The room was clean, the bed was okay and the shower was good. There were some loud people on each floor but I was really tired so it didn’t affect me. There were some picnic benches and a BBQ in the back of the building that attracted some unsavory characters. They didn’t bother me.

The noise levels were crazy . Someone banging a door for 2 hours or longer. Loud tv and music . People knocking on doors even my own.

Obviously nobody figured out who was smoking it because it reeked the whole weekend. Hmmm a non smoking Hotel...

i like the location and the layout of the building! i also like the rooms bc the furniture is in good condition and they are always pretty clean! the front desk ignores you so much here it’s always so awkward when trying to ask for help. my key card kept not working and it wasn’t just me bc ig they had just gotten new key cards and multiple people were having problems with theirs. it was like pulling teeth it felt like at one point to actually have someone help me and then when they did they were literally so unfriendly about it. on top of it i had to come back twice because even after they fixed the card it still wasnt working. the first time they gave me a dirty look and just watched me stand there for like almost a minute before asking if i needed help and then when i came back down the second time they were nowhere to be found and i couldn’t get back into my room. it was like midnight and i literally was waiting down there for a good like 20 min panicked a little because i wasn’t sure if they had left and if i was fucked for the night tbh. when they finally got back they gave the same weird awkward unfriendly energy and literally tried to just tell me to go back up and try again bc they didn’t know why it wasn’t working ?? even after i had just already tried that second time. when i refused they finally were able to figure it out but yeah she was not my favorite period. it there was another time that a specific staff member helped me and he was super amazing though!

Only had coffee with no cream or sugar the first morning. The second morning had only coffee and cream and sugar. Nothing else

Unfortunately the front desk person was at lunch when we arrived. The sign did not say when she left or what time she would return. Other people trying to check in waited 30 mins. Many of the guests we saw as we were waiting were a bit sketch and we didn't feel very safe. Many people were in and out and we heard fighting in the parking lot. We could not cancel at this point so we opted to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The room was fairly clean but the floor was a bit dirty. The housekeeper forgot to put up a shower curtain so we had to get one and put it up. Thankfully we brought earplugs because the floors creeked alot and we had people walking and running alot above us. I would not stay here again.

The property was good we had no issue with it. however getting to it was a damn nightmare..the address was wrong.we spent almost 2hours bouncing around with different instruction to find it.There was no phone number for them to call.i was ready to get back on freeway and go home

Staff was hard to find, and they were completely inflexible with a refund when I had to leave early, citing a 3:00 PM cutoff when I called at 3:15 PM. Adequate rooms don't make up for the lack of maintenance and poor service.

The hardwood floors were not clean in the rooms. The elevator was covered in cardboard on the walls and on the floor, it looks like it’s been there for a while. The staff had a lot of trouble getting our room keys to work, and we had to go down three times for the door to unlock with the key. We had to ask for the breakfast to be refilled. Otherwise, it was an empty shelf. However, the staff was extremely kind and welcoming.

Also other guests did not smoke 100 feet from entrance and the entrance smelled like marijuina and smoke.

This was a disappointing visit…I found and k*lled 3 cockroaches in my room…there wasn’t any soap in the ‘kitchen’ and no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. And the complimentary breakfast…that had sticky granola bars (maybe the Quaker brand) and little packages muffins (maybe Otis Spunkmayer). Not sure what I expected, but this didn’t feel like the advertised amenity. Oh well.

The room and bedding smelled of an unknown scent the carpet was dirty. Yhr lobby smelled also should have left at that time we did not stay there we left after seeing and smelling the room.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Breakfast was muffins and granola bars, and they were always out. There was never a person up at the front desk to help with getting more, or anything else for that matter. The hotel is being renovated (we had no prior knowledge of this) and there were loud noises the whole time, someone came in my room to change out locks, both stairways were blocked off, and the elevator had cardboard and foam taped everywhere. I'm assuming to minimize mess, but it was super sketchy riding in the elevator. It felt like it was broken, and the stairs were blocked so it was the only option. The hotel room was dirty. Lipstick on the counter, coffee splatters all over the door, hair all over the shower and the kitchen counters, and the room smelled like feet. I brought cleaning wipes, and they were BLACK when I wiped everything down. I always bring wipes, and have never had a room this dirty. I will never be back.

