So this place was $52 dollars a night... no amenities except an ice machine that was a bit far from my room (105) . There is free coffee and cold water in the office but only like a 5ounce cup to have. Seems like my room was clean and the king size bed was sum what comfortable as I'm into a firm mattress but this was semi firm .but had 4pillows that were firm so that was a plus . Tv and channels were good . Good size mini fridge and a small microwave worked well for heating up small leftovers. I think for the price it was a good deal but as I said no real amenities and I think some people live there but not sure ...again it was $52 bucks ... restaurants are kinda close and Fred Meyers is kinda close too for snacks but not within walking distance.

Decent place, dated but okay for a short budget stay. I am giving low ratings because the listing says that there is a pool and there is breakfast. Neither is there a pool nor is there breakfast. I think truly saying what you have will make me give a higher rating (or at least not participate the process at all).

Pepper Tree check-in staff were very pleasant and the desk was staffed even though we arrived late in the evening. The room was extremely clean and had basic amenities with a fairly large fridge. Only one thing was wrong--the sink's water spigot required brute strength to pull out to turn on the water. The location of this motel is very good--quite close to Highway 217. There was plenty of parking too.

Parking was easy and secure.

Room had no lamp and chairs and tables were old and falling apart. Called for a lamp and no one came. Called again that night and got one but next morning upon check out the guy I talked to Saturday said he had no access to a lamp so was bothered to call me back

Staff were polite and helpful. Parking was free and they provide complementary coffee in the morning which is nice :)

Check in was great, the young man at the counter was awesome, wish he was wearing a uniform with a name tag. The first room had loogie's all over the wall, with dried blood and someone had left behind their dried contacts on the floor along with their food crumbs but..the nice young man moved us to a clean upstairs room. Their was cigarette butts and trash scattered around the property and the cement walkway upstairs had places that were crumbling. I do believe the advertisement for this "inn" said it had been newly renovated, NOT!! The beds are hard but the mirror is beautiful. Free parking, air conditioning and heat if you need it. Televisions need upgrades but the fridge was convenient. Wouldn't stay again and highly disappointed.

The internet was quite possibly the worst part of this property; it constantly cut out.

Woman working the front desk was great, and very helpful fixing a booking error on my part. The hotel itself though is in need of some help. First, it’s in an industrial park so there are no food or shopping options within walking distance. And of course, while I was checking in a homeless person came into the lobby and would not stop trying to talk to me while I was trying to talk to the front desk agent. The room was clean, but mattress was beyond worn out. The toilet was interesting, as shown in the picture they have a std round toilet seat on an elongated toilet. The shower head comes out of the wall at chest height so I had to squat to get my hair washed. The mattress leaning against the ice machine are a classy touch as well.

Remodeling in progress but not completed. Some rooms completed but they put us in an old one?! Bathroom needed upgrades and repair. Bed comfort was fine but it’s an aging property that was reminiscent of the 50’s

I only had apple pay for check in and it was a headache I wish that hotels com made it clear what the hotels policy was on deposits becusse I literally searched for hotels with no deposits or apple pay deposits accepted and they sent me here. And I w have stayed here before in the past they waived the despite for me but I guess they don't do that anymore but hotels .com should make it clear so you aren't shocked and also he virtual agent shouldn't hook you up with a hotel that doe requires a deposit when it was one of your only search criteria

Tub-Wall nbeds to be glued on to wall. Big chuncks out of the tub. The listiing advertised free breakfast. The staff said sorry there is none. Better check ALL your listings. This could be a good motel with some effort & basics. I'm sorry to see it so run down

I didn't get to stay in the room I booked or any room for that matter and I was charged non refundable booking two hours in the cold rainy night because the hotel failed to tell me there was a required additional $100.00 deposit my daughter is ill and I made that very clear to the hotel staff while booking my stay on line. My daughter April 3 TMI's and suffers with Aphasia as I explained to your hotel staff. Because of technical difficulty sending my card information she was denied a stay and was put out back on the freezing cold rain. I'm very disappointed with the whole situation. The receptionist a young latin lady is very slow and doesnt accept my tip which i find disrespectful im in a tipping business i find this a little disturbing 🙃 as imnot asking for anything extra or better treatment i just tip because i want to not to try and gather brownie points from your staff i feel disrepected and kinda as if she felt i was trying to hit on her either way i will not be returning your motel wver again what a strange gesture

