We were told that the parking lot was only avsilable if there was space and so onthe second day we parked 2 blocks away.

Nice, welcoming staff. Fantastic location A portion of the wall next to the window was missing. AC was weak. Uncomfortable mattress. No hand soap.

I didnt like the management of the hotem .....I booked a room for 2 am in the morning but there was a mistake it was 14.00 2pm for the check in ....i requested to change the dates but they had a plan to deduct my 289 shekel out of 338 which i paid for booking .... they even charged me 250 for the new room for 4 hrs .....Their plan was to cut the money anyhow .....the worst management hotel i ever saw in israel .....running such a big hotel and staff doesnnt understand english .....i asked for boss number they say we dont have boss......i will never reccommend my friends and relatives to stay in this hotel.....Booking.com told me that property can change your dates and to contact the property i contacted they say you have to contact booking.com ....

The reception was very bad. I waited more than an hour to receive the room

I did not have breakfast, but it looked satisfactory. I did not like that the hotel smelled like cigarette smoke, but apparently, it is okay to smoke in the rooms.
