Only the breakfast Everything else was definitely not what I expected from being a regular customer at embassy suites properties. This was the poorest service and conditions of the room I have experienced at an embassy suites properties
- 5/5
The breakfast is always great !
- 3/5
The location is great but I was not impressed as in previous years. The parking lot is small due to construction and they charge for parking. Whole checking in the staff provided zero information about amenities, breakfast or anything else. The pool had a large amount of unsupervised children and stunk. Our room only had bedding for 4, even through we booked 6 and was very dingy. I don’t think we will return.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent and property was very clean.
- 2/5
The room door wasn’t locked on one day of our stay, which is unacceptable. Also, the other day, only one bed was made and two others were left messy. I have never experience such bad room cleaning service in my life. The breakfast options are very limited and almost same everyday.

Very nice, right in downtown.

I had a lovely time. The staff were so kind, the room was clean and the breakfast had so many options. The room was quiet and I got great rest. I would stay here again. I had a conference I attended during my stay and the free shuttle gave me a ride in the morning. That was a very nice touch.
- 3/5
The front desk staff was not amazing. They didn’t tell me about any of the amenities, breakfast, happy hour, the gym… nothing. They just handed me my keys and some water. Very minimal effort. Not even welcoming or friendly. The room was fine. There were several hairs in the shower. But overall, it was OK. I gave three stars for the location and ease of parking.
- 5/5
The room was very spacious and I enjoyed the separate living room area. Very quiet rooms. They also have a deal where you put the do not disturb sign on your door so made service doesn’t come and you get a $10 off at the restaurant. The restaurant has exceptionally great food. They have a nightly reception which includes two drinks and appetizers at no charge. I would definitely come again. Enjoyed my stay.

Front desk lady who helped us at check in was wonderful & so helpful! Room was nice & comfortable like having the extra room and 2 living spaces. The evening reception and breakfast selection was very good. Food and beverage service workers were hardworking, efficient and friendly. Hate having to pay for parking in a hotel owned lot, should be complimentary. Hall walkway outside our room had cracker crumb trail from when we checked in at 5:30 pm to next morning when we checked out at 10 am. Honestly don't know if housekeeping was notified to remedy the problem.

Excellent full breakfast with omelet bar.

Not close to anything Older property Nice breakfast Good size Paper thin walls
- 4/5
Hotel was clean and staff was excellent. I specifically requested a room with a walk in shower like the pictures on the website indiciated for the king suite with balcony. I even received an email from the hotel saying they would accommodate and then they did not. I was a bit upset about that. And after traveling all day I didn’t have the energy to go try and change rooms

- 4/5
Staff was very helpful, room clean. We were there on a weekend and there was a big crowd in the pool area so were weren't able to use it. Manager's reception is nice, but the person in charge packed things up 30 minutes early (ooops.....). Omelet station for breakfast is nice. Paying for parking is a bit annoying as this facility is not in the middle of the city.

Every thing was good Everything was good
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful, except the food for breakfast. We picked Embassy because of the great breakfast provided, we had previously experienced, and we knew we would be looking forward to it after our long trip. But the food was bland, rubbery, and tasted worse than what we could have gotten at a McDonalds. It was very sub-par, and lack luster especially for a Hotel under the Hilton brand.

We have stayed here for years and are never disappointed.
- 5/5
Suite was great. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with omelette bar and numerous options.
- 4/5
The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is the couch had no firmness. No cushion. No matter where you sat. My back hurt really bad from sitting up out there spending time watching TV or reading with my spouse. I did let them know at the front desk when checking out, that couches time was up. I do not know if they’ll take that into consideration. Other than that, I absolutely recommend this hotel!

We had a broken pull out bed for 2 nights and never got the credit for the inconvenience. I paid the room rate and only got one bed for two nights instead 2 beds that I paid for. No credit was ever received from the hotel like previously promised. This hotel sucks.

New people. Not the same. Different room than we stay in. Overall okay. Disk guy a little short about things. Not happy like most the of the disk chack in lady's that makes you feel happy you're there. Don't eat there. Had a hamburger and chicken sandwich. Both were burnt and cold. Extra $9.00 ser charged why? I guess for eating ther. For 60 bucks + tip. I'll eat at crab house across the street. Fish & chips, and king crab dinner for same price. We have stayed here at least 25 to 30 times over this last year +. We do like staying here over all. I DON'T LIKE PAYING FOR PARKING. $330.00 A NIGHT REALLY. + $24.O0 PARKING

I didn't like that you make us pay $20 to park there then have a convention in the hotel and there is no parking! Did you make the people who came to the card convention pay for parking? No. But the people who paid almost $300 a night have to? Sorry to say this was the final straw for Embassy Suites.
- 5/5
Always have a good stay here. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Room service dinning is handy. Continental breakfast is better than most.

Great all around !

