Everything was nice. They kept running out of breakfast food but the hotel was full. They refilled it but it was tough with a crazy hungry 4yo.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location. Did not partake in breakfast or bar. Great stay. I would recommend

Clean pool, we'll maintained property, free breakfast and parking. Bed was good enough, mini fridge is helpful, no problem in the bathroom/shower. Quiet all around. 25-30min to Seattle waterfront.

The only 3 things we didn't like was that we didn't have our room cleaned one day, they cut the hot water for a few hours without warning and the air conditioning was very loud.

When we arrived the hotel is not close to any other places. The hugh bus station is right next door. Very noisy in room since right next to very busy street. When we got into room on 5th floor I noticed there was some kind of white stuff all over the front of end table night to bed. So I pulled the sheets down and notice black hair. So I took a few that I found and threw them away, thinking that was it. But unfortunately I found a lot more. We had to go to front desk and ask for a new room. The front desk gentleman was very apologetic and had no issues with us being moved to a new room. It was late and we needed to go get something to eat. When we arrive to our new room, it wasn’t that clean either. There was hair in the shower as well as countertop by sink. At least the bed was clean and we had a long day of traveling, so super tired. The bed was extra firm and not very comfortable. We will not stay here again. Also, when we arrived back from getting something to eat, there was a security guard standing in front of the doors and he was not friendly at all and wouldn’t move out of the way for me to get inside the hotel.

Rooms have been cleaner in the past. Staff was friendly, location good, easy parking. We will be back, however I hope they train housekeeping staff to clean more effectively.

The unit they gave us is not ADA. wheelchair was scraping paint trying to enter the bedroom. The bed is also too high for someone in a wheelchair. They cannot transfer onto the bed.

We had a great stay at Hyatt House. The staff and housekeeping team were all very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. The complimentary breakfast was a huge plus especially with a toddler. We also appreciated the on-site amenities like the pool, laundry facilities, and bar, which made our stay convenient and comfortable. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back again.

The hotel is across from a large bus station. The noise was not significant however. The breakfast options on Sunday are minimal and there wasn’t much of anything to choose from. The rooms were clean and met our needs.

It was a great stay. Nice hotel. Front desk were nice & helpful. Breakfast was great. My only complaint is that the heat/cool unit was controlled by the wall control and it was just a blank screen so it was either freezing when ac was on or warm when its off because I couldnt adjust the temperature but other wise amazing!

The best staff ever!!!! Communication was beyond amazing. They helped me set up a birthday surprise for my partner. Then to top it all off they upgraded our suite!!! Everything was just so clean and immaculate. We drove from Canada and this is one hotel I would encourage others to stay. Not one bad experience. I really hope the staff and management know how amazing their work ethic is and how pleasant everyone is. Such a great weekend.

We reserved a specific room that was supposed to be wheelchair accessible, with accommodating bathroom facilities. It wasn't. When approaching front desk personnel, they pretty much blew it off, not offering any sort of reimbursement or reasonable alternatives. Will not be staying there again. On a positive note, breakfast was good but also not wheelchair reachable.

We stayed 4 nights. Staff was friendly, breakfast was nice. The only two things that made me not rate excellent was, hot tub jets didn’t seem to work or was really weak, and room temp would reset back to 75 in the middle of the night… no matter how many times we reset it. It would get so hot, and interrupt sleep. We could have asked for help but we were mostly out all day and only returned later for sleeping or quick nap. Other than this, great stay.

My room was very clean and the property was quiet. While I missed breakfast everyday and came back too late to use the spa I enjoyed every moment of my stay and felt safe and cared for the entire time.

Staff was very helpful, made the stay comfortable and will be keeping this option in mind when coming to seattle. The only thing was the breakfast, not many options and coming down with family, i wouldve prefered a bigger selection menu.

Such a great hotel. We booked the 1 bedroom suite and it was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with plenty of hot options and a nice dining room. We will stay here again for sure.

