Reviews
The hotel generally receives positive reviews for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. However, there are recurring complaints about the hot tub not working, parking being expensive and limited, and some issues with room service and breakfast. Some guests also mention problems with the air conditioning and noise in the rooms.

It was a very good experience. The front desk staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Great hotel, bar, food, hot tub were great. Most staff other than the front desk was outstanding, front desk staff was not helpful in answering questions or getting extra items as needed.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel and service!!!
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 3/5
For the price, there were few if any amenities. Buffet breakfast $25 was very marginal at best. Don't ask for an omelet because they charge extra. Really thought there would be more but, very sparce.
- 5/5
I would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Everything was amazing, very clean , all the amenities actually work. Spent time in the jacuzzi and outside near the fire pit. about 20 mins from downtown and public transportation is easy to navigate
- 5/5
Convenient App check-in, clean room, good location and helpful staff
- 5/5
We stayed just one night but were very pleased with the ease and convenience of stay. Did not have the opportunity to use pool or hot tub. Everything was clean and well maintained. My only disappointment was high parking fee and lack of charging station. I will definitely consider staying here again though. Overall experience was great.
- 3/5
Everything was pretty good other than its says they have a heated pool it is not even alittle heated its freezing and then the cost to park is crazy expensive 40$ a night that's more then california parking prices
- 2/5
Horrible set of amenities.... Especially the laundry and room service
- 5/5
Great location! Stayed here the night before a cruise. Out of Seattle and a very clean and pretty hotel!
- 5/5
Everything was great but on the website it says the pool is heated and it wasn’t it was freezing cold.

Excellent customer service. Very clean and well maintained
- 4/5
The beds were so comfortable and housekeeping lady down stairs was very sweet. Staff were ok, could have been more welcoming and more informative but they weren’t bad at all. The balcony with the fire tables were absolutely the best part of our stay. We roasted marshmallows and enjoyed our night out there while the kids went back and forth from the pool it the balcony/fire. Breakfast was an additional $25 for a mid breakfast that you get at other hotels complementary. This breakfast should have never cost $25 it was no where near worth that much. They did not have flavored creamer for coffee and coffee was not available downstairs until 7am. The coffee situation was very disappointing.

As usual very good stay and personnel very helpful with anything you need, including some orders from deliveries. Breakfast is super basic and no coffee/tea in the lobby for a quick grab, it was there in 2025 :).

The staff was helpful and nice. Location is great, easy walk to shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
The parking garage is way to small for that big of a hotel, and spots are way to close my husband that has a CDL had to have me back him into a spot because the parking was so tight. There is not enough parking at all for this hotel.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly they got us into our room early which was nice they told us about things in the area and stuff like that The parking garage is way to small for that big of a hotel, and spots are way to close my husband that has a CDL had to have me back him into a spot because the parking was so tight. - 5/5
Very clean room and very friendly, helpful staff
- 3.5/5
The fitness gym didn't have much to use to work out. Breakfast is too small, more like a continental version, especially compared to the cost. If it were included in the room, I would accept it.

Clean location SPA was not working
- 3/5
This hotel has a good location if you are working in Bellevue. It's convenient to public transportation and the various big hotels and malls. The rooms are typical of a mid-range business-focused hotel. The maintenance level in the room was mixed. While the bed and plumbing were fine, other things have I think just been overlooked. Of the two reading lights over the beds, one was dangling from its cord and other other was completely broken off. The ironing board was so unstable it had to be leaned against wall while in use, to keep it from falling over, and iron leaked water constantly. When I arrived the carpet was not very clean, with for example a bobby pin, hair, and so forth on it. I ate in the restaurant once, the food was expensive and not very good.

