Our stay was great.

Overall experience was amazing and affordable. Staff was welcoming, rooms were very cleaning and their morning buffet had a large selection of items.

There was a full breakfast selection with scrambled eggs or boiled, two kind of sausages, a variety of breads, coffee, tea, milk, and soda, and oatmeal with toppings. A very meaningful breakfast self-served. The eggs, the scrambled eggs, could have been hotter.

There must have been a bug issue on the property, I had bugs in the kitchen area and ants in the bathroom, it called the front desk and the person I guess that take of these type of things were gone for the day. That made me very uncomfortable, this was unsanitary. I mentioned it again when I checked out and they told me I had to speak to a manager. I would like some form of monetary discount for this bad experience. Thank you!

The fitness room had 2 elliptical machines out of order. The rooms are dated. This is my last stay at Marriott. I am canceling the Canada hotel and booking Hilton. Elite members, don't waste your money here.

Property was overall clean and well maintained. Our room had a kitchenette with everything needed for a short or long term stay. Breakfast was always stocked with good variety including healthier options available. Gym had the bare minimum and treadmills were out of order...so just made a point to use the stairs more. Fire pit area and basketball cout outside seemed nice but weather didnt permit during our stay. Midway airport obviously close but you can get to downtown Chicago pretty easily also. This is our first time staying at a Residence but would definitely use them in the future.

I had to leave early so I didn’t try the breakfast. However, the location was very nice close to the airport and in general everything was clean and the size of the room was also very generous.

Please avoid this location. We changed rooms three times in 24 hours. The first room was located on the second floor. Both windows were block by an air-conditioned units on the roof. The room was dark with run down furniture.The second room, I called the first desk three times about children jump and screaming all night. Staff lied about coming upstairs to adress the issues. In the third room, we found a bed bug in the bed. We were told maintenance was coming, no one showed. We left the hotel and went to Double Tree next door. I asked for a refund. I'm waiting for a refund. Customer Service was horrible.

The room had a stench and the fire alarm in the hallway beep all night, and we can hear it in the room the blanket was so thin and rustled the staff was great

Breakfast was good. Could have more variety with fresh fruits. I like the location as close to midway airport and close to expressway which leads to McCormick Place One Morning wi fi was not working but it came on after 15 minutes

Overall, my kids love the swimming pool and how easy it was to access the swimming pool 10 out of 10 There’s nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. It was comfortable. I was safe really all that matters.

Just was very upset you advertised a hot tub and there was none we were there for my brothers funeral really wanted that to relax and there was none it was very disappointing Get the the Jacuzzi specially since you’re advertising it that would be bad for business for false advertisement, especially when someone’s looking forward to something like that

The location of the facility was good. The facility was old. The lights were dim the sheets were yellow. The pillows were flat. The water never got very hot. The continental breakfast was cold, and they did not have very much to select from.

Cleanliness. Smells so fresh and clean. The front desk staff were very pleasant The old woman is the kitchen was very unfriendly. The food wasn’t good- not enough options, the coffee was lukewarm and didn’t have a good taste, the boiled eggs were not fresh, they were packaged, no freshly scrambled eggs-they were boxed/powdered eggs. The fruit was good but again, not enough options. The furniture in the room could use some updating, it was sunken.

The bad was ants on floor in room and bathroom. Due to my anxiety and fear of any conflicts... I couldn't bring it up to the staff especially since they were beyond kind.

That it was close to the airport That we were assigned a room for handicap people and we are not handicap. It makes no sense to have a sink outside the bathroom next to the bed. The bathroom was not normal either. I didn't pay and I didn't choose a handicap room in Booking so I feel cheated.

I love the set up of the room. I love the location of the hotel itself. When I first arrived to the hotel, I had to sign an additional document basically saying that I couldn’t have more than the four guest though we’re staying at the hotel there I had family that came in from out of town. Stay at a different hotel but they intended on coming to my hotel because of the amenities The man worker there explained to me that they could not come there. They could not come in my room, they could not come and use the facilities and continue on continue on which was a big bummer. I asked him OK. Do you guys have outside seating or anything like that so that we won’t be considered interrupting anyone and he told me that they had a patio with the grilling section but another guest that book multiple rooms said that they were gonna come down later on so I could not occupy it or I could not sit down there at all. I just felt a little bit discriminated. I do not remember the name of the guy, but he was pretty rude and that set the tone for my entire stay there. The room was nice. It was clean. Everything was pretty decent except for the pool. Basically I didn’t even want to use the amenities, but since it was my daughter‘s birthday, I was going to make sure that she got in the pool in the morning before check out, I decided to take her to the pool. The pool was disgusting and cloudy. It didn’t even look like it’s been clean anytime so it was so nasty that I decided that I wasn’t going to get in the pool so me and my little sister decide to just walk around the pool a couple of times just to burn off a little energy while my daughter was in the pool with her father and it was so many things on the floor and on the ground that was disgusting. I was highly disgusted with the cloudy pool and the trash that was also along the pool. There were no clean towels to dry off so we had to walk to our rooms dripping wet. The soiled towel bin super full and spilling over on the ground. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel was centrally located near the airport and provided shuttle services to and from the hotel, which was great! There is a Friday's restaurant on the lot and several places to eat within walking distance. I can't say that there was anything that I didn't like about the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the staff war super nice and friendly. The rooms were very nice and well stocked and the breakfast was delicious and so much to choose from. They even had a little snack/store area for food if you didnt want to go out and many restaurants near by to deliver or dine in. I give this hotel10/10⭐️

