Very quiet, and very comfy bed. Really loved the walk in shower.

We always enjoy staying here. Have been doing so for years. We come to work in east LA and find the location excellent for where we need to go.

This our second time and we actually just booked again for the 3th time. I love this hotel, staff is ABOVE AND BEYOND!! We are locals but this is an amazing gateway for us. When you need time alone, this a perfect place to escape. Only down side is that regular room AC is not the best but regardless every stay has been amazing. Do not think twice and just book.

The hotel should have complimentary EV charging stations for people who play, eat or stay.

My stay was great. I love that they ask you if you would like housekeeping during your stay at the time if check-in. Amenities were great. They offer movie channels. I love that.

Restaurant was good, we really enjoyed the breakfast. Staff was friendly and took care of my requests. Room was decent all though the beds were very firm. I did find a big cluster of a fake eyelash in the shower and I or my mother do not wear fake eyelashes. Shower wasn’t hot so I had to call them to fix that. Other than that it was a good experience, it’s one of the nicer hotels in the area. Lots of stores in the area to shop at as well. I was however bummed they had no slot machines. lol! Would stay again.

Once we walked into our hotel room, we immediately noticed that the carpet was dirty and had not been vacuumed properly. When we opened the closet, there was dirt all over the bottom of it as well. We had to ask the staff to come clean the closet, and the bed sheets also had several stains on them. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and did not enjoy our stay whatsoever. We will never come back to this property again.

The rooms were very clean and very elegant. The valet parking is nice, the system they have to bring the cars is pretty quick to be honest. Overall a very good hotel to stay at. You wont find anything better than this in the area.

Although the room was very beautiful, love that the TV turned around to the living area. They did offer me an upgrade to a suite of course I took that my only bad thing on this trip with something bit me I’m not sure it was it a spider or what but it bit me on my nose and both of my arms front desk. Staff was amazing. He did give me some cream for it and they did apologize as well.

Staff was great. Front desk lady upgraded us to a suite because the elevator was broke. Unfortunately having to take the long route to service elevator was a lot to deal with. We had to call front desk for someone to come up and escort us downstairs if we wanted to leave room. Suite was nice, unfortunately there was hair in the bathtub so I had to clean it before using. Hopefully they fix elevators. Staff was great.

Had a great experience all around seriously every single staff member didnt matter who they all genuinely had a smile and seemed to enjoy there job. Des in the front desk was especially helpful helped us out multiple times and took care of things with no hassle giving us great info while still maintaining her respectful demeanor would 10/10 recommend anyone thinking about booking with them an easy yes. The restrooms were a pretty cool design huge showers.

The location was great. Room is big. The pool was okay. The room could have been cleaner. I had hot water issue, it takes almost 20mn to get the water to warm up. I barely slept for two nights while I was there. There was some party in the room next to me. I called to complain nothing was really done about it. It was not the best stay.

Our room had to be redone when we arrived. It was filthy. Our closet was covered in dandruff or skin. Didn’t really want to know which one.

Me and my friend were not treated as accommodating as the other guests were for example, they do have complementary valet however, when we pulled up, we did not get assisted with our luggage at all a vehicle with a family pulled up, no more than five minutes after us, the man went into the hotel, grabbed the luggage cart, assisted them with putting their luggage on the car help them pull the cart into the hotel. They got the whole works me and my friend had to do it by ourselves. The Internet did not work at all. The TV in the room did not work at all. There was damage to the headboard. The lighting in the room wasn’t good either. I definitely don’t think I would be staying at the hotel again, unfortunately

We had a great first experience at this hotel. We were able to do valet parking which saved us time looking for parking. Casino are all tables but we didn’t gamble. The restaurant was conveniently located. I would recommend it if you’re looking for a nice getaway within the city.

The lights/lamps near each side of the bed didn’t work and the phone also didn’t work. The bathroom floor and wall was dirty. Stains all over the carpet. Housekeeping moved extra clean towels that we needed and throw away my personal travel size hair products!!!!!

I stay here once or twice a month. Im more and more disappointed, Rooms are not cleaned properly. Look under the sink and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Towel was full of dust due to how dirty the furniture was. The shower was not clean. Cleaning crew should be managed better specially for how much the night stay is.

2. Water temperature is unstable. Takes a long time to adjust the correct water temperature level (from cold to hot). It was either too cold or too hot. 3. Experienced lots of outside noises from next door and upstairs, like furniture moving from upstairs (they don't have carpet in entry area). 4. Room is dusty, especially near the bed areas.

The staff didnt let in my room, nor in the another room I booked over booking cause my card was located in the old room, which was locked from the inside. The manager is not available over the weekend to correct the mistake in procedure. Had to find different accomodation for that night.

They upgraded us to a vip suite and it was so big and nice. The shower was amazing. Everything super clean. I stayed there a few yrs ago and i guess they changed the parking situation. I remember parking in front and now thats only valet parking. We gad to go through the back and walked through the casino to get to the check in station.

We asked for every other day cleaning but our room was only cleaned twice in 10 days - this didn’t include wiping the tables down which were thick with dust. We were given an iron but no ironing board so pretty useless. On one occasion we were woken up at 5am to move our car so they could do construction work - there had been no signs here the evening before saying we couldn’t park there or that work would be carried out. The room size was fine and the bathroom was a good size.

Disneyland isn’t the nicest place on earth Parkwest is. Kindest people I’ve ever met at any hotel or casino. You can take that to the bank. Everything. Super clean. I mean clean. Great security. I want to be protected everywhere I go and everywhere I spend my money.

