Great hotel, gym, restaurants!

I really liked staying at this hotel and I had not previously stayed there. The staff was very friendly and helpful for an out of towner like me. It has a special feel of a high end and incredible athletic/spa facility member, while being a great hotel. About the only thing I felt could be improved was that like an athletic club, it has similar hours at restaurant, room service and sundries. But a trip to grocery store solved all those late night munchies issues. I liked that it was quiet, close to the bright lights of Bellevue and very professionally run. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful year round, with plenty amenities and great staff.

The entire staff are just the best. From the valet to the housekeeping really stand out for their attention to detail and service.

The hotel is beautiful, and decor is top notch similar to Restoration Hardware. We were greeting by friendly staff/valet. Room was clean, modern technology …comfy pillows. Daughter enjoyed the indoor pool. We will def be staying again in the near future.

Nice boutique hotel that is a true hidden gem in the Eastside. Nice pool and gym facilities as well.

Great breakfast, warm and helpful staff, rooms are beautiful, location is great. Perfect for tennis and fitness enthusiasts.

The hotel is part of a private club for high-end clientle... and it shows! Wonderful feel... room design really well done. Food was excellent (and I was only able to eat in the "casual" restraurant... not the fine dining side. Great location

Our stay started with a negative interaction with the valet, who was rude and condescending when we briefly stopped to unload our car. Instead of a welcoming arrival, we were questioned about whether we were checking in before the door was abruptly opened. It set an uncomfortable tone right away. At check-in, we were told we would receive a $25 food credit if we ordered from one of the hotel’s restaurants. We ordered room service, but the credit was never applied during our stay. That evening, while trying to relax and watch a movie, the TV repeatedly kicked us out of streaming (around 15 times). In addition, there was a very loud noise coming from behind the bed approximately every 20 minutes, making it difficult to rest. When we contacted the front desk, we were offered a room change at 9pm after we were already unpacked and in pajamas, or to have someone come in the morning. We requested maintenance, and while the issue was eventually fixed, it took about 25 minutes. After maintenance left, we noticed a significant amount of dust left behind the headboard — not minor, but enough to be clearly visible and uncomfortable. At checkout, we expressed our concerns and received $38 back on our card. However, $25 of that was the food credit that should have been applied regardless. For the reputation and price of this hotel we expected a much higher level of service.

My second stay here, and again. A very wonderful experience. So many different activities to enjoy along with the restaurants and bar. I highly recommend this place while in Bellevue. I will be back.

This was a great place to stay, very nice and quiet rooms with plenty of amenities to enjoy while here. I am staying here any time i.come up to Bellevue.

Staff excellent.

Clean spacious room with nice amenities, including bathrobes and slippers. Nice perks during stay, $25 dining credit and $20 breakfast credit on our weekend day stay. Weekdays they have continental breakfast but gave credit toward breakfast in Splash restaurant on the weekend . Good public spaces. Very nice marketplace for take away food as well as a few tables to eat there, lattes and smoothies, pastries, sandwiches. Two restaurants as well as a nice bar serving food. Very helpful and friendly personnel. Rates vary so book ahead.

We had a wonderful lunch and breakfast at the hotel. Great options, service., and food was delicious.

The spa services were good, quiet and relaxing. However, there seems to be a lot of teenage guest/ members who go about the men’s locker room making excessive noise and are rude. I was told by the front desk there have been issues with lockers being broken into in the men’s locker room, not expecting to have to worry about leaving a room key or cell phone in a locker. The work out, gym facilities are very overcrowded as well with poor cleaning of equipment by members after use. Wiping down equipment after yourself is a thing of the past apparently. The room we selected (higher end of the range) was comparable to most chain hotels sadly. There were a handful of nats in the bathroom and around the lighting above the headboard. The only decorative pillow on the bed had some sort of wet oily stain on it, my wife pointed out the pillows had mascara stains on them also. We attempted to watch a movie before bed and the tv wouldn’t load after multiple attempts. The spa staff is nice and courteous is what my wife and I found to be the only highlight. We rarely give reviews but we expected a nicer hotel club experience.