Convenient location to freeway/highway going to and from downtown Seattle etc. Very clean and staff is accommodative. Great continental breakfast.
- 1/5
The room itself was disappointing. I even noticed a few carpet beetles, which I chose not to escalate at the time, but it certainly added to the discomfort. On top of that, I was overcharged—the price I booked through Expedia did not match the final bill from the hotel, which is unacceptable. The check-in experience was also unpleasant. Staff were visibly frustrated when I declined a king bed and requested the double queen I had specifically booked. That kind of attitude is not what I expect, especially from a Hilton property. Overall, this was the worst Embassy Suites experience I’ve had—and that says a lot given the expectations for a location in the Seattle/Bellevue area. I’ve stayed at many Hilton hotels before, and this one fell far below standard in nearly every way.
- 4/5
The hotel was centrally located and offered a great continental breakfast. Room was great size and staff was very friendly. The elevator system for as large as the hotel was was not very accommodating. They were slow and small.
- 5/5
Hotel was beautiful buffet was wonderful. Very large room loved staying here would go back anytime. I was there to visit again.

I say they're twice a month.I love it. My wife loves it. People there are wonderful you want to have a good time and enjoy your stay. Their breakfast is good at other than they use powdered eggs which I hate. But it is what it is.
- 4/5
Very clean, staff were very attentive and good location. My only concern was the lack of controlled pool time for adults. We were unable to enjoy the hot tub or pool due to children at all hours. I had my fingers stepped on in the hot tub and squirt gun fights and floats in the pool prevented access. We asked about adult only time and informed after 10:00 p.m. and the hot tube closed at 10:00 p.m.

The only downside was the underwhelming breakfast for it was just mehhh. Everything else though about staying here was great.

Cons: There is construction at every corner. It’s loud at 4am. Bring your ear plugs. Towels were hard as a rock as if they starch them. Bring your own water in. Shower blasted scorching hot water ever 2 min then cold. Shocking to find a non smoking hotel where outside balcony had cigarette butts all over. Pros: Hotel and Staff were amazing. Rooms are big and spacious. Comfortable. I would give it higher rating but with all the loudness that’s about it.
- 5/5
Very comfortable and freshly crisp bedding.

When I arrive the Hilton at 10:30 at night, the reservation front desk can not find it. So I have to call Expedia customer service for waiting more than 30 min to get the reservation taking care of. It is very tired and worry reservation have to wait and maybe need to pay again.

- 5/5
The two things that need to improve are the TV. It was out most of our trip and the food in the restaurant. It was over priced and not very good. Everything else was great.
- 4/5
Everything was very good. Only thing I didn't like was being charged for parking. Just charge more for the room
- 4/5
Breakfast food was fresh and frequently replenished during service. Only downside was it was the same food everyday and we were there 5 days. Service staff was kind and helpful.
- 5/5
Everything from check in to the cleanliness of the room, the staff, game boards sold at the little store that's located as soon as you walk in to Hotel. Also, the breakfast and snacks/drinks every night from 5:30-7. What a Great touch of hospitality! My family absolutely LOVED our stay and truly has been our Best stay and we have done a lot of traveling together! Keep up the Amazing Hospitality with Families in mind!

Clean and comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Breakfast finishes little early on Mon-Fri
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet with an array of options and made to order omelet station. The only issue was that the pool was absolute chaos and no towels available but to be fair the hotel was packed and staff were running hard trying to keep up. Would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Fresh tasty breakfast
- 1/5
Didn’t get to experience the stay because they overbooked our rooms, they sent us to a parter hotel and they didn’t know anything about it we had to drive back because they wouldn’t answer phone, Front receptionist did a great job at attending us despite the issue.
- 4/5
Spacious room and quiet. Breakfast was not good during my stay but had better breakfast there previously. Check in was smooth. Laundry was convenient coin operated or by an app.
- 5/5
The staff is amazing, Helpful, and very kind.
- 1/5
In addition, there was a strong and unpleasant odor that filled our room and persisted for several hours. Prior to our stay, we were informed that the pool would have designated adult quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. To accommodate this, we planned our evening accordingly—going out for shopping and dinner so we could return at 10:00 p.m. to enjoy the pool. Unfortunately, we were unable to do so due to the circumstances. The pool area was overcrowded, with many children running and jumping around, and there appeared to be no supervision or enforcement of the stated quiet hours. We approached at least four staff members and asked for assistance in addressing the situation and ensuring the adult-only time was respected. Each time, we were told it was not their responsibility and that we needed to speak with the front desk. When we went to the front desk at 10:00 p.m., there was an extremely long line.

- 1/5
There was so many kids and babies in the hot tub! And there was glass at the pool and I cut my foot and now have glass in my foot. Total ghetto free for all. Kids and people running around barefoot and shirtless at the “reception”. The pool and hot tub totally unregulated. Like I said I have glass in my foot. Been four or five times before but will not be back.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, super clean, great rooms.
- 5/5
Yes hot tub is great , just need a little stronger on the jet in the hot tub- the pool close for children at 10pm but adults opens till 12 midnight - which is great as it’s quiet and nice 👍
- 5/5
Kind staff and clean
- 5/5
Clean room and spacious
- 5/5
Initial stay had issues after I was not able to make it the first night and tried to check in the next am at 8:30am. My reservation had been canceled even thought I had the reservation paid for. Wasn't too happy about it. Was able to have second night refunded but it was kind of a hassle.
- 5/5
Room was great, breakfast item were not so good. Things that were supposed to be hot were cold as in the eggs, pancakes and sausage.
- 5/5
The couch cushions were not in good condition and there was a white stain on the couch and the bathtub was dirty and I had to clean it myself

Always appreciate Embassy Suites.

