Very nice staff and clean room

Breakfast was good. Paying for parking!

This was a nice 3 star hotel. Breakfast was good with lots of options and even on a weekend wasn’t overly busy. Front desk staff were consistently unfriendly, every single staff member did not smile and made me or my family feel like we were a nuisance. We had 3 people and needed to ask for an extra towel every night and the first night an extra blanket and pillows. When we first checked in I asked when breakfast was and was told to look on key card print out. Upon check out was surprised to be charge 30$ a day for parking as was not told at check in despite being given a parking pass. I did not argue but did say I was surprised, was then told it was up to me to read it on their website. No smile this entire interaction. Hotel was nice and clean amenities were great ( although didn’t use pool or gym) but the front desk staff need some hospitality training. As I felt I needed to apologize to them for not knowing breakfast hours or the parking. Perhaps they know as was not asked how was my stay. lol. Would not recommend nor stay again.

I loved that the hallway lobby had fresh coffee for what seemed like 24hrs. Soft fresh pillows. Clean towels for us 4. The carpet was well vacuumed and the mirrors were clean. I wish there were more breakfast options. Not everyone likes maple sausages. Everything else was great. The pool water could use some cleaning.

The location is excellent—quiet yet conveniently situated in a lively area. Just a short walk away, there are shopping malls and supermarkets. The room is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offers a good variety of choices. Our family really loves this place, and we also love Seattle!

We went down for breakfast at 8:45, and there were no eggs or potatoes left. I got in line to make myself a waffle, but a woman walked up wanting to make hers; I told her it was my turn, and she got upset and threw the ladle down. She stormed off in a rage.

Overall a great stay in a good location. Rooms were spacious as well, so it was nice to get some work done.

Clean and safe. We were able to park our U-haul truck in the back parking lot overnight and know it would be safe. The room was nice and had everything you expected in a hotel room. The breakfast had a large variety and was very tasty.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The only problem I had with my stay was that the mattress was a bit uncomfortable and it made my hips hurt. The breakfast wasn't very good on Sunday morning, but it was better on Monday.

The hallway was noisy until 10:30pm and I had to call the office to tell them it was happening.

Clean and quiet. Needed a simple room before very early morning meeting and my expectations were exceeded with this chain. I’ve never stayed at a Hampton before and I will definitely recommend and go back.

Clean room, wide hallway, abundant parking however daily fee added on. Walking distance to several shopping like REI, Homegoods, Dave&Buster and PCC market.

Easy check in, polite staff, clean rooms and excellent breakfast.

Room heater and/or thermostats do not function correctly. Had to turn off system completely because heater fan would just keep running all night.

We definitely loved the breakfast! My husband cooked waffle with the kids! I ate plenty of bacon. EV charging is also a plus! Pool is small but kids still enjoyed it.

Clean accommodations

The staff was great. My fiancé and I really enjoyed the area, really close to downtown and shopping. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, the mini fridge did not work and we had to throw away some food that we bought, and the bed was really uncomfortable.

I have stayed at this property back in February 2025 and the service was ok, not great but ok. I am in town for a day and booked this hotel on Monday November 10th and arrived at the hotel around 6 pm.and came to check in after paying through expedia the full fare and this Woman at check in was rude and lack personality. I had 2 prior experiences with her in the past dating back to 2024 and everytime it was unpleasant.This hotel doea not accept apple pay or google pay which makes no sense.

Couldn’t get a receipt of charges for the stay, will never stay there again, treated me like dirt!!!

The febreze type smell of the room was overwhelming with no way to air it out.

Good price, and great location. Close to a few shopping locations and restaurants. Our only complaint was the beds felt too firm and the pillows were less than desirable.

We’ve stayed at this property many times over the past few years. Always spotless. Our room had a large dirty handprint by the bathroom light switch. Dirty spot in the bathtub.

Overall the property was exactly what we needed and the rooms were very nice. Beds were a little "off" in both rooms we had so maybe time to replace those, but otherwise it was solid and the staff was GREAT. One minor note though is that during breakfast we had individuals come up to ask and ask if we could say they were guests with us so they could partake in the breakfast. Not a dangerous situation per say but could turn into one so might need to consider extra staffing/security during breakfast hours.

Extra fees should be noted and explained prior to booking and charging. The extra charge for parking and hold of deposit, was not explained by the front desk or when making my reservations.