Clean, modern, and comfortable room! The affiliated fitness club is a great addition and adds the convenience to the stay! Definitely will be back again when we are in the area.

It’s the small touches that make a great Hotel. It’s not often a stay ends up much better than you expected. Everything was a rel pleasure, staff, rooms, cleaniless,etc… can’t recommend this property enough.. just wished we would have used the exceptional fitness club facilities.

Yes spotless and great customer service

Room was exceptionally clean. Housekeeping did checks mid day so we never had trash sitting in bins for long. Amenities were hygienic and customer service was beyond exceptional.

The staff was 3/5, they could have been friendlier and welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The robes provided were perfect- I'm a petite woman and one of them fit me perfectly, which never happens. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was nice- it was located just off the front lobby, and you need your key card to get in. I was told that fitness members sometimes try to wander in and that's why you need your key to get in. The offerings were good enough- bagels, pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, juices, and coffee. I visited two of the restaurants and the food and drinks were good.

Great hotel. I don’t say that easily. I have been a frequent Bellevue traveler for many years. I’ve stayed in most of the well-known hotels over the years. However, this is going to be my main stay for the future. Staffs were nice and the spaciousness of the property is just top-notch. Thank you!!

What another lovely stay at the BCH. Only complaint is the pickle ball sound that reverts all way to room for HOURS. But it ends at 10:00 so if you happen not to be in your room for hours then it’s okay. Tried to get some work done after work commitment and the pickle ball was a little much but otherwise amazing proerty

Didn't have to leave the property to have a great time.

We've stayed at the Bellevue Club twice now and it does not disappoint. We love the boutique hotel experience and the staff is wonderful. Rooms are spacious and beautiful.

We loved the transportation shuttle options to take us to DT Bellevue which was so convenient. The hotel amenities were amazing as well - gym, restaurant, late night snacks, etc. We did knock the staff to 4 stars because my young adult son stopped by to pay us a visit as we were meeting with Stanford's basketball coach for lunch and my son is a 6'6 and African American and he walked towards the elevators to come to our room and was stopped and told to come back and that we needed to escort him up. We all felt that was odd considering others were walking freely without flashing any sort of key card to get to their rooms, etc. That was disappointing and it may be policy however it wasn't maintained for all hotel guests coming in and out of the lobby. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

We go to Bellevue a few times a year and won't stay anywhere else from here out unless the Bellevue Club is unavailable.

Best hotel ever

Lovely facility. Great restaurant, good location. Because it's a club, lots of locals mingle throughout.

Went on an overnight shopping trip with my daughter and it was perfect. Had stayed other places before but this was more our speed. Nice, quiet, comfortable beds and the town car was a wonderful experience to dinner and back. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms are spacious clean and quiet. Very thoughtful layout complete with bar fridge and nespresso machine. Staff are super friendly, namely the car valet staff. Amenities…. Hands down the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel. I spent a good chunk of time in the fully equipped gym, gigantic pool/ hot tub, sauna and steam bath. This hotel will be the only place I will stay durning my Seattle/ Bellevue visits.

Fun mom & daughter staycation! We live just up the road & decided to stay & use the pool, check out the game room & go to the restaurant. Had a nice time. Loved the low lighting in the hotel, felt upscale. We loved the restaurant & ate breakfast, lunch & dinner there.

The rooms were as pictured on the Hotels.com site. They were clean, dark, and airy. The rooms were elegant. Staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. Valet was exceptional. They even opened and closed the doors for us and gave us water bottles before we left. They were very friendly. We called to ask for towels once, and the arrived within a couple minutes. The facility was great. They had different gyms, pools, a basketball court, ice, hydration stations, three restaurants, and snack bars at night and in the morning. I highly recommend that place. I plan on staying here with my family for any future trips to the area.