Room not clean with new towels both TVs did not work so I had to have an engineer come up otherwise this day was OK got surprised by the charge for parking was not happy about that

- 5/5
Clean room, great breakfast, loved the private bedroom.
- 4/5
We have stayed here a few times now. The location, cleanliness and amenities are great. The breakfast is wonderful and the reception is a fun way to end the day. My only complaint is the parking. The fee is fairly high, especially when, according to the staff member we spoke with, there is little to no monitoring. I would not choose a different hotel due to this but it does need to be factored into the overall cost. Overall, still a top choice for the area from our perspective.
- 5/5
The room was very clean. The staff was helpful when my flight was delayed and I arrived in the early early morning. Breakfast was delicious and always the best manager reception! I will definitely come back on my next visit to Seattle, this was the perfect location, it was very close to downtown Seattle.
- 4/5
Best room features included the separate living room with table and comfortable seating, second sink and tea/coffee area, easy heat/ac controls and wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows. This would have been 5 stars except for the “thin” walls. We could hear every conversation and little cough from the room next door.
- 5/5
The hotel was amazing! It was very clean, beautiful property, great area, staff was polite and professional! We had a great experience there!
- 4/5
The staff were very friendly. The eggs at breakfast the first morning were not fully cooked but were fine the second morning. The toilet paper was barely one ply. The area for the breakfast and manager's reception was very nice. Self parking was expensive and at times not available.
- 1/5
Windows were stained

Beautiful hotel! Very nice rooms! Quite very luxury I would say. Perfect location to shopping center.

Very nice hotel close to Bellevue. Great breakfast! Nice pool and hot tub.
- 5/5
Staff was super nice !!

Yes it was great

1) paying $22 to park is ridiculous. The hotel is in Eastgate for goodness sake, not a desirable location like downtown Seattle or Bellevue and it is located in a office park type area. 2) Someone decided drilling in a room right next to ours on what I presume was the connecting wall to us at 7am was a good idea. Thankfully we were up but seriously - wouldn't it make more sense to check to see if the room next door to where work was needed is empty before starting a project. 3) at 9am or so a maid knocked on our door and when we didn't answer fast enough because we were shocked someone was knocking she knocked again! She asked us when we were planning on checking out. When we questioned if the check out time was 11 she asked if that was when we were leaving. We decided enough was enough and as we were leaving (about 10 mins later) she was still outside our door with her cart on her phone. What exactly was the hurry? We did provide feedback to the front desk and they kindly provided my sister with Hilton rewards because we used her information to get points but that didn't help me - the one that paid for the room.
- 3/5
T v kept cutting out and losing service. And I really don't like to have to pay for the parking lot, it's a little outrageous.Twenty dollars a night
- 1/5
There had been a cat in the room which I could smell plus I’m extremely allergic. The TV wouldn’t work, kept cutting out saying bad signal. The headboard was all scratched up. There was no extra blanket in the room which there always had been before. Have stayed at this place many time and have never been so disgusted.
- 4/5
Exceptional service!
- 5/5
Room was spotless and so comfortable! I came with a bunch of kids for a teens birthday and the hotel went out of their way to make us feel welcome even allowing us to check in early and late and giving the birthday girl a goodie bag ! We will for sure be back for other birthday celebrations!!
- 3/5
1. Between all of the QR codes that we were bombarded with, I think we found three different menus for the restaurant. One was a year old! 2. The hours for the restaurant indicated that you could order In Room Dining from 3:00 to “close”. It was confusing as to whether this meant delivered and/or pick up. We called the Room Service number at about 8:00 pm with no answer. Five minutes later we called again and after about 10 rings, it was answered by the Front Desk which transferred us back to the restaurant. NO ANSWER AGAIN. Five minutes later we called again and this time when the call eventually went to the Front Desk, they said, “Oh, the restaurant is closed for the evening.” -Why bother even having a restaurant open for dinner if it’s going to close at 8:00 on a SATURDAY NIGHT?!?! -Why did it take three separate unanswered calls and the need to involve another department to find out that we couldn’t order anything? This delayed our dining by at least a half an hour. At least turn on call messaging to tell callers that they’re out of luck. Very disappointing.

Great stay

While the rooms are kinda dated they were clean and roomy, front desk lady a sweetheart

I had no idea the room was like a suite! We loved the living area and that there was a door into the bedroom. Room was so clean! Loved breakfast! It was quiet and in a quiet safe area close to the freeway. Will stay there again if we make our way back to the Seattle area
- 5/5
Staff was courteous and very accommodating. Suite was spacious and clean. Breakfast was exceptional.

