. Unit was plugged in. Plug-mounted breaker had not tripped. There were no indicating lights on, no clue why nothing was happening. A call to the front desk produced nothing. "Maintenance has already gone home. Just wait, sometimes it takes awhile." No room change offered. Opened a window to cool things down. Closed the window at 4AM because it was very cold outside. (No heat came on, either). Advised front desk the HVAC was out at checkout. They took note and apologized, but offered no compensation. It was as if I reported a burned out light bulb. Obviously, this lavish '80's Executive Suite property has lapsed, and is getting a bit long in the tooth, and the (new?) East Asian management is not doing it any favors. Great location, very competitive price, but lousy customer care.

it was an allaround great experiance
- 3/5
The staff at reception was friendly and helpful. The room was old. The sofa was stained so that we put the extra comforter on it to sit comfortably. The floor in the kitchen was sticky in places. They do have a continental breakfast that was handy. However, a breakfast is not a must for us. The shower and towels were clean. The container for soap, shampoo and conditioner were just about empty. Not being familiar with the area and the Larkspur Landing chain, we chose this because we wanted a suite rather than just a room. We will not choose a Larkspur Landing again.
- 4/5
Breakfast was minimal but fine, not a lot of room to sit.
- 1/5
The room smells of cigar and furniture is very old.
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was helpful, coffee and cookies were fresh, free laundry facilities were really helpful.
- 5/5
Very cool
- 5/5
We enjoyed the continental breakfast and they changed the pastries every three days. Animals are allowed on 1st floor units only and that was a plus due to having allergies challenges from pets. The units with stove and refrigerator allowed intimate dining experiences!!!
- 4/5
Great staff and clean property. The only thing that would help is update the case goods in the room a little outdated.
- 5/5
I had an amazing time employees were always friendly room was clean
- 1/5
I never expected this hotel to be in such poor condition. The hallways were not very clean, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the property. In addition, some of the employees at the reception desk were not professional or welcoming. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I expected much better service and cleanliness from this hotel.
- 5/5
Our check-in was quick and easy. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Comfortable beds, warm water, a.c/ heater worked just fine and breakfast was alright. Overall we had a nice stay and our expectations were met. Would recommend to others, and we will definitely stay again.
- 4/5
We have used this property for 5 years and enjoyed every stay This property is outside of core city. The property started to charge for parking at a exhorbant rate. I will no longer use the property. There are other choices where parking is still free.

My complaint is that they charge 15 dollars a day for parking!! When the parking lot is just a regular lot and the hotel is remotely located!!
- 1/5
See above, rooms need remodeling, payment for parking is a rip off.

- 3/5
The hotel is dated and the main hall areas were not super clean. The room was mostly clean but again quite dated. The shower needed to be updated badly! The bed wasn’t super comfy. For what you pay, it’s a decent place to stay for one night. It had a very quiet location and covered parking.
- 4/5
Breakfast is ok. Room is open and plenty space for a king suite. Nice for a family
- 2/5
I found the hotel run down and old. Carpet to tile was held down by duct tape. Drawers and cabinets, especially in bathroom were a bit crusty and could have done with a good coat of paint. Shower wasn't clean looking either. Closet in bedroom had a broken "handle". TVs had NO reception at all and you could not cast to them so they may as well not have been in the rooms.
- 2/5
They do not tell you they charge for parking. They lie and give you this BS lie it’s a new policy. It’s not on the website. I will not stay with them again. They are crooks.

Family trip and stay this time. We gave always appreciated staying here. Love the quiet, rooms are very comfortable, close by restaraunts and grocery, gas stations provide convenient access to anything we need. Continental breakfast offered is great for a quick grab and go.
- 3/5
Clean room but needs updating, the heat was not up to temperature, requested an extra blanket from the front desk staff and they could not accommodate my request. There is road noise from the freeway and a new policy charging guests for parking.
- 3/5
The room was clean but is past due for a remodel. The heat was not up to temperature, asked the front desk for an extra blanket and could not accommodate my request. There is a new policy charging a daily rate for parking, not good.

I got a $15:00 a night parking fee which wasn’t disclosed at booking but rather at check in. I picked them for their price, however if I knew they were going to do that I would have chosen somewhere nicer.