It’s convenient because of the casino My room without air conditioning and no TV. No window to open for fresh air! Paying over $200.00 for a room that shouldn’t be sold. The room is not ready to be rented!!!!

Everyone in the front desk was super friendly and helpful but security is a different story. We stay here frequently and it’s always the same thing with the security team. My partner always gets racially profiled. They ask for ID when we are leaving the lobby, announce his description through the walkie talkie to keep an eye out for him making obvious and loud to the point we can hear them. People in front of us get to pass by with no ID checks or bag inspections but as soon as they see him they want to check his bag. This is not the first time it has happened. It’s very disappointing because we stopped booking for this same reason. We decided to give it another shot and the same thing happened again. We are paying for our stay just like the rest of the guests.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ I recently stayed at the Park West Bicycle Casino, and I must say my experience was mixed. On the positive side, the location is very central, making it easy to access various attractions in the area. However, several aspects of my stay left much to be desired. Firstly, the housekeeping services were quite disappointing. My room was not cleaned adequately during my stay, and I often found myself needing to ask for basic amenities. Additionally, there was no complimentary water provided for guests, which is a standard expectation in most hotels. I also felt that the pricing was on the higher side for the level of service received. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem particularly accommodating when I expressed my concerns about these issues, which added to my frustration. The only redeeming aspect of my stay was the valet service. The valet workers were friendly, efficient, and provided the level of service that I had hoped to see throughout the hotel. Overall, while the Park West Bicycle Casino has a great location and excellent valet staff, the lack of proper housekeeping and the high prices make it difficult for me to recommend it. I would suggest looking for other options in the area that provide better value for your personal experience.

Staff was super sweet and attentive. Small cosmetic issues with the room but overall it was clean. Loved the valet parking!! There’s restaurants, a casino, and a bar downstairs but you can’t hear a thing in your room so the hotel is pretty quiet! I would recommend for sure!

There was construction around the hotel at the time of staying and it was very loud early morning for the 3 days I was there but overall it was good.

The front desk was amazing. I liked the bike bar loved that it was open late and serve food and a vibe was just over all really nice. I booked a regular room got upgraded to a suite very spacious so very comfortable. The bathroom was just amazing. There’s a tub inside with a rainfall shower. It’s like the size of a spa.

I always stay at this hotel when I come into town. Everything about my stay is perfect! Valet is perfect. Check in is perfect. My rooms are always perfect. The gym and pool are well-maintained. I have ZERO issues at the Bicycle Club in Bell Gardens.

I've stayed here 3 different times & all 3 times have been wonderful. Rooms are clean & staff is super nice. The valet parking is great, i believe its free with your room. The dumpling place in the hotel is amazing & the Vietnamese coffee from the cafe is also amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Noella at reception was amazing. I stayed on 9/1 and that night the casino was extremely busy!! They were having issues with the rooms, but she was amazing and got everything situated without any interruption in my schedule. A big thumbs up to the whole staff in the casino doing their job and behind the scenes. My first time staying here, but definitely will not be my last.

Good overall. First night a bit crowded. Missing waste basket for kitchen area. Surprised restaurant was separate from bar to get water.

Thought it was an awesome hotel with really nice service. $20 resort fee per day is the only caveat but it does come with free valet which is great

Everything went great. Love this hotel have stayed here 3 times in the past month. We love room 722. I called this time to request it. She said she will put in notes and try. Got the bicycle suite(love their bathroom/tub) when I get there the lady at the front desk said she had us in a governer suite I told her I had booked the bicycle. She said she had to move things around since it was busy. I understand that but I booked the bicycle suite. I ended up getting the bicycle suite thank you. But room 721 bunk bed was so squeaky and uncomfortable my parents had a terrible night they couldnt sleep well since it was noisy/uncomfortable. I will now only request room 722. That bunk bed was sooo much better than 721. Thank you

On our check-in day, the hotel was hosting a casino-themed event that caused quite a bit of noise—audible even from our room. Fortunately, we were quite tired from our travels, so it didn’t disturb us much. However, if you're a light sleeper, it might be worth checking in advance if any events are scheduled during your stay. The following day, there was a live concert taking place right in front of the hotel. While it added to the city’s energy, the sound carried directly into our room, making it hard to relax indoors during the evening. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the overall condition and cleanliness. The pool was okay—clean and functional, though nothing particularly memorable. The standout for us was the staff: professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Also, the free valet parking was a real bonus—convenient, efficient, and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. If you don’t mind a bit of city noise and are looking for a clean, well-located hotel with solid service and the convenience of valet parking, this could be a good option.

This hotel was great! I stayed for the weekend and there was free valet so that was a plus! The taco stand down the street was so good too, and close by the hotel. The check in staff was very friendly, I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were cordial and helpful. The Bike has everything you need in one place. Sushi, ramen, bar food,seafood, mexican food, and of course the breakfast cafe. The only draw back was that our room didnt have a microwave. You can store drinks and cold foods in the mini fridge though. My wife and i had a wonderful honeymoon and the bike was very accommodating.

Amazing place. Places to eat and drink, wonderful fitness room, great pool. Walking distance to a shopping center if meandering. Valet service is up to date with a quick app that allows you to retrieve your vehicle quickly and valet service is included in your reservation. Very clean with kind front door service that open and clean doors regularly.

The room was nice and clean and the valet was easy to use just tap your phone and they bring your car or drop it off.