Staff was great , had a few bedding issues initially. Was corrected very quickly :) didn’t get my dining credit though :( Overall great stay . Will return
- 5/5
We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities. It was great though. The complimentary snacks and beverages in the evening was nice. The room was cozy. Breakfast was good A lot of kids running wild, jumping off furniture and screaming. Parents didn’t care i guess hotel staff thought that was out if their hands. Overall a good stay. I’d definitely stay again!
- 2/5
The room wasn't very clean - we found a used glass on the floor in the corner. When we filled up the tub there was a layer of scum floating on the water. Breakfast, usually one of the best parts of staying at an Embassy Suites, was not up to their usual standards.
- 5/5
Rooms were very big and clean. Staff was all very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was great, staff were restocking all food as it got low.
- 5/5
the entire facility was spotless. The pool was warm enough to swim; something I've found rare lately. The common areas were beautiful, light, and full of comfortable places to work or socialize. Staff was exceptional.
- 4/5
Room was clean and all employees we encountered were really nice.
- 5/5
My room was clean. The buffet was good especially in the morning. I would have liked the to have offered iced tea in the am or in the evening along with coffee at the managers receptiom

I enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites in Bellevue. It's location, clean rooms, and made to order omelette breakfast makes it an excellent choice for travelers.
- 5/5
They have the BEST omelette station!
- 5/5
Best place to stay in Seattle area! We went on a girls trip and loved this embassy suites! Clean room, quiet area, pool and hottub! (especially loved the adult swim time!!!) The breakfast is the best out there! Hot off omelets to your liking and fresh fruit! Also a Starbucks and some fast food literally next door! I would stay here in a heartbeat next time I’m there!
- 5/5
Stay here every time I come to the area.
- 5/5
Amenities and extras were great!
- 4/5
Everything was great but they failed to state that they charge for parking. Alot more money to stay here than price paid upfront.
- 4/5

Charge for self parking was not on the web site so little disappointed in the surprise added fee. Other than that the stay was pleasant

Cleanliness and location.

All blankets and comforters are polyester. There is nothing that is cotton or wool besides the sheets. This makes it hard to sleep properly, as polyester can quickly make you hot and sweaty. Would not come back

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. We loved the managers reception in the evening with free snacks and drinks. Did not know the restaurant is closed on Sundays so that was a bummer but there are nearby dining options and since our kiddo was under the weather we door dashed some Outback. Breakfast was delicious with a ton of options. We would stay again!
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
Thanks
- 3/5
We love the Embassies and stay at them frequently but this is the first time we have had an unpleasant experience. There was a mess of kids running around the hotel, throwing ice and rummaging through the managers reception/snacks. I was trying to enjoy the football game on the tv near the bar and couldn’t even do that. Parents of children were also being loud and disrespectful to the hotel staff. Noise continued well after 10pm. Very unfortunate when you have to travel from another state for medical care and can’t even get a good nights sleep due to noise.
- 5/5
Nice large hotel. Room was very spacious and clean. Hot breakfast and snacks were nice. Gym and pool were clean and new. Parking was a bit steep for at $19, but otherwise good would recommend.
- 5/5
2nd time at this property. Amazing facilities, very good location. Rooms were good and the breakfast was amazing! Staff is friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
Spotless room, great staff, excellent amenities and great breakfast!
- 3/5
The courtyard was loud, which made it difficult to sleep. There was trash that people put outside their room that was left out all night. The breakfast was good.
- 5/5
It was clean And comfortable
- 5/5
I love it, it was so clean and so peacefull
- 5/5
Very clean , pool open til midnight