Clean room. Friendly staff
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean. Staff were extremely friendly. Pool and Spa were fantastic. We got breakfast and it was delicious! Will be back to stay here.
- 2/5
Location good. The room was freezing cold the temperature was turned all the way up, but it did not help. We complained at the front desk and they sent someone up to fix it. It worked for almost an hour. One other room also complained also.
- 5/5
Really clean property. We had a wonderful experience.
- 5/5
Sameeta was receiving us and making us feel welcomed and taken care of. Checked up on us during our stay as well. Will definitely consider staying here again next time!
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. Smelled like walking into a flower garden. Comfortable room and beds. Very nice stay.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, convient to local shops and price was reasonable.
- 3/5

The room was excellent.

i would just book something else. pretty much anything would be better
- 5/5
Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Good experience overall.
- 2/5
You would not believe the stains all over the fold-out couch in the nearly $400/night two-bedroom suite I paid for - most Motel 6 owners would be ashamed. To make matters worse, there was pubic hair on the "clean" bedding provided for the futon, some kid's Nerds on the carpet, only 2-3 Kleenex in the front bathroom, computer problems at check-in, a fridge barely colder than room temperature (with no way to adjust it), and a miscommunication with maintenance when we got locked out that had us waiting in the hallway. Not great. On the plus side, the desk staff was friendly, hot tub was nice, and the common areas seemed clean and well-maintained. But the room was far below expectations and a stock "gee, sorry to hear about that" from Hilton is all the impetus I need to write this review. I've stayed here twice for long weekends; never again - Bellevue is ritzy and there are lots of other properties in this tier nearby, and I'd strongly suggest trying elsewhere first.
- 3/5
It was a busy weekend but we asked forour room to get restock with shampoo, body wash etc.. because it was empty. By the time we made it back to the room in the evening it was not restocked and we had to go down and let them know. Overall, nice place but there was missing amenities during our stay.
- 5/5
All staff I had contact with were extremely helpful. Amenities were great as fitness room and pool and spa had extended hours that accommodated busy schedule.
- 4/5
The staff were very attentive when it came to restocking the coffee and towels but we were hoping our room would get cleaned as we put our room on the list for the day and it didn’t get cleaned. Also when they delivered the towels they left our door unlocked with the deadbolt open when we were out for the night.
- 1/5
We have booked many hotels so far, and specifically the good named once always have breakfast which I assumed they would have however, when we had to the breakfast area, we were asked if it was included in our stay? That we were not sure if there’s an extra option to add breakfast at the time of booking. We had to have a reception area to confirm if our booking includes breakfast And we were notified that it doesn’t I wish their booking is transparent so that we can make informed decisions I do not expect this from Hilton
- 1/5
They didn’t offer breakfast or tell me about it . There was also no parking. Not impressed. Won’t stay there again. Rooms small too.
- 4/5
The room was great as well as the staff
- 3/5
The staff wasnt so friendly when we mentioned our room was not what we paid for, but luckly one staff member, not sure if it was a manager, was able to give us close to what we wanted and free points.
- 4/5
Room , was clean . Hotel lacked proper house keeping. We stayed a total of 3 nights. I put out our small waste bin in hallway . Hoping maybe somebody would empty out. It stayed there for two days. Over all stay was great. Staff is attentive, called for extra pillows and towels and sent up fairly quickly.
- 5/5
Booking was easy, check-in was quick with strait forward process. Room was spacious, clean for the most part (some minor stains on wall and floor), service was excellent and responsive to our requests. Thank you to all the staff and cleaners for a very comfortable stay!
- 4/5
Cleanliness and availability of everything in the area.
- 5/5
Everything was top notch at this hotel. Clean room, very spacious, and the staff was GREAT. My only complaint would be it is hard to find the parking garage. We went around the block 2-3 times until we figured it out.
- 5/5
EVERYTHING was excellent.

- 5/5
Always wonderful! My only complaint is the cost of the breakfast is $25 if you dont include it in the extras. That was the only surprise because the breakfast wasnt really that great and def only eorth $11 which is the discounted price through Expedia.