Had to ask for a tv remote, took four different remotes for them to find one that worked. Asked about ice machine, they said they don't have one. Then told me there should be ice cube trays in the freezer in the room. There weren't any so they gave me some. So obviously having to wait for trays to freeze. Front door automatic openers don't work; real fun when you're trying to maneuver a luggage cart in thru there. And lastly, the other exterior doors don't always accept the room card key, as in not functioning correctly.VERY POORLY MANAGED IN MY OPINION and probably owners just being cheap!!

The hotel had no amenities. No ice machine, no gym, no blow dryer, and it's personal preference but I hate when hotels don't have conditioner. The kitchen functioned but there were no dishes of any kind in the cupboards.

First issue: no guest printing services—a basic necessity for business travelers. Instead, the night manager handed me a business card and told me to email my documents so they could print them “later.” Not exactly professional. Then came the noise. A blasting stereo outside was so loud the bass vibrated through my room for nearly an hour. Just when that ended, two vehicles across the street decided to put on an extended burnout smoke show, filling the hotel parking lot with a thick cloud of tire smoke and the stench of burnt rubber. Absolutely unbelievable. Later that night, a resident guest began screaming in the parking lot, loud enough to wake half the building. After several minutes, others finally dragged her inside. Not exactly the peaceful environment advertised. The next morning, things didn’t improve. After a decent shower, I went down for “breakfast”—which turned out to be coffee with no real cream and a blueberry breakfast bar. That’s not breakfast. It’s not even a continental breakfast. It’s misleading advertising, plain and simple. Overall, this stay was a string of avoidable frustrations, noise, and broken promises. I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly caution others to reconsider.

We had 0 pillows in our room for 2 guests. Then they brought us two of the flattest pillows possible (at least they brought some) and said they didn’t have any other pillows. There was no remote for the TV, when we asked for one, they brought it but it didn’t work on our TV. Glad we only had to stay for one night…. Run far far away from Extended Stay in Beaverton.

The room facilities are outdated, and the cleanliness is average. When we checked in, there was a large clump of hair on the bathroom floor. Especially concerning was the presence of cockroaches in many parts of the room — we caught at least five. There is no breakfast, only coffee and tea.

found bed bugs in the room. reported it to the front desk and personnel didn't acknowledge the issue. location is surrounded by homeless drifters. they were loud in the evening and woke us up from sleep with loud noise. surprised the hotel has allowed this for so long.

Got there and price was right however place smelled. The guy that checked us in was nice. Got to room late at night and there were little bugs on door. Figured like maybe fly or something. Well when went to use restroom 3-4am there were little bugs and like mini roaches crawling under the door and the by the caulking for the tub and was so grossed out. Then the bed - well comfy but had blood stain in middle of it under the sheet and could see thru it. It’s just gross. The place is just ran down and this morning could see how not clean it was. The bug thing is just to much, ended up trapping some in the plastic cups in the bathroom. Couldn’t even imagine using the shower where they were at.

Been staying at this location for over a month now . The staff and management are so friendly and helpful with questions and needs . They have become a family to me . Want to say thanks to Nina , Pam , Nick and Clocer . You guys are the best .

Mentally ill people around property. Someone pulled the fire alarm 5 times. No sleep. Dirty room smelled like feet. Broken down mattress with giant indents from large person sitting on one spot for long periods of time. Slanted mattress. The smell and the fire alarm made it miserable. Very tired after having a broken mattress, wake up alarm, and heavy stench in room that could not get rid of. Nicest people ever, give you whatever you need but can't make up for the lack of sleep and dirty room.

Very comfortable sleep. Initial room had a dirty bathroom but staff quickly accomodated/upgraded us, and showerhead needed replacing which was addressed as well. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

Every day that I was there, more and more small and large cockroaches were all over. Yikes, you need to set off one of those pest bombs. It was really bad.