- 5/5
Pretty standard clean hotel, check in and out was quick. Would stay again
- 3/5
Room was good. Bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows were too lumpy and flat. Breakfast was good. Lots of kids running around without parents and leaving towels from the pool all over. Just not the usual stay at an Embassy Suites.
- 3/5
The staff were very nice but the overall experience was fairly average. The room had some mechanical issues and the construction just outside started very early on Saturday making it impossible to sleep past about 7am. The breakfast was kind of blah but my husband said the omelette station was pretty good. So overall not a bad stay but not a very good one either.
- 5/5
Absolutely great stay and wonderful hotel! We come every year for my son's birthday (January 1st) as it is the only hotel he wants to stay at. Mak at the front desk was amazing. He introduced himself to my son, wished him happy birthday and greeted him by name every time we entered the building.
- 5/5
The room was very clean. Kids loved the pool and breakfast was great. Would definitely go back!
- 4/5
My wife and I stayed at the hotel for two nights and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the excellent service from the staff. I would like to note that the jacuzzi was very crowded with children in the evening, which was a little uncomfortable. However, the next morning I had a wonderful time in the pool and jacuzzi, for which I would like to express my special thanks for the schedule! Russell Kryukov
- 4/5
Clean large room. The bed was comfortable, but not
- 5/5
Great place for families. My family and I loved the snack/happy hour time in the atrium, and the beautiful lights and elevator views were a hit! Already booked our next stay.
- 5/5
Only bad thing is the TV and cable. Limited channels & some doesn't work because of signal.
- 5/5
The room was spotless. No strange smells and no missed spots anywhere. Although the hotel isn’t in downtown Bellevue, it’s conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and right near the highway.
- 4/5
I appreciate Embassy Suites for it's affordability and amenities. I love the managers reception each night, but I wish it went a bit longer. Maybe until 8pm, but it was extremely generous and nice to have. The snacks and complementary beverages were great! The pool was excellent at this location and there were a lot of seating options around the pool for parents to watch and relax. The pool area was clean and my child enjoyed it. Max depth of the pool was very shallow(4.5 ft). Breakfast was ok for a hot buffet spread. Tasted like your typical college dining hall food, but was nice and free. I loved the fresh fruit option. There were lots of choices and lots of free seating to eat. Room was clean and spacious. It was NYE, so it was very loud all evening in the Commons area, but that's to be expected on a night like that. At about 9am they sent an employee to peoples rooms knocking on doors asking them when they would be checking out, which I found odd and a bit unwelcoming. The employee also did not speak clear English and was extremely difficult to understand what was being communicated. I have stayed at Embassy Suites many times, never this location, and have never had an experience like that. I would hope that is not a common practice for this hotel. It was a good stay, but we probably wont be back to this location.
- 5/5
Staff made guests feel very welcome and aimed to please. Room was spacious, immaculate, and kept to high standards.
- 5/5
People here are wonderful. Cannot do enough to help you.
- 4/5
The room is decent, but the bed is too soft for my taste. There is a manager's treat for the afternoon, and breakfast is ok. Overall, good value for the price.
- 3/5
We waited a really long time for omelette, and the other offerings have gone down hill in the many years we have been coming. Our TV would not work frequently and there were other small issues with the room.
- 3/5
Carpet inside is a pretty old and dirty, it’s time for a makeover and a deep clean!
- 5/5
Good Services
- 3/5
The room was really clean, the bed was quite comfortable, and the staff was great. The breakfast was pretty bland, also one of our TV's was nonfunctional. It's not that high of a priority on our travel list, but I don't think expecting all of your appliances to function is too much of an ask. What was a real bummer was when our mini fridge stopped working in the middle of the night and some food spoiled.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Great Stay and Staff

Excelente breakfast
- 5/5
All the staff was so exceptional! They always had a sincere smile or answer ☺️. We really appreciated them. Our rooms where very clean actually everywhere was clean. The breakfast was wonderful including the snack time between 530 and 7 i think. Thank you for all your hard work everyone.
- 4/5
The room was clean, the breakfast was hot and we had a great night in the pool/hot tub. Perfect for what we needed k!
- 5/5
The kindness of the front desk
- 5/5
The room was very clean, all the staff was awesome, and the food was very good!
- 4/5
The room was perfect as always! There was quite a bit of things missing in the room that housekeeping did not replace when they cleaned the room. Other than this it was a good time. Breakfast was amazing! Would definitely recommend this room to somebody looking for a place to stay in Seattle.
- 5/5
Great service, omelette wasn't perfect but good to have choices
- 5/5
Excellent all around.

Clean room ..and awesome breakfast ...
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean. The complimentary drinks were great after a long day and the breakfast was delicious. Overall the hotel was great as were the staff. I'll definitely be staying here again. Totally recommend.
- 5/5
Great staff, awesome breakfast, love the pool being open until 12 AM.
- 5/5
Great front desk service and spacious room. I’ve stayed at Hilton ES multiple times and always have a good stay. Hotel also has good breakfast options.
- 4/5
Check in and out was easy. Free breakfast. Must pay for parking.
- 5/5
Clean room. Pool open til midnight. Breakfast until 10am. Definitely recommend for families
- 5/5
Clean hotel very friendly and helpful staff
- 5/5
Service was excellent!!!
- 5/5
Awesome
- 4/5
It was good, average accommodations
- 2/5
We stay at the Embassy Suites for breakfast. They didn't start serving until 730. We had to check out for a sports camp at 7am.
- 5/5
I love this hotel but
- 2/5
Very steep pet fee ($75) plus $22.50 just to park in the parking lot… Add ons made the total180% of the advertised price
- 5/5
property is clean, rooms are spacious. I don't like carpet on rooms but looked OK.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
We also really appreciated the managers reception and breakfast. The options for the evening reception were all kid friendly; veggie tray with ranch, chips and salsa, snack mix, trail mix, soda machine….it was all very well received by us and our kiddos. Each registered adult gets two complimentary alcoholic drinks per evening. Their lobby area is absolutely wonderful with a ton of areas to sit and visit with your group. We went after Thanksgiving and the holiday decorations put us in a festive mood! We will be back!
- 5/5
Clean and spacious
- 3/5
The hotel is a bit dated. The front desk lady was not friendly!
- 5/5
Perfect
- 5/5
Loved the spacious, clean suite and very comfortable bed! Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
We love this hotel
- 5/5
One of the boys I was chaperoning was carrying a soccer ball in under his arm. The manager yelled at him and told him to put it back in the car. The manager must have mistaken him for another kid because we had just walked in. Not nice.
- 3/5
The room was clean and the staff courteous, but there is an issue that needs to be corrected. Their cable system does not have a programming guide and there is no printed guide provided. We called the front desk and they sent a tech up, who explained this has been a problem for a very long time and that nothing can be done about it. We don't know why the front desk didn't just admit that when we called instead of sending someone to our room. We have stayed at several Embassy Suites Hotels recently and this does not appear to be a problem at other locations.
- 4/5
The physical hotel was perfect. Nice area, quiet. Breakfast was great. Rooms were nice and comfy. There was a little issue with my reservation (2 of them) and I was disappointed in the response from the staff at the front desk. I was given 2 completely different answers from the same Hotel. That was the downer of my entire trip.
- 4/5
Met expectations, good choice.
- 4/5
If you got downstairs early enough, breakfast was good!
- 5/5
Perfect vacation
- 4/5