The day shift receptionists are really nice and very helpful. The hotel is clean and usually quiet. I stay there regularly with a friend and it’s my favorite place to stay in the Seattle area.
- 2/5
I have stayed at this hotel about 30-40 nights per year and the room quality has deteriorated during that time. I've requested different rooms multiple times due to heaters not working. I use to put up with the poor room quality because the price during the non-summer months was reasonable but now will start staying at other places because they started charing $15 a day for parking. I've decided I'll pay an extra $20-$30 per night for a hotel across the freeway with better quality rooms, free full breakfast and free parking.

I have stayed at this property before, but due to this experience, I will not be returning. I also encountered the same employee on January 19 at checkout; she did not greet us and instead looked at us without acknowledging us. Management should review her conduct, professionalism, and customer service standards.
- 3/5
They decided as of January 7th to charge $15 for parking so definitely changes the idea of value for a clean but very dated option
- 5/5
Great hidden place to stay for the night. Definitely book here again.
- 3/5
The Hotel is very dated and a bit dingy, best part is the entrance pictured. Room didn't "feel" clean, however the bed was very comfortable and the showers water pressure and temp were great. Insulting that they charge for parking and the parking spots both in the garage and around the perimeter are very small and limited. Would not stay again at these prices. Thought I was getting something better...
- 3/5
When girl was nice, the other ones kind of had a little bit of an attitude. And I still haven't gotten back my deposit and it's been over ten days
- 3/5
Usually I’m very biased to this hotel because its budget friendly and everything is nice, but this time I found a very big drop in room cleaning level that made me not comfortable at all.
- 5/5
Always good

Place was out dated, mattresses were hard while place smelled of smoke and old food. Staff was friendly

- 5/5
Has been a very pleasant experience during a time when i needed rest im glad it felt safe and it was quiet for new years eve , could of accepted my ESA letter for my tiny 6 and a half pound dog fully grown and goes everywhere with me luckily i work from home online on my laptop . This property is tucked out of the way and in a very nice neighborhood . Very pleasant people and staff .

Liked room
- 3/5
The pullout bed had chips, crumbs in it and the mattress was painfully flat. My siblings could not sleep comfortably in it and they're young kids. However everything else was clean and the amenities were pretty handy. The main queen bed was okay, mattress was a little firmer than expected. Staff was super nice.
- 5/5
Clean room and very hospitable staff, very comfortable and lots of good food nearby! The hotel is clean, warm and welcoming - we will definitely be back!

- 3/5
Everything was good until someone upstairs stomped around starting about 8pm until after 1030pm. Clean, check in was excellent. It would be great to have a pen and paper in the room. Will be back for additional stay for more medical treatments and ask to not be under other guests.
- 5/5
All of the above, exceptional
- 5/5
Great room, great breakfast and great check out time!!
- 4/5
The staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and provides excellent customer service. It’s a great option for travelers with pets. However, I would give it a 4/5 star rating because they need to invest in some new pillows.
- 3/5
Matress was not firm and small. Throughout carpets are very very old. Staff is good. Amenities are not great.
- 1/5
Charged for damages with you any explanation or proof, could not get hold of assistant general manager and they don't even answer you calls. DO NOT STAY HERE.
- 1/5
Charged me $150 for damages without any explanation or proof and didn't even answer that calls. I was told to contact Assistant general manager who never answer the calls or reach you out.
- 2/5
It wasn't the quality I expected. The room was highly aged. The breakfast was non-existent. They only had yogurt and no other choices. No movie channels unless you log into your apps. I will probably not stay here again. I can do better for the money.
- 1/5

I try to cancel because all the flood problems in the area but any company cares about us the customers
- 4/5
Staff was very welcoming both on check in and check out
- 2/5
Lasy at front desk was courteous and helpful and gave us a pad to put over the mattress on the sofa bed.
- 4/5
Breakfast was fine i likethe wafffles in the individual packet
- 3/5
Staff was courteous but facility could use some updates. They are in need of new washers and dryers (two of the washers do not work properly). Elevator 1 was also iffy most of the time.
- 5/5
Room was clean and well maintained. I really only slept in the room because I was out and about on my vacation most days. But it was a nice place to come back to and sleep and shower for the night. The staff was very friendly and answered all questions I had, plus the amenities were very nice as well.
- 1/5
People partied all night long in the room next to us, didn’t get any sleep or stay ever in a hotel front desk went told did nothing about it,

The carpet in the living room was soaking wet. The towels are dried with zero softener the absolute worst feeling when you get out of the shower.

So bad we had to leave and spend the night somewhere else. I requested a refund- seeing as we didn’t even spend the night. but they declined.

The room was just fine but trying to find this hotel was NOT EASY! Even with Google Maps, I could not clearly see the name of this hotel as the location is not out in the open.

