The shower drain smelled bad

Location near Metro train station and main train convenience, restaurants in the area, good communication. P Cons: Small bathroom, a little dated, additional mirrors would be helpful, it’s basic, attention to details for cleaning.

There was a smell coming out from the bathroom that was not pleasant at all and recurrent.

It was clean, organized and close to metro, and had a couple of nearby supermarkets. The laziness of the emergency management as we had an emergency with a broken lock that made us be stuck outside of the apartment for almost 4 hours. We had 4 kids and a senior with us, of whom had some health issues as well as needing some medication. We contacted them multiple times to no avail. We only had an eSIM with data, so we weren’t able to call them, so we only had the choice of using WhatsApp, and even tried using our international phone numbers to call, which did not work. It was also late at night and we ended up having to call a locksmith on our own and pay out of pocket to get back into the apartment.

Not much. THERE WAS A BEDBUG. AND INCREDIBLY RUDE. The check in process was also terrible, we were waiting outside of the building for 30 minutes in the scolding heat, with all of our suitcases, on the phone with the hosting company because nobody had given us a code...and the lady on the phone didn't even know the code so we had to wait for her to find it herself. The host ended up coming to let us in with keys, but he was incredibly rude with us. We fINALLY get in and within a few hours of settling in, we see a bedbug in the first bedroom to the right. IMMEDIATELY we pack our things and change hotels. When bringing these issues up to the manager/host, he was again, very rude and refused to believe us even though we had picture evidence. So, moral of the story, if you are okay with being out over four figures and changing hotels last minute because you don't want to sleep among bedbugs, choose here!

They didnt give our deposit back. At beginning of our staying we took 150 euro for deposit. We checked out 02 April today 21 April They still keep my deposit at their hand. and Dont give answer mey messages.

Very good location on the one from the main streets with historic tenement houses, close to metro, restaurants, bakeries and groseries. Helpful staaf. Apartment clean and comfortable. The only one disadvantage was the noise during the night from the trafic.

The host was very nice and quick to respond. We were a group of 8 people and we had a surprisingly big apartment. It is very close to the subway and bus stations and the transfer to the airport was very easy and quick (about 30 minutes with the 46 bus).

Location is great. Few different metro lines near by. Everything was clean, wifi worked good also AC. We needed heating in this period. Some noise from the street.

Location was great, close to ? station, bakeries, supermarket and nice restaurants and coffee bars, ? and all you need.The apartment was clean and well set. Walking distance from some important and nice locations(for those how like walking,but this town is so nice,so why not). Check in is at 4 p.m.,but our stay was arranged at 12 a.m.,witch was very good after long travel. All was great,one thing to keep in mind is the deposit(150euro,but we get it back after our stay)and tourist taxes which is about 6,7euro per person per day. Generally we were very satisfied with our stay!!!

The place is central and close to underground. Good supermarket and facilities around the area. Very good customer service at the front If your sleep is sensitive it's not the best as you can hear people or cars from the main road

Location was very closed to placa de Espanya, many markets, shops, restaurants and bars nearby, metro station 2 minuter from appartment, clean, nice stuff, I would use it again.