My stay was good. I was expecting a more up to date room. I didn’t like that the bathroom door was hard to get out of. And that the mirror/sink was outside instead of inside bathroom.There were hair strings left behind so that tells me the room wasn’t clearly 100%

The guy working the front desk when we checked in, I don't remember his name unfortunately, but he was super awesome. He had some rad tattoos on his ear, though. Him, the super sweet girl who boxed up my dinner and got me a couple drinks for my room, and the attendant that was awesome enough to bring me toothpaste because I forgot it, they were all awesome. Great staff!!! The room was clean and spacious. The beds were a little firm, but I like that. I loved that it was in Bellevue, away from downtown. Close to plenty of awesome food. No parking fees and you can park in a covered garage. The only thing I had issue with was that I thought the pool was way too cold and, because it was inside, the smell of the chemicals were overwhelming. Since these are personal preferences it's not worth losing a star over. I noticed the fridge didnt have a freezer and I was a little surprised, but I didnt need it. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with stuff to be able to cook and eat there too. I will definitely choose to stay here next time.

Wow, our room was beautifully furnished, lots of room for three people. The bathroom was spacious, and the best thing was the breakfast - excellent food, fresh, lots to choose from!

Clean room, staff and location. Inhad to visit Bellvue, University Village and downtown Seattle and it was the perfect location.

Couch and bed under blanket covered in hair, took pics. Room is older and hallway is painted black so super dark. Pool was murky. Left a day early without getting refund just because it wasn’t worth it

BEFORE we checked out, we ran an errand and upon our return housekeeping was inside our room. Then while we were changing, housekeeping tried to bust into our room without even knocking! If we hadn’t had the bolt flipped she would have walked in on us half-dressed!

The rooms were outdated and it didn’t seem like a “higher end” hotel. But, it would be great if I had kids with me! The breakfast was very very good! Tons of variety. The bed and pillows were not great, but they were alright. I could hear all the kids running around above me:/ Overall, it would be good, if the price was lower.

We had a great stay in November 2025 at Hyatt House Seattle/Bellevue. Staff was very kind and attentive. There was an issue with our toilet and it was fixed within hours while we were away. The hotel and room was spotless. There breakfast was ample and perfect. Plenty of parking and easy access to Eastgate and I-90.

I was blown away by the generous, delicious breakfast, the free-to-use computers with printers in the lobby, the hassle-free, warm and clean pool, hot tub, gym, etc.Soft, luxury sheets and pillows. The pools includes chair lifts for the disabled, which I appreciate as a thoughtful, inclusive attitude and practice that really makes this hotel stand out for me

Very spacious room with a nice kitchen. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is big and clean. I brought my travel yoga mat and did yoga in my room everyday. Staff was very helpful. Will stay here again next time.

Staff was courteous. Room seemed clean. Liked the space. Sofa was run down and we didn’t want to sit on it. Bathroom is dated but ok. Toilet handle kept getting stuck and tank filled up slowly, which was odd as the water pressure was great everywhere else. Breakfast is decent…love the fresh fruit and that they had almond milk. Liked the free parking onsite. Garage is nice for those rainy and frigid days. We used the gym…could use a roller.

The room we got was made for a little kids! It looks like it is designed to be connected to other room but for kids only because the toilet seat was very tiny and the beds were also small. I was supposed to get one queen bed and a sofa bed, but we got two double beds.

The room was clean, quiet and well-stocked with kitchen supplies. Parking is easy and covered, which can be a major benefit in Seattle.

The hotel is in great condition. Enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would complain is that we had a do not disturb sign hung outside of our door but the cleaning crew still opened our door. Luckily we were still in the room when he opened our door.

