I really enjoyed my stay. My room was cozy quiet and relaxing. The staff was accommodating and even allowed an early check in. I plan to book again for my next visit to Chicago!

Everyone was friendly. Rooms exceptionally clean. Pool very nice. Food decent. Bonus free shuttle to the airport was unexpected! Pillows were dismal, room was hot at night even with the temp turned down all the way, it still went up to 72 overnight .

The front desk didn't give us the internet password when we checked in resulting in an extra trip downstairs. Although water was offered in the lobby, nothing else was offered. (At the Country Inn and Suites we were greeted with a smile, warm cookies, coffee and tea.) Bottles of water in the room which should have been complimentary, were $3 each. At the Hilton, I didn't expect to be charged for a drink of water in the room and I expected better hospitality.

No hot water at all on Friday evening after we checked into hotel, took cold showers. Saturday morning it literally took 20mins for water to heat up. Other guess I asked also had no hot water. I was given a handicapped room I didn’t ask for that style room nor was I asked if it was ok from staff. We were delayed being admitted into room Friday evening because the system was down 20/30 mins sitting inside the lobby with my kids. I took a video of the shower drainage, the shower water flowed on the floor because the drainage allowed water overflow to drain on the bathroom floor. Overall terrible experience.

I was charged $30 per night to park in the parking outside and it's not even valet parking. There's no parking lot security or gates. It's open parking with the threat of my vehicle being towed if I don't pay the $30.

The front desk service was excellent. The breakfast staff were very cordial, and the service was very good. And a special shout-out to Raya—she was very kind, courteous, and helpful with everything we needed. Without a doubt, this will be our hotel when we return.

Everyone was friendly! The room was nice, although the mirror in the bathroom was very high for a 5' person like me but overall was great! They had excellent kitchen where I could order and take back to my room. Shuttle was awesome and ran often even for my 5am flight. Would definitely stay here again!

We only spent two days but the breakfast and service on both days and dinner on the first night was exceptional. Hats off to Whitney who has a phenomenal memory and is very attentive and Diana who was patient and on point with her meal suggestions. The indoor temperature was a bit too cold but manageable.

Location Continuously running toilet Warm refrigerator Heater blew cold air Paid parking I was told I couldn't change rooms, Broken ironing board / asked for a replacement and had to go to the desk to because no one responded. The pool was out of order the entire week of my stay, and my son was very disappointed! I felt unwelcome and a bother. We traveled over a thousand miles to vacation and the hotel visit was the worst part of the trip. And I purchased two rooms!

The rooms were clean and in order. However 2 double beds but only 2 towels for possibly 4 people. States that breakfast is included but did not disclose you will have to pay for it. Also shuttle to airport we scheduled for a Tim to get to airport for our 2 hr window. But it never showed up for our original pickup time but not the second one either. We were finally picked up on 3 time. Now we were 1/2 hr behind schedule.

Some of the staff was great but it’s always one that has to have an attitude like they don’t like the job. Housekeeping needs to do better at cleaning rooms. There was garbage still in the room from previous guest. Pool very small and had way too much chlorine for anyone to swim.

Room was clean, it was snowing and they had only the side door open. Morning the sidewalks weren’t shoveled with no expectation of it getting done anytime soon. Seemed pricey for the short time we spent there.

Staff were nice and friendly. I worked in the business center during the stay and it was perfect to take conference calls. Common areas were clean. Didn’t like we had to pay for parking during our 10 day stay. The food area wasn’t inviting and the pool was very cold making it hard to enjoy.

I got to the hotel mid afternoon. Breakfast had ended As stated, I got to the hotel mid afternoon it was to early to check in. However I needed to get into my room as I needed to get dressed for my event. I was told an earily assess to the room would need to be paid before I would be able to have asset to the room I paid an early entrance of $58.75. I also was told a $100 would be held for any of the extra product goods would need to be paid.

