The location was ideal for what I needed. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Both were super clean.

Bathroom started smelling so they moved me to a downgraded room. The staff lack customer service and friendliness.

Great location, very beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Rooms were nice and cozy. Rooms didn’t have kettles to make coffee, but it wasn’t a big issue.

I loved the location and the room cleanliness, and the fact there's a tiny fridge. Got a terrace with my room too overlooking the Camp Nou! Public transportation is just a couple minutes walking, and the airport by car is about a quarter of an hour, so it's considerably close. I was on the 9th floor, but there was constant noise from the stairway vents because there was too much wind (though I understand the wind itself was out of anyone's control), but the vent needs to be reviewed. Also throughout my stay, there was constant construction noise every now and then. I also hoped the curtain blackouts blocked way more light (but that's just my preference because I like my room super dark when sleeping).

The AC is fixed/controlled and set at a certain setting so the room was basically a sweat lodge. It was so hot some nights that it was difficult to sleep. Very very very warm.

The pool was great for my daughters, the rooftop terrace has a beautiful view of the city, and the location is excellent with easy access to public transport. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would still consider coming back. Our room was not clean upon arrival, and one night a stranger entered our room due to a reception mistake. The hotel could use some maintenance, and for the price paid I expected a bit more.

Very clean facility. Room service was excellent! The front desk receptionist (a male) on day one of our trip was a bit moody and cold. Certainly not a welcome we expected. I need to mention, the rest of the days were fantastic.
