Was significantly overcharged from what Hotels.com told me was the total price and there are still pending charges that I am not sure about. I have stayed at many AC Marriott Bonvoy properties and this one was by far the worst.
- 5/5
Spacious room with a comfortable bed & soft linens! Front desk was very efficient and check in was easy & quick. The location is great!! Nearby and within walking distance to so many restaurants & shopping!!
- 4.5/5
Great location Cost
- 5/5
good
- 5/5
Very nice. Stay more
- 3/5
While clean the hotel is not well maintained. The equipment in the gym is broken, cups and towels now replenished. The kleenex in our room had two left in it...I could go on. In terms of activity in the hotel, while it was supposedly full the lobby and common areas were dead. If you get a price similar to a Best Western its good, otherwise skip it.
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
We stayed for a night. The location is great. Room was clean, quiet and good for the price.
- 3.5/5
Noisy HVAC that did not keep the room cool even when set at 67 deg F.
- 5/5
The entire staff is amazing. Gorgeous hotel is quiet and within walking distance to food, grocery & upscale shopping. Love the hydration stations on all floors (love that tiny ice) & the valet attendants are very personable & professional. Visit the park a few blocks down!
- 5/5
Love staying here! Staff is nice and hotel is clean
- 5/5
Everything was great!! Nice and clean room, welcoming staff and delicious breakfast!! Nothing to complain
- 5/5
Very convenient
- 5/5
Clean room, receptionists were amazing! However, we had a little argument with one the valet men. We got in around 3pm, we dropped our vehicle for valet. When we wanted to leave, he asked us if we clicked the link this and that? Which my husband mentioned he did not explain but he kept insisting he did. He kept saying “I already told you.. I told you” like 3x. Ok like we get it.. if you told us then sure, our fault for not clicking the link. But don’t keep saying it, once is enough and the tone was just plain disrespectful. However, we never went back for valet, there was free parking close by! Valet was about 49$/day. If looking for a pool. Probably not the hotel for you, there was no pool. Other than the mishap, hotel was amazing and receptionist was on point, super friendly!!
- 2.5/5
Location was perfect and the property and bar were very nice. Rooms were super small and someone’s hair was in the shower. Housekeeping knocked on the door starting at 9 am every 15 minutes and barged in even when responding the room was still occupied. Then some random guy spilt scalding coffee on me on the way out. Pretty sure he wasn’t even staying in the hotel. Just an overall odd stay.
- 3/5
Room 324 - fan in bathroom doesn’t work. Told it to the front desk staff but the issue was never addressed.
- 5/5
Yes but charging for it when you’re paying $250 a night is ridiculous
- 3/5
Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was overpriced and left much to be desired. Paid almost $30 for a continental breakfast that’s usually free at other hotels.
- 5/5
Everything was good 🌸
- 5/5
Everything was great 💯🙌
- 4/5
The breakfast selection was quite limited
- 5/5
The only Hotel I will always stay at everytime I travel to Seattle
- 5/5
All of employees is very nice
- 4.5/5
Convenient for my conference; had a good breakfast
- 4.5/5
Bed was really comfortable especially compared to my recent travels in the EU. Valet employees and service exceptional. Nothing
- 4/5
Service was good but parking is overpriced
- 5/5
I grew up in Bellevue. I stayed here while visiting my parents. This hotel is very centrally located and is a very, very short walk to the mall and restaurants. Beautiful lobby and the rooms were very clean and modern. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff. Nice and safe area for walks. So many restaurants nearby.
- 3/5
Pros - Cleanliness - Street Parking Cons - Only Valet Parking, parking is expensive - Hydration room doesn't work - Originally gave us a handicapped accessible room and had to change it (we didn't choose such this option)
- 4/5
I didn’t have pets so I am not sure if they welcome pets. It was very clean and updated. They have a large breakfast bar as well as food offered for dinner and a bar. I didn’t have a long enough stay to enjoy these myself but they all looked good. The showers were really nice and you get quite a few TV channels.
- 5/5
The valet was friendly and remembered us by name. The front desk was very helpful and the breakfast staff was welcoming.
- 3/5
Hardly any closet space with 4 hangers. No drawers to put clothing away. The entire time lived off of packed suitcase.