Lady being violent to kids in pool, staff did nothing to remove her.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, nice front desk, price was good
- 5/5
The staff truly went above and beyond for us. I asked to move to an upstairs room due to noise, and they made it happen immediately. They even walked to my room late at night to bring new keys and helped move us through several rooms until we found the perfect one. I spoke with three different guest service staff members, and every single one of them was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. I especially want to shout out Saweeta (and I believe Sameeda — apologies if I misspelled!) they were absolutely amazing and so sweet. You can really tell this team puts their guests first. Check-in was quick and easy, the hotel was very clean, and even the housekeeping staff was incredibly friendly. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so taken care of. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 3/5
Line for checking was long and took forever.
- 2/5
Bed was terrible. Furniture in suite was uncomfortable. Parking was a joke because people were parking in 2 spots
- 3/5
Room was fine, courteous staff, but having to pay $40 for parking is ridiculous. Should be free.
- 5/5
The staff here are so kind and welcoming. The Noon checkout is awesome!
- 2/5
Disappointing to spend this much and get charged for every little thing. You pay for parking, WiFi, a bottle of water in your room. The electrical strip between the beds had what looked like electrical damage at the usb charging port, phone charger kept falling out of the electrical outlet, charging cables attached to the phone had only outdated connections (original iPod, micro usb) and the original lights in the headboard had been removed leaving holes in it. Some else’s receipt was left in the shelves in the closet but the rest of the room appeared clean. Not that picky of a person but when you spend this kind of money for a hotel in downtown Bellevue I expect more, especially from a Hilton.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice room and location was also nice.
- 2/5
Room is so old, the smell, furniture…this hotel doesn’t deserve the money we paid for sure. The worst thing was the noise from the heater, it was terrible , impossible to sleep. So disappointing …
- 5/5
We stay here every year. We go to the snowflake lane parade! We like how it’s walking distance. Clean and new
- 3/5
The room was clean and in good condition, but the heater/air conditioner made our stay almost unbearable. Everytime it turned on to heat or cool the room, it sounded like that machinery inside was grinding and broken, and it roared with a sound so loud we couldn’t hear the tv., and it awakened us each time it went on during the night. As a result, we were really sleep deprived as we started our trip the next morning. We would probably not stay here again unless we knew that our room would be comfortable and that it had a quiet air/heating system.
- 2/5
Knocking at the door at 8 am to ask if we checked out. We replied over the door then still knocking until we opened the door to inform that we would be at the room until 11. Very poor service, and pillows are very hard
- 2/5
The fridge hardly worked, microwave was not functioning right. The handle to the shower was visibly broken (I have pictures) and was spewing water everywhere. The TV speaker was either broken or malfunctioning, wasn’t able to hear correctly at certain times. I paid extra for a “breakfast buffet” that I could honestly have gotten free at a lower quality hotel WITH addition options- the food options were SO limited absolutely not worth it. Overall disappointing experience.
- 3/5
Good
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean rooms. Walkable area. Would stay here again
- 4/5
Hot tub was great
- 3/5
It is overrated
- 4/5
The room was great, but we were disappointed the restaurant and bar were closed the whole weekend.
- 1/5
The room was clean and service amenable. However they over changed me 3x the parking rate and when asking to speak with an agent I was redirected to three different people and finally a voicemail with no resolve still.
- 5/5
Clean. Staff are friendly and helpful
- 5/5
The staff is amazing here. Super welcoming, friendly, and kind. The rooms were stunningly clean, decent sized gym, and loved the hours of the hot tub! Made it easy to relax after long days. Convenience to good restaurants & shops. Would stay here again
- 3/5
Our room had dog pee in the bed. They quickly changed us to a different room. That said, it is pretty hard to believe housekeeping missed a stain that visible in white linings and just made the bed over it. Disappointing to be honest. Hannah handled the issue really well and helped us out.