- 5/5
Friendly staff, great rooms, good location

- 5/5
The front desk was very friendly and answered every question about motel.
- 5/5
From Allan at the happy hour bar, to the server we had at the restaurant last night Front desk and housekeeping were all amazing Customer service was the best we have ever seen we felt so cared for thank you
- 5/5
It was close to many activities in SF. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly/helpful.
- 4/5
.
- 3/5
Bugs in the fold out bed! They did bring up clean sheets. .after we called....bad
- 3/5
Towels were hard and stiff. Bedding looked old. Shower curtain wreaked of wet dog.
- 4/5
Overall good stay, property needs some updates but the rooms were nice and clean, bathrooms could use a fan though. Did not like the parking fee, $22 per night is ridiculous especially for a standard business parking lot, I've never had to pay for parking when the hotel had their own parking lot.
- 4/5
Overall
- 5/5
It was very quiet rooms and very comfortable.
- 4/5
The pool was cold.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Enjoyed the complementary breakfast and happy hour. Outrageous parking prices especially considering it’s nowhere close to downtown and no one else competing for the parking spaces.
- 2/5
The initial check in process went well. The breakfast was fair. The omelet station either needs additional staff or a sense of urgency. We and other guests were there at opening because that was the only chance to get an omelet.
- 5/5
Amazing property
- 4/5
Everything was great except the breakfast. The pancakes were days old as were the potatoes. I would not classify these as “food” bc of the staleness. Very disappointed in the breakfast.
- 5/5
Good 👍
- 5/5
Paid parking ? Wish you’d do away with that. Otherwise always a great stay. Yummy breakfast, and host drinks.
- 3/5
Property needs to be updated.
- 5/5
Happy hour and breakfast
- 5/5
Freeway access was convenient and just a short drive to downtown Seattle.
- 1/5
I have booked two queen bed toom ( paid accordingly) . First time any hotel called to re-confirm the room needs two queen. Despite confirming front desk gave room to other person. Worst , front desk didn't update system and gave same room that was occupied by other . I went and tried to enter and key didn't work.
- 5/5
One front desk attendant in particular stood out above all the rest. So friendly and I wish I had gotten their name. Dark long hair, glasses, and smile and personality to light up a room. Great guest interaction and it was always a delight to see them when I was in the lobby. Ive been in customer service my whole life and I felt genuinely welcomed in every interaction.
- 5/5
It was nice and near shops and stores. Easy access to the freeway to get to Seattle or major destinations. Check in was easy and friendly. The room was wonderful, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was good and busy. We loved the restaurant in yhe hotel, the waiters were friendly and the food was fantastic. When we come back to WA we plan to stay there again.