My son suffers from lung failure due to lupus and is on a transplant list; it takes him nearly two hours to take all his medications each morning. For these reasons, I booked them a room so that they could rest before granddaughter's appointment. The hotel had no record of my son's reservation. They held him in the hotel lobby, even though he showed them the receipt, confirmation number, etc. They said to, "Call Expedia." There IS NO WAY TO CALL. If there is, you do not make it possible to find the number. So I had to go through a series of frustrating pictures and words to get to an actual agent, who blamed the hotel manager. My son called me at 8:21 pm. At 8:55 pm the Expedia agent Khaled said for my son to go to the front desk because everything was cleared up. I let my son know and heard nothing. So I called him again at 9:12 and he and his daughter were STILL being held in the lobby, with the only solution was for me to: try to get a refund, which Expedia will not do, or rebook the same room at a higher rate, which meant I would be double paying. The ONLY accountability anyone was being held to was me and my son. It wasn't until 9:27 pm my son was given a room key with still no resolve. Something I asked to have done at 8:21 pm JERKS.

The gentleman that checked us in was great. Very friendly and efficient. We had a problem with the tv in our room when we first arrived. No one seemed to know how to fix it, but the problem resolved itself. We had a room at the very end of the hallway and the road noise was very loud. It even woke me up a few times during our stay. Probably the most annoying thing, though, was that the housekeeping staff attempted to enter our room 3 separate times the morning we were checking out. The first time they woke us up. The last time she made a comment about how the computer showed that we had already checked out. It that were the case, then correct it after the first attempt when you realized we were still there. After we finally left (a full hour before the required check out time), I tried to call the front desk and let them know that we had left and what had happened, but no one answered the phone.

The whole stay was perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and even the breakfast buffet was a notch above the standard hot buffet breakfast.

We stayed in the King suite with sofa-bed and it was perfect setting for a relaxing girls night. The room was clean and comfortable. However both of the mattresses need replacing and the large mirror in the main room was hanging on the wall by a thread. I told the front desk and was told maintenance would be up to fix it, however they never came. We went to the pool at 8:45pm as we were hoping for a nice quiet soak after our long drive and were met by 3 families (9 overly energetic children). It was ridiculously loud and overwhelming as the kids ran the room. Needless to say, we didn't stay long. This hotel would REALLY benefit from "adult only" hour at the end of the day. We were all pleasantly surprised at how quiet our room was and slept without interruption. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of options. Even my vegetarian friend had no problems making herself a plate. I was a little bummed as I'd seen photos of omelets in other reviews and that wasn't an option, but we all left full and happy. Well, it's easy to point out the negatives but overall I'm giving them an honest 4 out of 5 stars and would stay there again.

Stay was great. We were checked into a room and when we got up there the room smelled of strong cigarettes. My husband called and asked if we could by chance get a different room, only because I have lung issues. They were so kind, and quickly had another room for us. That room was clean, smelled clean and was very comfortable. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful.

good location, service and breakfast were nice. I did make a complaint to front desk; the guests over my room had small children. there was pounding/running for at lease 2-3 hours. As i prepared to go to bed, it was still going on. Called front desk, explained and he indicated action would be taken. I don't believe anything was done or said. I had to find earplugs, create white noise with fan to be able to sleep. Finally slept after shear exhaustion. And, it started up again .. early the next morning. All guests pay and deserve a quiet, place to rest and enjoy.

I really loved the staff here, the gentleman that checked us in was so nice, but we mentioned that we were celebrating a bday and he actually remembered when he saw us again. We had a great stay at Hyatt House! The location is safe and surrounded by beautiful trees. Parking is free. Their continental breakfast is very good and lots of good options. The breakfast staff and staff at the restaurant (where we had dinner) were very friendly and always smiling. Their chef is really good. My mushroom fettuccine and my son’s hamburger were very delicious. Cocktails were so good as well! My kids really enjoyed the pool, and I got to use the gym which was very cleaned and well maintained. Overall, a fantastic stay at this hotel!

Came and stayed here for a concert in Seattle. Was way cheaper than anything in downtown and was super easy to jump on I-90 and get to downtown. Will definitely stay here for any other upcoming trips for events.