- 3/5
I booked through a 3rd party one week prior to my stay. On the day of my stay I called to confirm and there was some troubles finding my reservation. After it was found I was trying to explain that I might be late arriving as I was attending a baseball game, the person I was talking to was having a hard time understanding I couldn't even come close to estimating what time I would arrive I just wanted to make sure I had a room with two queen beds when I arrived. The room was paid for. Upon my arrival again there was trouble finding my reservation. I was asked when I made the reservation, when I told her she said our records indicate it was made today and we don't have any more rooms avaliable with two queen beds,.after alot of phone calls we were finally give two single rooms. This split our family up because my wife and I had our two gandaughters with us, this was an major inconvenience. On a good note the rooms were nice and your breakfast buffet was out standing. The lady running the buffet was so nice and helpful. I came down to check out and the young man behind the counter said whats up in kind of a rude way. I noticed some pretty major road construction out side and asked him if it would effect the valet person from retrieving my vehicle all he said was you'll get it. He was very rude. The valet person was extremely nice and very helpful. Your hotel is very nice however my stay was less that satisfactory.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good and the staff was extremely professional and attentive to our needs. More storage space in the room
- 5/5
I will be back this summer!
- 4.5/5

Overall fantastic. The staff really made the stay special from the awesome valet Zac, great front desk staff and the AMAZING kitchen staff during the morning breakfast on 3-7. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond. The rooms were comfortable and I slept really good. The room was almost too quiet. I should have brought my fan. Great stay. Will probably come back
- 5/5
Quick easy checkin, nice room, comfortable bed, awesome valet system and very good location to explore all around Bellevue.
- 4/5
Good hotel
- 5/5
Everything was clean and staff very professional and friendly. One thing they can improve is the breakfast, more options like bacon or more flavor potatoes.
- 3.5/5
Great location. Modern and clean. Expensive valet parking only at the hotel, otherwise had to park 1 to 2 blocks away. Relatively small room.
- 4/5
I was surprised that I had NO choice but to pay for valet parking, as the only other option was on-street parking. That information wasn't obvious when I made the reservation. Otherwise, it was an excellent choice for a hotel in Bellevue, WA. Perfect location.
- 5/5
The room was very clean, the check-in/check-out process was very fast and easy.
- 5/5
Courteous staff, clean spotless room, Greta breakfast and offers. Very good stay. Would do it again.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Friendly staff good location
- 4/5
The staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable and clean. There’s a great little coffee shop close by to grab coffee in the morning because the coffee in the room was not very good. Overall, it was a great experience.
- 5/5
Perfect stay
- 5/5
Great location, clean rooms and comfortable beds.
- 3/5
Parking is only valet and street parking
- 5/5
Breakfast was exceptional! Service was outstanding! Everything was great!
- 5/5
Staff was great, and we were able to check in 30 minutes early. Didn’t get breakfast. Enjoyed the 12p checkout.
- 3/5
The price of the parking was outrageous
- 5/5
The was so coazy and peaceful i would sleep there for a whole year
- 3/5
Now for the criticisms: After check-in, my wife and daughter experienced mild allergy symptoms, including red eyes and coughing. I asked the front desk to change the bedding and vacuum the floor. However, after waiting and following up for dozens of minutes, the hotel sent a cleaner who did not understand English to check the situation. I explained my request, but she clearly did not understand—no bedding was changed and no cleaning was done. The quality and variety of the breakfast do not match the hotel’s standard. It may be the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. After breakfast, a staff member brought out a receipt with a price on it and asked me to write my room number and sign, even though breakfast was already included in the room rate. This made me uncomfortable, as it felt like I was being forced to sign a charge I did not agree with. Overall, the hotel’s hardware and facilities are good, but the management is chaotic.
- 5/5
Overall great experience
- 5/5
Well appointed rooms, clean, and great attention to detail. Very courteous staff!
- 4/5
Great staff, free starbucks drip coffee, nice location, delicious breakfast.
- 1/5
Over $50 unexpected valet charge, other than a comment on Expedia of valet available it was unknown until check in and no other parking available. It is extremely misleading to compare hotels when required parking fee is not disclosed up front and this in Bellevue WA not even downtown Seattle so a $50 parking fee is absurd.
- 5/5
Luis at the front desk was amazing. Cleanliness is 10 out of 10. Staff was friendly and stay was comfortable.