I am writing to express my concerns and request your assistance regarding a recent experience with my reservation at your hotel. I originally made a reservation for the dates of August 21–23. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances—my wallet was stolen among other challenges—I needed to cancel and reschedule my stay for a later date. When I contacted your property, I was placed on hold multiple times, often for up to 15 minutes without any updates. Eventually, I spoke with Daniel, who informed me that any changes needed to be made through Expedia. I followed that instruction; however, after numerous attempts by both myself and Expedia to reach Daniel via phone and email, we were unable to get a response for the rest of the day. Finally, Expedia managed to speak with him, but he declined to approve my full refund. I want to emphasize that I had no issue with rebooking at a later date and still do not. My request is simply for a fair resolution. While I understand being charged for the first night if necessary, I believe I should be refunded the remaining balance of the reservation. I value good service and believe this situation could have been handled better, which is why I wanted to bring it to your attention directly. I hope we can reach a reasonable resolution. Please let me know how we can move forward. Thank you for your time and understanding. Sincerely, Arcilla Magee
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Good breakfast!
- 5/5
No manners, rude, was not giving proper information.
- 3/5
The restaurant onsite is really just a bar. Although it’s Bellevue it seems like this once vibrant area is in decline. Fast food is close by. The tvs are not smart tvs and we could never get the one in the living room to work.
- 4/5
The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was good. The hot tub was hot.
- 1/5
Manager was so rude to us!
- 3/5
TV's didn't work, staff never fixed it or offered solution. Hot tub was kinda dirty
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
There was construction and refurbishment going on, but it was not impacting our time in the room. I think housekeeping was a little inconsistent, but when they came it was no problem. The on site dining could be open later. Otherwise really happy with it. Note there is currently not a SoundTranit solution nearby to get to Seattle proper easily. Bring a car.
- 5/5
Check in was fast and easy. The pool was fun for the kids. The rooms are clean and spacious. Loved that it included breakfast!
- 4/5
Very good.
- 5/5
We traveled as a family with kids and had a really great stay. The hotel and the room were very clean and maintained well. The customer service was really good starting with front desk to the staff at the breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The amenities were awesome too including free breakfast (which had good variety), manager’s reception (including snacks), swimming pool with spa and we even got free parking. Highly recommend it for everyone.
- 4/5
The breakfast was great with many options and the complementary snacks in the evening was wonderful
- 4/5
Super nice room, window was really dirty, not that there was a great view or anything.
- 4/5
We love staying at the hotel, however having to pay for parking and not being able to find parking a couple times we had to park across the street, so very unhappy with that. Not saying we will not be back, but will probably look for more options in future travels to the area.
- 5/5
Stay was great, love the breakfast buffets and so does the family. I have dug the new layouts on these hotels where everything is centered and rooms are above and around.
- 1/5
When we called front desk or room service from the room, no one answered the phone. When we checked in they gave us a wrong room key. When we reached the room it did not open so we had to go back down to the front desk. Then they gave us key to another room.
- 5/5
The room and overall property was very clean. The room was spacious!
- 2/5
It wasn't what I thought it would be the front desk was not helpful nor kind the TV 's didn't work and the hotel gave me and ADA room that I didn't request and said their was no other room available made several complaints about the TV we weren't able to watch the entire time we were there. It was very frustrating to have a room that we didn't enjoy. We were there to celebrate my granddaughters graduation but couldn't have her in the room to visit because the TV didn't work. I've stayed at several Embassy Suites in different states and this experience was by far the worst
- 1/5
Well the water didn’t work for out entire stay, we did not end up paying for our stay, but the way the situation was handled was ridiculous. We were constantly told the water would be back on in a couple of hours, for two full days! We would have booked somewhere else had we known. We were also told we would not be charged anything for our stay but I was charged for the bottles of water used in the room THAT WE HAD TO USE TO TRY TT FLUSH THE TOILET. ridiculous. I’m sure the hotel is great otherwise but a terrible experience for us this time.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean. The daily breakfast was delightful.
- 5/5
Very clean and great staff
- 5/5
We have stayed here a few times and the staff is always wonderful and the rooms are always clean. It’s close to I-90 to get wherever you need to go but not so close that you hear road noise through the night.
- 5/5
Other than this, everything was very good and comfortable.
- 5/5
Nice staff, cleanliness and good food.
- 5/5
Great! Perfect for family!
- 2/5
After a long wait, I left for lunch and when I came back the gentleman was on hold with Expedia.
- 1/5
Worst experience ever!! They had to shut the water off on the 2nd morning of our stay. Communication was horrific, they kept promising it would be back on within hours but after 24 hours I moved our family to another hotel WITHOUT any assistance from the office or Hilton customer service. The only advise they offered was where we would go for bathrooms or pay at a gym for showers. I feel bad for the front desk that their management did not support them through this disaster. We are out hundreds of dollars with no details on a refund in sight! Terrible experience!!
- 5/5
staff are very polite and helpful, the place is generally clean and pleasant.
- 4/5
Very comfortable room and beds
- 1/5
There was a broken water line and the hotel had no water. We couldn’t use the toilets or wash our hands. The hotel said they would reimburse us as we did not even end up staying in our room for more than 10 minutes. Have not yet seen the credited amount on my card.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Water main burst before we got there no email telling us, couldn’t give proper time when water was going to be back, did comp us a free night though
- 4/5
The water was off for twelve hours but the staff was accommodating. The breakfast and manager hour was excellent
- 1/5
