Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its cleanliness, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and convenient location. The free breakfast is also a popular feature. However, some guests have complained about the $12 parking fee, noise from other guests, and issues with room cleanliness.

The room, staff, and breakfast are excellent. The drinking water in the gym had a musty taste-- Is the filter in the machine lacking maintenance?

Breakfast, pool, staff There was actual dirt in the bed. It was disgusting. It also told me that they had not changed the sheets. I told the front desk and they apologized and told me they would change the sheets. It was my daughters wedding that day, so after breakfast we left for the day. Late that night, got back to the room. The beds had been made. I was so relieved. Unfortunately, when I got into bed, the dirt was still all there. My husband got it off the best he could. It was stained into the sheet at this point. I slept on top of the bed cover with a blanket from the car. I think it is really important to say, though, that everything else was really nice. Sadly, this was a big mistake on their part that kind of ruined all the other great stuff.

The room was nice and beds comfortable. Front desk staff were nice at check-in. Our shower curtain smelled like urine or like it had soured. We asked for a new one and housekeeping brought it up quickly. The pool has limited hours that don't work well for one night stays. 8am-8pm on the weekend. The breakfast was okay but staff didn't seem interested in taking the garbage out or refreshing food and drinks as they ran out. At check out, when asking for a print out of a receipt or charges, we were curtly told we would have to print from the third party we booked through. We were routinely told that any changes to our stay (like adding another night, etc) would also have to be done through the third party, Booking.com (at various hotels).

Breakfast is good
- 5/5
The staff is so helpful and incredibly friendly. Breakfast is delicious and always has a selection of eggs, meat, potatoes, fresh fruit, waffles, and cereal. The coffee was so good- nice and bold unlike most of the watered down, bad tasting coffee you get at hotels. And, cherry on top- they always have fresh baked cookies in the lobby in the evening. Will definitely be booking here again when I return to the area.

I liked the blackout curtains, the comfort of the bed and the fact that it was clean. I also liked the new heating system - much quieter than the old one. I didn't like the lights. The lighting was very harsh. I guess that's the price of using LED lighting. I know it's more efficient but I just don't like it.

Checkin associate Barry was positive and helpful during a late night checkin. I had to request a room change after checkin due to a cleaning issue and Barry was very considerate and managed my request without issue. The place was quiet, room clean, and the breakfast very suitable to my expectations.

Pool was very small and there wasn't a hot tub. The pet fee is $100 non-refundable. Bed was very comfortable.

Clean room, very friendly staff
- 5/5
Yes all good
- 4/5
Was there for a night stay and booked this location for the swimming pool. All was okay BUT when figure out that the pool was closed & was not working... which created big disappointment for the kids, which was one of the priorities for them on this trip. Otherwise, the staff, property, room and breakfast all good.
- 5/5
Good service, good breakfast and location
- 4/5
The price point was very perfect and the room was comfortable and super quiet and we appreciate that so much! The bathroom floor did not look clean and I’m not sure if it’s just stained but I felt like the carpet and bathroom floor were not as clean as they could be. Otherwise no complaints great service and thank you for a very comfortable stay. Super nice staff!!!
- 4/5
The staff did comp my additional vehicles, but there was no budging on this exorbitant $100 for one night in a $175 room, other than offer a refund if I wanted to cancel.
- 5/5
Very accommodating!
- 5/5
Room was ok.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean. Pool was extremely clean also.

Katrina, Barry, Amy, Steve & Danielle were awesome and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful...
- 1/5
This hotel was terrible. I checked out after one night where I basically didn’t sleep. The door wouldn’t open the first 4 times I tried. Once inside it smelled of mildew and rot and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The floors were so creaky and thin that I could hear every move in the neighboring unit and I barely slept, since there were so many noises and the door was sketchy. In the morning when I turned the shower on, the entire spout on the tub went shooting off the wall. Neither of the showers drained and both were disgusting and unclean. I will never stay here again.

They were able to check us in early and were helpful with everything we needed.

- 5/5
The lady in charge of breakfast did a amazing job.
- 5/5
Its quiet and safe surrounding, will be back
- 4/5
This is a VERY quiet property, especially given how close it is to the freeway. It’s very close to Microsoft’s headquarters and an easy walk to it. The room was clean, had good amenities, and was comfortable. The breakfast had many choices & was quite substantial with all that was available. The only drawback was AC noise & fridge noise within the room.
- 5/5
Great hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and roomy, and the bed was comfortable.

