The property was in great condition. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The lobby and outdoor spaces are quote nice for this tier of hotel. No issues with our stay. We didn't eat the breakfast so no review there.

The room was very dirty. It had not been vacuumed the toilet had hairs. When we went to use the sofa bed it was not made up. It had a dirty mattress cover but the worst, it was covered in black mold and blood. It was one of the worst things I have ever seen in a hotel room. The mattress was paper thin and looked like 20 + years old. When I complained to staff, I got no apologies no offer to change it. Which told me the other rooms sleeper sofas were probably in the same condition. It was room 322. We couldn’t sleep after we saw and were sickened and wondering what the King mattress we were sleeping on looked like but too afraid to look.

Our entire stay was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful and breakfast was amazing.

Hotel charged me $50.00 after I paid $324.20 thru Expedia and I asked for receipt. Front staff refused to give it to me. I like to know why was I charged for $50.
- 5/5
The only bad thing was that I forgot to make sure the alarm was off. Someone left the alarm clock with a way to early go setting and woke me up.

Breakfast
- 5/5
This hotel was amazing, best breakfast by far, there were so many fresh options. We stayed over Easter and they even hid Easter eggs around the breakfast buffet. 1000% recommend

Convenient, easy to access, parking always available. Wonderful breakfast and friendly staff. Wish there was a pool for future stays in the summer.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the line of soap and shampoo they offer (Crabtree & Evelyn Gardeners liine) The rooms could use a remodel with some color. They are very dreary looking and in a place where it rains a lot, it's a downer. But if you can look past that- it's a comfy place to stay.

The suite was like a perfect home away from home! The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized fridge, cooking stove, dishwasher, and toaster. The living room is adorable and the king bed was extremely comfortable. The location was amazing too as it’s closer to the Oregon coast like Cannon Beach… a little over an hour drive, while minutes away from Portland. There’s shopping nearby making it easy to get anything you may need. The staff was super gracious making the stay such a pleasure. I highly recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton! Would 100% stay here again!

The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Also BOOKING .COM lied and said there was a pool !The Toilet was plugged, and I had to borrow a plunger from the front desk to fix it myself! The room was way over priced! Everything. It is an old hotel in need of renovation It is way overpriced!!!!
- 3.5/5
Friendly staff, good breakfast clean rooms that smelled fresh. Nothing I can think of.
- 3/5
Breakfast needs to be free. It’s not worth to pay $15 for only breakfast buffet. You could get better options outside at that price.
- 3/5
The room needs updated as the carpet was torn and shredding along the edges. The bathtub has stains and chips.
- 4/5
Appreciated the managers social event. I also liked the location which was a close drive to restaurants and bars.
- 5/5
Everything was clean and accessible. Nothing to add
- 5/5
Enjoyed staying with my dogs.
- 4/5
The breakfast ends too early, as if no one other than business people can come to stay at the hotel!
- 5/5
Great breakfast. Super clean rooms and spacious. Great customer service and all for a great price.

The staff were super friendly and super welcoming we never not safe. Beautiful room and and they facility was great, breakfast was included and nice.

Great if you need a kitchen. Real cups & plates & silverware & a frig & freezer & cooktop & microwave. All you would need! Plus nice buffet breakfast! Vicky is wonderful!

Nothing Room smelled of pet urine & multiple misc stains through out. Also room was infested with fleas & bit me pretty bad. Manager only comped one night out of the three. Sausage during breakfast was probably left over from prior day since it was seriously dry and over cooked. Probably worse Homewood I've stayed at which is sad to say considering price came out to almost $400/night after fees

Nice place, loved staying here!
- 4/5
Very comfortable bed. Door to toilet/shower too wide; not enough room for it and the bath mat. Heard several fans all night-HVAC?
- 5/5
Great staff. Good breakfast
- 3/5
Pet charge of 75$ is ridiculous for a small dog. Also, the room had an odor. Overall, just ok.

The condenser outside bedroom window was very loud/noisy when automatically turning on. Bathroom fan was so loud and noisy...difficult to use bathroom during night when other person sleeping.