There was no disclosure on the web of having to pay for parking. There was NO WATER to bath, or go to the bathroom from Friday Morning until Sunday Morning. We arrived late and slept in at which point the water had been shut off, we were told it would be on for a short time then it would come on at 8:00 to 9:00 pm Friday, then told it would be 5:00 - 6:00 pm on Saturday then told it would be 6:00 am on Sunday, I am requesting a refund
- 1/5
Pip went out
- 1/5
There was no water in the hotel the entire time we were there we couldn’t shower or go to the bathroom we were sent to a local pool to shower
- 4/5
Unfortunately the hotel lost water for two days. However, the staff handled it amazingly well. Kudos to all of them in a difficult situation.
- 1/5
Booked for 2 nights. Had a family emergency the first night and couldn’t make it. Tried to contact them. Embassy suites said I needed to contact hotels.com. Hotels.com said I needed to contact embassy suites themselves. Well they canceled the whole thing and wouldn’t give me any refund. I understand I missed out on the first night. But the second? Really? This is ridiculous
- 1/5
Upset they didn’t bother to send notifications about no running water. I could have made other arrangements.
- 1/5
Water broke when the time we stayed and they even bother to fix and they waited until in the morning and we didn’t take a shower and no free breakfast
- 5/5
Property was very clean and the service was great .
- 4/5
The other embassy that I have stayed out had more then one omelette cook, process for that at your location was slow and line was ridiculous long. Didn’t get the bang for the buck that I was hoping for. Probably won’t stay at this location again
- 4/5
Convenient- mall nearby, a few restaurants near, swimming pool, free large breakfast, evening free snacks. Rooms easily fit a family of 4 with the living/bedroom setup. CONS: Getting older/a little run down, TVs often don’t work well, couch bed is the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on, pool is on the smaller side and often sports teams stay here so the noise level can get high and pool space isn’t enough when that happens.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
A basic Embassy Suite Hotel.
- 5/5
Great place for family and close to seattle
- 5/5
It was a great place for us close to the Cruise line
- 2/5
We booked double beds for our party of 6. We were given a king and were told that was what Expedia said and they didn’t have any other rooms.
- 5/5
Traveled with a group and this hotel made our stay so smooth absolutely will make this our go to place to stay anytime we are in town
- 2/5
Nice hotel, but the walls are very thin and we could hear everything going on in the room next door. Difficulty getting to sleep.
- 4/5
Thebroom is spacious! The free breakfast was nice! Overall it was anice stay! Butvwas disappointed me was the surprised charge! I didn't know that it's not a free parking! They changed me almost 25 dollars for parking! That was a big disappointment for me! I hate hidden charges! Staffs are not friendly!
- 3/5
Needed a room for the night . Booked this hotel everything was nice at the lobby. but once we got to the room we notice mosquitoes in the room. I had killed 3 (big ones) thinking it was nothing. but then started looking around in the sitting area and then the room and noticed a lot more . I immediately went to let someone at the lobby know. So they got me a different room. So that was great. But the guy didn’t seem to happy that I went to complain about the mosquitos.
- 1/5
At check in, we were told they had no room for us despite we had already paid for the room. They did send us off to another hotel but it was a different location n by the time we got there n settled in, it was late and inconvenient. We were told it was only down the road and it wasn’t.
- 5/5
Everything clean, ready, convenient, comfortable, and appreciated for our stay. Nothing to complain about. We really appreciate it when a hotel does things so well that they are out of your way so you can just enjoy the stay and not notice one or even multiple issues that detract snd distract from your experience.
- 4/5
Didnt like: we traveled without a vehicle. The hotel when I booked it said it had a shuttle..but it doesnt run on weekends and during the week it only goes from 7am- 11am and it only goes 5 miles. We managed to get them to take us to the transit station to catch the city bus to take us to Seattle. But ubered back to the hotel.
- 5/5
Great hotel with large clean rooms. The breakfast and manager reception are appreciated as well. Definitely recommend this property
- 4/5
The sofa bed squeaks with movement, as you might expect, and unfortunately isn’t really shielded well from noise echoing throughout the atrium if you try to go to bed at 10pm. Parking is manageable, but felt somewhat tight, which one might expect for free parking, but this one is paid for. Laundry is $3.50 per load for each of the washer and dryer; we decided to wait until we came home. With that said, I’d still recommend this hotel to others. The room (1 King bed with a queen sofa bed) is otherwise quiet and comfortable. I appreciated the dining table and kitchenette sink. There are many nice restaurants in the area, and the Bellevue Botanical Garden was also nice to see. We used this hotel as a base for a day hike trip to Mt Rainier the day before flying home. While we didn’t have a particularly special view, being on the fourth floor was still nice.
- 5/5
Excellent choice for the cost; however, arrive before 8am for breakfast to avoid the very crowded buffet!
- 5/5
Highly recommend Embassy Suites in Bellevue. Great location near downtown and restaurants. Friendly staff, spotless rooms, and excellent amenities. The complimentary breakfast was available for all guests, along with drinks for members. Overall, a fantastic stay—very pleased!
- 5/5
it was good
- 3/5
Staff was friendly and made themselves available. Gym was small with no water and no disinfectant wipes for equipment, limited equipment. Nice to have laundry on the same floor as my room. Breakfast quality was just okay compared to other Embassy Suites I’ve been to.
- 3/5
The Hotel is clearly understaffed.
- 5/5
Overall great experience with kids. Appreciated the happy hour and enjoyed the hot tub. We will go back to staycation again.
- 4/5
Good breakfast spread, great for kids
- 5/5
We loved the layout of these rooms for a family of four on a weeklong trip. It was nice as parents to have our own space. The kids slept on the sleeper couch. The only issue we had was that cleaning service was unpredictable. The free, happy hour and other amenities were great.
- 5/5
Not a deal breaker - but a small disappointment.
- 3/5
It was ok. T
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast. Very quiet
- 5/5
Amazing all the way!

Nice property. Would visit again in the future.
- 4/5
Staff is excellent! We would stay here again.
- 5/5
Great Atmosphere
- 4/5
This is one of our favorite properties in the area. Always good, very convenient. Good breakfast.