- 4/5
Clean room, staff were friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Staff was nice and helpful thanks Samjeet!
- 5/5
The barrender jennifer was great we had a great convo
- 4/5
The hotel was beautiful. Staff was nice. Pool and hot tub great. Only downside we didn’t sleep well as their pillows were horrible. We got extras and they were the same. They just need to invest in bedding and it would be amazing!
- 5/5
Muy buen hotel
- 5/5
Great stay! Highly recommended!
- 4/5
Clean rooms and close to many options.
- 5/5
AC worked very well
- 5/5
Perfect
- 5/5
Great experience.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, great service at the bar and perfect location 10 mins walk to Bellevue square and 5 mins to rapid transport to downtown Seattle.
- 5/5
It is expensive but very nice accommodations. Parking was an additional $50.
- 1/5
I had a family emergency a full day and a half before and the Hilton refused to even return my messages to postpone or cancel my reservation. Cool. There are other choices out there. I’m happy to avoid Hilton properties in the future.
- 5/5
Very clean and nice area. Many things in walking distance.
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay
- 4/5
Decent but not amazing rooms. Expensive but easy parking for smaller cars. Dont take a truck
- 5/5
We had a very pleasant stay. We checked in late the night before and had to leave early, but everyone was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and we didn't have any troubles.
- 5/5
Hotel was ok. I asked the receptionist about getting points for my stay and got no guidance or help. Not sure if he had no knowledge or didn't want to take his time to explain it to me or help, either way, not good.
- 5/5
Very clean, would stay here again!
- 1/5
They have hidden fees you find out about after you leave!!!
- 5/5
It was quiet and clean. I’d suggest giving Hilton Honors members a drink ticket
- 5/5
Great location within walking distance to the mall and a large selection of restaurants.
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
The place was great! Very clean and quiet.
- 5/5
Property was modern and clean. Very comfortable room as well.
- 2/5
The room had no air conditioning so you pay a ton of money then get put in a room hot as hell
- 5/5
It was very nice and clean
- 5/5
Beautiful room, super relaxing and bed was super comfy!
- 5/5
It was amazing
- 4/5
The place was beautiful, very accommodating. Other than 1 of the only 2 elevators being down. It was a very pleasant stay.
- 4/5
Very pleasant stay.. very clean and within walking distance to Transportaion to Seattle
- 4/5
It was ok, I had an issue that I don’t feel was dealt with right. I won’t be back.
- 5/5
Only suggestion would be accessible parking for larger cars.
- 3/5
$40 for parking broken , a broken elevator and a worthless jacuzzi.
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet!!!!!
- 5/5
I always love this property! The staff is amazing!
- 5/5
Everything was easy to navigate.
- 5/5
We had dinner at the restaurant and the food and drinks were all very good! We weren't in the room much, but the room was very nice and the bed was really comfortable! Great location if want to get an Uber to downtown Seattle for an event like we did!
- 5/5
Bed was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and pleasant.
- 5/5
Beds were very comfortable! Very clean, nice location and great staff.
- 5/5
nice neighbourhood, but recommend to book your parking ahead of time since there is not enough parking if the hotel is fully booked so you need to park next door
- 4/5
Jessica and Elijah were pleasant and very helpful. Loved the gym and the fact that I was walking distance from Bellevue Square. I really enjoyed my stay!
- 5/5
Good experience
- 3/5
Elevator was not working,
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
Great stay! Lovely room with comfortable bed.
- 3/5
It was a nice area, with easy access to great restaurants. Parking was so expensive so we had to find parking on a street with the limited time.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the stay staff was friendly
- 3/5
Parking was terrible. No convenient parking for paid guest. If full had to park at another hotel and walk. No lock and little privacy in room bathroom. Hot tub broken and run down. Had only 1 operating elevator took 10 minutes to go up. Refused to give me coffee for room for 2nd night said i had to come to lobby. Ac works really well.
- 4/5
Great service and excellent location
- 5/5
Overall great experience. Breakfast was amazing and having the option to add it into the total price was great and made for an easier time in the morning.
- 4/5