Yes, all the above. I had a wonderful stay. Thanks again! Definitely will return when visiting Seattle.

Room could use some general maintenence, bedding was nice, staff was friendly
- 5/5
Room was ready and clean. Staff was courteous and efficient.
- 5/5
I really appreciated the courteous staff, roomy spacious and clean room, and the easy check in and check out.
- 4/5
Typical older budget hotel. Small room with kitchenette. Full size refrigerator, had noisy compressor. Some noise from vehicles in parking lot and from nearby freeway. Hallway carpet kind of loose not taut. Breakfast is some packaged and refrigerated items. Staff friendly. Good wifi reception and speed. Overall an acceptable experience.
- 3/5
The property looked way better on the website than it does in person. It’s outdated and my shower had mold. The old style draperies in my room were also broken and wouldn’t close fully. The staff is super friendly and helpful, but I doubt if I would stay again.
- 5/5
It was tucked out of the way but easy to access and park. And convenient.
- 4/5
Like the size and layout of the suite. Very convenient location.
- 4/5
comfortable
- 1/5
No parking available in the lot after 9pm....it is taken over by large buses, oversized vehicles and people taking 2 parking spaces. There were people living in RVs in the lot and just hanging out in the parking lot after midnight. Staff member at desk tried to refuse to check me in at 6am after I spent my first night of my reservation in my car so it wouldn't get towed or broken into. The room I got was old and not even close to the advertisement pictures. Noise was coming through all walls and ceiling at all times of the night. Floors and walls were stained and wallpaper in bathroom looked moldy. Just a warning to those who look to stay here.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet property. Spacious room with kitchen area. Staffwas great at check in and parking was easy.
- 5/5
Had everything for a comfortable stay.

- 5/5

- 3/5
The rooms show their age, mostly in the design choices, overall seems like it’s held up well. A good amount of sound comes through the walls including my neighbors’ very clear phone call at 6:30am my last morning. Decent little kitchenette and fridge.
- 5/5
Great service nice and clean and good value
- 5/5
Great stay, kind staff, safe and quiet area. Will be back!

Free laundry machines are great. Rooms are very big. The fresh baked cookies were delicious! Staff was exceptionally kind. And the whole experience was wonderful
- 5/5
Nice place
- 4/5
Worked out great
- 3/5
Nice staff. Aged and dirty room - years-long dirt accumulated in corners. Mold in windows. Window curtains and shower curtains falling apart. I just felt very old and dirty and I was so thankful my stay was only one night.
- 4/5
Good spot, fast internet
- 3/5
Great place to stay. I’ve been staying here for years. This time, the parking lot was crowded with buses and trucks taking up multiple spaces and I couldn’t find a place to park when I arrived at night.
- 5/5
We only stayed one night, but the bed was comfortable. The room was clean, and made us feel like home. The staff that helped on the check in was very friendly and welcoming.
- 1/5
It was NASTY the rooms weren’t even cleaned. Garbage on the floor, hair on the bed and pee on the toilet. We got two rooms one for my husband and I and one for my daughter and her friend, both rooms were bit cleaned, we even hit a new room and that was a littler better but still gross, so we decided just to pack up and leave and they refused a refund. I would NEVER stay here.
- 3/5
In addition to going into my room, there were a lot of stains on the counters, and a lot of older appliances that were outdated. It was difficult to sleep due to the walls being very thin and I was able to hear the other guests through the walls and every little sound. It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t the best either. Not sure I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay. Rooms are large and comfortable. Nice staff.