This was a pretty expensive stay for what it was. Old property with old bedding and decor. Parking in the garage we thought was way too expensive for being a guest at the hotel. Customer service was very to the point, no help with bags or even instructions on where to go or where gym/pool was located. The whole stay was very bland and nothing special.

Our family went to a Mariner’s game and stayed here. The location was convenient and the staff was wonderful. The room was very comfortable and spacious. I ended up not feeling well the next morning and they let us stay after checkout until I was well enough to go. Amazing hospitality! Thank you!

What I liked most about this property was coziness atmosphere it gave off instantly. Nonetheless, the breakfast selection was great! My room was great, just wished I could’ve stayed longer to use to its full potential along with the other amenities. Overall, it was a great stay!

Upon check in, Mila, was as rude as possible No Hello, just , you are in the wrong hotel. She didn't even know our name. I showed her my hotel.com invoice. She said oh you are the McDonalds. Nope. She charged us incorrectly, It was a mess. The room was fine. When I pulled back the spread I noticed the sheets had a cringe stain on them. I put down a towel and slept on that. I hoped the housekeeper would notice and change the sheets. Nope, just pulled the spread over my towel sandwich. I would have left her a note but there was no paper or pen in the room. The food was fine. Not great but bland. The coffee was terrible. But, free parking and free breakfast so not all bad.

Hotel was first class. The lobby area, breakfast area and room were clean and modern. The hotel staff were very efficient and friendly.

We were also over charged by the hotel. We checked with the hotel and were told Expedia charged us. While we checked with Expedia, we were told it was the hotel charge the collect the payment. Not a pleasant experience.

Perfect spot for a family trip. We has a suite that included a bedroom for me and my husband with a sofa bed for our adult son. Lots of space and the complimentary breakfast was great. We’ll be back. 10/10 recommend

Breakfast was great , layout of room was cozy and clean , staff was great the only thing I did not like was that nothing was walking distance from the hotel .

Was here just for the 1 night but wish we had more time. The hotel is right off the expressway. Modern and updated with free parking. The room has a small fridge, coffee maker and microwave oven. The best part was the breakfast - came with lots of options. Fresh cut fruits, yogurt, oatmeal, granola, French toast, eggs. The service was great, front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. If I'm back in Seattle, this will be the hotel to stay at.

Bathroom did not have ventilation it felt so hot and no air

Staff were awesome, helpful, courteous, and friendly! Room was comfortable and bright. Pillows were a little soft. Loved that the parking and the breakfast was complimentary. Only complaint was the shower head fixture was barely connected to the wall and not easy to adjust. Otherwise, definitely recommend hotel for a quick getaway.

I was very pleased with the room and the staff and the facilities. I will stay at the Hyatt house every time I come to the area. Highly recommend this place. The breakfast was awesome, and the bar with the fire pit outside was a nice added feature I came with my family for a wedding and my mother was in a wheelchair and it was very accommodating for all of us

Facilities and room were clean and well kept. The front desk staff was amazing and friendly. Great variety for breakfast. Indoor pool and hot tub was clean and great for kids. They also included a little present and card for my daughters birthday.

Our reservation was a room with 2 queen size beds the beds were double size that’s false advertising the AC Heater when on smells like burning dirt so we opened the windows to get fresh air but very noisy the property advertised that they had EV charging but they told me it was not working for over 1 month I have a EV so that was a disappointment

Toilet in room 513 we had to hold the handle down to flush. AC was very noisy with the noise and vibration coming from the roof.

This place is amazing. The price was great and then all the amenities. Pool, spa, a nice little court yard like area off of the pool. They even had a fire pit going to hang out by. Breakfast and wonderful staff.

This is like a hidden gem. Parking and breakfast included with a pool and hot tub. Within twenty minutes to airport, baseball or football stadium and climate pledge or space needle. Super nice neighborhood as well. Had my two little kids with me too. Would definitely recommend.