The breakfast was better than most we have experienced. A nice selection of unusual items such as chia seed pudding, which I enjoyed each day. And fresh boiled eggs each time. They also had fresh fruit available for snacking at other times of the day, along with coffee and tea. I didn't like having to pay for parking. It was a spacious parking lot and there didn't seem like a need to charge for parking.

Customer service was great!!!
- 4/5
We had a decent stay and the size of the room was more than adequate, however, it is obvious the building is older and the renovation is older. There is a lot of wear on materials and our bathroom had what looked like pink mold in the wallpaper… but we were assured after an inspection that it was “red hair dye” that had seeped into the wall. Either way, that should be rectified when you’re paying these kinds of prices to stay in a hotel. The breakfast was mediocre, especially the eggs… which tasted like they were powdered as opposed to cooked fresh. I don’t have a problem spending money to stay at nice hotels, but I expect to get what I pay for and I don’t feel that was the case here. Hopefully the management works to improve this facility thanks in part to this feedback.
- 5/5
The suite was very large and comfortable. It was nice to have the refrigerator, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, and living space with an extra TV. It was close to the sports complex. The bed was too hard, and there was a swimming pool advertised on the website, but there wasn't one actually there anymore, so that was disappointing.
- 3/5
Good breakfast. Squeaky bathroom door. Slippery shower/ tub. No bar for handicapped in shower/tub.
- 1/5
Room wasn't that clean in general & kind of stuffy. It was NOT a good deal for the money & nothing was near for amenities. Electricity was out 4-5 hours. I was told I couldn't use work out room despite saying I didn't need the equipment. Also, there is no pool despite when you look up hotel on google, there is a pic that makes it appear there is one. We asked about that & mentioned the picture. Staff didn't seem to care one iota about that either - told us to "call around fitness centers that were near" without providing us a list. We did call but cost was $58 PER PERSON for it. Horrible, horrible experience. I asked about any running trails near & was told "No idea. I don't run." I was able to find a loop that I could do. I have stayed at the same Homewood Suites in Hot Springs & had a wonderful exp - THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE.

Nice hotel to stay at
- 4/5
The parking lot was a little small but the landscaping was nice. you are charged $12.00 per night to park there, but we didn't notice any added security, or covered parking.
- 4/5
It was great with the exception of food availability on Saturday…Went down for breakfast 40 minutes before end of serving and many things were gone or empty. Felt really bad for those people who came down after us but before 10am end time.
- 4/5
Great staff.... though the clock in the reception area was stuck at 4:00
- 4/5
The insulation is poor as I could hear the traffic noise from the adjacent highway 26.
- 3/5
The people were nice. The room was disappointing. I have mold alerfies and the room had a mold smell. The windows were facing walls, hardly any natural light. We only stayed one night, but i tried to stay out of the room for a good part of it. Sleeping was difficult. The facility itself seemed nice.
- 5/5
Great amenities and condition. Good breakfast spread. $15 parking fee is a bit annoying.
- 5/5
The staff was so friendly and so helpful! I will definitely be staying here again!
- 5/5
Very nice staff and facility. Enjoyed ur stay.
- 5/5
Your $12 charge for parking for hotel guest is my only complaint! Ridiculous!
- 4/5
Two complaints: The front desk person, an older lady at night was reluctant to bring a blanket to the room when I was not provided one when I was at the front desk in person earlier in the evening. They told me one was in the room already, and it was not. I do not mind the mistake from housekeeping, but she seemed a bit lazy and did not want to do her job to bring me one which I found ridiculous considering she is in hospitality, and I paid near $1000 to stay there. The lack of willingness to provide service was off and odd. The additional complaint is that they wanted to charge a large parking fee for every night of stay, for such a large parking lot in the suburbs, and no lack of spaces. I parked on the street which was only a 15 second difference, safe and free.
- 4/5
The service is inconsistent- kept forgetting to replenish drinks/snacks to our premium room.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Bed was very comfortable—I slept in—which I usually never do
- 4/5
It was nice staying here, room is clean, checking in and out was easy and nice to know that they have the complimentary wine and beer when we checked in at 5:30 pm but it was only up to 6:30 pm so we weren’t able to have it coz we rest for a little bit in the room after we checked in.
- 5/5
The stay was great. The only thing we found was that non of the dishes from the dishwasher had been put away. We had to do that.
- 5/5
My husband and I come to Beaverton often and always stay here. The staff goes above and beyond, are incredibly friend and all around wonderful. Another big deal are how comfortable the beds are
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
This hotel is wonderful and the staff are amazing! We absolutely love this place
- 5/5
Excellent stay
- 3/5
The first room was pretty bad the Fridge stuck halfway out In The living space and the sink by had no cover on the bottom. They allowed us to change rooms but the second room had a really bad burnt smell in the room. We bought a plugin and room spray made it thru the week. I would try not staying on the first floor. They have an amazing middle court yard with a fire pit and bbq.
- 2/5
After finally talking to a real person at Expedia, they called the hotel and the problem was resolved. Expedia claims the hotel made a mistake, and given all the details (which are too numerous to detail here) I believe Expedia is correct. So, we were finally given a room, without apology for the delay. The stay was good, other than the check-in.