- 5/5
The Fairfield Inn & Suites was clean and staff was very friendly. We just spent one night, had breakfast and then took off. For a continental breakfast, it was good with good protein options. Would recommend and stay again!
- 4/5
This was a nice, solid, popular option in Bellevue. They do charge for parking, which, given how deserted the area was, surprised me. Breakfast was a good buffet of standard hotel fare.
- 3/5
Everything was great except the breakfast, it ends to soon for those who arrive late and want to sleep in a little.
- 5/5
Lovely room, clean, appeared to have been newly decorated. Friendly staff at check in, pet fee high at $100! Parking fee was waived, very considerate.

Comfortable stay at an affordable price. The pool area was a little dingy and could use a good cleaning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Property was a bit on the older/dated side but the bathroom was updated; Inside and outside was clean; well maintained
- 3/5
Older hotel. Clean. Nice front desk service.
- 4/5
The breakfast was amazing 😍
- 4/5
It was safe and had nice breakfast
- 5/5
All of the guys who work at the front desk are so friendly, kind, and helpful! The rooms are clean and updated, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are quiet, and having a mini-fridge and microwave cuts down on food delivery costs (they also have frozen food and snacks in the lobby available for purchase, 24/7). Would definitely recommend!
- 5/5
Parking was hard but everything else was great
- 5/5
This property is walkable from the newly contructed metro line 2 and you can easily navigate to bellevue downtown and all the other places. One good thing was it had laundry machines which you can use. Would have been good if the room had some kitchen amenities
- 5/5
great service! No complaints

Free breakfast is great, plenty of options

Good location
- 4/5
The breakfast was nice, stocked and ready for a large crowd to enter. Options were plentiful and service was fast, prompt and helpful. Pool was cold, and no hot tub. But overall enjoyable
- 4/5
It was comfortable and sufficient for our needs.
- 2/5
Front desk was rude and did not answer questions. Also paid parking was never mentioned.

Do not like high beds or low toilet.

- 5/5
Everything was great about this place.
- 1/5
Me and my family stayed there for one night, the next day in the morning my legs so itchy until now, I don’t know if it’s a roach or bed bugs bite.
- 4/5
Overall a great stay
- 3/5
We found out once it check-in that they are cashless was not stated on our reservation. They also charge for parking which was also not stated on the reservation. Breakfast was very limited.
- 3/5
Only gave three stars because pool was closed and that was the reason why we had picked this hotel.
- 5/5
We stayed for 6 nights to visit family and friends, and Fairfield Inn & Suites Bellevue/Redmond was great! The hotel is set back from the road, and so it was very quiet. The room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had hot and cold choices, and the staff was super diligent to replenish. Show your love to the breakfast and room staff! Washer/dryer cycles were fast, reasonable cost, clean. There is an additional charge to park your car, but there are no public parking areas around, and the parking lot is safe. We will stay here again.
- 4/5
Very Nice
- 5/5
Nice breakfast and room. Stayed with my family and kids. They provided crib as well.
- 5/5
👍
- 4/5
Good for business travel right next to Microsoft Redmond campus
- 5/5
We stayed here for 3 nights. The check in was fast, pleasant and welcoming. Room was clean and smell fresh with mini fridge, microwave snd coffee maker. The 55in TV with many local channels and Netflix/Prime stream (needed your account) was provided. A/C worked well with digital controller. Pool was small but warm enough, no hot tub though. Fitness room was 24 hours. Breakfast was hot and cold with options like omelet 😋, waffle, potatoes, sausage or bacon and fruits, cereals, yogurt, muffins and etc. Paid Parking was plenty. Area was very quite and looks safe and convenient. Room service was available only if you staying 3 nights or more, but anything available in front desk ir upon your call.
- 4/5
The staff were amazing, good breakfast, warm pool. The only issue I found was the sound of shower by other rooms that awaken me and family before 6am. Footsteps above our room can be heard also.
- 4/5
The hotel is very comfortable, the staff are very nice and the hotel is close to my family.
- 4/5
Walking distance to Microsoft. Decent room , but the beds are not as comfortable. Overall nice hotel in a quiet , forest-like surrounding.
- 4/5
The room, common areas, and location are great. Although one of the staff members acted a bit offensive upon our arrival, the overall services were great.
- 4/5
Very nice and quiet!
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Coffee and tea was available anytime. No room service for 2 nights stay. Parking is paid.
- 5/5
It was a last minute decision to go to Seattle for a weekend getaway. The price was excellent. Breakfast was great! The bed was very comfortable. Nice and spacious bathroom. They charged $12 for parking which was not expected but normal in Seattle.
- 5/5
El hotel estaba muy limpio, el desayuno era muy variado
- 5/5
Parking need pay money, If you free that will be perfect.
- 5/5
I liked that the area was in a quiet area with plenty of parking. Parking fees per night wasn’t terrible. Close to shopping and restaurants in Bellevue.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Clean and the staff was very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was top notch. would highly recommend

