Room was a little warn down. I really hate to see hair on the bathroom. Also, the floors all seemed to need to be caulked or sealed better - dirty just found is easy in the crevices. Room stayed cold. Breakfast was great!

Worst stay! Dirty, money hungry hotel. They took away a deposit with no explanation or reason. When I checked in, the lady in the front looked at my card and made comment that I must be “so fancy” and then purposely placed my room in the last one by the exit door. Extremely inappropriate, I am a young woman by myself, this is a safety hazard. There was constant noise from the exit door slamming and the laundry room. The gym had roaches. Unsupervised children running around facilities of all hours, screaming not letting anyone sleep. The room had MOLD everywhere. They covered the restroom walls with plastic paneling to hide this mold. The TV did not connect to live broadcast. I had to play music on my phone to drown out the noise, the walls were so thin. Please do not come to this place. I wish I could have stayed somewhere else but only had a few hours before I got on the road again and it was too late to switch to another place.

Great breakfast spread. Well supplied and fresh. Clean facility but Lord the condition of the parking lot and the streets in that area of town are horrendous!!! Don't drive your car if you are visiting. The potholes sre massive in Memphis. Even the road surface of the interstate is terrible. I had to put my vehicle in the shop theveeek for repair and realignment that I had just had done before the trip. West Tennessee is nothing like central and east Tennessee when it comes to its roads. Beware.

Check in and check out was easy. Plenty of parking. The bed was very squeaky, but very comfortable, with lots of fluffy pillows. But I was there for 3 days and they never cleaned my room. Very disappointing.

Really great location. The rate was a bit pricey but it was still a really nice hotel. The weekend crew isn’t as friendly as the crew during the week though. That was kind of annoying. The woman that does the breakfast was very friendly and accommodating.

When I checked into my room, the very first thing I found was a large cockroach on the floor. On the second day, after being gone all day long, my room was never attended to. Bed was unmade, bathroom still had towels to be replaced on the floor. I spoke to the front desk about it and was told “Sorry, our housekeepers are gone for the day”. Third day my room was attended to. Forth day, again housekeeping didn’t show up, and again I was told “Sorry, our housekeepers are gone for the day” For 150.00 a night, this is unacceptable. The grounds outside for patio seating was dirty, and I was approached every day by, what looked like a homeless man, begging for a light and any spare change. I guess they don’t have any security watching over the place. After receiving a review of my stay, I was never contacted by the management, or corporate representatives. I doubt I will ever stay at these establishments again.

Everything was great until they shut off the hot water in the morning without alerting anyone. We were unable to shower before we left and all they did was say “sorry”. I think we should have been compensated.

The room was not clean at all. There was mold in the bathtub, along with hair. What looked like something was spilt down the wall and all over the baseboards. There was hair and something yellow on the outside of the bathroom door. There was a room key found in the bed that was not ours. It was every baseboard in the room. I took pictures so it could not be blamed on us. I do not think the room/ service for the front desk lady was worth what I paid for out stay.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been to, and I travel a lot! Staff, throughout was amazing and very attentive. Workout room was always clean, not stuffy and ample equipment. Breakfast was great! Complimentary snacks were an added bonus. I would highly recommend this location.

The property is in a great area. The hotel itself is really nice. The staff was courteous and check in was simple. I loved the room. It was clean and the beds were immaculate. When I checked out the next day, maid service was on the hall. Thank acknowledged me and was courteous as well.

Our only complaint was the lack of outlets in the room. No place near the bed to plug in a phone or tablet charger. Otherwise an outstanding property!

Check in guy had absolutely no personality. Didn’t feel welcomed. Room was typical for what you pay for but, what was not okay was how dirty our bathroom was- hair all over the soap containers, on the ceiling and the baseboards were disgusting. The room was very dated, walls were patched. The sound the toilet made when you flushed it was so loud, you could hear every room around you all day all night flushing. The flushing sound was so loud, we didn’t flush in the night so we didn’t wake the other up. Would never stay her again. Only positive was the breakfast crew, very nice and on point.

We always stay here because it’s close to everything around town and the hotel is clean, staff are friendly. Easy check in and out. Kids enjoy the pool as well. Breakfast is good for a buffet and complete. We love it here.

The lady checking us in was in a terrible mood and rude. Terrible way to start a stay. There was mold all over the bathroom and the coating on doors and walls was bubbling and peeling. The Air Conditioning didn’t run unless we turned it down super low. There were several cockroaches around the pool. The breakfast in the morning was the best part. All four of our kids found something they liked and really enjoyed it.

