The staff at reception was really friendly and very helpful. The shower was really good at least The carpets was extremely dirty and stained in the walkways to the rooms. The places around the hotels has an unbearable smell of urine. Not a nice area to stay in.

Location is close walking distance to attractions, staff was friendly and room size was good. Beds weren’t comfy, showers had glass panels and although it was not clear still somewhat see thru and no door to close off area for dressing afterwards. Not ideal when staying with a group.

Beautiful hotel, nice restaurant although the service was very slow in the restaurant. Front desk was exceptional! They stored our bags with no problem the day we had to check out. Not in a great area. Close to the gothic quarter which I liked but the actual street that it's on wasn't great. We saw a park close by that looked beautiful but when we walked over there we quickly found out it was not a place for us to be. Lots of homeless encampments

It was very clean, breakfast was amazing. Housekeeping was on point, very good location and well connected. Stayed here with family and they all loved it. All in all a very good place to stay and definitely recommend. Would ask for spa prices in particular the massages to be a bit more reasonable as normal spa use was well priced but the massage prices ranged from 80€ onwards which is quite expensive. However other than that no complaints, as this optional but would’ve been nice if it was more affordable.