Friendly staff, convenient parking

FRONT ENTRANCE? BROKEN. ELEVATOR? SIKE. BROKEN TOO. YOU WANT PILLOWS? CAN’T HAVE ANY. DO YOU WANNA SLEEP IN? WELL YOU CAN’T CAUSE ROOM SERVICE HAS 2 WORKING BRAIN CELLS AND BOTH WANT TO KICK YOU OUT OF YOUR ROOM. AND PARKING? LOL. DON’T EVEN THINK YOU’LL ESCAPE THE RATH OF HAVING TO PAY $40 A NIGHT, IF YOU CAN EVEN GET INTO THEIR PARKING LOT SINCE THEY HAVE FAVORITES AND YOU CLEARLY AREN’T ONE OF THEM. FOOD? PARCHED? WELL DON’T BE! CAUSE THEY WILL FIND AN EXCUSE TO NOT HAVE ANY FOOD AVAILABLE AT THE TIME YOU WANT IT YOU WANT TO CHECK OUT? SORRY CAN’T EVEN DO THAT CAUSE THEY HAVE MAGIC CARDS ATTACHED TO YOUR ROOM, THAT SAY WRONG CHECKOUT DAYS AND THEY WILL REFUSE TO REFUND YOU EVEN THOUGH THEIR OWN SYSTEM WAS TELLING THEM TOO. AND NOW YOU WILL HAVE TO GO TO THERAPY BECAUSE YOUR TRUST ISSUES HAVE GOTTEN EXPONENTIALLY WORSE AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE BECAUSE YOU’VE SEEN FIRST HAND HOW NOTHING WORKS AND YOUR HEART WILL BECOME USED TO THE HEARTBREAK AND JUST WHEN YOU THINK THINGS CAN’T GET ANY WORSE.. THEY IN FACT DO.
- 3/5
Only one elevator working. Pool is super cold. They charge for water.
- 3/5
Only one elevator worked causing wait times. Room next door was noisy.
- 5/5
The hotel was in a very convenient spot for walking or a quick drive elsewhere. Parking was easy and the hotel was super clean.
- 5/5
The Bartender was super nice and informative about the area, and made a great coffee martini.
- 5/5
Front desk supervisor was amazing!!!
- 3/5
It was a bit over priced for all the thing that ARE NOT included. They don’t tell you that to park in the parking garage is an additional 40$ PER NIGHT and they won’t recommend cheaper options if you ask. And they charge you 100$ for check in and if you don’t use the amenities you only get 50$ back? The only “food” around (if you don’t like sea food) is a delicious coffee shop called Cafe Hagen or Mercury Coffee. If your
- 1/5
Gave us the wrong room, was super unorganized, when they finally switched us rooms a random couple walked in because they were given our room
- 5/5
Our entire experience was amazing! Will be returning in the future!
- 5/5
Hotel was very clean, very friendly staff, only one elevator was working at the time we visited, but the overall day was great. Very walkable and convenient to nearby, dining places, and nearby attractions.
- 4/5
this location is great for dinning options around the area. It's quiet and feels safe. We travelled as a family of 4 for a concert. The hotel was packed, we made our reservation through a third party and somehow our room was no longer available at check in. It took a long time to sort out, Jessica helped us and she was great. There was no point in getting upset as I know these things happen. She was kind enough to give us free parking.
- 3/5
When the AC was on it would blow right in our face while we were sleeping, the beds need to be moved to the opposite side to avoid this. There was no TV guide, Netflix or any other tv option so the kids were bored as half the channels didn’t work and no kids channels were to be found. Would have been nice to have a room with a bath tub for the kids as well but other then that it was fine.
- 5/5
The only thing I did not like was paying for parking $40 a night. But rather than that everyone was nice and room was clean and the surrounding area was nice and quiet as well.
- 1/5
Our room was broken into somehow and the hotel is doing nothing about it. I had money and a vape stoled out of our room while we were gone at the concert. I will never stay here again. Poor management
- 2/5
Overall, the room and hotel was clean and nice. But showing up late and finding out that you can’t accommodate parking was frustrating. I had to pay an additional $24 to park, as well as leave the hotel to drive around looking for parking. I don’t know if I will return to this hotel knowing that I may or may not have a place to park when I arrive.
- 3/5
First they didn’t show us in their system, which took a half hour for them to figure out. Then they had no parking available so we had to park a couple blocks away. Then the room they gave us was preoccupied by another guest! Not a good experience.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean , the parking was nice and the staff was very accommodating
- 3/5
Nice place, I was told our room wasn’t ready. Came back 5 minutes later and asked a different person and they said it was. Hotel was 100% packed and only one elevator was working. Ended up having to use the stairs which is not big deal but the stairs are in a weird place. All in all, not a bad place to stay.
- 3/5
Good but 1 elevator made it difficult at peak times
- 2/5
The AC in our room didn’t work. Was 78 the entire time and staff wouldn’t help
- 5/5
Pricey but in line with other hotels in the same area. Felt safe. Was clean.
- 5/5
There was an issue that arose and the night staff member that was working was incredibly kind and caring and promptly helped mitigate the issue.
- 5/5
all perfect
- 4/5
Great stay! Clean hotel and very friendly staff! Parking $40 plus tax is a bit pricey. The parking spaces are super tight and you just hope that you don’t have any door dings the next day. Overall, great place to stay! Also, very convenient location to restaurants and the mall.
- 5/5
The property is very clean and is close to shops
- 5/5
In a quiet corner of downtown Bellevue- very nice
- 5/5
Beautiful property and wonderful staff. There was some construction that limited parking in the area so the garage was always full but other than that, i would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
There aren’t many walkable restaurants or small convenient stores around but thankfully the hotel had a little store inside otherwise it would be a long walk to the nearest store.
- 2/5
Staff was terrible. Labeled as sound proof rooms yet we had a soccer team running up and down halls at 7am. Reserved a parking pass in the morning, paid for it and then told they were all sold out when we came back from our work.