- 3.5/5
Our first impression was very good—the lobby and room were very clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The only downside was that the parking fee was quite expensive. After entering the room and opening the bed covers, we noticed black stains on the bedding. However, the staff responded quickly and helped us resolve the issue right away.
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful, room was comfortable, quiet and clean. All we could ask for !
- 5/5
Clean room, professional front desk employees and close to everything.
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
Barking dogs, screaming kids, doors slamming shut, can hear everything from other rooms, over priced food that’s mediocre. It was eh. Bare bones, bare minimum, nothing exciting, location is great for great food and experiences, this hotel is just a place to lay your head, nothing less, nothing more
- 1/5
Our stay was fine. But after we paid for our room through Expedia using our debit card, the property charged our credit card (which we used for the valet) for the room two additional times in the past two months. We only stayed one night in October. They refunded us for one of the nights, thankfully, but “can’t find the other charge”. We obviously have proof of all of this in our credit card, debit card, and Expedia records.
- 4.5/5
Room was nice, bed was comfortable, easy to sign into apps on the TV. Great location. Mandatory valet. Cost is over $50 before tip. Booking.com does not give you a heads up.
- 5/5
For starters, the Valet guys were awesome and friendly. Check in was easy and efficient, hotel layout was super easy to navigate. Hotel is in a prime and safe location for walking to restaurants, shopping, and exploring the city. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
- 5/5
Staff on site was wonderful as always a real pleasure to stay in this facility clean close to downtown. Everything was great.
- 5/5
The whole experience
- 5/5
Friendly staff and comfortable rooms near lots of great places.
- 5/5
Our stay was great! We were greeted right away and had such a wonderful time. The staff was helpful and friendly. The valet was worth it since things were so close. Would stay here again!
- 5/5
Solid stay at this hotel in a great downtown location. Very attentive hotel staff, comfortable room, nice gym facility, and overall pleasant hotel.
- 5/5
We didn't dine at the property. We had cocktails prior to going to the parade. We were able to walk to the Snowflake lane parade, and there were plenty of dining options close by. Would definitely recommend staying here very clean and quiet.
- 4/5
Had everything I needed. The staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. No negatives for me. It met my expectations fully.
- 5/5
Clean room

Very clean, convenient to shopping, restaurants, and night life. Staff is excellent and lobby bar is great.

Love staying here! Very clean and well maintained hotel. Staff are kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Cool rooms
- 5/5
Clean and quiet, close to everything.
- 5/5
I love that this property was around everything any place or food place you wanted to go to was in walking distance
- 4/5
good
- 5/5
We had an excellent stay. Brought our yorkie
- 5/5
Great staff. Clean. Nice bar
- 2/5
uncomfortable bed. scratchy sheets. Dirty sheets not changed.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel in this price point. I highly recommend it for short business trips.
- 4/5
Clean, great bar, comfortable bed, great shower
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 2/5
Overall the property was nice and the location was great. However they dropped the ball when it came to customer service, they double charged me for the room and upon contacting customer service to correct the issue they said they couldn’t find any record of my stay and did nothing to try resolve the issue
- 5/5
The hotel was clean comfortable and centrally located to lots of entertainment. The staff were all helpful and friendly!
- 4/5
Loved our room and staff were great. Wish they had more amenities like hot tub and better room service menu.
- 5/5
Good French eatery
- 2/5
The room didn’t have any AC
- 4/5
Upon arrival, we were given a room where the lights weren't working. After being sent to a different room, didn't have any issues. Great shower.
- 5/5
This was an excellent hotel!
- 4/5
My room was quiet, exactly what I needed to focus on work then unwind on my business to leisure trip. The bathroom sink was a bit clogged. The room also felt warm even after I adjusted the thermostat. Fitness center was perfect for an early morning workout.
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.
- 5/5
AC hotel had great staff that are readily available for any needs or accommodation. The breakfast was really good and the rooms are super clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Bathrooms do need a privacy door
- 3/5
It was not possible to get the room temperature set at a comfortable level and the AC made a lot of noise when it turned on and off (which it did all night). The bed only had a thin top cover. It would have been helpful to be able to turn the thermostat down colder and to have a thicker top cover or blanket (the room did not have a blanket).
- 5/5
Beautiful little hotel, very clean and modern. And very affordable. Walking distance to Safeway and a lot of foods and drinks. Also a couple blocks from the mall. Loved our stay, no complaints. The staff was nice!