Big room
- 5/5
Great hotel. Loved the room.
- 4/5
The property was nice but we did not like the hidden fees. Also, the staff at the front were not very friendly
- 5/5
Nice clean place. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast had lots of options and was good.
- 5/5
Stayed here for an extended weekend in Portland with granddaughters. Room was clean and comfortable. Surrounding area was mostly quiet, some noise from freeway but not overwhelming. Hotel conveniently located to dining options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good variety of breakfast items. Would recommend and would stay again.
- 5/5
We would stay here again for sure.
- 5/5
We had a great stay here, everything was as described.
- 3/5
The room was clean but the common areas were very smelly and not so clean. The breakfast was bad and if you go after8 am, you could barely find something to eat. The laundry was very dirty and we could not use it although due to a long trip we needed to.
- 4/5
Overall the room and property was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was minimal and wasn’t that good.
- 3/5
Did you know that Homewood Suites would subtly tack a $12 per day parking fee onto the room charge? I was not made aware of that and will not accept it. That is a deceptive practice and very wrong.
- 5/5
Really helpful and compassionate staff. Hotel was nothing special but the staff were great.
- 5/5
Great hotel very comfortable,Friendly staff and location location!
- 2/5
Building security seemed good
- 5/5
We also brought food in and could make our own late night snacks.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the stay. It had a living room and stove, refrigerator. It was a lot for what I paid for. Free breakfast in the morning! I’ll stay again
- 5/5
Just a nice quiet time.
- 4/5
Loved the suite, nice bed and kitchen area and shower amenities. The only drawback to our room (#115) was it was adjacent to the laundry, so late afternoon noise. Also it seemed the HVAC system was fairly noisy our first night.
- 5/5
The breakfast menu variety was excellent! As well as the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff.
- 5/5
This hotel was by far our favorite as a family of 4 with two teen boys. We were in a 2 bedroom suite and it was awesome. It was clean and spacious. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had and it changed every morning. The service from the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful
- 2/5
Will never stay here again. Could barely get any sleep. Noisy a/c, noisy neighbors.
- 2/5
The AC noise is huge and the room is close to the end of the building, which likely an external generator /compressor resides, to make the condition worse
- 5/5
Great location, and all the staff were super helpful and sweet with our toddler.
- 5/5
Our stay was brief, but it was a very nice room and clean. We weren't aware of the high pet fee per night ($75) before we booked our stay. The bed was comfortable and separate living/kitchen area was very. nice. Selena at the front desk was very helpful. Ask for room not on highway side for a more quiet experience.
- 4/5
I would recommend elevator on both sides. And dog rooms on 1st floor. Other then that it was great.
- 5/5
The inside property is very run down. There were dryer fans running in the hall way to dry the thread bare carpet. Inside the room 108, there are established spider webs in the corners and along the old popcorn ceiling. Air conditioning was broken after tolerating 79 ° temps over night they gave us a portable room airconditoner. Bathroom door would not latch. The rooms are rundown and dingy. I will not book another room at this hotel. The staff were great and not to blame for the property owners neglect.
- 5/5
Our room was very clean and perfect for our needs.
- 5/5
Staff was courteous, friendly, anf efficient.. Check in was uneventful. Room was clean thougn air was not on and a bit stuffy!!! Once air con, all’s well and cool!!! Overall good experience!!
