Given how expensive this hotel is, I was surprised at the cost of parking and no microwave in the room. I had to go to another floor to use a microwave.

I was pretty good, but I had a cyber truck that had traveled over two hours and there was no charger nor did they offer a charger if they had one.

The hotel is always clean and the staff so helpful. For example, I wanted a quiet room and Carlo actually sought out a couple and gave me options. Turned out to be perfect. Centrally located in Bellevue with some restaurants in the building and plenty more walking distance from it. Also, the elevators are the fastest I've been in. Which I liked. The bed was comfortable and the room clean and spacious.

From check-in to check-out all staff was very hospitable and kind. The amenities were excellent! We loved that despite a minimal amount of pool accessories to use, that there was even any to use for free! The room was very spacious, fridge was a bonus and microwave on another floor was a perk! The beds were comfortable and the pillows in various options were awesome! Shower head in the room bathroom was great! Felt luxurious! Didn’t use the freebies but everything looked clean! The AC was a gem. Oh! And the view was breathtaking! Overall ambiance of the entire hotel was spectacular! We’ll be back!

Great place to stay. They did have an electrical issue to where our room lights and tv didn't work from 11 to 2am, but they were very helpful in the situation. I will be going back because it's such a nice hotel.

Nice hotel, clean room, friendly staff, skywalks to shopping and restaurants so very convenient. Love the apples and water at checkin and the breakfast at Eques is great. Only complaints are the $7 per package charge for receiving a package, and the lukewarm temp water in the shower. Overall a great hotel experience I will stay again.

Food options were very pricy, but the amenities were amazing. The gym/fitness center was the best equipped I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Parking was very convenient and the location of the hotel could not be beat. There was so much to do and plenty of places to shop and dine at within walking distance. The woman who checked us in was very kind and answered all of my questioned efficiently. We look forward to our next visit.

The Hyatt Regency Bellevue was exactly as fantastic as you expect the Hyatt to be. The staff was phenomenal and super helpful. The convenience of the sky bridge to the shopping and dining was great!

Breakfast wasn’t part of my room cost but there are several good breakfast places in and around the hotel.

Daniel's Broiler Steakhouse is on the top floor. 13 Coins, open 24 hours a day, is just off the lobby. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I wish the windows opened and that there was a grab bar in the shower.

Hotel is great, pool was warm for us. I do an annual night out in a hotel with my daughter during the Christmas season. Last year I couldn’t book two queens so this year I was reminded by my daughter to get 2 queens. I booked last week ensuring two queens and high level floor. Showed up and only had a king available so I’ll be in the bed on wheels tonight. We’re having a great time and I understand overbooking. Just was a bummer to not have the two queens. Not sure if this is an Expedia fumble or Hyatt but will come again next year most likely. She’s having a blast being downtown and up high.

From check in to check out, everyone and everything was exceptional and exemplary. Room was fresh, inviting, and spotless. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, joyful, demonstrated a servant heart.

The hotel itself is very nice. Loved the holiday decor, coffee shop and Christmas store. The giant tree in the lobby was gorgeous. The pool was a little cold. We had to wait to check in passed 4pm. Our room wasn’t ready until 440pm. We had reservations for dinner at 5pm so we had to rush. The walls are also very thin. We could hear everything.

All the other front desk folks that I encountered were rude, arrogant and had an Un-helping attitude. They need to improve on this really badly.

Most recently, I requested to add one more night to our stay. Because the original reservation was made through Expedia, I was told—without any alternatives—that nothing could be done. Instead of offering a solution or directing us to someone who could assist, the interaction ended there. As a result, the hotel missed an opportunity for additional business. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it is helpful for management, as we truly enjoy staying at this property and would love to continue doing so. Strengthening the front desk service would make a meaningful difference in the overall guest experience.

Overall the area and stay was great, I would give 5 stars if the Parking was little more clear. The guest stay suites are well maintained, but some interiors are on the worn out side. The washroom structure could be better, we had to reach out quite a bit to get toilet paper when sitting on the toilet. The bed sheet was not 100% clean, could see some dirts and marking at corner area, along with some hair left over on the pillow. I would still recommend to my family and friends, but less likely for my own visit from the cost to service ratio aspect.

Central downtown

Loved how central it is, staff at the front desk did not respect my early check in request through Expedia and after telling me my room was ready for us they wanted to charge an extra $60 to let us in an hour and a half early. Food on and around the property is among the best anywhere, night life is incredible, room was semi clean, bathroom was clean but carpet was pretty gross and furniture was worn out.