Room was nice and spacious. Cleaning crew was friendly and accommodating. My only issue was the lady at check in. She was not friendly and welcoming AT ALL. She was very bland, dry, and acted as if I was bothering her by even checking in. Chick-fil-A has spoiled it for every other business because I hold everyone to their standard. Greeting your guests with a smile and a "Welcome" or "Hello" is very basic. I gave a cheerful "Hello" and a smile when I walked up to the counter and she just stared at me. If I did not already have a reservation I would have certainly went to one of the other properties next door. Suggestion to management: Send her to Chick-fil-A training. She would benefit greatly.

Upon my arrival, my room was not clean. During my stay, I did not have the "do not disturb" door hanger visible, meaning that I wanted my room to be cleaned. I did not receive the services. I brought this to the front desk staff, she assured me that she would inform the cleaning staff. Hours later the room still was not cleaned. Not sure if they are understaffed for the cleaning staff. The property was in a great location and was clean. I really hate that I had this experience from a Hilton!

The room was supposed to be paid for upon arrival, however the room got cancelled before we could arrive and pay for it. There was no clear communication as to when or why this happened. Had I received a call and was told that my room would be cancelled before I arrived I could have made the proper arrangements and made sure my room was paid for.

I enjoyed my short night however there was a stain on the bed sheet but I was so tired I just removed it, sprayed down the bed as I normally do in hotel stays and called it a night. The rest of the room was very clean and spacious and I really enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle to the airport for my early flight out.

Ceramic soap holders in the shower are not okay, my son cut his head open in the shower with this. Thankfully it was a small laceration and nothing major.

The hotel and room were comfortable. My greeting during check in was not pleasant. The bathroom sign states room cleaning happens every other day. That was not true. I had to request a cleaning on the 3rd day, but it still did not happen. During checkout, I brought it to their attention again, and all I was told was "I'm sorry."

The first room they gave me had a leaking faucet. I told the front desk. They said they would send someone up to fix it. While in that same room, a couple enterd my room with a key card. The front desk must have given them the same room. The couple apologized and left. I contacted the front desk. They gave me another nicer room. The stay otherwise was ok.

The only thing that I would say is that the restaurant in the hotel is pricey, the food is good though & the night-time staff is cordial a plus. Breakfast the buffet it wasn't worth the price unless they make it more appealing/appetizering or unless your able to order it. Actually, breakfast should be included. Everyone was knowledgeable and attentive from the front desk, housekeepers, and kitchen staff.

I was given a room at a high rate compared to my peers who booked larger rooms even with using my Hilton account. When I entered the room there was a stink of human grease and filth. AC unit was hanging off wall, door had a extremely slow close to the point I could walk across the room twice before it closed which is a large safety risk with me traveling alone. Toilet handle was broken and electric issues to the room. I was told this was one of the best hotels in the area and I felt like I was staying in a cheap motel. All only compensation I was provided for this whole issue was "free two day parking"

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, however 1 of the elevators was out of service the entire time we were there and the 2nd one went out of service our first night and we had to carry all of our luggage up to the 4th floor. The hotel front desk did give us breakfast vouchers for both mornings of our stay to compensate us for the inconvenience though. I did not like the fact that we had to pay to park at the hotel when we were guests there. I hadn't noticed in the fine print that parking was not included until after I booked our room. This hotel was one of the only hotels in the area that had 2 queen beds that we needed, so I didn't want to change my reservation. I feel like the property was nice, but not nice enough to have to pay extra for BOTH parking & breakfast each day.

They need to update the rooms. The shower curtain is torn, the plug of the bath tub leaks and there is hair and gunk in the drain. I was not sure the tub was washed prior. It looked clean but I was concerned. There was a red stain maybe ketchup under the table. The chair had a stain on it. There were no cups in the room and to cap it all, they were going to charge $3 per bottle of water. There is no one to help with your luggage. By and large, I will not recommend this hotel except for someone who does not care about these things but oy wants a bed for the night. In that case, there are way cheaper hotels for that service.

I liked that they informed me about the parking fee. Although I’m not thrilled with it, at least they told me about it unlike the Marriott.

We always stay here. The hotel is nice and the staff is courteous. It's always clean.