- 5/5
Amazing stay
- 5/5
The room is comfortable and we like having the bedroom separate from the living room/kitchen area.
- 5/5
Very comfy bed, nice amenities/ breakfast, staff was prompt and followed up. Nice fluffy towels. Would recommend a dimmer switch/ nightlight/ or softer bulbs in rooms and very bright.
- 1/5
The bed was hard as a rock. The linens were terrible. No one slept well. They only clean every 4 days on request and always seemed to arrive when kids were sleeping. Breakfasts was the best part. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The beds and house keeping made this a never again for my family.
- 5/5
Very clean rooms and amenities
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay experience with Homewood Suites in Beaverton. The rooms were exceptionally good and the food (breakfast) as well.
- 5/5
Great and varied hot breakfast. Nice kitchenette. Fresh coffee and tea all day long.
- 5/5
Beautiful site! Garden is gorgeous
- 5/5
Good suite with separate bedroom and living/kitchen for those who need that option
- 3/5
The room had a leaking toilet and poorly maintained and we had to be moved to a non ADA room
- 1/5
The room was not ready at 4PM. For the price we are paying the breakfast is below standard and sometimes late.
- 5/5
Stayed with 8 year old and I can't say enough how great of a stay we had. My daughter loved the pool and it was heated, had it all to her self. Bed was comfortable and room very spacious. Breakfast fantastic and very friendly staff, It does cost $10.00 a night to park but that is the only negative thing about the hotel. I will def stay here again when I visit next year.
- 5/5
The rooms are spacious and very clean the hotel is nice and quiet the staff were friendly and helpful I would recommend this location
- 5/5
Good 👍
- 4/5
There were no safety bars in the tub/shower and no rubber mats to stand on when taking a shower.
- 5/5
Arrived early and the staff went out of their way to get us in our room early. Room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was typical hotel self-serve with a good variety of choices including fresh fruit and veggies! Definitely will stay here again.
- 4/5
Location was good. Staff helpful and friendly. Had a large cobweb in the bedroom. Housekeeping should never have missed that. Unable to attach a picture. Stayed several days. Couch pretty uncomfortable. I liked having 2 rooms and the value was very good.
- 5/5
It was great and customer service was excellent and very accommodating. We had a break in to our car over the weekend while out and about and during check out that next morning we were able to tag our bags and put them aside to come back for as we were going to the portland zoo and were afraid to leave our stuff in the car. We came back a few hours later to retrieve our things. They were awesome!!!!! Breakfast was great both days too!
- 5/5
The best suite spacious and had two bathrooms. Well supplied Kitchen has a good size fridge, microwave, stove and even paper towel.
- 5/5
Pool was closed
- 3/5
It was a place to sleep. It serves its purpose.
- 5/5
Had a broken water line at my rental house so we had to stay in a hotel for a week until it was fixed. The suites make that easier with a kitchen. Staff was extremely friendly. There is some construction going on that is a bit noisy and the one elevator needs serious work on the door, but the rooms are very nice.
- 5/5
The room was great, having a kitchen was excellent. Very comfortable bed and pillows.
- 5/5
Great stay. Very clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
We were very happy with this hotel. It was very clean, nice, courteous people.
- 4/5
Easily accessible, large rooms
- 5/5
I stayed at this hotel for my daughter's birthday and three other 10 y.o. girls. It was a perfect place to give them privacy in the second bedroom away from her parent.
