The breakfast is too standard for a star hotel. The cleanliness of the tableware is a bit poor. Two days wanting to enjoy the pleasure of breakfast was interrupted by a dirty coffee cup as if it had not been washed. Instantly lost the feeling of wanting to enjoy warm morning coffee.

A comfortable stay in a clean room. The staff were great. They were friendly, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was delicious with a great range of choices - Asian and Western. There wasn't any soap/shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. We had our own and were late check in and early check out so it didn't really affect us. If we had stayed longer, we would have mentioned this to staff.

De medewerkers aan de receptie en in het restaurant waren buitengewoon vriendelijk. Room The AC unit did not respond to changes in the temperature settings, so we had to switch it off. Even so, cold air continued to flow into the room, also bringing the stench of cigarette smoke into our no-smoking room. Amenities During our three nights’ stay the soap dispenser in the bathroom remained empty. The water dispenser in the corridor remained unplugged and empty too. The two pairs of slippers showed that previous guests had used them vigorously. Bed Linen We discovered an old bloodstain on one of the bedsheets. It remained there for the duration of our stay. Restaurant After reminding the waitress, our a la carte order of fried rice and fruit juice was served after almost an hour. Room-to-room telephone Didn’t work. Safety We found that an emergency exit in the restaurant is permanently blocked by a table. Reservation and payment After confirmation of the reservation through Booking.com the hotel mailed us repeatedly asking for a downpayment so that the rooms would not be released after 19:00.

I like to change hotel due to change plan, the booking agent said ok by email, but the front desk void it.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 17 days and every day the room cleaned, sheets & towel changed and the equipment was filled. It was a nice stay. The location was not far from the highway & train station. It's a pity that the parking is charged after 5 mnt.