Good Experience
- 5/5
Staff very helpful. Clean. Great breakfast.
- 5/5
I travel frequently, domestically and internationally, the staff at this hotel has taken the top spot for service perfection. We arrived on the midst of an area blackout so the hotel staff was swamped and they exceeded our expectations. From the front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeping. Our stay was flawless. Highly recommend. Room was quiet, comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
We were out of electricity because of Bomb storm, and he helped us with the room accomodations, when we needed to extend our time and with some other issues as well. We are very thankful!
- 5/5

- 4/5
property is clean and price is reasonable
- 5/5
Nice place convenient clean and quite 2nd stay there.
- 3/5
Terrible breakfast
- 3/5
Hotel itself was nice. Waffles were more akin to rocks. All other breakfast items were great
- 4/5
Overall, my stay was okay. I made a last-minute switch from one hotel to another, and this one ended up being my choice. I mostly switched because of the pool, but it had a few drawbacks. It closes at 8:00 PM and opens at 8:00 AM, which is a bit early. It also doesn’t have a jacuzzi. The parking lot was completely empty, and the hotel is quite far from downtown Seattle. Taking a Lyft to any location of interest in Seattle, Washington, cost $50, which is a bit steep. I don’t understand why they charge $12 for parking if there’s tons of open parking. I counted over 100 spots in the parking lot, and there was plenty of space in the nearby hotel area. So, the $12 seems like a bit of corporate greed. The breakfast was okay, with all the typical continental breakfast items. The room was a bit too small for my liking. The bed was only about 6-9 inches wide on one side, making it difficult to get off and use the bathroom at night. The tub also had some mold/black stuff above the emergency drain at the top, which was disappointing. I’ve noticed that hotels are starting to use shampoo bottles attached to the shower in their rooms, which is a smart idea. However, it also seems like an afterthought.
- 4/5
Great location....room was clean quiet and wifi was great for work. Also enjoyed the breakfast every day as well as the woekout room. A home away from home for a week.
- 4/5
Spent a recent week here during a vacation. Great location for the things we wanted to do. Comfortable bed, clean room and a space to do a little work were exactly what we needed, and Fairfield delivered. Free breakfast was always a good way to start the day, though the options barely changed on a daily basis, but hey, it's free! Lots of dining options nearby as well. In all, a great place to stay if you're not looking for glamorous.
- 5/5
We have stayed here alot and like the place. It is close to family, has a nice staff, and the rooms and facility are clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
I liked that it was conveniently located.
- 5/5
I didn't like the parking fee. This should never be charge for a hotel stay, especially when it is in the suburban area.
- 5/5
It was quiet and very clean. Not a lot of residual noise and beds were extremely comfortable!
- 5/5
Love this place! I’ll be back.
- 2/5
This time room on the first flood . The smell not good
- 5/5
Great breakfast options. Charged for parking and the room had a funny smell to it.
- 3/5
it was okay. the hotel is nice and clean and quiet, but for what you pay, i would have liked to have a jacuzzi, and for the pool to stay open passed 8 pm.
- 5/5
The hotel is very close to my family’s apartment. I stay in the Fairfield Inn every time I travel to Seattle.
- 5/5
I love the front desk here!
- 4/5
It was a business trip, but the hotel offers everything you need. The breakfast was very good, they serve hot options bacon, eggs, waffles, pancakes, fruits. The only thing I didn’t like was that in my room the shower doesn’t have door, so there was a water puddle on the bathroom floor everyday.
- 5/5
Great place hope to stay again.
- 5/5
Barry was awesome :)
- 2/5
Outdated and dirty room. Hair in the shower and not vacuumed.
- 4/5
Perfectly fine hotel in a sleepy and leafy area.
- 3/5
The price was reasonable but I felt like I paid enough not to have to pay extra for every little thing. I had to pay $12 a night for parking per car and decent internet cost $5 extra per day. In most hotels those are included in your room rate and had I realized that I would need to add that to the cost I probably would have selected a different hotel.
- 3/5
Very quiet location, however this means it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk anywhere. Breakfast was good lots of choices a few more fresh fruit options would have been nice. The pillows on the bed were not the comfiest, my kids and I are used to a thicker pillow, however my husband liked the pillows so it just depends on what you are used to. My favourite thing about the hotel is the free coffee and tea that is available 24/7 down in the dining area.