The photos used for this listing are not photos of this hotel. It was dirty, run down, the paint was chipping off the cabinets, one cabinet was mostly off the hinge, there was a large, what looked like a cigarette burn in the desk. The hallway floors were filthy with what looked Iike bleach stains in the carpet. The staff was unfriendly, and did not smile or greet you as you walked in. We were told they are short on housekeeping staff (which was very evident) so to just let them know if we needed anything. There is a large rundown mobile home in the parking lot with someone living in it. I DO NOT recommend this place. This place is the picture of false advertising. I took photos to post as well.
- 5/5
Everything is very good. Only breakfast finish too early haha
- 5/5
I definitely like the place
- 4/5
The staff was excellent, the main areas such as the lobby and entry were well cared for.
- 2/5
Staff lacked smile, soulless, if you can’t show you enjoy customers then probably shouldn’t be in customer service. Believe in your hotel it shows in your face.
- 4/5
* Evening lady is unfriendly almost as if unwilling to help. * Housekeeping are very friendly and willing to help. * Room smelled old due to the building being old.
- 5/5
There were three oversized vehicles occupying many of the parking spaces. One of which appears to be a long term situation. Also, the entry driveway was dark, perhaps some lights need repair?
- 5/5
Wonderful stay. Clean, friendly staff and I loved the room with a kitchen, livingroom, bathroom, and large comfortable bedroom.
- 1/5
Gross
- 4/5
This is a cozy, family-run hotel located in a pleasant neighborhood, right next to a Bible study church. While the facilities are a bit older, the stay is very comfortable. Thoughtful touches, like the warm cookies offered at the counter, highlight their excellent attention to detail.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 2/5
What made the visit terrible is the staff person did not inform me of security deposit. I found from an alert from the bank that my account was billed $100.00. When I inquired then I was told after the fact. As of this response to this survey my bank account has not been credited the security deposit of $100.00. Food at snack bar very limited unless you spicy hot or beef. Speaking of food, the select for breakfast was more like a snack instead of meal. Dissatisfied, Yes May your day go well!

The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Taylor checked us in and was very polite with a great smile. Don't know the woman who helped me print out our boarding passes but was very nice and helpful. Also she baked cookies that we enjoyed!!!
- 5/5
Cost effective
- 3/5
Look well kept but the sheets are kind of itchy
- 4/5
Beds are hard
- 3/5
Bedding was clean , kitchen clean. Walls and doors dirty. Front desk was not very friendly at check but later was helpful. Elevator was filthy. Walls damaged in the hallways by laundry carts. Im sure at one time this was a beautiful property but it clearly has not been well taken care of.
- 5/5
Everything is very clean and the staff are friendly and willing to help you. The location is in a great area and it was well worth the price.
- 5/5
It's quiet and the staff are very friendly.
- 4/5
Breakfast was inadequate for what was stated.
- 5/5
Same as previous review. All the same comforts.
- 4/5
Nice cozy suite with little kitchen. Breakfast was more grab something and go, Not that great.
- 4/5
It has all the amenities of home
- 5/5
It was a great experience
- 4/5
Overall, my stay was fine and I would stay there again. The lobby was very nice, but the rest of the interior property had a lot of cosmetic issues (damaged walls, a huge roll/wrinkle in the hallway carpet that could also be a tripping hazard, etc) and the "kitchen" was lacking - only 1 water glass, a paper towel holder that dropped the paper towels at the slightest touch, only half a sponge - and it looked filthy - to name a few things. The space was great, though. Plenty of room to spread out work and a nice sitting/tv area to relax. The bed was comfortable. The staff members I met were all very friendly and helpful! The continental breakfast had good quality items (Tillamook cheese, brand name yogurt, nice fruit)
- 5/5
Everything about my stay was great.
- 3/5
It was ok
- 2/5
The kitchenette also was not clean as well. However, the women at front desk was very nice.
- 2/5
Old and really average place
- 5/5
I liked that the room had a small kitchen to cook if needed. There were a few hairs left behind in the bathroom that made it feel less clean. We were only there to sleep so bad I stayed longer than the night I would have liked more pillows as the ones they provide flattened.
- 4/5
This place was older than in the photos when I booked it but it was nice anyways. Quiet and cute, nice and clean. I would stay there again.

- 1/5
Likely the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. I left a night early, I couldn’t imagine spending another night there. Starting at the elevator, the wall around the button was black from all the hands that have touched it and the stair well smells like rodent. There was some red splatter on the wall across from the toilet, some weird goop running down the cabinets, hairs in the tub. The bed duvet was stained, there was a spring poking into my hip all night. I slept with one eye open and spent the next day itching my legs. A very uncomfortable stay.I wouldn’t stay here again. I suppose you get what you pay for, spend a little more and stay somewhere else.
- 4/5
Liked the proximity to I-90 and the fresh cookies in the evening. One of the TVs in the room did not work at all, the tub was dirty and the water didn't get hot enough in the shower. The facility seems a bit tired but the bed was comfy and the staff was nice.
- 4/5
When I asked for the shower's soap dispenser to be filled, it was. However, every other aspect of room service was skipped.
- 4/5
Good breakfast
- 4/5
The staff was a amazing. When we left at 4am or 5am in the morning, it was no problem for us to grab some breakfast to go even though it didn't open until 6am. But we discovered we each had athlete's foot on the trip home.
- 3/5
that make it feel like they might collapse and there was a strong smell…like hay almost in the hallways lol but the room was clean and the staff were very nice!
- 1/5
I didn’t stay I needed a refund
- 2/5
There is not enough parking. Big buses take up a good portion of space. The rooms are dated and the drapes are dirty. The bed was TOO soft and painful! The noise from upstairs, if you are not on the top floor, is awful and goes on all night. You can hear through the paper thin walls. The fitness room, though there are 2 bathrooms that are clean and nice, is dirty and machines are old. There is no disinfectant to wipe down machines. The breakfast is nice with a good, more healthy selection of yogurt and various fruits. The 24 hour coffee and tea is a nice touch. I didn't sleep at all, during my 6 night stay, due to be awakened by noise. I asked to be moved, but the staff was not helpful. The free laundry is nice, but the machines don't all work properly, so your left with clothing that is not spun or dryers that stop working, randomly. Next time, I'll go down the street and for a slightly higher price, will be more comfortable and treated better.

