Staff was very friendly and the hotel is conveniently located for those who have some business in the industrial area in the neighborhood. Rooms have a normal size, are air conditioned, and the bed was good. Shower room was not very clean (tiles). Sink drain was clogged, making it slow and unpleasant to empty the bathroom sink. Air Condition emits a cold airstream right onto the bed, direction cannot be adjusted. Walls are very thin, noise from normal conversations or TV from next door rooms could be heard clearly. Breakfast had a variety of local dishes but very limited western food offers, which were not always timely replenished. On the dinner menu, many dishes were actually not available; service was rather slow. The hotel shop is just a few shelves in a room next to the reception desk, with extremely limited offer (looks almost empty). Around the hotel are no shops and almost no restaurants as it is located in the middle of an Industrial zone.

That small library with a small collection of Japanese books was nice. I also loved it that there were plenty electric sockets in the room. Business hotel rooms in Indonesia are usually dim. But here, there is sufficient light. Air conditioning in the room was also good, I could easily set it to my liking. Being promised Japanese hospitality with “precision” as one of the three key concepts, I had been disappointed. One of my towels was heavily torn. It’s impossible that your staff did not realize it, because the threads were obviously hanging out. There was a brown stain on the edge of my hand towel and I wonder if your staff did replace it with a new one the next day, because the same brown stain was on the same edge of towel. The bathroom door handle dropped with just a slight pull. I placed that broken knob on the floor. Next day, instead of fixing the knob, it was taken away leaving the door with no knob. I had to pull the edge of the glass door to open the bathroom door. You call this Japanese hospitality? The bathroom wall was full of white stain. The water tap hose above the sink was shaking. The wood from the clothe hanger fell apart as I was about to hang my clothes, and sharp nails from both left and right sides stuck out. Luckily really, they didn’t tear my clothes. Yeah, this is what you call precision. On the second night I didn’t get coffee and creamer replenished. Refrigerator was not cold at all. Well, I could feel frost on what was supposed to be the freezer, meaning the electricity was running. The switch button was set on max. However, that chill served far from its purpose as a refrigerator. TV channels were very limited, not to mention Japanese channels. Swimming pool looks small, more similar to an aquarium where guests can watch you swimming back and forth from above. Oh, one more thing. When I checked in, there was an obvious glass stain on the desk. The next day, after my room had been made, that stain was still there. Don't you bother at all to wipe that off? A Japanese would.