The hotel looked decent on the outside. The person who checked us in was really nice and quickly checked us in. There was a funky smell to the hotel but not the end of the world. When we arrived to our room (333) and it appeared to be clean but as soon as I went over to the night I saw something small quickly move behind the night stand. I pulled the night stand out to see what it was and sure enough it was a bed bug! I slightly moved the alarm clock and there was about 4 more hidden there that quickly scattered. No, I did not take pictures as I was not going to stick around for these creatures to crawl in bags. We quickly left and notified the front desk.

Can"t say enough about the staff . They have treated me as family with all the stays i have booked at Extend Stay suites. They know me by name and not just person who's staying at the hotel. This why i have come back multiple times .

The trip was very nice and quiet.

The staff were friendly on the night crew . Clover , the night desk. Person eas very friendly made the check in process easy. Nick also was friendly and made the stay comfortable.

Just a great place to stay at and not expensive

The extended stay close by is probably way better than this one. There were people partying all nigh on the back of hotel property and when I ask the front desk he said they all stay here but i saw most of them were actually sleeping in their vehicles. The guy in the front desk was wearing basketball shorts with extended stay top very unprofessional look. The place needs renovation and smells like weed all over. And the room that was staying shower was spraying all over and sink was clogged. I will never stay in this location again.

Cocroges every where in the rooms

This property is the example of its name being Extended Stay. The expectation of customer service I feel is provided and definitely practiced here. Although all places can always use extra cleaning, you can tell that this place has been around and will stay around because of it’s astounding customer service it’s where people have a heart.

Love it

My family and I have stayed here several times. The staff is amazing friendly helpful never a fuss or an inconvenience. They are proud to help you anytime. I noticed that they get their rooms done very quickly and let’s be honest over 90% accurate as far as a cleaner goes, everybody is on time for their tasks to be sure that they’re working through their shift getting their side work done so they can get out on time. I’ve never seen a bunch of women work together so well as they do and yet provide the service as well I think it’s amazing. I think they are the best crew I have yet to see and I thank you very much for being available. Thank you once again for a great night stay.

Was sent into a room that had someone else was already staying in. Received a new room without a king bed and air conditioning didn't work. Arguments in hallways at night, very loud. Front desk was very apologetic and kind.

We came in late. We walked in the first room, and it smelt so bad. It was like cat’s pee. Hubby found a roach in the bathroom. We walked out to ask for another room. The second room was a little better with no bad smell. Then we found hairs on the bedsheets. We left at 7am.

Absolutely DISGUSTED first room we were given had toe nails all over the floor, i went down and talked to someone they put us in another room that had dog hair everywhere, And then my child and i woke up at about 12am with what i thought was bedbugs crawling all over us. I woke my daughter up and went down to the office and had the lady come up with me. She informed me they were BABY COCKROACHES! She offered us a room downstairs i declined and we had to leave and go find another room.

Close proximity to most everything I needed for my stay, and also within a couple miles of my family living in the area.

Clean no frills room. It would have been nicer with the customary plastic cups and ice bucket, but we made do. The beds are firm but comfortable. Definitely will be back on our next stay.

Muffins in plastic wrap are NOT a breakfast. Further, none were available on our first morning of our stay, per the person at the front desk, "the days quota had been consumed" when we looked for the "Free Breakfast"...

The property smelled of cigarettes. They gave me a room that they said was unoccupied. I swiped the card and a lady was in there getting undressed. They moved me to a downstairs room next to the entry where people where coming and going all night. The bed squeaked every time i moved to get comfortable. I have stayed at other locations before but this is the worst one I've been to.

The hotel room was fine. They advertise it a grab and go breakfast. There was no food on all three mornings of my stay. I went earlier each day and the staff was not helpful in this regard. I would not stay there again as this should never happen when they offer breakfast. Two of the mornings they didn’t even have coffee.