Nice and clean hotel. Great staff!

The only down part is that the parking garage was full and the other building’s garage they use was blocked out by construction. I found a free parking on the street which worked out perfectly.

Lovely interior garden, very clean room, plenty of space. Rooms not ready at 1645 which totally changed my evening plan. Parking garage full there, had to wander and find parking 5 blocks away. Breakfast there Not worth the price!

Had a great experience, just as expected from a 3 star hotel. The refrigerator wasn’t as cold as I’d have liked though, I think the coolant needs replacement, but that was the only downside. Everything else was beautiful

the hotel is clean and well run. we requested extra towels and they were delivered promptly. the photo that's used to show the property with the gas fires and deck is a bit misleading, as that's off the pool and you can't get food and drink service there. all said tho, a lovely place.

No rooms were ready at check-in time at 3. We were going to a mariner game and needed to leave at 4. A staff member who we met in the 6th floor helped us get a room by 4. There was only 1 server in the restaurant which caused a delayed breakfast and we needed to leave for church. She was overwhelmed. We brought a bottle of wine but the only cups in the room were paper coffee cups. Room was good otherwise.

Parking situation was bad, key card machine broke, elevator broken as well. Mainly the whole parking situation is the reason I would not stay there again

Able to accommodate us checking in at 3am last minute due to another hotel being extremely dirty. There was a fee but grateful for the availability and pricing was decent given the area. Nice area and nice hotel and nice front desk who checked us in and gave us recommendations on things to do!

Quick Check in & Check out, nice bed. The only thing that I hate is they charge $ 2.5 for a bottle of water.