Full kitchen in room, great Airconditioning, roomy 1 Queen bed, roomy bathroom.
- 4/5
Laundry room is a plus for biking and hiking event.
- 2/5
Food wasn't good. Beds weren't comfortable. Room was smelly. Hallways and stairs are smelly and dirty. Conversation noises are heard loudly from other rooms.
- 4/5
Location and surroundings are very good. Front desk staff are very friendly. Bed mattress is too soft and shaky. Internet connection is very poor, not able to connect. No bottle water in the room.
- 4/5
We stayed here for one night with my parents. Property and rooms are dated and need renovation. The kitchen cabinets in my room was old and didn't shut. Rom was spacious but dated. Continental cold breakfast and average choices. Limited seating for breakfast. Ok stay for the money. Area was safe and parking was abundant.
- 5/5
Sara was very helpful checking in & about local food and attractions
- 1/5
The only reason I stayed my full trip is because I knew I wasn't going to be refunded in time to book another hotel and I was 6hrs from home.
- 2/5
This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel! The location is great, but it is so old, the mattress is terrible and the staff is very unfriendly. We stayed 3 nights and the only staff member that was nice was the morning we checked out. Also, they said the ice machine has been broken for 20 year! We had to go buy our own and we left the rest of the bag with the staff member to offer to other guests. The free breakfast was a nice thing!
- 5/5
Good place for reasonable price
- 5/5
friendly staff
- 4/5
No hot food like waffles, eggs, hashbrowns, meats. Most facilities that list complimentary breakfast have much more than the skimpy foods here., won’t be back.

The staff are rude. In our room, the TV wouldn’t turn on and we were told to unplug it and plug it back in by the front desk. That didn’t work. The AC unit also didn’t work. We eventually switched rooms. The carpet is stained and dirty. The elevator is old and slow. This hotel does not have any amenities. We asked for a roll away bed but they don’t have one. There weren’t extra bedding in the room either.

Clean and comfortable.

When we arrived, the toilet was barely flushing and the smoke and CO2 detectors had been taken down. This was reported verbally and in writing. They brought us a plunger to keep in the room and said that maintenance would be there in the morning to fix everything. It took 6 days, and reporting it to the right person, to get the detectors installed. They sat on the counter in the room through two “freshen ups.” They only “clean” once a week. All in all, the location was convenient to the highway, restaurants, and a supermarket. They provide a continental (all packaged) breakfast each morning and free parking.

Homeless people are living in and around this hotel!

Property had homeless people. We saw police arrest one. We could see them during breakfast too!

Location is great, easy access to the highway. Close to the grocery store and few restaurants. Breakfast is okay, coffee is available 24/7 at the lobby. The rooms need updating, that’s why I gave it four stars instead of five.

Arriving and check in were fine. When in opened the door to room 429 I was shocked. The room was dark and the light was so dim I turned on more lights, which were broken. My room was filthy, the light plates were all sticky, the floor was grimy so I kept my shoes on. The counter tops and cabinets had splatter on them and when I went to wipe it off if washed off (gross). I think the only thing clean was my towels. I found hair in the sheets and wore flip flops in the shower. I tried to book at another place without luck, so I stayed the first night. I checked out the next morning after a rough night. Not happy and disappointed in the comments at check out by the front desk. No hospitality at this place. Wish I took pictures didn't realize I could add those to the review. (not as pictured on the inside of the rooms)

Needs major upgrade, just packaged stuff for breakfast

Very unprofessional. The district manager replied to my email that I sent after my trip & still had communication attached between him and the location manager basically questioning my medical condition as to why I needed to cancel the day I was expected to arrive. I made seveal attempts to call him to discuss his email but no response after messages were left.....terrible experience 😕

The bed frame was very worn out. You could tell that the room had been occupied with cats because it was torn and the carpet smelled like pee. It was a very unpleasant experience. I was not happy because we had booked the stay for 7 days.