- 5/5
Good stay
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay. Was walkable to shopping. We appreciated the modern-clean aesthetic
- 3/5
They also do NOT have any parking options other than their own $50 valet parking. We circled around the blocks until we found street parking, which was inconvenient, but we didn’t feel like spending $50 each night. The staff member at the desk was friendly enough. Bed wasn’t super comfortable. Overall, not the absolute worst stay, but we had higher expectations.
- 4/5
It is a very nice hotel but it is not to close to the tourist sights.
- 5/5
The hotel was amazing and super clean. We loved our stay and everything about, and all the great places with just a short walk away. If I had to say there is one negative it would be being able to get ahold of the front desk to ask question before Check in.
- 2/5
Toilet smell in the room, terrible
- 2/5
Our room was not very well ventilated either.
- 5/5
It was really clean and location was very close to all the shops and restaurants. Nothing
- 3/5
Could have been cleaner.
- 5/5
Great location, new modern decor. Great place!
- 3/5
Our bathroom waa missing the sliding door, rooms smelled like mold and missing safe box
- 1/5
I prepaid for two queen beds, yet when I went to check in they said no beds were available. They booked me in a courtyard, which was ok’ish (internet didn’t work and there was a power outage). Worst part was I was lied to by the staff at the AC, I was told i had two queen beds at the courtyard. Yet it was actually a single bed and pullout couch. Last time staying at any Mariot properties.
- 4/5
Dont let the in/out cost for parking worry you. You can enter/exit as many times as you like. The valets are top notch and friendly.
- 5/5
Amazing helpful staff & fantastic With my small kids
- 3/5
I usually stay at the Hyatt Regebcy
- 3.5/5
Parking is to expensive
- 5/5
The Staff was very friendly and easy.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Well appointed convenient. Staff were very friendly!
- 1/5
I already tried to leave a review. I’ll try again. Hated our stay. NO PRIVACY. No real bathroom- toilet behind a glass slider. Shower behind a glass slider. No closet. Could hear EVERYTHING (not things you’d want to hear) in rooms next door. There was a dog left alone in a room that barked for hours while we tried to sleep. Dining is 90% 21 and over. My daughter is 20. Staff kept calling me “sweetie pie” and “honey bun”. They never brought the blow dryer they promised. Marriott disappoints with this one. Never will stay in a Mozy again. Would love my money back!!!
- 5/5
Great hotel in the heart of Bellevue.
- 3/5
Nobody informed me that the entire building's AC unit and TV's werent working when I checked in. The bathroom tubs drain also wasn't functioning properly. When I attempted to get a partial refund from the hotel I was denied, so I reached out to Expedia where I got an immediate 50% refund once I explained my situation. I understand the staff was doing everything they could, but communication would have been nice and my request for a refund shouldnt have been denied. With all the issues the hotel was attempting to handle, the stay was not worth the money I had paid. Thank you Expedia for the immediate help!
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
The hotel and the staff were both very pleasant. A very nice location.
- 2.5/5
good location, somewhat reasonable prices 2nd floor noisy at night and people using bathroom in other rooms is very noisy Access to enter from a car is nearly impossible day or night
- 5/5
The room was great. And the shower was fantastic.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean and the staff are super nice and professional. Bar gets active at night and everything is mostly walking distance.
- 5/5
Amazing!
- 4/5
The hotel was really nice and clean. Marked one star off for not having a bathroom door.
- 2/5
The location. The noise in the room, ability to hear other people in their rooms, the lack of sufficient lighting (there were plenty of dim lights though), super expensive, view was of an alley and windows of other residence’s windows.
- 5/5
great
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
The staff at the front desk and at the bar. When they are on the phone and there is client in front of them. They should know what the priority is
- 5/5
Good location, great stay.
- 3/5
Very clean and friendly staff! However, we had staff entering our room after we checked in and lights would turn on in the middle of the night.
- 3/5
Checkout experience is extremely bad the front desk was pretty rude
- 3/5
Unable to get a key at check in, had to be escorted by front office person to get into room. Only one of three elevators working causing longer than normal wait times. Hotel was nice and walking distance to most items. Feels like a manager should have site if keys are not working and trying to compensate for this poor service. Only one guy was trying to work the front desk and escort people to their room causing extra wait.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly & my hotel room was clean & comfortable
- 5/5
We had a great family stay. Comfy beds and rooms, great walkable location. Affordbale parking options. Great shower. Overall had a wonderful 4th of July in Bellevue. Plan to stay here again in the future. Pillows could be larger and more supportive. Otherwise no complaints. We love our pillows I guess.