We had an amazing time! We had access to just about everything that the club offers. From the valet to the staff, the amenities, and the nice rooms, we really enjoyed ourselves. The club is kid-friendly as well!! I told my family and friends, and they are going to book here as well. We will be coming back!!

I have been staying at this property off and on for over a decade as I travel to Seattle for work. I love having access to a full gym facility away from home, the rooms are very comfortable, and the staff is great!

What a treasure! We were looking for something spectacular close to home and found it at the Bellevue Club Hotel. It felt so inviting, luxurious and choc full of options. We were greeted by Ronald and his staff and he set the tone for our stay. We cannot wait to return.

Great hotel. So clean and really pretty interior. They have so many amenities, a complementary snack bar that opens at 10pm and there’s always something to do. Only thing I would change are the pillows. So flat and uncomfortable. Other than that, amazing. Will definitely be back.

Probably one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at. If you love fitness they have so many great amenities that you’ll never see at any other hotel/resort. Olympic size, pool, racquetball courts, tennis courts, tennis courts inside hot tub, and spa. Amazing For business trailers and families. Great place.

We order the staying which is free breakfast included online. But I was told that they don’t offer free breakfast on weekends when checking!!!!

This was such an amazing place!!! It was our 10 year anniversary and they left complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The hotel was amazing and the BAC was just as impressive. I loved being able to watch tennis and use the amenities of the club as a hotel guest. We will definitely be back!! This place is a gem!!!!!!

excellent resort loved everything

My husband and I love staying here for short getaways. Very NW vibe. Super clean, spacious room and bath. I love that the room is not carpeted and appreciate the nice touches—bathrobes, bottled water, coffee, chocolates, and continental breakfast.

Friendly staff

Our stay here was fantastic. The staff and overall service was amazing. Everyone was willingly attentive, helpful and decent. The room was quiet with no obnoxiousness. The facilities were great, clean, organized and readily attended to. Have to call out Dayton for being great and kind to us. All other staff were again, just great. If you're an amenities person; you'll love it here and if you're a room lounger that wants a single place to stay and relax; you'll love it here. I'm pretty sure if you're a traveler stayer; you'll also love it here because you can come back and get great food, work out, etc. after a day out. Food was superb each and every time. This is clearly a sort of determined establishment but you feel welcomed throughout - from the staff to the members that you pass by. Lastly, I dare you to request a drop-off/pick-up from the included town car. Amazing and thank you.

The property more than all our expectations

A hidden gem in Bellevue, WA. Close to Meydenbauer Bay and downtown Bellevue, a wealthy ( high tech) Seattle’s suburb. We decided to stay there overnight before flying on the next morning out is Sea-Tac airport which is a 20 minutes drive away. The Hotel premises include a full gym club with three pools, several tennis courts, indoor basket ball etc. There is a cafe and a restaurant. The rooms are spacious. I recommend this hotel for an overnight ( or very short )high quality stay. It sits in a business environment which would not make it a vacation spot.

Fantastic amenities in the club and in the room. Room seems sound proof. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Great valet service. Would prefer having a couple towel racks in the room. Also, would prefer unscented soap for sensitive skin/areas. So much to do for kids and adults. Many restaurants at hotel and nearby. Overall one of my best hotel experiences. 1pm check out allowed relatively stress free morning, but housekeeping did come knocking that morning, even with the do not disturb sign on.

I wish I had been there longer to enjoy the amenities.

The staff was great, our room was great, the hotel was goregous, and the pools were excellent. Such a unique place

The property was beautiful and the staff very courteous. The recreational facilities were vast though we didnt get a chance to use any of them. The only disappointing thing was that the doors are poorly insulated and i was awakened several times by people talking in the hallway and slamming doors.

I tried to do self laundry, but they don't have one ☹️