The hotel was in a decent location and the staff were nice. However, the building had a pungent and widely distributed aroma of marijuana (though it claimed to be a non-smoking space). The included continental breakfast was only coffee, hot water, and nutri grain bars. There was a cockroach in my kitchen. We had to request supplies for the kitchen and then the toaster provided didn't work. We had reservations for 3, but towels were only provided for 2 guests and no towels were available at the front desk until the 2nd night of our stay. The phone in our room also did not work, so trying to contact the front desk to get towels meant walking down to the front desk repeatedly. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Hallway smelled oddly. Grab and go breakfast was basically coffee with no creamer and extra coffee grounds.

This is the first time I stayed at a hotel that had a kitchenette. It was great being able to have kitchen accessories available. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at Extended Stay before in Orlando years ago for a month, it was great. This is not that place, run down, noisy plumbing, breakfast is a snack and not a breakfast. The kitchen was empty exOept for roach hotels. No pots, pans, dishes etc. we needed to get it from the front desk. They said the rooms had shampoo, no and they did not have any at the front desk. Staff was indifferent to our complaints. Halls had stacks of dirty towels. Smokey corridors and room floor needed mopping.

Terrible place. Dirty. No even shampoo available. When requested staff told they ran out. Requested cancellation of room and looked for another hotel.

We tried 3 different rooms before we asked for our money back and left to find another motel. Windows without curtains, stripped and unmade beds, pillows and used towels on the floor, barking dogs, skeezy people walking the halls. We found out the next day that this motel provides shelter for the homeless through government vouchers. It would be nice if that could be known before making a reservation. Very frustrating.

Clean and comfortable place to stay

Room had food crumbs and hair on the floor. And the floor in the kitchen was sticky.

Staff was helpful. Bed was not excellent but good enough for a decent night sleep. TV was too small for room size. Air Conditioner was necessary and made an aweful racket when on. Room was clean upon arrival.

We didn't need it but it was nice to have the full refrigerator and the cooktop. It would be nice to have some minimal dishes without asking for the kitchen kit because a spoon to stir with and some coffee cups, disposable is fine, would have been helpful. We didn't know to ask for them until we were ready for bed. Only ones provided were water cups. Room was good.

The staff were nice checking us in. As we got to our floor, we were met with a smell of smoke and urine. As we walked to our room down the hallway, we passed 2 rooms with active domestic disputes and 1 room with a child screaming. These noises were consistent through our stay. Our neighbors seemed to have high traffic, and we got to hear their door open and close about 100 times in the first 12 hours, then the party started around 2 am and it seemed our neighbors were having a very good time. We checked out after one night of misery, and after several attempts, we were finally issued a refund for the second night.

My room smelt like someone just smoked a cigarette

So we have stayed here plenty of times and GM Nina and the assistant Nick are the most amazing people. Then you go down to the front desk in the evening and in the morning and Pam and Clover are right their giving you the 5 star treatment. Then Ronda at night is super amazing and up for taking care of the coffee and Theresa well she is always ready to give you a towel set. Thank you to all you guys your amazing....

Where to start. The refrigerator was so loud it had to be turned off . People above us so loud at that 11 pm the front desk was called and at 11:45 we paid a visit to the front desk. A dirty room was issued to us so we stripped the bed in our room and made up the bed in the dirty that was given to us as a replacement room and finally at 12:37 we were in a new room or well a dirty room . We left there just before 7 am disappointed as we stayed there off and on for the last 12 years. We will never come back.

It really feels like home from the front desk to the people cleaning the room. Its a very nice to walk in and get into your room have a nice dinner eating in. Pet friendly and rooms are a great size beds are nice. But what really makes it nice here are the staff they work really hard for you to make your stay nice. The hotel manager all the way down are very friendly and happy to help when they can

The positive was the room was clean and spacious. The elevator smelled bad. I knew it was a “grab and go” breakfast, but that was a total bust. They only had chocolate muffins, oatmeal packages, and coffee.

There’s homeless clothing and blankets stashed around the property, stairwell, outside around the parking lot. My room reeked of cigarette smoke to the point I had to go and buy an air freshener from the store just to be able to sleep. The staff were nice and they just try to do their best but it was kind of a last minute accommodation I won’t do again.