During the reservation process, I request a higher floor away from the elevator, we were placed in a room right off the elevators. Upon check-in, we were asked if we wanted housekeeping every day and I said YES. Day 1 - No housekeeping. We called at 3:30PM before they sent housekeeping to tidy up and bring us fresh towels and replenish the toilet paper. Day 2 - No housekeeping. We called at 6:30PM to get fresh towels. It took them 45 minutes to bring us two sets of towels, but failed to give us any face towels. For the price we paid for 3 nights, we expected more from Hyatt Regency Bellevue.

Ask to be placed in the remodeled tower.

Dear hotel, please kindly guide guests where their rooms are located and provide details about parking. Even though this is our 2nd time staying at this hotel, we had difficulty finding our room after checking-in. We didn’t know there’s 2 towers and no way to cross the towers unless going through lobby or second floor. Nobody told us so we took the elevator that we used during our first stay which was the wrong one to use. This could’ve been avoided if the front desk lady gave us better guidance. She was very passive about giving out information to the hotel guests and we had to ask and even went back to ask a few times to find out basic information about where our room was located, as well as the parking. This shouldn’t be happening in a friendly and reputable hotel. As a result I can only give a rating of 3/5. Thanks for reading!

Valet staff was amazing and eager to assist I loved that there was an area map at the front desk at check-in of food places and shopping. Bell Service was top notch and handles our luggage with care. Breakfast Buffet service was so friendly and displayed above par customer service for a memorable dining experience. The room was comfortable with great amenities. Cannot wait to visit again in the near future!

On the positive side, the hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean, and check-in/check-out was fast thanks to a well-staffed front desk. One nice touch: free Washington apples at check-in. But overall, the lack of basic amenities was disappointing.

We booked the executive suite and were given an accessible room which we didn’t really like because there was no bathtub for the kids and had handlebars everywhere and it was just slightly different than a regular room because we have stayed in one of these rooms last year. The view was not that great either. The a/c fan also did not work , even when I put it on high so it was very quiet. Usually we like it loud to block out outside noise. Thankfully they had a white noise machine which I didn’t know until I called the next day to complain about it. We could also hear the rooms/neighbors next door and what was even more annoying is that we could hear the rooms above us and next door to us use their sink/shower or flush the toilet. You could literally hear the water through the pipes. Another thing we noticed on Saturday morning was that the toilet water was bubbling and when I tried to flush it - the water just came up and didn’t go down for a while. So we called engineering and when I flushed the toilet for him - it was back to normal. So I’m not sure what went wrong there.

Normally I really enjoy staying at this Hyatt. However this time the mattress in my room was pretty worn out with a significant pit, so I had a hard time sleeping.

Beautiful property excellent steakhouse & breakfast buffet. The room is efficient. Nice windows comfortable bed and excellent for business trips. They have a wonderful late check out from 12:30 to 2 PM it's $40 which is a bargain. I booked this trip for my daughter because she was leaving for Europe the next day and needed to be closer to the airport. They did not disappoint. They took excellent care of her stay.

Wonderful hotel! The room was spotless - crisp white bedding and a perfectly clean bathroom. The view from the window was beautiful. The hotel is located right in the heart of Bellevue, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, and Bellevue Mall is just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Great stay the entry way in room carpet smelled like dog non pet room supposed to be? The pool was ok a little cold for an indoor pool. To get to the pool was terrible and far couldn't even find it at first. Tge staff was great restaurant for breakfast almost couldn't accommodate 4 without reservations. We pre paid for that. No controls with the ac in the room .

But what got my attention most was the customer service. Everyone who helped me was exceptional with their kindness, courtesy, and professionalism. I've worked in customer service all my life, so it was nice to see such high standards being met with such ease and grace. Thank you for the lovely stay, I hope to return someday.

We booked a night for our daughter’s birthday. We booked with the breakfast included. Although read the reservation for breakfast it only includes 2 breakfast. Either way the restaurant was good my kiddos enjoyed it. The hotel is a great location and has the sky bridge to get you around Bellevue square. Shopping, dining and entertainment at your finger tips. Beds are comfortable and the pool and gym are really nice.

When the person at the front desk found out that it was our anniversary, she gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne which was so nice. Extra touches like that set this hotel apart from other similar ones. Thank- you so much!

Very frustrating getting there, there are NO signs on were to turn or were to go, there’s no way for somebody like us, from out of town, to get a good experience getting there, we were looking for anything that’s said “Hyatt” but nothing! Even google maps took us into a fast food restaurant next to the hotel, I am sure I’m not the only one ending there, then there are NO signs again when we finally made it to the parking lot below the hotel, after a few minutes we saw a sign with the hotel name which by the way is about 2 feet tall by 1 foot wide, that’s it!! We didn’t know if we were at the right spot, we called the hotel to get hel, and we were told, just look for an elevator and come up, really “Hyatt Regency” really? Room was clean as well as the hotel.
