    Although it was an older property, it was extremely well maintained. Our first day the manager Slydell was very helpful with us. All of the staff were helpful and professional. Would stay with them again. Quiet hotel as well.

    I only stayed one night but I appreciated that I could control the room temp to my preference. Room was spotless, plenty of linens, and very quiet. Plenty of places to dine within a short walk. I'd stay there again if need be.

    My biggest complaint is the overuse of heavy fragrances in the rooms. This irritated my throat and eyes and made me almost switch hotels. I kept my door propped open for a long time to air it out and just dealt with it. We also left to go to dinner across the street to just let the smell lessen. I would say if you are sensitive to heavy scents and harsh chemicals, this isn’t the place for you. Everything else was just ok. The staff was nice.

When I returned home, the hotel emailed a receipt, which charged me again and they added parking and two parking taxes. I did not have a vehicle at the facility. I called and told the staff person who answered the phone. He stated the receipt should have been sent to booking.com. I asked him to delete the extra $30+ that was sent to me.

    And the owner eats special things so it has to be warm up in the microwave On arrival, they said they don’t have queens room that have microwaveis only the king So they switch me to king with asking me is a case of four of us wanna reach upstairs I saw that they switched me to a king. I went back and try to talk to them cause it’s a room of four people they saying there’s nothing they could do cause all the rooms are taken. And give me a blanket and asked me if I could sleep on the floor

    The property was goo. Common area was a bit dated. Room was in god condition, but dated. TV was old and not accommodating. The front desk staff upon checking in was very unpleasant. There were multiple fees and costs not obvious. The front desk explained after the card was provided. The staff upon checking out was very friendly and professional.

    Extra towels were there for the pool, nice and spacious room for 2 adults, 1 child. Breakfast was nice too. Hopefully there will be more seating space for breakfast in the future and possibly a bigger pool for multiple families to use.

    The room was neat, spacious and clean. I had an accessible room so there is no tub which is understandable, however the only problem was the shower water got everywhere on the floor leaving a huge puddle due to no tub or way to keep the water in 1 area. Everything else was remarkable. The staff was extremely nice, warm, charming, detailed, and eagerly helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious as usual. Kid and family friendly. Beautiful pool and sight. We really had an awesome time there and my kids and I are always excited to keep coming back! Definitely 5 stars!

    THEN , my husband cut his hand loading our luggage in the car, went in and asked for the 1st aid kit and the front desk working check out behaved as if she was SO INCONVENIENCED like he wasn’t BLEEDING. The check in is now 4pm and check out is 11! Never again will I stay here

    When coming off the elevator to our room on the 3rd floor, there was a strong scent that smelled of cat urine. When I opened my room door, the smell was even stronger. I didn’t complain. I just sprayed my spray and went to sleep. Other than that, it was okay. I did get great sleep.

    We had a very good stay near the airport. The facilities are very good, the rooms clean and well equiped. Staff was nice. Drawbacks are: The fitness center is to small to put a mat down on the floor, and the food buffet needed more enticing fruit and better tasting coffee. Will stay here again.

    Do NOT book here. They said they had a parking lot for customers and then charged me over $100 for parking. Then they charged us a $250 smoking fee? We don't smoke. My girlfriend was doing her hair when they said it happened. We explained this including the curling iron which was still hot and showed her hair. They said they would remove it if we came to the desk on the final day. On the final day the manager then changed her mind, and said she would only charge a $125 fee instead. We do NOT smoke, so I insisted the whole thing was to be removed. The manager claimed that "hair on fire or even food on fire will not trigger the alarm". I personally installed those alarms professionally for years doing electrical controls... Then she said she would just charge us the full $250 instead.. This is on video.. The lights flickered in multiple rooms constantly and we had to have maintenance repair them. All of our rooms smelt VERY musty like sweaty socks or something, horrible. Lastly, the locks on the doors became faulty and some of us had to wait for staff to replace an entire lock while we waited outside the room. The TV's look like they're from 2003 and did not receive any channels besides the basic news stations. There are sooo many better hotels in the same block, please book elsewhere. The front staff is horrible and will lie to your face while making claims that make no sense. Though the housekeepers were very friendly and nice.

    The problem is with Travelocity!!! I needed a room beginning at 1:00AM. I booked the room and was told I could not check in until 3:00PM. Travelocity needs to get their act together so their web site can accommodate travelers who need a room after midnight when a plane flight is cancelled!!

    That said, the room itself felt quite worn, with dated furnishings and noticeable stains on the carpet. My biggest issue wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but the thin walls made it hard to sleep, as the guests above and next door were loud and inconsiderate (yelling/banging) well past midnight.

    When we got to our room and plugged the ohone charger into the alarm clock, it started smoking and about started a fire. The hotel then charged us 100 dollars for incedentals. For a piece of china crap 12 dollar alarm clock that couldve killed people. 10 out of 10 dont recommend.

    Check in was easy! The courtesy shuttle to and from the airport was also great. We are looking forward to the free breakfast. This hotel is a perfect location for a short visit from the airport.

    Great option if you want to visit Chicago on a budget. Hotel room was very clean and spacious. Free breakfast was good but lacking protein options other than eggs. Free shuttle to Midway and you can take the L into the city. We ended up driving to Pulaski Station (5 mins away) and taking the L from there. Surrounded by lots of chain restaurants and Walmart/Target/Aldi/TJ Maxx/Ross/Dollar Tree

    Hotel is clean, well kept. Appears a bit worn and due for refreshing. Bed is comfortable. Free breakfast was sufficient. In-room microwave and refrigerator, fitness center and indoor pool are nice amenities. Parking fees were a surprise as other hotels in the same complex do not charge overnight parking fee.

    Our first time staying at this location. And we loved it. The staff were great. Nicole, sorry if your name isn’t spelled correctly, she checked us in and was very polite and was a great big help. Also the housekeeper on our floor was passing by and I was having a hard time with fixing the temperature of the room and she called someone like she said she would and got them to come and adjust it for us while I went to the pool to relax. Came back to a cozy warm room. Thank you so much for that!! Really appreciate the nice conversation as well with the other house keeper downstairs cleaning the area by the coffee. Over all great staff. Hope to come back very soon. Loved it.

    Room was dirty. There was visible dirt all over carpet, tiny amount of tp left on roll when we arrived, bad smell in the room (and we switched rooms twice and all three rooms had bad smells!).