*Sensory Warning* They also had a diffuser placed right by the elevators. It was so strong I had to cover my face, it then follows you into the elevator so youre trapped with it all while reading a sign that says "Breathe in the fresh air of the PNW" It was so strong I could feel it on my lips and hands an hour after we drove home. My 19 yr old who never complains actually suggested we drive home instead of trying to sleep on the beds for our 2nd night. We checked out early, no refund for 2 day parking charge even though we were in their parking lot less than 24 hrs. Staff said sorry but no offer of partial refund.

My family and I enjoy staying here everything is close. Walking distance to Dave & Busters across the street, Trader Joe’s and Target. Staff is friendly and hotel very clean!

It was run down...the closet in the room was cracked and you could see all the dust behind the closet. It definitely needs a few updates. I did go to the restaurant to get a coffee, the barista was vwry friendly and made a good latte.

We went here became my wife had a class she had to attend all day Saturday for school and we live in blaine so we had to come down after work friday so we got there around 9pm Friday and the lady at the front desk was rude could barely speak English. We ssked for a high fkoor when we made reservations and so we could sleep and got the second floor. There was loud people above us all night both nights and our coffe machine wouldn't work so the morning was pretty rough and when i was in the middle of taking a shower the big hallway light fixture fell and shattered all over the floor! No room service had to ask for towels and soap. When we checked out the front desk said sorry about the light. Its probably because of people walking hard above us and they had to remodel. We Didn't even know we had to pay for parking because it was the same price and there was a big parking lot on the property. We figured paying 600.00 included parking!

At 11 pm there was multiple people arguing a long time in room next door. They then started singing and clapping. For the ridiculous price of this place I expect some peace and quiet and a breakfast I can actually attend.

Pool was out: they said it’d be fixed by the next day. It never was for the 3 days we were there. Very disappointing.

Excellent experience over all. I will always be staying at this hotel when we visit Seattle now. It was extremely affordable and super nice over all for myself and my family. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves and on top of everything the customer service was great! 10/10!!!

The front desk person checking us in was short and terse and acted like he was inconvenienced when we checked in. The sliding entry door was locked for security and you would use a room key to open it. But we had not checked I . Of course he was on his cell phone texting and was interrupted which I am sure he had the attitude.

Clean, reasonably priced and a great continental breakfast. Close enough to drive into the downtown core of Seattle. Lots of amenities nearby too.

Everything was clean and average at the hotel; although I feel like it could use an upgrade especially with appliances (TV). The lobby was nicely organized and staff were friendly. We had a lot of noise from the halls and neighboring room but we weren’t at the hotel long enough to complain. For the price I believe you could do better in this area but it wasn’t a bad stay at all. Another side note that I found surprising was that I had to pay $15 per day for parking - I’ve never had to pay for parking at a hotel so this was another thing to consider. The parking lot was average size and it didn’t seem like there was a shortage of space so I was a little confused why paying for parking was a thing anyway. Overall I probably wouldn’t come back unless all other hotels were booked out but it’s not a bad choice if you need it.

My family of four had a great experience. Staff was friendly, warm, and very helpful with information. Rooms were very spacious so my kids had room to play while my husband and I relaxed. Close walking distance to grocery stores for things we needed/forgot to pack! Close to downtown but removed enough from chaos of downtown traffic. Will definitely book here again for our next visit.

The walls seemed thin because we could everything someone was doing around us. I ended up asking to change rooms because the people next to us were arguing as well as called down to front desk at 11:30 pm to request the guests above us not stomp around. The shower curtain looked like it needed to be cleaned and floors were dirty.

I would give the hotel 3/5 stars over all. Beds were satisfactory but not great pillows were crap! There was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower had to call to get those. Very short staffed or seemed to be. The carpet needs to be replaced as it is wrinkled and a tripping hazard! Also gonna pay for parking 15.00 a day!

Had a great time and it was a great location to Dave Busters, and lots of shopping, close to the convention centre.

Nice warm indoor pool. The only downside was kids running up and down the corridors and inadequate seating in the breakfast area.

Shortly after we checked in we discovered that the first room had limited power. The tv and microwave would not turn on. The lady at the front desk came to see she could get it to work, but had no luck, so we had to change rooms. Upon arriving in the second room, we had noticed that there was trash in both trash cans and the room was not very clean. The rooms could also use an update. Overall, I am not satisfied with the stay.

Pool is open till late, breakfast was good. Rooms are minimally furnished, washrooms aren’t the best.

Otherwise the room offers all the essentials as needed. Breakfast is delightful, yet it's strange as no one seems to check to verify guest's status so any walk-ins are welcome to help themselves?