- 5/5
Great location. Staff are friendly. Decent breakfast.
- 5/5
Great stay would book again
- 5/5
Great place to stay with the ladies! Close to shopping, parks, and restaurants
- 5/5
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in and the overall stay seamless. The location is perfect—walking distance to shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was especially impressed with the well-equipped fitness facility. Highly recommend for both convenience and quality service!
- 4/5
Clean and convenient
- 5/5
very center located
- 5/5
Clean and nice staff. Good gym and location.
- 5/5
Very Welcoming
- 5/5
It was a enjoyable stay, staff were very nice.
- 5/5
Excellent! Valet parking is mandatory at $50 a day. Yet, size of rooms and location made the parking fee worth it.
- 5/5
Beautiful rooms
- 5/5
Good location, good service.
- 5/5
Great bar area. Quiet
- 3/5
Good overall stay… just the parking situation needs to be included in the price… just included it. And doesn’t seem as bad when you get approached with that “added option”.. or park it somewhere else at your inconvenience.
- 5/5
Very Good experience, staff so friendly
- 5/5
Nice and clean, friendly staff and convenient location.
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Great hotel will definitely be coming back.
- 5/5
Clean and modern friendly staff everyone was helpful
- 5/5
This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at ! They let us have an early check in that morning as soon as we got off the cruise ship which was great because we had a lot of luggage! Staff was excellent and very clean .
- 3/5
I didn't like that we were charged 49 dollars a day to park on-site. We stayed two nights and our room was not cleaned. All the folks we interacted with were friendly and professional. I am going to assume that our room not being cleaned was a one off.
- 5/5
It had a bed, and a shower. I slept there and showered there. It was lovely.
- 3/5
It’s a nice hotel for business—clean, well-located, and functional. The staff is semi-friendly, but there’s a noticeable lack of energy or genuine warmth. It feels like it’s coming from the top down: complacency, lifelessness, and a real absence of service mindset or joy in their faces. That said, the one shining exception is the woman who serves breakfast—she’s exactly how everyone should be. Warm, present, and truly in service.
- 5/5
We had an amazing stay and the front desk staff were amazing especially Connor.
- 4/5
Everything was good except the shower. There was a lot of hair in the corner of the shower . focus on better cleaning
- 5/5
AC Marriott Bellevue was a peaceful retreat for a weekend stay. Staff was friendly and efficient, facility and room were modern and very clean, bed was ultra comfortable. Will definitely return.
- 5/5
Staff was incredibly friendly and responsive to our pets. Loved everything about this place. Decor, location and staff all top notch.
- 5/5
Comfortable rooms, great lighting, friendly staff, amazing breakfast!

Toilets are VERY low :(
- 5/5
Excellent staff. Friendly. Attentive to your needs and willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
- 4/5
Clean, modern hotel. Good gym.
- 3/5
We paid extra for a corner room, windows on 2 sides of the room. Apparently there is no such room!
- 5/5
All staff very pleasant & friendly. Room & common areas very clean.
- 5/5
Lovey
- 2/5
Hotel tried to tell me that I did not pay for my hotel stay and I had to prove it in two different ways for them to give me our keys. There was no further communication or follow through from mgmt to let us know that they'd resolved the matter. We also left something behind in our room and this hotel DOES NOT pick up their phone EVER and their mailbox is full. A reputable hotel should call to let you know that they found something in your room that was left behind. All in, very unimpressed with this hotel!! Rrrrggghhh!
- 5/5
Good to stay
- 4/5
No option for street parking
- 5/5
The only problem is the parking if you don't want to pay for parking.
- 3/5
Nowhere in my booking did I see there was no parking except $50/ night valet, nor have I still found anything stating this. I would not have stayed here if I knew that and I definitely won’t recommend this stay to anyone. Unfortunate.
- 5/5
Nice hotel! Much more affordable than nearby options and just as nice. Will stay again.
- 3/5
I hope you this feedback into account to improve the dining experience for all guests.
- 5/5
nice.
- 5/5
Clean hotel with a great gym that is within 3 minute walk to 5 Seattle coffee shops!
