Great location, very friendly staff Very nice property! We just went to sleep but staff was super accommodating!

We stayed in a room with a connecting door to another room. Unfortunately, the guests next door were very loud before bedtime and snored loudly throughout the night, so we barely slept. When we mentioned this to the staff in the morning, the response was a very unempathetic “sorry to hear that,” with no effort to address the issue. We weren't told that there will be guests in the other room. Overall dissapointing from the communication and transparency perspective.

The staff at reception were so helpful and courteous. I had a bicycle to pack for flying and they were so helpful in providing me the space to pack and store it till my departure and suggestions on where to get packing material. They arranged a taxi for me that was big enough to take the boxed bike to the airport. An amazingly helpful crew. The hotel is within easy access of many restaurants and supermarkets! Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The elevators are a tiny bit slow.

Quality of the room matches the price and pictures. The receptionist gave us a key to a room that was already occupied. We had a late check in, to enter the room and see a half naked man was beyond our expectations. We were not even provided with an apologies. Next day when the room key stopped working we were told to contact maintenance ourselves. I was extremely disappointed from the stay.

Good location, 5 min walk to metro and train station. Staff were all very good - glass of cava on arrival was a much welcomed touch, as was the celebratory cava they left for us too ☺️ Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was very stylish. The room got very hot, as still considered winter when we came (March) so air conditioning not on, only hot air, meaning the room could get up to 26+
