They provide free flow of water during breakfast time. It's good for us as my wife is pregnant and needs a lot of water. Toilet near swimming pool is not really clean and the water tap didn't work properly. I found some bugs in the room.

The staff is incredibly friendly, I've traveled to many countries and this hotel definitely has top-notch people working there. The first room they put me in was covered in roaches and the carpets were filthy. They moved me to a new room which did not have roaches, however the carpets in that room were also filthy. The shower look like it had not had a deep cleaning in years with caked limescale and mold. The towels were so old they were falling apart. I blame the property owner for not properly maintaining the hotel. The hotel could be absolutely beautiful if they were some upkeep and renovations done. The furniture in my room was wobbly as if it were about to collapse. Several times the buttons in the elevator would not work and I would have to switch elevators. I have never been to a hotel or the towels are withering away as much as this place.

It was spacious, good location and the staff were very nice and helpful. We had problem with Air Conditioner, but then they moved us to another room upgraded. So it was very good experience.

Excellent, helpful, and friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Took so much time waiting for the elevator. The parking facility is so poor, dark, and unorganized.

The reception lady was very helpful. The location was very good for access to locations. The bathroom has an open window to the room, which is covered with a curtain. This is something I have experienced in a few places, which is not something found in western hotels.