The hotel was conveniently located for our visit. The parking left a lot to be desired with only 3-4 handicap spaces, and lots of Diamond members parking, and the back lot blocked off after a certain time. The room was nice, but the floors were not cleaned very well. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

We ALWAYS stay at this property travel through Memphis in route from Texas to Ohio. Fabulous front desk employees and security.

The Inn is very conveniently located in east Memphis, near shopping and restaurants, including the Wolfchase Mall. The in-house breakfast was generous and fresh (eggs/omelets, sausage, potatoes, pastries, oatmeal, cereal, juices, coffee and tea, fruit). The room was clean and well stocked with towels, bath supplies, etc. Bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was efficient and responsive. Staff was very pleasant. Exercise room was clean and well maintained. We'll definitely book here when in Memphis again.

The floors throughout the entire property were visually dirty and in some areas sticky. The floor in my bathroom left black dirt all over a white towel that was on the floor. No hot water during my stay in the evening or following morning. Strict no refund policy meant no compensation. Stay elsewhere!

The room was absolutely filthy. Stained carpet, furniture and lamp shades. Bad smell. Pink mildew all over the grout around the tub and black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Corners and baseboards looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. Carpet in hallway was full of crumbs.

The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast. The pull out bed was dirty (found crumbs and trash when we opened it). Mildew on the bathroom ceilings and dirt in corners of the bathroom.

We stopped here just as a pass through night with our kids. When we walked in, no one was at the counter, when they did come out, they were not welcoming. The floors were dusty everywhere and it smelled musty. The dirty floors continued up to our room. It was an immediate turn off. There was old food crumbs in our room. I don’t think they were ever cleaned. I would have left if I didn’t have 3 tired kids with me. Would not stay here again. I love Hilton property, and this did not meet expectations

Breakfast on Friday 11.22 was terrible. No hot food. Cold hard biscuits. Cold eggs. 11.23 and 24 were great as usual.

Room was nice. Beds a little to high off the floor for the height challenged wife. The showers did not have a non slip smart or bottoms and I slipped a few times which was a concern. My biggest complaint was a lack of tv schedule or channels. Playing Russian roulette to find something to watch was a bit annoying. Especially with us being from out state. Loved the super cold a/c!

For some reason, part of the parking lot was blocked off by barriers, which made leaving and entering the parking lot difficult.

Rooms were a bit on the small size. Bathroom floors were a bit gross in the corners, but overall it was a great hotel and great stay.

Either the room hadn't been used in awhile there was dust on the doors edges. In all the staff and the amenities were good! We were there for a family reunion and it accommodated a number of my family members.

Staff were friendly but the room was filthy. Dirt on the walls, headboard etc. The bathroom floor had hair, someone’s Tylenol pill, and dirt in the corners. During breakfast one of the employees showed up to work with his giant pit bull, off leash. Dropped him off in the office somewhere and got to work.

The hotel is old and has a mildew smell. The carpet in the room is very old and clearly hadn’t been vacuumed—it was very dirty. The furniture in the room was outdated and unclean. I received two towels, one of which had mucus on it, and the other had hairs on it. It was extremely unpleasant. I will never return to this hotel. I chose this hotel because my last stay at a Hampton in Chicago was wonderful, with exceptional cleanliness and service, but it seems not all Hamptons are the same.

The property was nice and clean! But updates needed! The shower is old and dated! Shower curtains are no longer convenient!! Shower doors would be great! Double sinks would be nice! I had a king room! There aren’t luggage racks or benches! The carpet seems old! There needs to be a brighter area with furniture! There were mismatched lamps!!

My room was very noisy because my window was facing a bar that had an event and had loud music playing. I called the front desk to request a room away from noise. The front desk told me that was room I had paid through expedia and for that reason they could not charge me or modify my reservation were I paid the difference!

We arrived late and had to leave early the next morning - just an overnight stay. We didn't have any issues with the room, the staff or breakfast. We slept well and had no hassles. We unfortunately got in too late to check out the local area.

Check in was easy. Rooms were decent. They had half the parking lot blocked off for maintenance so parking was tight. Alarm in next room went off for 2 hours at 6AM, staff seemed unconcerned. So of you stay in room 311 please turn off the alarm.

We usually stay at Hampton and find them clean and comfortable to our liking. The only negative thing about this stay was the shape of the tub. It was not flat on the bottom so there was very little if any flat space to stand on.
