Beautiful, clean hotel under the pine trees & across from a lake! Area was quiet, breakfast was prepared & presented like a 5 ⭐️restaurant & they even had umbrellas at the door if needed- hotel thought of everything! We loved our stay

Location for us was excellent. Very close to the Oregon Surgical Institute where my husband had knee replacement surgery. The advertisement online and in the elevator regarding the Bistro restaurant is misleading since it does not exist.

Great place, very clean and comfortable.

Attractive, clean rooms look out into a lovely courtyard with plenty of seating. Easy to park close to our room and the staff were very friendly and inviting.

After a long travel day, we checked in at 9pm. The hostess fast, efficient and friendly. She recommended at excellent place to get a late dinner. Breakfast was excellent, both service and the food. My wife and I have traveled extensively, and both agreed that this my be the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

The room was spotless. It was such an easy and convenient hotel to get anywhere we wanted to go.

You turned off the room key before checkout time. We would have had to walk all the way to the front door to get a new key instead of loading our luggage right outside our room.

It was louder than I expected. I appreciated the proactive putting ear plugs in the room, but can’t sleep in those. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The restaurant food was good.

Our flight landed a little earlier than expected, so when we got to the hotel prior to normal check in, the front desk allowed us to check in early and was so nice throughout the transaction. Will always stay here when we go to Oregon!

Wish the room had a microwave and that the coffee maker was a keurog type maker. Also there were no bathroom fans in the bathroom.

As always front desk person is very helpful and friendly

Front desk lady is amazing

Our cleaning staff failed to find the hairs in the bathroom floor and shower left over from the prior guest. Over all though, I’ve stayed here 4 times through renovation and other improvements and I’ll be back again.

It is my second time staying here. I have nothing to complain. The front desk staff are very professional and friendly. Like it here!

This property was very conveniently located in proximity to downtown Portland. The parking was free, which was a huge plus and the staff was amazing. Everything was very clean and parking was very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a safer and more reasonable hotel than something in downtown.

Situated in a fairly quiet business park (yes, they talk about a train, but we were there 4 days and only saw a train once) with a cute walkable lake. The mall is just across the street and several food options in the strip mall right next door. LOTS of free parking! The bed was super comfy and the lobby large and modern. Definitely adding this to our list of 'stay again' in the Beaverton area!

Quiet location. Hotel looks brand new. Rooms were modernized and beds were comfy. Plenty of parking. There’s a Starbucks and some restaurants next plaza over that’s walkable. Will stay here again when I’m in Beaverton.

I was surprised at the train going by early in the morning, but it wasn't a problem. Very enjoyable stay. Mattress was wonderful. Very quiet also.

Elderly Grandma stayed and she had nothing but compliments even having had some sort of water leak.

This place was in pristine condition. They have a couple food places across the parking lot in a pretty quiet well lit up area. Room we had looked newly renovated so all the amenities was pretty brand new. Totally recommend this place.

The layout of the hotel was strange. The only coffee that was available was paid and Starbucks. dining was limited and needed to drive. Beds were comfortable.

Shower took for ever to get hot. There was a pair of dirty socks in the couch cushions from the previous guest.

They have a café with a Starbucks, which is always nice in the morning before I head into the office.

The most comfortable bed and bedding with lots of pillows. It was so comfy once I lay down, I ordered Uber Eats and stayed in. I stayed there because of an office party close by which I didn’t go to. I needed this comfort as long as possible!

Great stay, clean, modern, good mattress. Excellent overall. One note: some of the rooms are near the metro train track, with some associated noise. Didn’t bother us, but this may affect light sleepers or noise sensitive people.

Property was in excellent condition and staff was helpful. Lori, at the front desk, went the extra mile to help me with an issue. The only downside was the railroad track with accompanying train whistles right next to the hotel.

Constant trains passing by right behind the property separated by a fence during the day and night, scared me out of sleep several times with the loud horn.

Great bistro with amazing breakfast options, Starbucks coffee. Room was clean, bed & pillows were amazingly comfortable, and accessibility to parking extremely convenient and free. We already booked another stay there!

The property is simple and boring, good to just sleep there, it did it’s purpose.

Your hotel makes me realize I think like a 60 year old man.. I asked for a newspaper

I am a horrible sleeper so the train noise was terrible for me. Also, you could turn on the air or heat but couldn’t just have the fan on. They brought us a portable fan but it was crazy loud.

Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Everything was tidy and remodeled. Only concern was a bit of dusty smell due to the remodeling but great other than that.

Newly redone. Fresh, sheek.

Convenience of location and easy parking

My first stay at this establishment. Nicely decorated rooms with the usual amenities, BUT no microwave. The bed was very comfortable. There is a railroad track not too far away, and the train horns are conspicuous by their presence. A complimentary pair of ear plugs were on the nightstand. There are rooms in Beaverton as nice, or nicer, for less money.

I liked this property because it was close to Portland, shopping in Beaverton, and roads I needed to get to all these areas quickly.

The staff at the Courtyard Beaverton are solid. So personable, helpful and joyful in their day to day, it made us feel like we were what they were there for. Mellisa and Aura were especially thoughtful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is clean and looks like new. Since this isn’t planned trip, I didn’t bring toothbrush and when I asked the hotel, they gave me one. They are nice. The layout of the room is also pretty. I liked my stay.

This is a newly renovated conveniently located property. We enjoyed our stay!

Our room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed 2 nights and it was pretty quite. There was complimentary ear plugs because of train tracks close by, but heard nothing while there. If I have to say one negative thing is that there is no full length mirror in the room.

As an older, solo traveler i felt welcomed and cared for. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Since it was an accessible room, though, I would have appreciated some type of nightlight in the bathroom for nighttime use. Overall, though, it was a very pleasant stay.

I have stayed at this property more times than I can remember or count. My disappointment is there is no coffee available in the lobby. I am an early riser and enjoy sitting in the quiet lobby having coffee before everyone else is up and the day begins. Please bring the complimentary coffee back!

The front desk check in and check out staff are amazing and so friggin nice!! The little food/coffee area is great! The coffee barista is hilarious and so friendly. Our room is always clean and the beds are comfortable.. One issue was the heard of buffalo that were stampeding back and forth in the room above us till midnight.. that was so annoying and then they started up again around 6 am. Note: ask for a top floor room!!!

The place was just lovely. The only negative was the outside which was very cluttered and messy. I understand they were doing remodeling so we let it slide as it was not loud at night.

Quiet and clean. Staff responsive and friendly. Small cafe is very nice and great breakfast options. Once the courtyard renovation is completed it will be a fabulous place to unwind.

This is not your typical Courtyard by Marriot. Must have been a different hotel prior to becoming Courtyard. The lobby is nice and they have the restaurant. Plus there are a few good ones you can get to by car in 10 minutes. The rooms are basic, no pictures on the walls, no microwave, no bathtub. The rooms are clean and I did get room service every day which was nice.

Friendly staff, very clean and modern rooms, hot and strong showers, HBO, very quiet, great coffee shop and good parking.