Overall was good. It was cleaned but needed deep cleaning.Need to update the room and bathroom.

A very comfortable hotel for a medium- to long-term stay. My room faced a quiet wooded hillside. The setting is isolated, but ultimately convenient, being just off I-90 in Bellevue. You can walk to a grocery store, drug store and a few restaurants (it's a bit of a hike, but doable). When the hotel is full, there is a scarcity of parking (and the spaces are very small), but I think you can overflow into the adjacent church parking lot. A big shout out to SARA at the front desk, who helped me when I messed up my reservation and needed to stay an extra day.

WE loved our stay at this place!

I would not stay at this hotel again unless it was absolutely necessary

Clean, quiet hotel with free breakfast. Good amenities, snack shop. Overall good value for basic hotel

We were in Seattle for a concert and just needed a place to sleep rather than driving 150 back home. They were totally booked which is fine, but you need enough parking spaces to cover a car for every room. When we got back after the concert we got the last spot and I heard several people come in after us. The bed was the best part, very comfortable. The room had an awful smell and the bathroom was dirty. The whole place needs an update. At $200 a night you expect more (at least I do) breakfast was grab and go type stuff but I guess it filled a void.

Water pressure was Great! Beds were Comfortable and the Staff was very Friendly!

The whole place was filthy and felt gross. When we came back from an errand, our room smelled like weed instead of cigarettes and later it smelled like matches. We were on the first floor so we couldn’t leave our window open to help with the awful smells. I took photos of everything. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I’ll definitely go back. Seemed like home away from home

We had a family emergency and had to find a last minute hotel and a reasonable cost. It was a good hotel. Only complaint was the breakfast. It was minimal with pasterys and yogurt. We travel a lot and stay in hotels frequently and most have hot breakfast. This breakfast gives us reminders of traveling during COVID. But that's our only recommendation to improve.

After that the stay was just ok. The hotel is extremely outdated. The pictures advertised do not represent the actual condition. With that said everything was very clean and iur bed was comfortable.

While it was a little remote but it was withing walking distance from a bus stop. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Receptionists were Unhelpful and extremely indifferent to my requests, and particularly rude while communicating. Despite my request for a quiet accommodation, which submitted via Expedia app, reception has no knowledge of this request, completely unaware of it, in spite of acknowledging reciept to my request at the time...signaling a serious lack of organisation and poor guest management!!!

All the front desk staff, the housekeeping staff everyone was very friendly. I stayed there for nearly a month and a half due to water damage in my apartment and the staff would even ask how things were going and genuinely meant it. Neville, Sara, Jessica and Taylor. They made things that were increasingly disasterous a little easier to take.

Decent hotel. The continental breakfast was very bare minimum but other than that everything was good.

Hotel is nicely tucked away making it quiet, staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and clean for the most part, noticed a couple stains on the comforter but other than pretty good. The only was I could not get the TV to turn on no matter what I did.

This Extended Stay is a very nice location. Clean, quiet, and safe. Food shopping and restaurants are close to the hotel. Staff was very helpful and welcoming

Very dated. Carpeting desperately needs cleaning or changing.

Is older and it shows. Bed was ok. Bathroom was nice size. Space was great. Fridge was great to have. Breakfast was good although not much space to eat. Staff were very helpful and congenial.

Since we were staying for only one night, checked in late in the evening, and there was a disturbance in the lobby that required a police presence and kept the staff busy--we went to sleep and waited until the morning to mention the condition of the room to the staff when we checked out. They did not seem concerned. Their only reply was that since we booked through a third party, nothing more was required of us and we could leave. Also, the place allows pets, which is one of the reasons we stayed here. Our dog was with us. There are signs along the grassy area to pick up after your animals, but there seem to be a lot of irresponsible owners staying there because there were dog poop all around one of the exits.

Overall it wasn’t a bad stay. They have cookies and a quick breakfast. Quick check in and out. However I had booked the executive suite and it had some flaws mainly on cleanliness. There was no ice machine as advertised. We had a dirty shirt left by a previous group, as well as adult diapers left in the bathroom. There was also this gross stain behind the master door. Like I said overall not bad, but the staff could be nicer and the maids can do a better job for sure. This was not the clean fancy room I expected.