Never stayed due to getting the days confused. I actually called and emailed before hand and they still didn’t grant my refund. Hotels.com claimed the called the hotel but they never did because I called myself. NEVER using them again!

The accommodations were great but the other patrons acted as if they were the only ones on the floor. Strong weed smell permeated thru the halls. Other than that i would recommend to others

This was the best experience for the Marriott brand. The staff was amazing and very kind ( especially with the gentleman being trained). The breakfast was great and the staff all around were pleasant and gracious. If I need to travel, this hotel brand will be it. Great job!

I did not like that the carpeting in the room was dirty. My white socks were black just walking around for a few minutes on the carpet. There was some dried pieces of food stuck in a bowl in the cabinet. There were stains on the drinking and wine glasses. I would be nice if towels were replaced every other day. There was no hot coffee around 7pm.

Everything was good. Giving 2 star because the ac was noisy at night. Was not able to sleep due to the terrible noise on and off frequently. Could not sleep with ac off as it is summer. Other than that all good. But it is irritating to not to be able to sleep after a long day even after paying this much.

This was our first trip to Chicago to visit our recently relocated kids and grandkids. It was nice to have an indoor pool to spend time with our grandson.

Everyone was extremely helpful… I booked three rooms and they made sure one of the rooms had a wheelchair accessible shower which we needed for my mother. Very very happy with my stay.

This is our second time staying here when we visit Chicago and it has everything we need. The location is perfect for shopping and it’s not far from the airport. The hotel is clean, pool is great for the family, and the breakfast is just enough to start your day off.

This hotel was just okay. The overall property is dated. The furniture in our room was worn down and dirty. The floor in the kitchen area had not been mopped, and there was a spill from the family that stayed in the room before us. The hotel was conveniently located not far from downtown. The hotel worked for our one night stay, but I don’t know that we would stay here again.

Outside of the fenced in area seemed a bit uncomfortable due to the state of buildings and houses, which were worn down and unkempt.

In a plaza full of hotels. Nicer and safer than we expected. Indoor pool is nice and staff is super sweet. We were super pleasantly surprised. Room was clean, roomy and comfortable.

Sofa bed is horrendous! It was in the shape of a V - sagging in the middle. Do not count sofa bed as a bed for two, if booking for more than 2 people. When I brought it up to the management they said all beds are the same in the hotel!

The location was perfect for my family. The rooms had all you needed and the kitchenette with the full frig was priceless. I immediately noticed how well the staff got along, greeted guests, and addressed any concerns or needs. I would certainly stay again.

No house keeping during our stay. So we had trash and dirty towels during our stay. They did not take our trash when we asked. So we left it on the hallway as we saw other visitors do the same, and no clean towels even when we requested. They did fix an issue we had with the toilet right away though. It was a good place to stay overall.

The rooms are very comfortable and the amenities are great: full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink, stove and dishes and cookware. The sofa bed had a really solid pad on it that was surprisingly comfortable. Great for kids. Also very comfortable just as a couch. The pool was always fully stocked with plenty of towels. Clean and great temperature. Free breakfast was really tasty and staff is constantly making sure the food is plentiful. It was quiet, the guests themselves were very friendly which is an attestation of how well run and friendly the staff is. Mega kudos!

The hotel was very convenient for us. We were in town for work and driving a big van. Not many locations in Chicago have surface lot parking. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, staff was really friendly, room was comfortable and quiet which is a plus since you are right next to Midway Airport and a bunch of train lines. Slept like a baby.

The room was nice and very spacious but tired looking. The air in the room was stale so luckily we had windows to open to air it out. On the plus side the bed was very comfortable!

For a Marriott it looked shabby. Looked old and used. Furnace fan was loud. You could even hear when fan started in other rooms. Uterine the room weren’t clean. Staff was great and helpful

OMG!! I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone. I posted a little video of my suite and I got asked a lot of questions about my suite. And overall, stay was definitely 10/10 and I’ll come back soon

Horrible hotel and hotels.com has wrong details. They show everyday housekeeping but when we at the hotel for 6 days they cleaned only for 2 days. when asked hotels.com, as always no response. The hotel room had ants crawling many places including beds and sofas. In short would not recommend for half the price.