Very safe and quiet

Pool was filled with concrete. The carpet in the room looked to be from early 1990's. With huge stains and the room smells like a wet dog. The room was clean as far as the bed, bathroom areas. The chair had stains all over and also smell of dog. The property was clean around outside. The staff were kind and dressed nicely. The parking was good. Food within a mile walk . Not much grass for a pet. But the sidewalk is attached to property and offers nice walking with grass areas. I would suggest check out the room befor booking a stay.

A little concerned the other half of the latch was missing on the door. Also the cabinet door to reveal the fridge was broken and made it hard to open and close. I forgot to mention this to the front desk.

I appreciate them refunding in the end, but i dint appreciate thebclear communication regarding a $100 safety deposit which was more expensive then the room itself. I had bought the room for my friend but because he didnt have enough money for the deposit, he had to sleep elsewhere.

The room had a noisy bathroom ceiling fan that needs to be replaced. The air conditioning unit dripped on the floor, needs to be readjusted. However, at the very low price for the stay, it was a reasonably good deal.

Just an average motel. Was very noisy since it was right next to a freeway.

The bed was so squeaky Everytime I got up I thought I would wake someone up. Other than that it was a comfy room to sleep in.

We got put in a room right next to 3 people who were staying long term and had expanded outside their room. They were quiet but it was a rather awkward position to be placed in.

The room was fine, and housekeeping seemed to have done a good job. But the overall vibe of the hotel was that it needed upkeep and small repairs throughout. For example, the oower plugs in the lamp base didn't work on one side of the bed, the sink had a loose faucet and handles, and looked like it was pretty beat up. (Plus I was a little surprised to find out there was $100 deposit, but it was refunded after we checked out so it wasn't really an issue. ) On the plus side, the room was surprisingly quiet.

The towels were dirty. There were cracks in the sinks and tub. There were no locks on my door. The furniture was all scuffed up. The bed had settled into a hole very outdated room.

Despite what is shown and stated on the website, there is no pool (they poured a concrete slab over it), and there is no breakfast of any kind….advertised as “free”. The Inn is right on a major street/highway…not a quiet place. The room is clean, but the website is totally misleading and needs an update!

The owner is not friendly. If you have a trailer even just overnight he charges $30 per day. No breakfast amenities. We stayed for two weeks for job and no maid service the whole time. We requested room service but to no avail. The motel needs some serious updating. Motel 6 is even better than this.

Front desk very professional and pleasant. Easy check in. Room was clean and functional, basic and no frills but the bed was comfortable and linens were good quality. The second room presented much better than the 1st. And all in all was very clean. I do think the lighted mirrors by the sinks are way to bright and very hard to wake up to… and awful to put makeup on by… the room could have used another lamp and tone down the one over the table and maybe a rug between the beds. I am glad I brought flip flops to wear in the room. Furniture is a bit ragged also, but linens and bed were very welcoming. All in all, my time though short, was a bit above average. Staff all very accommodating.

Where to begin. If I were to title this review I would say "needs remodeling and major work." They still include a courtyard photo when they had a pool - that pool is now filled in with concrete - they didn't want the expense of caring for the pool I guess. I could get no sleep at this hotel - the clientele around me were iffy is the best I can say and they were making noise all the way up to 1 a.m.. It was passably clean. The furniture is chipped, the lampshades stained and one was missing the top piece that keeps it on. Most of the furniture needs replacement. The bathroom area lighting is very poor. No Kleenex. The working desk area had no electrical outlet available - so bring an extension cord or something if you want to work a the desk. AND they put a $100 dollar hold on your card even if you have already paid through Expedia. So anyway - I feel the place needs more than a little work. I will NOT be staying there again. One quick night was enough. I think even a Motel 6 would be better. And it is in an industrial area so it is unkept up and a bit sketchy area. This place is cheaper for a reason.

This is a great place to stay for one person overnight visiting the area. The front desk scale was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will stay here again when I visit Beaverton.
